2,000 War Rovers, which are the size of your average Jeep that can fit 3 soilders with a mounted machine gun and a flak cannon

1,000 Carriers, which are large aircraft carriers which can transport up to 200 men

And finally, the pride and joy of the military, 500 mechs, which are tall as an average flagpole which is single-piolted, can lift 10 tons, and has 2 high rate-of-fire machine guns strapped to its back and one flak cannon on the mech's right arm

Automation Level: Currently, their machines can build tanks, weapons, and any other military vehicle without need for any human interaction to make sure it's behaving right. However, they have not reached complete autonomy and can not think for themselves, they can only follow orders





History
2054: Project War God was established and the first of the Phobian colonies, Ares, was established. To the public, the US was just building a military manufacturing center to create weapons and ground vehicles which would allow the US to pollute as much as it would like without fear of polluting an atmosphere. However, the real reason was to keep an eye on Mars and use it as a base to launch a first strike against enemy Martian colonies

2060: Anhur is established, with it being made to specialize in aircraft

2065: The US government allows for non-miltary personal to travel to Phobos and Kū is established which would specialize in AI development but also would create the commercial district of the US colony

August 2070: The people of Phobos, now with a population of 1.5 million people, ask to be accepted into the United States as a state

September 2070: The petition of Statehood is denied. This causes the formation of the "Free Phobos" party, a party based on democracy and they demand home rule

December 2070: Fearing the growing support of the "Free Phones" party, the colony is put into martial law and a new military governer is sent named August Long. He cracks down on the "Free Phobos" party and begins to confiscate arms from civilians

April 2071: After having their rights stripped, the "Free Phobos" planned to stage a rebellion in the Kū colony and take over the Phobian colonies and declare full indpendence . This is successful and the party takes over Kū. However, the military holds Ares and Anhur and soon lay siege to the colony

September 2071: The "Free Phobos" party surrenders. The military invades Kū and all "Free Phobos" members who don't escape are excuted. The "Free Phobos" party is pushed under ground and the US keeps martial law after the rebellion to keep the peace


2090: 29 years after the revolt, the remants of the "Free Phobos" party are brought together by the charasmatic William Freeda, aged 20, and are reformed as the miltant "Phobian Empire" after William Freeda gives a speech declaring that the both American democracy had abused them and the Phobian democracy that had ran the first revolution failed miserably and said that they needed a man with absolute power to take over so he could protect him. The new party declares him Emperor of Phobos and they begin to rally support in the shadows

2100: The last colony to be established, Ullur is made to become an agriculture center to sustain the colony in case food shipments can't be sent because of the impending war looking

2107: The "Phobian Empire" steps out of the shaodws and begins to attack high-ranking miltary officials on Phobos

2110: With war looming, the US begins to encourage immgration to Phobos to help cultivate the fields of Ullur in case of war. Many take up this offer. Also, popular support begins to grow for the "Phobian Empire" as the military begins to crack down

December 2112: The 2nd Phobian rebellion occurs in all 4 colonies. The sudden attack catches the military by suprise and the miltary govener is killed. All men and women who sided with the US are enslaved and are sold to the highest bidder, branded as traitors to the Phobian people

January 2113: Earth dies and for 6 months, Emperor William Freeda begins a massive miltary buildup, training the population on how to fight using soilder who defected to his cause during the uprising

5% soldiers alone is ridiculous - im a military colony too and i have 1.5%. Not to mention huge aircraft carriers and fighters that can launch nukes? We have navies, but they're small transports.

Hm... Nice faction and all but why not just claim a region on Mars proper? Phobos is a very unstable and tiny moon to begin with. Not to mention it has an escape velocity of a bicycle ride.

Military is ridiculously OP, and why would an asteroid moon have mechs and tanks when the escape velocity could be achieved by a running jump? Population is also pretty large for an asteroid moon.
