Which would have made for a normal childhood had he not been born gifted he was born with a strong connection to another world or perhaps multiple other worlds. Regardless this led to a hero training him from a very young age to become a sidekick then hero himself. This particular hero was a psychic and while he was asleep would try to open up his mind to the other worlds. he only succeeded in forcing the boy to go to the other Strange World mentally every time he slept. Well the psychic used to join him helping him learn and Traverse these strange new worlds. He made two allies of extremely weak creatures for these worlds and when he woke he found he could transform into them. Understanding his power let him to attempt to make more alliances but such creatures are not easily drawn out. The more time he spends there the closer he gets but you must be cautious while exploring such places as his master soon found out. He still doesn't know what happened to him but when he awoke his master of glared down at him with alien eyes he had lost his mind to whatever creature he had met. He drugged his sidekick and took him somewhere where he performed horrifying rituals on him in the attempt to Kickstart his powers and attract the attention of more beings. He was lucky that the psychic went first into these dark areas for the stress on his mind was too much and it killed his Master luckily. when he woke he was covered in horrible markings and tattoos leading to his current outfit which covers most of his body. It also led to his strange resistance to pain not necessarily superhuman but more damaged nerves he will sometimes joke about being lucky that he could still feel his crotch ,but it haunts him that he can feel everything so perfectly but pain.

Name: ???
Alias/Nickname: The Caller
Gender: Male
Age: ???
Appearance:
tvselection2.jpg

Suit:
-Literally the only thing that could be counted on as part of his costume is the old television set on his head. Besides that, he wears basic tuxes, formal wear, and anything that just scream that he means business.

Height:
-6'1

Weight:
-147

Blood Type:
-O

Affiliation:
-Villain, subordinate leader

Quirks:
-Known to twitch and flinch at random times

Fears/Phobias:
???

Personality:
-Most views on The Caller see him as cold, calculating, and showing no remorse to any hero who might come his way. If he can cheat, he will cheat, if he can kill, he will kill, and if he can take advantage of someone, he will do so. He guides with a heavy hand that comes with power and whoever isn't with him, is a enemy. He's demanding, seeing anything below 100% success as just disgraceful. He does have charisma to him, having a way to persuade his minions and allies. Though most of the time, anyone lower then him is seen as a pond in his own goal.

However, there is one care he has in the world. He does have a daughter who he loves very dearly and will do anything to make sure she is happy. Though he does have a strict nature to it, always wanting her to look her best and be her best. He acts different around her, seeing her as a great gift and the light of his life. Anyone who says different will get a kick to the legs.

The Caller views the world and humanity as a whole as becoming helpless. He believes everyone had relied on heroes to not take care of themselves. His grand plan for humanity is to destroy the heroes of the world and to truly liberate humanity from their shackles.

Power:
-
Technokinesis:

  • Video Manipulation
  • ???

Power Statistics:
-Strength: ???: Unknown

-Mastery: ???: Unknown

-Endurance: ???: Unknown

Skills:
-Hand to Hand combat
-Range Weaponry
-Good with tech
-Persuasion

Equipment:
-Taser
-Simple Pistol
-Mutiple phones

Limits: Unknown

Weaknesses:
-The Caller expects 110%, meaning he is hard to please
-Will protect his daughter at all cost
-While almost untouchable due to him never being in the same place, he still can be hit by something like ordinary bullets.

Backstory:
-The Caller once lived in poverty and was merely a petty thief who used his powers to do things like stealing from others. However, unlike most, it wasn't out of evil. He had done this for himself and his daughter, so that they could live a almost normal life. However, he had fallen into the wrong crowd and was in debt to a gang who had given him the middle class life.

The Caller decided what his last job would be, he had saved up enough to pay the gang, then he could get a real job. However, the gang got tired of waiting and went to his house while he was out. They attacked his daughter, smashing her face in the process. The gang left her there to die, a symbol of their power. Though, she didn't die and survived with a face nothing more then static.

The Caller came home to her on the doorstep, broken and limp. He screamed out into the night, yelling for a hero to help her...why didn't they help her? No one tried to help, thinking a hero would come to rescue the man. Sadly, no hero did, no savior to help his hurt angel. That's when the man snapped, he ran to the hospital to get her the help she needed. Then, he went for the gang under the name, The Caller.

The gang was slaughtered in the night, whether they be gutted, stabbed, shot; no man was left alive. The Caller had realized the error of man. How the heroes only protected the high class and left the bottom to rot away. Humanity was using heroes as a crutch and he knew what he had to do. Kick the crutch from underneath and force the people of the world to get up.

This CS seems very all over the place, you seem to repeat yourself constantly and the grammar is just as crazy.

Also, just because you don't carry it, doesn't mean you can have all that equipment :/ We have a maximum for a reason!

I get what you're going for, h.p. Lovecraft type of style so on the powers, i'm going to need second opinion on those as well.

Like I said above, grammar, please!

Also, if it's just telekinesis, why not just call it telekinesis because magic gives you too much power. It can give you anything needed to the plot :/

And I need more! More skills, more on the personality, and more on phobias. Give me descriptions on strength, mastery, and endurance.

I need real weaknesses too, running from a fight isn't a weakness :/

Hey would it be better if I just went werewolf

Subordinate

Name: Elias Holst
Alias/Nickname: Elias doesn't mind his first name, though he's used to being referred to as simply 'Holst'. Pet names and other informal titles do irritate him, however, and he most likely won't respond to them. The only other alternative would be 'Sparky', but such a name was really only used when he was under Master Vortex's command, and he now loathes the dead nickname.
Gender: Male
Age: 27

Appearance: Elias has short dark-brown hair that is normally kept combed, though it can be a bit disheveled if he's pulling an all-nighter or is simply too tired to care. His brows are narrow and rest above hazel eyes, usually half-lidded and relaxed. A pale scar contrasting his dark olive skin runs from his cheekbone up to his left eyelid. If one looks closely, Erik's left eye is slightly red at the bottom from nerve damage. He's German, so his accent is still evident, but it's not as harsh as it could be (due to learning English several years back and continuing to refine his communication).

Suit: When on a mission, Elias prefers attire that hides his identity yet is still functional. Usually he wears black light-weight tactical gear (pants, shoes, top) with a simple bullet-proof vest that can stop basic low-caliber handguns. His gloves are vital to his powers - they are conductive but restrict electricity to only his hands, not the rest of his body. A dark blue bandanna, his only signature look, is drawn up over his nose. He also wears a protective opaque visor/goggles and helmet. Overall, Holst's appearance can be better aligned with that of a SWAT member than a bad guy, which is what he prefers.
Height: 5'10" (1.78M)
Weight: 131 lbs. (59 kg)
Blood Type: A-positive

Affiliation: Subordinate

Quirks: Fidgets with his hands when bored. He is sometimes affected by insomniac episodes. During such nights, he reads whatever books he has on hand, usually crappy mystery novels that he half-likes, mostly because they're so poorly plotted that he can solve them within the first few chapters.

Fears/Phobias:
- Aquaphobic (afraid of water, especially bodies such as oceans and lakes).
- Fears that his loved ones may be hurt/killed because of his own actions
- While Holst doesn't fear death itself, he fears a situation in which he dies painfully - to specify, being tortured.
- Afraid of not making a difference / being forgotten

Personality: Elias is a highly observant and focused individual. He can, at times, be a minor perfectionist while on missions, but usually is very patient with himself and other subordinates. Holst prefers not to be around large crowds of people and therefore spends most of his time alone. One-on-one, however, he can be very expressive and opens up a lot more to those that he trusts. The reason that Elias is a subordinate in the first place isn't because he's inherently evil, but because he believes that the current establishment is much worse than his own means. In his eyes, it's evident that the world exploits and idolizes heroes. They are a faulty replacement for an otherwise structured society, and can be possibly too dangerous for the normal population.

Since he has a sharp eye and pretty decent marksmanship, Elias prefers working from medium-range during missions. He's slightly unnerved by The Caller, but nevertheless understands and supports his cause (the only other option would be a death sentence). During an assignment, Holst acts professional and only speaks when he needs to.

Power: Manipulation of electricity.
Power Statistics:
-Strength: 3 (Not weak, but not incredibly strong either.
-Mastery: 4 (Elias's skills are precise and calculated. He's had a lot of experience with his powers and knows how to use them accordingly).
-Endurance: 2 (Elias's powers are best used in short, impactful bursts. A prolonged use of his powers would be too exhausting).

Skills: To make up for his somewhat selective powers, Elias had to prove himself capable in other fields. Holst doubles as being skilled at both spotting and being an accurate marksman. He knows basic survival methods, and has a great amount of environmental awareness.

Equipment:
- Bolt-action rifle (Remington 700 model): Holst's most valuable possession when it comes to equipment. He bought it himself, and cleans it after every assignment that he uses it.
- Dechargers (4): Basically, these are serum injects that Holst keeps on him at all times during missions. When Holst is channeling energy, it can take hours for surrounding electricity to dissolve completely. This makes things problematic (ex: needing to jump in the water, but can't due to still being 'charged'). Dechargers are syringes that Holst uses to get rid of excess electricity around/inside him in a matter of minutes. As of currently, he only has four syringes.
- Ordinary pocket knife
- Flip-phone (for communication only. He tends not to use any expensive electronic devices - most of them break).

Limits:
- The electricity has to be already present - Holst can't just conjure it out of thin air, meaning it has to be drawn from a source (ex: generator, street light, etc.). He can't create electricity, only control it.
- The amount of electricity Holst is drawing from/controlling greatly affects the amount of energy he has. If he were to attempt harnessing a large amount of power, it would tire him out very quickly and leave him physically exhausted. This is why Holst prefers working in short bursts, such as flicking on a light or delivering an otherwise quick spike of energy.
- Range. Elias can only reach out to energy that is relatively close to his current position. This range is roughly the equivalent of standing in the middle of a football stadium and only being able to use the electricity between him and the walls of the stadium.
- Holst can control electricity from both touch (placing his hand on the side of a generator, touching a live wire w/ his gloves on) and thought, with touch being the much stronger (energy-wise) choice. Thought basically means that Holst can look over at a light and shut it off mentally. Touch drains him physically - thought drains him mentally.

Weaknesses:
- Anything water-related will immediately cancel out his powers. If he is in the process of channeling energy and is in a damp environment or comes in contact with water, it could be dangerous for him and may result in him electrocuting himself (he is not fully immune to his own power).
- EMPs and other jamming equipment. While it doesn't affect him directly, it can render possible energy sources nonexistent and therefore constrict his full abilities.
- Electricity itself. Holst has to be very, very careful with what he does. It's part of the reason he's so precise. He's not immune to being shocked, therefore it's rare for Holst to attempt channeling a large amount of energy at once. Usually, Holst tries to channel a small charge - one that, if it somehow electrocutes him, won't be life-threatening, but even then it can be risky. Only his gloves are immune, and Holst can shape and harness energy with them.

Backstory: Born in Munich, Elias Holst lived comfortably in the upper districts of the city with his mother and father. He was an average student and generally went under the radar academic-wise: Holst never wanted to learn what was being taught to him. His powers didn't even make an appearance until he was ten years old, when he accidentally shut off all the lights in his school's east wing simply because he and his friend were trying to play hide and seek in the dark. Doing so made Holst incredibly light-headed, but the school waved it off as a maintenance issue, and so Holst's powers remained a secret. Encouraged by this strange occurrence, Holst made it a routine to practice and push the limits of his powers. Luckily, Holst never got seriously hurt. Slowly but surely, as he grew into a teenager, he began to master his ability to manipulate electricity.

As he got older, he decided to enroll in law enforcement. He participated as a riot police-officer for a while, and saw firsthand the chaos and confusion so-called 'heroes' had done to ordinary people. Some citizens believed that heroes were superior, that all should bow down to them as some sort of lesser gods. Others - including Holst - feared that superheroes had such a tight grasp on society that normal people could do nothing if heroes decided to use their powers to oppress and enslave. Holst was heavily conflicted - he was also disgusted by himself for having the very same abilities he criticized. So he quit law enforcement. Instead, he began to cooperate with underground societies and gangs. He used his powers to spread his ideologies and to expose the corrupt. Nowadays, he still stands strong by his message, and is confident that others stand behind him.

Extra:
- Some of his books, documents, and other equipment differs in the written languages. For instance, one book might be in German, while the other is in English.
- In a long-distance relationship with a girl he met back several years ago. She doesn't know Holst's affiliations. After assignments, Holst sometimes talks to her over the phone (something he's very cautious about doing nowadays under The Caller's employment).

Police
Name:
Lucas Gram
Alias/Nickname: A**hole by his subordinates
Gender: Male
Age: 58

Appearance:
A gruff, old man nearing the end of his career, Lucas can often be seen sporting a long, brown trench coat and smoking a Cuban cigar. His salt and pepper hair is hid under his signature fedora. His facial features are hid under a thick beard, making it very difficult to discern his emotions.
Height: Lucas stands at a short 5'8, made pronounced by his plump figure.
Weight:
Somewhere in the ballpark around 175lb.
Blood Type: [Optional] O Negative

Affiliation: Police
Rank in PD:
Superintendent
Quirks: Obsessively smokes Cuban cigars, is often seen walking in the Projects, reminiscing about his glory days as a detective in the 5th district.
Fears/Phobias: Is haunted by many ghosts of his past, relies on strong alcoholic drink and prescription medicine in order to get any rest
Personality: Once a promising and competent detective, his many brilliant exploits enabled him to shoot up the ranks, however, he has lost his inner fire, and as a result has given up on himself and the city. He has earned the ire of many under him and in city hall from his grim demeanor. One can only hope that the new sidekicks program will provide new hope to Lucas and the city.

Power:
Unknowingly compels others to be honest in response to his questions.
Power Statistics:
-Strength:
1
-Mastery: 1
-Endurance: 5
[NOTICE: You are given a total of 8 points to spend. If any category is 0, then the power WILL NOT WORK.]
Skills:
[Human skills]
Possesses a brilliant mind, mentally recreates crimes in order to solve them.
Equipment: [Police are allowed 8 pieces of equipment] Standard issue police weapons, and a double barrel shotgun gifted to him by his father upon his graduation from the Police Academy.
Weaknesses: [Human Weaknesses]
Weakness for drink, has lost the drive
Backstory: [Optional] (I'll add this later on)
Extra:

The ability to compel the truth from others means it is an ability regardless. Since it is a form of mind manipulation, having such a low mastery should mean it should be resistable with a little bit of mental fortitude? Correct me if this isn't the case with this ability in particular.

However I will be glad to accept it.

He was an average student and generally went under the radar academic-wise: Holst never wanted to learn what was being taught to him. Very nicely done! It was quite a bit to read but more is always better than less! I don't have any concerns with this meta, so I will give it its approval.

Name:
Jia Sun
Alias/Nickname: Celerity
Gender: Female
Age: 20

Appearance: At first glance, Jia seems like just another skinny Asian girl. Straight black hair, dark eyes, amazing complexion and adorably crooked teeth. In other words, pretty enough but nothing special, even when dressed up. There's an assertive bluntness to her approach, presentation and eye contact, though, that marks her as unmistakably American. Her voice is light, high and sharply sarcastic. Often found with a cigarette in one hand, she talks faster than she runs.

Suit: When she bothers with one, Jia sports a set of white track pants and a black tank-top complete with red gloves and red track shoes. She's shamelessly unapologetic about her copyright infringement.
Height: 5'2.
Weight: 110 lbs.
Blood Type: Type A?

Affiliation: Siiiiiiiiidekiiiiiiiiiiiick!
Quirks:
  • Jia's rather knowledgeable of tabletop RPGs and tends to use that knowledge to make a variety of genre-related quips.
  • Compulsively must check her phone for email or updates to social media, like, you don't even know.
Fears/Phobias: Beneath her overpowering confidence, Jia's afraid she's not as good as she thinks she is...or needs to be. She fears failure, having already failed her parents by failing to live up to their far superior lives. She especially fears failing the memory of the Living Dynamo, the heroine who took her in and mentored her. Jia also fears her criminal past coming back to haunt her, even though it was four years ago. She covers all of this up with bravado and a love of risk.

Personality: Jia is smart, sharp and savvy. She's also impatient, sarcastic and a bit bitter. She knows how to pass among elites, having grown up among them. But, despite her super abilities and natural intelligence, Jia tends to feel inferior to people who've conventionally 'made it', something she couldn't manage to do. She's naturally outgoing, though, friendly and has virtually no fear of plunging into the unknown. A natural risk-taker, Jia constantly struggles with reining in her impulses. And beneath it all, she's learned to prize the heroic morals of the superhero she studied under and constantly fears failing to live up to them.

Power: Super Speed
Power Statistics:
  • Strength: 3 (When pushed, Jia can clock upwards of 300 mph so far and, at most, is roughly fifteen times faster in agility and reaction time than the average athlete).
  • Mastery: 3 (Her reflexes are also heightened enough to largely keep up with what she's doing, though she's as prone as anyone to slipping on ice or fumbling something).
  • Endurance: 3 (Jia's super speed is both reflexive and consciously invoked, but it's not running by default unless a situation warrants it. She can run for an hour before needing a break. Likewise, she can engage in fisticuffs or high-speed assembly of furniture or anything requiring lightning fast reflexes for many minutes but gets tired like anyone else).
Skills: Jia's well educated, particularly when it comes to history, politics and religion. She speaks Mandarin Chinese as well as English. Jia also has a solid smattering of criminal skills including pickpocketing, breaking-and-entering including locks, as well as a familiarity with the drug market. She can use a pistol, though she's nothing special with one, and she's decidedly skillful with knives including high-speed knife-throwing. Other than that, Jia has a remarkable lack of customer service skill (or any other employable skill at all).

Equipment:

  • Smartphone (with a specially designed speedster keyboard that doesn't die a horrible death trying to keep up with her).
  • Bluetooth earbuds.
  • A pair of carbon-steel knives plainly intended for hand-to-hand (and marks that plainly show she's used them for throwing knives when she shouldn't have).
mirror__s_edge___city_lights_by_cosmmix-d5e2dhj_zpssyfunpxk.jpg

Limits:
The limits of Jia's super speed largely align with the usual human weakness. She runs and moves and can even think much faster than the average person but gets tired at about the same rate. If the average athlete can run 10 miles over the course of an hour, she can cover 300 in the same span of time but, like the athlete, she'll need a break to catch her breath, get some water and get her energy back. Jia's in objectively great shape but fighting criminals in cities has made her more of a sprinter than a marathon runner. The fact that she chain smokes certainly does her stamina no favors.

Weaknesses: She's probably her biggest weakness. Even when she's not accelerated, Jia is not a patient woman and tends to impulsively leap into things before she should. While Jia's learned not to underestimate anyone who can't keep up with her physically, she's much more likely to underestimate someone who thinks slower than she does, even if (and especially if) their slower more thorough thought process produces superior solutions. When her power's active, so is her metabolism and poison, gas and any drugs process through her system at equally accelerated rates.

Backstory: If asked about her past, Jia will cheerfully invent a great deal of bullshit and never give the same story twice. Those canny enough to get ahold of her police file will discover she's the very carefully concealed daughter of a prominent pastor and his wife who serves as a Republican Congresswoman. Presumably, Jia grew up with privilege and she certainly has the education and natural intelligence to excel in school, arguably on track to be her class' valedictorian. Or would have if she hadn't been discovered working for the Crimson Slash as one of his criminal Fast Strokes, a gang of enhanced teenagers he led. According to her police report, she was simply 'bored' and repeated questioning seems to suggest she really just lacked excitement in her life, excitement the Crimson Slash provided along with cash and thrilling experiences.

Jia never served a day of jail, for she was 'adopted' by the prodigiously fast heroine, the Living Dynamo. For the last four years, Jia's served as the Dynamo's sidekick though her speed never remotely rivaled her mentor's extraordinary ability to run across oceans in a matter of minutes. By all reports, the sarcastic, thrill-seeking Jia was surprisingly loyal to her mentor and advocate and she's on record for a number of live-saving actions even at risk to herself. Popular rumor suggested an illicit relationship between the two women though given the fifteen year age difference it's unlikely. What's known is that after the Living Dynamo vanished in the same city-wide event that leveled the superpowered community, Jia didn't go rogue as expected but instead took up working with the police in her mentor's stead. If she lacks her idol's abilities, experience and positive attitude, Jia seems to have gained the Dynamo's heart and moral conviction.

Extra:

  • Totally carries a torch for her mentor and example, the Living Dynamo.

Your assumption is correct, he is unconsciously projecting his power while he speaks, but while it is effective on petty criminals, villains and sidekicks should be able to resist with some mental effort. The main point to note is that you must be aware of and actively defend against it.

One common error I've seen with superspeed is that the user is capable of bypassing attacks that are much, MUCH faster than them, such as bullets. A bullet flies at 1700 miles an hour, faster if it's a sniper rifle. So, unless the speed is something like the level of Quicksilver or The Flash, it requires quite a bit of effort to dodge a bullet (though it's very much possible)

What I'm trying to get it is that, I get that your character is fast; but they cannot dodge EVERYTHING. Keep this in mind, and I think it will work out perfectly. Not saying that you're likely to make these mistakes, I just want to prevent them before they happen.

Totally fair. Just to be up front with my own expectations, action movies alone are rife with protagonists ducking and evading bullet fire and those guys are merely very skilled gunfighters in an action movie. I figure it's a bit easier for someone who is literally 15 times faster (i.e. 20 mph top athlete running speed vs. hers). If you feel otherwise, it's your show so your rules! I just figure her odds are good so long as it's not point-blank range with no cover (or a sniper bullet she doesn't even see coming).

In my experience, the best superheroes to play and write are those who are marked by their failures as much as by their successes. Jia herself is very much in the shadow of her vastly faster yet absent mentor, and will likely view every setback or failure as "This wouldn't happen if I was as good as her". Which I'm looking forward to enjoying. If she's dodging everything or enjoying flawless victories, I'm doing it wrong.

Edit: Besides, room to grow! I don't know if you have in mind giving characters the opportunity to gain more points to improve their powers but, just in case, it's always best to save up for the really cool stuff down the road. :)

Name: Rita Riley Robinson
Alias/Nickname: Shotgun Fist
Gender: Female
Age: 16

Appearance:

IMG_0250.JPG
Suit: Rita's suit is purple tattered robes for the most part, making it very weak against most forms of attacks. The costume is usually falling apart with only a rope wrapped around her waist. Around her neck is prayer beads though more to be like her hero. Along with that are a set of gauntlets with pure steel on the fist made to increase the power of Rita's punches. She also wears a dark red cape with red shoulder pads in order to keep her arms from overheating, she also is seen with her hair up with her costume.

Height: 5'4
Weight: 130
Blood Type: B+
Affiliation: Sidekick

Quirks: Rita is known to crack her knuckles from time to time, usually for intimidation reasons or for some weird satisfaction she gets from cracking them. It's the same with her grinding her teeth though most of the time to break the tension she might build up from anger.

Fears/Phobias: Rita has a odd fear to say the least ever since she was little, the girl has had a fear of the unknown or what lies in the darkness, making her more prone to freak out over small noises in dimly lit areas and more likely to break under pressure.

Personality: Rita is more brawn then brains being more wild child in nature with a stubbornness to it. She's very rough with people, whether it be acting friendly, affectionate, or when being defensive. She is very aggressive and loud, easy to tick off and not one to think things through or at least, not all the way. However, she is actually quite friendly, brave, and only shows aggression towards people she doesn't like, usually getting to the point of fighting.

One thing Rita loves, is fights, whether it be sparing or real bloody battle. The girl loves the thrills and chills that come with a hard battle and won't pass one up when given. Rita has determination to keep fighting and only stops when her body can't give no more. She respects those who can beat her and does show loyalty to those who can. The girl is also awfully nosy, getting into others business whether they want it or not.

Power: Shotgun Limbs - Rita has the ability to shoot her arms forward in small yet high powered burst of energy. This isn't only in her arms though as her legs can do the same to propel her into the air as high jumps.
Power Statistics:
-Strength: 2: Rita's punches might be powerful but not anything special. She can hit harder then a normal human but her strength comes more with repeated burst of power to chip away rather then because of full strength.
-Mastery: 3 - Rita has a basic mastery over her power, allowing her to turn it on or off. Though the strength will always stay high and she can never stop it, the moment it is fired she must wait for it to recoil in order to take control of the attack.
-Endurance: 4 - Rita can keep her power going for quite a while, able to throw multiple punches without overheating. However, even she can't do it forever as her power relies on her own stamina and if drained or hurt, the power will be more likely to overheat and finally be disabled for cool down.

Skills:
-Her power has allowed Rita a very good understanding of hand to hand combat. While she isn't the brightest when it comes to book smarts, she does have some street smarts and survivalist training in case of dire situations. Rita is also very athletic and well built even without her power, she's also a lot quicker on her feet and better at dodging due to her small stature and with a fast reaction time.
Equipment: Rita carries a combat knife, a flashlight, water canteen, a infinite supply of gummy worms, and a signed posture from her old master. Most of the items(besides the gummy worms and posture) are used as a way for her in dark situations while the rest is for her own personal reasons.
Limits: Rita's shotgun power has one major flaw in the system. Stamina. While the power works for long periods of time, it all relies on stamina and if Rita's stamina is weakened or she is fatigued, it can lead her to shorter attacks and faster consumption. Once her power is drained, her arms and legs will become stiff and hot, making them need a cool down and a recharge in stamina for future use.
Weaknesses: Rita isn't very smart, doesn't know her own strength, and is very aggressive. She's hard to talk to in fights and she will jump straight ahead without warning and won't give up until her body gives out. This makes her seem almost suicidal in her tactics with little thought besides where she's heading and what to hit.
Backstory: Rita was born into a lower middle class family in a small neighborhood away from most city life. She spent most of her days outside, running around and doing basic active kid things. She was always a fan of heroes growing up in the form of doodling, making crappy costumes, and buying comics. She wasn't a good kid in the school, it always lead to fights or her getting in trouble very easily. Even then, she always thought that school was dumb anyway, thinking being a hero was her true passion.

That's when her power slowly manifested in the form of the shotgun like punches, this is when she applied to be a sidekick. The sheer excitement of being a sidekick made her mind fill with ideas of her new life. She was assigned to the hero The Steel Fist, a man with the ability to make his fist harden to that of steel. Rita took example from him, a bold man with a courageous spirit and a powerful presence. They had spent 2 years together filled with heroism, training, and test of strength. It was like a dream to Rita, but sadly, like every dream, reality hit her harder then The Steel Fist could ever give.

The Fall of Supers had come and The Steel Fist was in the fight and another loss of the heroes vanishing. The girl was heartbroken however, she knew that she couldn't give up on her dream. Instead, she took his mantle or in other words, took his style of clothing and attitude before starting to push her body beyond her normal limits. She worked herself to what she is today, the next powerhouse hero, or at least, that's what she wants.

Quirks:

Twitching her ears often when she feels cramped or stressed out,
Fears/Phobias:
Claustrophobia and a slight fear of being submerged in water. Both of these fears originated from all of the time she was forced to spend in suspended animation in the lab. She panics in overly crowded places and has an aversion towards large bodies of water.
Personality:
Vesper's appearance may make her come off as some broody bat but she's actually pretty easy going and laid-back. She is the type of girl that takes pleasure in watching others get flustered by her teasing. There hasn't been a single moment when she's been shy or nervous because Vesper has always been pretty outgoing with no regrets for her actions or how she is. Her flirty nature is all in good fun, as long as she finds someone cute then they could be a potential target. The only negative side of her could be how ruthless she can get when people get on her bad side. For some odd reason, she doesn't consider herself as a villain since the world left her with no choice but to turn to an alternative lifestyle to get through. It allowed her to be quite manipulative and develop a cynical intellect that flourished in her life of crime.
Power:
Heightened sense of hearing, sight, and smell. The ability of flight, echolocation, fangs, claws
Power Statistics:
-Strength: 1
, Vesper is a above a human in terms of strength but she's still inferior to a lot of other heroes and villains. Is able to wreak havoc among humans mainly due to her appearance alone but is not a national threat.
-Mastery: 5. Her mastery of her skills is a 3 because she understands her abilities since she was born with them. There is still the issue of being overwhelmed by noises and brightly lit areas. It can overload her senses and she has no choice but to wear shades daily.
-Endurance: 3 She is able to utilize all of her heightened senses constantly but she does grow tired when flying without a break. She is able to maintain flight for little under 2 hours before needing a required rest. Her wings still contain muscle and are prone to cramping when overused.
Skills:
Vesper is well-trained in any act that requires breaking and entering, physically intimidating to most, quite good at
Equipment: Doesn't carry much on her besides a dagger and a flask that is full of blood/alcohol concoction
Limits: [Power's Limits]
Can only pick up on sounds in a 60 foot radius and can only fly for a set amount of time, almost 2 hours, before a break is needed. Top in flight speed is 40mph.
Weaknesses: [Human/Power Weakness]
Bright lights, she is easily blinded and receives headaches from it. High pitched noises, tight spaces that restrict her movements, her bones are light which makes her weak when dealing with physical strength, and diseased blood
Backstory:
Vesper was born without any intention on being a villain but she had no choice in the matter. Her mother was abducted by a mad scientist and he wanted nothing more than to create his own true KnightBat, a character based on one of those lame heroes. He continued to inject the embryo with variations of vampire bat DNA throughout the course of the pregnancy until all of his hard work had finally come to fruition. Vesper Noctis was born with a small layer of grey fur covering the entirety of her body, streaks of longer violet fur on her arms, large bat ears, and wings strong enough to allow her to fly. Regardless of her gender, the scientist was quite pleased with his work but was still upset with her overall strength.

While she was growing up, Ves spent a good amount of her childhood in a large cylinder tube that was filled with regenerative goo that would transport vital nutrients to her. Her hatred for KnightBat only grew stronger a she realized that he was the reason why she had become a lab rat in the first place. Once she was around the age of 5, the scientist had begun to run field tests and discovered that she would require a constant source of blood to keep up her strength and immune system. The scientist kept a good eye on Vespers growth and decided that it was the perfect time to put her innate bat abilities to the test. Vesper was left to fend for herself in the wild for an entire year to hone her skills and it worked even better than he predicted. She became a top notch predator and something akin to a daughter for him. When Vesper was 10, she ran off because she had frown sick of the painful tests and was taken in by a notorious jewel thief, Jewel, since she had taken pity of the poor child that wouldn't survive long in the city with her beastly appearance. Vesper was taken under her wing and became a huge asset in any act of theft with her heightened senses and she adapted the relaxed personality that Jewel had as well. Life was going pretty well for them until the horrible incident that took away the lead villains, even though she begged her to stay away from that battle. She chose to go on ahead since she was aware that this would be a battle to go down in the history books. The loss of her mother-like figure resulted in a period of time where she would go on blood binges and attacked anyone that came remotely close to their home that she chose to remain in since it was still her home.. Vesper's need to steal had lowered a bit but it returned in stride when she realized that she needed to continue her leader's work by collecting rare gems and artifacts even though she had more than enough to live off on.

That'd be great if you could give me a breakdown, that way I won't mess everything up. Bats actually have pretty good eyesight but they're still lacking in comparison to other animals with night vision.

Power:
Heightened sense of hearing, sight, and smell. The ability of flight, echolocation, quick regeneration, claws, and has more strength than humans. (The powers make no sense. It's just an enhancement buff for just about everything, which sort of does not make sense. Bats are, in fact, quite fragile, so enhanced strength makes no sense in the case of this bat. If anything, strength should be one of the bat hybrid's weak points. Hearing and smell are fine if they are enhanced, but regeneration, enhanced sight, and strength all do not fit well)

-Strength:
3, Vesper is a above a human in terms of strength but she's still inferior to a lot of other heroes and villains. Oh, reading the backstory, this isn't a fandom RP, so Batman and Catwoman are still fictional :P

Neutral
Name: Eden Masterson
Alias/Nickname: Holy
Gender: Male
Age: 18

Appearance:
Screenshot_2017-07-18-20-46-07.jpg

Suit: Street Clothes. Acidwashed, and torn jeans. Black and white Adidas NMDs, a navy blue Jansport over the shoulder backpack, plain t-shirts, dad hats, and a maroon zip-up hoodie.
Height: 5'10
Weight: 161
Blood Type: Fuck if I know

Affiliation: Neutral leaning toward Subordinate

Quirks: Mutters bible verses to himself constantly in an attempt to memorize them, which occasionally cause his holy marks to glow faintly. Gets lost in thought often.

Fears/Phobias: His inability to control his own powers. The safety of his family. His uncertain future.

Personality: Eden is very religious due to his upbringing. He desperately wants to do the right thing, but often realizes that right and wrong aren't so easy to discern. Growing up in the hood has caused him to do things he'd rather not do for the sake of his family. He cares about his family more than anything else and will do anything to keep them safe. He often acts cold or aggressive to keep people from messing with him. He's not afraid to fight somebody for the sake of his own reputation in his neighborhood, and has multiple times. Around people he feels close to though he's much more level-headed, and kind. Eden often feels lost without direction. He wants to be a hero, but knows that it's best for him and his family if he stay out of anything having to do with that world of heroes and villains at all. Despite this he feels that his powers were given to him for a reason, and if he doesn't use them to help people, he'll be wasting the gift God gave him.

Power: Holy Light- Eden's body is covered in light brown markings that basically blend in with his skin. When he's in trouble or emotional they begin to glow bright blue. He calls it his Holy Light. He can use this light to create objects of pure energy... theoretically at least. He's never been able to actually hold his power long enough to form anything of note. The most he's been able to do is create a force field around himself to protect himself from a bullet, and create a small explosive energy diamond. He once tried to make a sword out of the energy but it was such a strain on him that he fainted before he could even make the hilt. He learned that he could occasionally spark his Holy Light by reciting bible verses.

Power Statistics:

-Strength: 4 His powers have the potential to do some serious damage, if he could just control them.
-Mastery: 2 He can barely get his powers to ignite. Never on command. Though the more he practices with new verses, the closer he gets to figuring out his powers.
-Endurance: 1 He's been trying to get his light to stay on for at least a solid minute, to little success. The infrequency at which he can summon his powers, makes it so that he has little opportunity to train his endurance.

Skills: Street Smarts- He can get himself out of sketchy situations using his intuition. He lives on the streets so he knows how to talk and get information using underground connections.

Combat Experience- He's been in his fair share of street brawls and fights making him a decent fighter.

Equipment: He wears a cross on a necklace, and carries a bible in his backpack that he carries everywhere. He carries around his backpack mostly out of habit, from back when he sold drugs now it only carries his bible and a pocket knife.

Limits: His powers aren't very intuitive, he barely knows how to use them. They only really pop up when he's in desperate need of them.

Weaknesses: His powers tire him out quickly, and when they appear they usually leave him extremely hungry and dehydrated, with a horrible migraine. Also stuff that kills like normal people, guns, knives, drowning, etc. His emotional attachment to his family can be twisted against him, as he's do anything in order to keep them safe. His powers rarely pop up, so he can't rely on them securely.

Backstory: Eden grew up in the poorest part of the city, basically the projects. His mother and grandmother were deeply religious and that was passed down to him. His grandmother is the one who gave his power their name. She told him it was a gift from God for him to use to protect people. At one point he wanted to become a hero, but as he grew up he lost that desire. The Heroes were never willing to protect the people of his neighborhood, they were only focused on the more wealthy parts of the city. The police were never any help either. Crime always ran rampant where he lived. The police were more often than not causing more harm than good in his area. That caused great resentment towards the law in Eden's neighborhood. Eden too grew to resent the heroes, and since they were working with the police he knew it would cause more harm than good. After the Fall of Supers that resentment only grew, when part of his neighborhood was destroyed in all the fighting. Killing some friends of his, and people he'd just known all his life. Eden now has no interest in becoming a sidekick, and has occasionally gotten himself involves in minor subordinate activities for a bit of cash.
