Futuristic Skypirates: A New World interest check

Samurai Jay Samurai Jay Your character might be a bit too evil. I know the characters are pirates but having an outright insane murderer on the team might make things a bit uncomfortable. So to everyone reading it would be good to hear if you are comfortable with the character in the RP

Noble Scion Noble Scion Your character is accepted. Cool design and interesting backstory. Can easily see her fitting into a crew.

animegirl20 animegirl20 You have not as of yet completed your backstory and I can't approve an incomplete character sheet.

VasiliasMellow VasiliasMellow Your character is good to go as well, interesting design and cool backstory to go along with it.

@LillaIsACat You don't appear to have put your characters backstory into your character sheet. So I have it marked as incomplete at the moment.

Cychotic Cychotic A well rounded Captain with a good backstory, more then happy to have you aboard.

So for now that means that three characters are currently accepted, with one pending the feelings of those already accepted. Two incomplete character sheets and one person who wants to put in for a character.

Roles that have been filled: Captain/Cook, Doctor, Pilot/Engineer. At the moment the ship is lacking a Flight Frame specialist and a Soldier. Its possible to simply have crew members take over the role of soldiers, but they aren't especially well versed in direct combat and against more experienced fighters may find themselves outmatched. As for lacking a Flight Frame pilot that would be dangerous due to not having protection from outside forces.
 
Hey, got any more room? I'd be interested in perhaps being a sort of "senior soldier". Not necessarily a person withing the ship's elite but a rather respected and long-term member of the crew. The person would fill the role of soldier. Does that sound good?

Its a new crew set up for a new ship, but you could be an old hat pirate joining in with a new crew. Such a character would be more then okay.

Got it should I change my character now or wait till the others respond if they enjoy it or not. Besides he's not a killing psycho he's more Pyro. And his murder charges are from when he set the fire to escape, odds are someone died in a huge,fire in a prision

Maybe take it down from 'fucking psychopath' to 'antisocial and pissed at everyone'. The difference being that at least one of those can talk to and interact with the other characters. Insane characters have their place, but other characters sometimes have a bit less ability to interact. Either because they are reasonably afraid of them, or because it goes a bit one note.

But this is the option, if everyone is cool then I guess it would be fine. So long as everyone can play together and make a fun story my own objections don't really take a place.

Sounds good. Another Flight Frame pilot will be good.

Oh there is something I wanted to put out. This Friday will be the close of the Interest Check and character sheets and the start of the game. For those of you who are needing to finish your characters or want to get them in make sure to do so by this Friday. That is 6/2/17. Last time for character submission will be midnight Central time.
 
So the time has finally arrived, a few hours later then I might have initially wished but thats how life goes. Everyone who has been accepted into the game will be tagged here, in the discussion, and the initial game. The first bits will be a meet and greet so your characters can become comfortable with one another as I have a shift that will take my entire day from me tomorrow. After that we can start getting things happening.

So in short, welcome Skypirates, the a whole new world of adventure.
