PERSONALITY
Skadi is far too nice for most people to believe that she would rip their hearts out and eat them without hesitation. Skadi is very much a lokir, fiercely loyal to her friends and absolutely ruthless to her enemies. She has a very animal like mentality seeing things as strong and weak, predator and prey, good and bad. While this can make her seem somewhat simplistic she is smart, she just puts her focus in other things instead of philosophy. She is really just a simple person who enjoys simple pleasures. She loves a good meal, a good fight and surprisingly enough, games. When she's not mercilessly tearing people apart with her fangs Skadi is a playful but competitive person. She loves a game of chance or strategy or strength and is generally up to any challenge. The only game she ever seems to lose is any game where she has to lie. She's nicknamed Wags for a reason. Skadi tends to wear her heart on her sleeve and has a pathological inability to lie. She is honest always and is easily readable.
HISTORY/BIO
The Lokir were created by Valheim to serve as his shock troopers during the war against his brother, and they excelled in the task as many died at their fangs in the war. After the war they were uneasily accepted by most of humanity but a lot of the Valken upper class remembered fighting the lokir and oppressed them because of it. After many years of shunning and discrimination the Lokir were exiled into the wilderness where they disappeared for centuries. With tensions brewing between the outlands and Valken though, more and more Lokir emerged from hiding exposed by Valken raids or taking advantage of Valken weaknesses to raid their forts and camps. While the Fenrir, leader of the Lokir, insisted his people remain neutral, Valken had other ideas. In retribution they sent mages into the outlands to hunt the Lokir and as their numbers dwindled, the Fenrir relented and the Lokir formerly banded together with the rest of the outlands.
Born the granddaughter of the old Fenrir, Longtooth, there were many eyes on Skadi not they she knew it. As a child she was playful and rambunctious, a child that could never hide how she felt earning her the Wags moniker. However, the years were hard on the girl as her people began to dwindle as Valken mercilessly hunted them down. Now with the recent death of her grandfather she has been appointed as representative of her people in the outlands. But with no Fenrir and a war on the horizon Skadi is a step away from leading her people, a title she is reluctant to take.
