The red uniform is for student council, blue is for elite students.
You all are allowed one power, and two abilities, you will be allowed more abilities over time as your character grows. An example of this would be as follows

power: slime
abilities- can turn into slime; can spit slime at enemies.

Power: Speed
abilities: can run at a burst of blah blah mph for ten minutes; increased stamina

Your abilities are what your character can actually preform , so if my two abilities for speed are running and stamina I cant have my character vibrating there body to phase through objects or break locks. Not all powers require multiple abilities, as time goes on you can choose to have three abilities or two powers with one ability each so choose now how you want your character to grow. I advice that if you wish to expand on abilities to chose a broad power. On another note don't be afraid to have the same power as someone else. Just because you both chose strength doesn't mean you will both have the same abilities. If you need help with powers and abilities just let me know Ihave a whole list to choose from.

  -Guardian : he can summon creatures to fight alongside him or aid him in anything command he deems. They all can speak and freely think. Each guardian is summoned from a tattoo on his arm.

  Katja - giant snow wolf, a 5'11 dire wolf that can tear through near anything. She gives him the ability to turn into a werewolf at full transformation, have sharp claws, a tail, and large fangs.
  Galeru - fire breathing dragon, a bipedal and quadrupedal lizard that stands at about 6'6". He gives him the ability to grow thick fire-resistant lizard scales at full transformation, claws, dragon wings, sharp horns, and a tail.
  Jyrura - sea monster, a fast-swimming creature with rows of sharp jagged teeth. He gives him the ability to turn into a merman at full transformation, have sharp dagger-like teeth, gills, and cold-resistant fish scales.
  -Summoning Mimicry : he can mimic the abilities and appearance of whatever is summoned by borrowing their power or fusing with them.

  -Currently, he is limited to summoning three creatures and can only be summoned one at a time.
  -They all have their own thought so they can just as easily turn on him.
  -He is currently limited to taking on their forms, not their abilities. So he can't breathe fire but he can sprout wings.
  -He has a cooldown between full transformations to allow his body to regain stamina.
  -Full transformations are harder to control/maintain so he may lose control and go completely feral or revert back to his default form and pass out. As it stands he can only maintain a full body transformation for about fifteen minutes.

  -Can only eat meat like a predator.
  -Does not know his real parents nor can he recall a single thing about them. His guardian who he addresses as father says his parents abandoned him in the woods one day and he took him in.

Body Type: Victor is a short and lanky man who limps every time he walks due to a medical condition, forcing him to hold a cane. He has black hair, squinty eyes and pale skin from him rarely going outside. He always keeps his hair and suits nice and clean, not because he wants to impress people but to show he's better than them.

Ethnicity: British-Japanese

Personality Trait: Victor is carefree and an oddball, often talking nonsense and doing whatever he wants without a care for how it would affect other people, because of this it made it hard for people to approach him and make friends as he would often throw insults and negative remarks about them, but friends aren't something he cared for. Despite attending a school to be a hero, he hates violence and even believes that the worship of hero culture causes glorifies violence and conflict, preferring to fight through words and discussion. However, he has a loophole as on his weapon form he doesn't hurt people. I don't hurt people, the person who holds and swings me around hurt people. Violence is never the answer, words hurt more.

Weapon Former, he can transform himself into a weapon that people can use to fight.

Abilities:
-Victor can transform himself into one of three weapons (A katana/ A webley revolver/ An English medieval shield). Through practice and concentration, he can transform into more weapons as long as he study the weapon he wants to transform to. He allows the power of his user to flow through him in his weapon form, powering his weapon form and becoming an effective weapon for the user (For example, a person with flame powers allows his katana form to be engulfed in flame and every time he's swung, there's a wave of fire projected to the target.).
-Victor can shape one of his limbs into a weapon to defend himself if there's no host to use him(Form his hand into the blade of his katana form.).

Weakness:
-Victor is mostly useless without a host to use him due to his limp, making it difficult for him to walk, let alone fight.
-If his user flows too much power to him, he might overcharge and start to break(For example, if his user has flame powers and flows to much power through him, it would burn his insides).

Purpose:
Victor is the children of two heroes. Her mother is a weapon former like him and his father could manipulate energy. When he was born, his father left him and his mother to keep working as a hero, believing his job would conflicate his career. This forced his mother to stop being a hero to take care of him, leading her into a deep depression and often abusing Victor, believing all her problems is his fault. Eventually, his mother forced him into Sky High so she doesn't have to deal with him anymore.
(In short, he was forced into the school by his mother as he had no interest to be a hero.)

Jim tends to think along the lines of a video game in his daily life.
Not the slightest an extrovert, Jim is willing to socialize but sucks at conversation.
Jim isn't confrontational, just because he can take a hit doesn't mean he can dish one out.
Now that he's in school to become a superhero, Jim is trying to physically better himself without his power.
Jim is not the best academically. He studies a lot, but isn't that smart.
Really and truly, Jim can't stand it when junk or fast food says it's a "diet" version, because they always taste bad and can never actually satisfy him.
A bit of a nerd, Jim's dorm and casual clothes are littered with video game and cartoon references.

Survival of the Fittest- Jim is very hard to kill, because his body changes to survive the situation.
Abilities (two abilities):
Adapt- Jim can adapt to survive the situation. An example of this would be developing gills to breathe underwater, or becoming denser to withstand greater impacts.
Repair- When injured, his body heals at a visible rate, allowing him to withstand normally fatal injuries.
Power limitations/weakness ( at least two):
Although Jim can adapt to survive all manner of situations, the adaptations are temporary, and as soon as the threat passes or Jim isn't being damaged in the same way, he reverts back to normal.
Although Jim has some conscious control over his adaptations, they are largely reactionary and might not always be the best or most efficient way to survive the situation.
Repairing damage takes caloric resources to fuel the cell growth and division. The more extensive the damage, the longer it takes to heal and the more of his calorie stores will be used up. If he runs out, his regeneration stops.
Jim needs a threat to his physical well-being in order to adapt. Inconveniences like his poor eyesight are not legitimate threats, which is why he can't adapt better eyes on his own, but something like a cold environment is.
Although James can theoretically mutate to adapt to any physical threat to his well-being, anything that can actively damage his body, mutating takes resources. The more traits he's using, the harder they are to maintain. His current sweet spot is up to five traits not including his improved bodily functions (digestive system, cardiovascular system, etc). Any more than that and it begins to physically drain his stores of calories at an increased rate.
Jim can only mutate traits he knows of or his cells figure out through trial and error, which is why he typically emulates animal traits. Unless he learns of tools and techniques better than what he can currently pull out, he might not be able to counter certain things.
James can only truly defend against physical dangers to his body. His mind and soul are resilient, but he can only make them harder to access, such as changing how his mind is kept in his body or his soul zipping off to a 'respawn point' where he has left cells with access to food to regrow in an emergency. His body is near impossible to destroy, but his mind and soul are vulnerable.
Why do you want to be a hero?: James was just like many other high school students, just trying to pass his classes without getting into trouble. When his adaptations first manifested during a break in at his family home, a la becoming bulletproof and quite literally spitting out the bullets, there was a massive shift in what he thought his future could be. Before, he didn't have any goals beyond graduating high school and going into video game design, but with his ability to survive, more avenues opened up. If he could do something useful with this power, why wouldn't he?

Hotheaded- As is almost mandatory with fire themed characters, Branne is quick to anger and quicker to challenge.
Prideful- Believing to know her capabilities better than anyone, or thing, else, she isn't good at accepting criticism.
Vain- Branne likes her appearance, and an attempt to change it is a quick way to start a fight.
Camera Shy- Up until recently, Branne hasn't had the best control over her fire, and doesn't perform well while being watched.

Fervidus- Branne can manipulate or control fire, heat, and molten solids such as melted metal or lava.
Corpus Igni- Can turn parts or all of her body into fire for a short time, and manipulate those flames.
Power limitations/weakness ( at least two):
While Branne's superpower renders her mostly fireproof, she can be burned by molten metal or stone, albeit much slower than non-fireproof people. She can be burned by chemicals.
While in fire form, water burns her as fire does others.
Her flames are linked to her emotions. The angrier she is, the hotter they are and the more likely she'll spontaneously combust, often leading to more harm than good.
Conservation of mass and energy. When manipulating molten material or fire she didn't create, unless Branne supplies additional heat and fuel, the flames will go out quickly and the molten material will cool.

Why do you want to be a hero?: Branne's ability has been nothing but destructive her entire life. She's determined to do something good with it.

Power: Giga Boost

Abilities:
Body Boost: This is one of the two ways Giga Boost manifests. By touching a living creature and choosing one trait of their physical body, he can boost it to superhuman levels. Soft skin and brittle bones can become bulletproof. An olympic sprinter can outpace a fighter jet, etc. This boost can last up to ten hours before Felix begins to feel adverse effects.
Power Boost: This is the second way Giga Boost can manifest. By touching a superpowered individual, Felix can boost their superpowers directly. Flame heroes burn hotter, durable heroes near true invincibility, and even abstract abilities go to new heights. This boost can last up to six hours before Felix starts to feel it.

Power limitations/weakness:
Support only: Felix's abilities, to his knowledge, can ONLY work on other people. He cannot boost himself, and thus, he must work with others around him to make use of those abilities. If he's ever caught alone, he's as good as dead.
Single Target: Felix can only boost one aspect of one living being at a time. He can't boost machines (And isn't sure if boosting cyborgs is a good idea) He can't boost a group, and he has to pick one thing to boost, be it a physical trait or a superpower. As such, Felix has to work closely with his boosted ally, and rely on them for protection. Sometimes this means switching what aspect is boosted mid-fight. Sometimes it means keeping up with someone far more powerful. And every time it should mean clear communication, but he's had issues with that.

Why do you want to be a hero?: He wants to be able to defend himself from the villains and heroes who want to use him like a tool. Or, failing that, find someone he can trust to treat him as a partner instead of just a weapon.

She can support up to six clones with fully functioning independent thoughts more than six and the duplicates start to become mirror clones.
Sine the clones have independent thoughts Lisa can disconnect herself from them, but they can not her. They will feel and experience everything the main body goes through.
When Lisa is connected to her clones she can experience mood swings as well as extreme confusion when they aren't on the same accord.

Description: Margate has a few striking features that make her stand out aside from her immense height, she is also covered in silvery gray scales form head to toe said scales are course and abrasive,another odd feature is her eyes they are a solid redy gold colour,her hair is a the same colour as her scales and have a similar course felling to it as well as rather long but standered enought considering her height, finally her teeth look more like they would fit in a carnivorous animel then a human,


Personality: while her high and appearance are considerably off putting Margate tries to be friendly however she often comes off as rather condescending, coupled with the fact she is literally draining to be around but all in all she tries her best to be nice.

Likes: explosions, meat, unusual creatures objects and people, sticking her nose where it shouldn’t belong so to speak

entropy: Margate constantly generates a field around her of about 3m that saps all types of energy, so for example it could slow down or completely stop a projectile or just make someone very tired eventually

Abilities
Effect entropy: Margate can increase or decrease the power of the entropy field making its sapping effect even more prominent or weaker but she can not turn it off

Body drain: hitting Margate with a physical attack or her using one will cause a large drain on the stamina and energy reserves on the target, to the point where the cells bonds may break if subjected to enought strikes

Weaknesses: she need to be extremely close to her targe to cause any real harm and it’s more dangerous to her allies thanks the the inability to deactivate the entropy field, another odd feature of her abilities that is after having the entropy field turn up for long periods of time, it give her a odd craving for raw meat

power: mimic sludge: Alrons body melted down into a sort of black slime-like substance. With a few of the slime-like traits associated with slimes. It is a strange twist allows him to copy other things whether it be a person or device there is a lot of limiting factors to this ability


He CANNOT copy a voice unless he assimilates the original holder of the voice
He CAN only copy the outward structure of something he sees unless he assimilates it

Assimilation: it’s a process that takes 10 hours where alrons body covers the person or items basically soaking up the “knowledge” allowing him to perfectly replicate the thing. The process CANNOT be interrupted or it will have to start over.

weakness: cold weather will slow him down seriously... like icey crystal-forming within him, while he can copy someone he's by no means any stronger then he normal is even if he transforms into a muscly af monster thing

Power: Personal Size Alteration

Abilities:
- Shrinking: This is Violet's more commonly used and practiced power. She is capable of reducing the size of her body to as small as up to a few inches in height. This ability is mostly used for stealth and infiltration.
- Growth: A more powerful but less stable and less used power. Violet is able to currently grow in height to a maximum of around 25 feet in height (roughly the height of a 2 storey building). Violet gains strength proportionally as she grows.

Power limitations/weakness:
- When shrinking, Violet is vulnerable to things larger than her, as she only has the relative strength and durability of something her size. As such, when she shrinks small enough, she is at risk of potentially being severely injured or even straight up crushed by an individual or object that would be far less harmful at regular size.
- The taller Violet gets, the more strain it puts on her body. When growing to extreme heights it puts a severe tax on her body and takes a lot of stamina to maintain her size, meaning that she can only maintain giant size for a limited amount of time. Staying big for prolonged periods of time, such as an extended fight, can lead to longer-term health problems. Growing too large too quickly can cause her to become dizzy and light-headed.

Fireball. When drawing this symbol, a fireball will appear in Lucien's hand. It's hot enough to go through wood but only hot enough to scorch any material harder than wood.
Transmutation. When drawing this symbol, any small object in his hand will turn into gold or steel, depending on what Lucien needs.

Power limitations/weakness:
Lucien is rendered unable to use his magic if his fingers and hands are completely restrained.
Lucien's hands are sensitive to pain, while the tips of his fingers are extremely sensitive to temperature and physical contact of any kind. This makes any pain directed at his hands and fingers extremely painful.
Too much usage of his magic in a short period of time will severely impact his mental stability. If he continues to use his magic when he's extremely tired, he will likely lose consciousness.

Why do you want to be a hero?
Lucien's parents were murdered at a very young age by people who had the same magic as him. He aims to find out who did so and bring justice to them while also spreading peace throughout society.

Abilities:
Black Blood - Can be used to form weapons such as bows with arrows, swords, axes, and spears (his favorite). Any weapon formed from Akira's blood will evaporate after 5 minutes. If his black blood is spilled but not used to form anything, it will evaporate within 30 seconds. However, in order to form weapons of greater efficiency, Akira must first perform a transformation ritual.
Hellfire Calling - Using this ability, Akira can call the fires of hell both during and away from battle. These fires can range anywhere from 572 degrees Fahrenheit to 9,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The size and heat of fire he can emit, may change due to his emotions or mental status. This being said, sometimes things can get messy. He likes to keep himself out of various situations as to not burn anyone or anything unintentionally.
