Help Slide boxes

I cannot figure out how to make slide boxes on this BB. Can anyone help?

Slide boxes = as in, there's a box. With text. You click on it. It expands. Kind of like spoiler tag here C:

Adding any other codes inside them is still confusing, but I'll be trying out in MPW. ty.
