Personality
Jace is very awkward as he is completely ignorant to how people interact with one another. He learns through copying people so he is not impossible to teach. On land he's a lot less likely to fall victim to his own predator instincts and can actually treated like a somewhat domestic creature and maybe someday he can be treated like a normal person, sometimes even in an enclosed area or water he can be kind of tame. However being let into open water with people who might be swimming is a dangerous go, especially if he is hungry. He hasn't been around people enough to rule them as 'friends not food', so even though they are not in a normal siren's diet, if he gets hungry enough he might resort to pulling someone under again. He is incredibly intelligent and can learn human customs quickly through watching their interactions and mimicking them, associating causes with effects. Sirens are very physical and social creatures so it wouldn't be uncommon of him to want to cuddle up to someone he particularly likes.

Backstory
Jace is a biological anomaly for his kind. Females are often born with pretty faces, lithe bodies and are accepted by other females in large packs where as males take on a larger more monstrous form and leave the group on their own. Jace was born biologically male, but had a large amount of estrogen in his system, giving him characteristics of a beautiful female and granted him a place among the group. He grew up like a normal siren, learning to hunt in the icy waters just south of Antarctica.
Sirens often don't hand around anywhere but arctic waters, however his group had no choice. Fishing in arctic waters have made the food supply run short so they had to move south. For a short time there was a small group of Siren in North American waters, and there seemed to be an increase in 'shark attacks'. Of course the group wasn't actually sharks, rather starving Sirens and cases of mistaken identity due to the fact that humans on surfboards look similar to seals from beneath. At first the attacks were accidents and left the surfers with some injuries, but no deaths. But then the crisis grew worse and the groups began intentionally targetting humans. Appearing to them and then dragging them down. But it took one accident to scare the sirens away for good. All of them but 1. The group was out hunting as usual when Jace got scooped into a fishing net. This scared the group so badly they left the harbor for good and the siren that was captured was kept in captivity for a good three days before he managed to escape back in the harbor. But upon searching for his group, Jace discovered they were gone and had left him all alone in the harbor.
Jace had to figure out how to survive on his own, but his experiences in captivity made him curious of the humans. He would listen to their language and eventually learned how to mimic it. He'd appear to a few surfers here and there, but not to harm them, rather to attempt to talk. He started going against his instincts, much like the rare cases of lions taking care of young gazelles. He figured out how to survive among them, developing more specialized hunting habits like searching for shellfish rather than mammals, even though they aren't quite right for his systems.
Appearance
Jace is an odd creature, He doesn't quite fit in with the sirens, but he can't bring himself to really fit in with humans. He looks like most female sirens do: A beautiful face, god-like bodies and when in the water a ornate and beautiful tail. He does however have markings across his back and shoulders that vary from dark blue to a light turqouise and form stripes around his side. He has permanant sails that are on his ears and connect a bit further down his neck, joining at the spine behind his head.
When outside the water he stands about 5 ft 7, is a bit on the lighter side and seems to move clumbsily. His hair is water repellant so even when he is 'wet' it looks completely dry. His eyes are a beautiful slate grey that seem to glimmer silver at night.
Abilities
Immidiate shifting between legs and tail and Siren anatomy No waiting to dry off at all, whatever makes contact with the water becomes tail up to the point of exposure to air, which his cells quickly construct themselves into legs. Only when exposed to air for a couple seconds do they become legs. But with a small bit of magic he can make himself become fully siren on land, although his skin could burn and his delicate fins will be much more likely to be damaged. On the subject of his tail- it is loaded with muscle and allows him to out swim many aquatic mammals such as dolphins.
Magic Sirens are very limited when it comes to their magic, but when used the right way and in the right conditions, they could cause one hell of a disaster. Sure it's mostly used for force-transformations, but they can manipulate the water around them. At night when the moon is working with him, Jace can actually create some massive waves and probably take out an entire dock in a few swings. Sirens hunt like orcas, pinning arctic animals like penguins and seals on the ice and working together to summon up a big enough wave to knock them off and into the water. Their magic has to be strong enough to knock big holes in three feet deep ice to keep their navigation correct. Jace can not only manipulate the water to make giant crashing wave, he can kind of use it the way aqualad does, bending it to his whim on land.
Ambush predator Sirens are often called 'the wolves of the ocean'. They travel in packs ranging from 5 to upward of 40 led by one matriarch who usually is usually the mother, grandmother or great grandmother to the other females of the group. These creatures are master hunters, silent swimmers and can seem to disappear into the murky water. They wait until some unsuspecting creature ventures too close to the ice before suddenly grabbing it and pulling it in, dragging it into the depths so it can drown. This tactic is so successful, skilled hunters can bring down large prey like polar bears. But times have been desperate, and due to lack of food supply they've recently begun hunting humans. They've learned that waiting on one to foolishly lean over the boat isn't as successful as revealing ones self and charming one into the water. When sailors became weary of them and no longer fell for their tricks they began moving south from their arctic home and into the warmer waters of the Americas. The humans thought the missing surfers were shark attacks and have since moved on... except for Jace.
Voice All sirens sing, however very rarely does one ever learn english because their contact with humans is so limited.Their songs are actually method of communication. they've also found it quite useful for luring curious humans in. However their voice is not just for songs and the 'fins' on his ears are not just for looks. When threatened on land they can eemit a horrible screech, loud enough to burst eardrums. The fins on their ears pin back while they do this to protect their ears from damage.
Gills and lungs alternate when on land/sea
6th sense Just like a shark. Detects electricity from both living creatures and devices.
Venom Sirens have barbs much like a stingray's under the fins on his wrists. They are coated in a nasty toxin that can paralyze someone for a few minutes. Not a problem on land, big problem in the sea. Wounds caused by this are also very likely to get infected.

Decent hunter Jace can hunt decently, but not enough to really keep himself fed enough to keep him away from humans.
Intelligent Jace is pretty smart for someone who hasn't been exposed to human schooling. Of course intelligence is a staple of the species, and his problem solving skills are spectacular.
Limited english He has learned very basic english, This is something very few humans have done, therefore he can be spoken with, but he has to be spoken to like a child.
Underwater tracking Jace is a better machine tracker and item finder than he is a hunter. He's not big enough or strong enough to pull in large animals, but he was one of the best at locating them. He even became good at finding things that were buried or hidden away. What he's really become adept in, however, is detecting electronic devices that are well hidden both on land and at sea. AKA: He's really good at finding explosives, traps, security system triggers and hidden people.

But his father was not bad. After all, he teached Eizen to respect the others for what they are. He also did spend a lot of time with his son, and Eizen was grateful toward him. Unfortunately he could never replaced something : A mother.
Eizen never truly understood the feeling of the others until he growed up. He cursed himself. He cried alone. If he was there for the one he used to love, if he was strong enough to confess to her, she would have not killed herself. If he could have mastered his powers, he could have put an end at her misery. If he was not born, his mother would have survived. Fortunately, those thoughts made Eizen mentally stronger.

Black hole : This is the strongest ability of Eizen. For a short time, he is capable to drag near things in a little black hole. Peoples and beasts will be severely hurt if they are trap. Once the black hole dismiss, everything into it will be free. The black hole can last up a minute or so, depending of the tall and the attraction power used.
Weapons Manipulation : Instead of carrying a weapon, Eizen can create it and it will float in the air. For now, only one weapon can be create and float at the same time. This power include : Spear, Axe, Sword, Dagger, Shield.
