Personality:
Luna often acts cheerful and has completely closed of her mind for any telepath since she doesn't want anyone to know what happened to her as a young kid. Her cheerfulness also is a mask to hide her sadness or pain since she doesn't want people to worry about her, she's also scared that people will hate her if they find out about her magic and everything that comes with it, she hasn't even told her closest friends yet.
Background:
Luna used to live in Moonlight city, a place that houses several of the greatests companies, including her parents technology company, though before they could finish the merge with Wayne Enterprise they were both killed in a housefire that someone set of(or so she thought). She was taken away to a lab after that since no one wanted to adopt her at that point. She destroyed the lab and fled at the age of 3. Haly found her and took her in since she was taking shelter at his circus, he trained her and as soon as she was ready she joined the Flying Grayson, she became a hero at the age of 6, She was tracking down the Joker when Zucco killed Dick’s parents by sabotaging the wire, she did comfort him on the funeral, but refused Bruce’s offer to live with them.
Then at the age of 9 she fought against the Joker and lost, he was about to kill her when Batman and Robin joined the fight and they saved her, This time she agreed to come with him, but despite Batman’s arguments he couldn’t get Luna to change her Black Canary inspired costume, she knows how to ride a motorcycle and often stays in her own city with her friend during the weekends and the vacations, she does go to Gotham Academy and is one of the top students.
Abilities:
Has the habit to disappear along with Robin since they can talk with their eyes using one look.
Her signature laugh matches Robin's, but is way more creepy.
She often trains with Black Canary and sees her as a mother figure.
Black Canary and Batman are the only ones who know about her magic and what the scientists did to her.

- Dark Magic: She can use dark magic as she wishes, though she never does and only Batman knows she can do that.
- Healing: She's quick with healing she can heal others as well, but only minor injuries
- Acrobatics: Since she grew up in the circus she is very athletic and flexible matching Robin's skill with easy
- Intelligence: She's a genius, thanks to living with Batman and can hack anything.
- Enhanced sight and hearing: Should speak for itself
- Holding her breath: She can hold her breath way longer then anyone else.
- Stealth: She is very quiet when walking since it actually takes super hearing to actually hear her footsteps and even then it's hard.
- Robin: Yep, Robin is one of her weaknesses, and possibly her worst weakness too, she will let her anger take over if someone injures him badly and will not stop until that person is gone, he is also the only one who can stop her and she will never put him in danger.
- Fire: For some reason she has yet to find out she becomes weak when she's near fire, or any area too warm for her.
- Her own magic: Since it is dark magic she got it can take over if used too much, the more advanced spells have a higher rate of causing this then the easier spells.
- Killing: She cannot kill, a trait she picked up from Batman, she refuses to even if her own life is in danger.
