A pragmatic young man with a good head on his shoulders. He often will keep to himself unless he feels the need to speak up. He could be often seen caring for his two close friends, sharing a close bond with them and making sure they wouldn't have left each other's side. He's a bit protective of the ones he loves, and will give the cold shoulder to anyone who he either doesn't respect, or feels they don't respect him. Ashborn is not easily able to socialize with other people, he can be rather awkward during social interactions and he doesn't like to be around a lot of people, and in fact prefers to be with few rather than many.

Appearance: Kali is a fairly short woman with long black hair and brown eyes. She’s rather simple looking but a certain stern look staples itself to her features as if she’s completely done with everyone and everything. Within those features show her asian descent that she wears very proudly.

Personality(optional): She’s sort of a mother but the mother that says “I’m angry because I care… but also because I’m done with your bullshit.” Kali cracks a few jokes here and there but tends to stay strict as ever unless she’s retiring to sleep or alone in her unit. Often times she offers to do work as she is hardworking and ready to get things over with.

Her days are tiring and no one can keep up with the amount of work she does. It's hard and sometimes people have to forcibly make her take a break.

How did they find Sleepwalk Haven?: She was running from a group of creatures, after they attacked some other humans. Unfortunately she couldn’t save them in time and almost got herself killed.

Any other info?: She’s quite good at hand to hand combat so she can also be used to go out on scavenges.

Preferred Weapons: Her bare hands. She will beat anything that threatens her up.

Personality: Octavia is a little weird. She is loud and bubbly but also quiet and reserved, if that makes sense. She is an extrovert around people she knows and a introvert around those she doesn't know. Part of her wishes the creatures were nice because "doggies!". She loves Guns. she's a little obsessed. Always asking her fiends if she can clean and oil their guns for them. She has a deep southern accent because she's from south Texas. Her favorite things include Guns, her blue heeler, Ryker, that has since passed, Boots(she's still trying to find a new pair), Cigarettes (Everyone has flaws), and a good Steak ( she misses the taste). She doesn't like The creatures, Fire, and the fact she has to wake up at 6 am. She use to be a Veterinary Technician before all this started. She loves animals. Personality: A Jack of All Trade, yet a master of none, this grizzled man is constantly tired and agitated. He is sarcastic and witty, and surprisingly smart. However he would rather stand back and watch everyone else go on with their business. While respectful of his peers, the constant frown, bags under his eyes, and irritated look tend to make him rather unapproachable, that is unless whoever wishes to speak with him is used to his grumpy nonsense. However, Vlad does have a secret love for creating and gardening, and can often be found tending to a small garden of his own creation or locked away in an empty room sculpting, painting, or drawing.

Appearance: Although still young, life has not been kind to this man. He supports a short, salty beard and a wild mane of salted hair that often gets into his eyes if it's not tied up. while muscular, his posture is terrible and is often found slouching with his rough hands in his pockets. He wears a faded blue button up shirt, black cargo pants, and combat boots. He has dull blue, almost grey, eyes and dark brown, nearly black, hair. His skin is very tan and scars litter his arms from his time as a mechanic. His build is rather broad and muscular, with squared shoulders and limbs about as thick as a young tree trunk. Despite his atrocious posture, he is a very sturdy man and if in a fight his opponent would tire out before being able to push him over.

Role : Member. It enjoys patrolling the compound or being assigned guard-duty, and likely ends up standing and guarding medical most of the time ( Kattzillaa )

Appearance : Jian stands at 6'4" and has a stocky sort of build, which is only exaggerated by its preference for layered, baggy clothing. Its face is really no help to this, as it has a near-perpetual ‘resting homicidal thoughts’ look, which tends to fend people off. Its skin is mid-dark and it has dark-brown hair to match. Scars can be seen on its face and over the rest of its body, telling the story of a rough life. (close to the image, but without the very deliberate scarification, instead it looks more like these here or this)

Personality : Introverted, quiet, but not timid. Crass, vulgar, and bluntly honest most of the time, although it's good at reading the room and will adjust if necessary. Hopelessly paranoid and constantly jaded, isn't easily shaken in an emergency situation. Possibly could have been a leader if it had any sense of diplomacy.

How it found Sleepwalk Haven : The last haven they were at was less than favorable; there was a ranking system and it was at the bottom, forced to do work for those at the top. It managed to escape, and after a few harrowing days spent hiding from the creatures, it found itself at the walls of Sleepwalk Haven. It's been glad to work there ever since.

Job before the apocalypse : Security Consultant

Preferred weapons : Pistol or shotgun, it's not bad with a rifle either, but it truly prefers hand-to-hand/CQC. Jian has trained in various martial arts/other styles of combat and is a more than formidable opponent.

Headcanons :
Does not like to be touched.
Contrary to popular belief: it can be warm and comforting when it wants, or when the situation warrants. It also has a sense of humor, although it's very morbid and dry. If you trip, it's probably thinking about laughing.
Spend a lot of time contracted out to different tech companies and picked up some technical/medical/other science knowledge while on the job. At least, enough to understand a conversation that includes technobabble.
It used to really love K-dramas and other serials, but now it mostly reads in its downtime. It trades books with other members to get ones that it hasn't read before, but it's hard since Jian goes through books like a knife through butter.
Jian uses it/its pronouns because the last Haven it came from, Graycris Haven, only referred to their laborers as objects. It just got used to it, and not is more comfortable with that than whatever pronouns it used before.
