You are Shooter Guy, a lowly private in the United States military army marines. You are a generic foot soldier, the kind everyone tends to forget about because you're not a member of the special forces, and basically just a basic grunt. The year is 201X. The X is helpful as it makes the year this takes place in ambiguous. You are currently stationed in a US military base in some generic Middle Eastern country with a bunch of terrorist groups that threaten the entire region. The US was called in to put down the insurgency.

"Private Guy!" Shouts your commander officer Captain Noisy as he approaches you. "Report to the briefing tent for briefing! We've got a mission on our hands!"

You perform a crisp salute. "Yes sir!" You reply as you head towards the briefing tent to get briefed about the briefing.

But first, what is your position in your squad?

[1] Rifleman
[2] Marksman
[3] Automatic Rifleman
[4] Grenadier

Yes, you are a Rifleman. The most generic position in your squad. You are a good shooty rifle soldier guy. You look up, seeing the rest of your squad and other soldiers heading into the briefing tent to get briefed about the briefing. You follow and enter and sit down on a seat.

The leader of the operation, General Dick Smallwood, stands at the front of the room. A projector has been set up, projecting a map of the surrounding desert. "MEN!" Says General Smallwood. "I have called you here today because we have a MISSION!"

He pushed a button on his remote stick and the screen changed to an overhead view of a desert town with sand huts and stuff with terrorists camped around the place. The general continues. "Here is the town of Quracya, a town a hundred klicks away. This town has been taken over by terrorists of Al-Towelheada."

The slide switched to images of generic terrorists with balaclavas and AKs with RPGs on their backs and holding the Quran while riding on the back of a Toyota pickup with their black terrorist flag. "You are to go to Quracya and neutralise the terrorists for the glory of America!" He turned. "You understand?"

"YES SIR!" You and everyone else shouts at the same time.

"Good! Then head out!"

Everyone leaves, and you grab your rifle from the place with guns stored in it. You make your way to your squad's Humvee and get into the driver side. You grab the wheel and turn around. You are leading the convoy of other soldiers.

Now, how do you want to drive?

[1] Take it slow. Gotta watch out for IEDs.
[2] Normal speed for a normal mission
[3] GOTTA GO FAST

Damnit. I wanted to say Grenadier, but I wasn't sure if this was happening. Oh well.
Guess we're going FULL NORMAL.
That's right, number [2] because we're boring like that!

As you step into the driver's seat, you are suddenly overtaken by a sudden urge to GO FAST. Your squadmate Private Generic Soldier #11521 enters next to you and switches on the radio. A super fast beat suddenly begins to play.

Private Generic Soldier #11521 turns to you, and you notice that he has a pair of awesome shades on his face all of a sudden. But wait, you do too! You turn to each other and nod as the eurobeat intensified. Then, as the beat drops, you floor the accelerator.

The Humvee immediately takes off as it speeds down the road with the acceleration of a supercar. The convoy follows behind, although they simply match your eurobeat-powered vehicle.

Meanwhile, a bunch of generic terrorists in Quracya are doing usual terrorist stuff like reading the Quran, beheading hostages, and fucking goats. One of the terrorists is currently in the process of doing the stuff said before. All of a sudden, he hears something in the distance.

"مهلا ، ما هي تلك الموسيقى؟" He asks.

But then all of a sudden, your Humvee explodes through a sand dune and splatters the unfortunate terrorist. All the other terrorists are alerted immediately, and they all start screaming ALLAH AKBAR and other battle cries.

As your Humvee comes under fire, you must decide what to do.

[1] Disembark and take them on professionally
[2] Man the .50 cal
[3] Wait for the rest of the convoy to arrive
[4] Mad Max those bitches
 
Hmm I think we're gonna have to go with a Number 4. Running in the 90s should still be playing so obviously we gotta pick that.
