Soda and Potions: Rules

Every turn counts as One Season. Four Turns make up an entire year.

For each turn, you are required to set up how much you pay your employees for that season. Workers and Guards can be set at different pay scales. Interns do not require payment.

The happier your employees are, the better they will perform their jobs with the tools that they possess.

Every Season will automatically process the making and selling of whatever products you have available and generate gold.

You will be able to perform two actions a turn. Some examples of them are: Sending out an adventuring Party to look for new ingredients, Put out an Ad Campaign, Attempt to sabotage a competitor with a spy, Hire Scabs if your employees go out on strike, Hire additional Workers, Perform Test of New Ingredient, etc.

This game is pretty freeform as to its actions, so you can write out whatever you believe is appropriate for your character.
