Cyrus then rerouted the entire mechanical armor onto his left Arm punching the other student into the ground. The Teacher interjected, "Cyrus is the winner" The room became warped as they ended up back in the Gym.
 
Ami let out a squeal of delight and ran up to him hugging him tightly around the neck standing on tiptoe to actually reach. "Way to go, Cyrus!" She beamed.
 
Cyrus blushed a bit but quickly hid it while his armor turned back into the spider and crawled onto his shoulder, "Thanks for the Idea Ami I wouldn't have been able to do it without you."
 
She put her feet down and looked up at him. "No problem. I'm here to help. It's what gir- friends do, right?" She asked and turned away quickly heading for the corner. She scolded herself for her words.
 
Cyrus looked over to where Ami began to scold herself, "what are you doing?" He tilted his head he was a bit puzzled about what she was doing.
 
Ami's head snapped up and she looked at him. "Thinking." She said before settling herself on top of stacked chairs. "You know.... Thinkin'......"
 
Cyrus smiled, "Thinking's nice." The rest of the class went on as other students were fighting each other, The Coach looked over at his check board, "Ami Valincia?"
 
Ami had been studying her ring. She jumped when the coach's voice made out her name. "I'm Ami Valencia." She said hopping down. She regained her footing and stalked towards him.
 
The Coach just looked at Ami, "You will be fighting Hitomi" A Young Girl came up and smiled her crimson hair had the feeling that it was burning, "Hello It's nice to meet you." She said still smiling.
 
Ami looked at her opponent. Her bright eyes narrowed like a cat's and with a fluid movement she turned and headed for the fighting space. "Don't act like we will be friends after this." She warned. Her ring trembled like an autumn leaf on her finger the crack-like lines in the stone illuminating.
 
Hitomi walked up to the dueling area as well as the gym once again changed into a new area, it was the great plains. The Coach walked up and began to count down, "3......2......1.....fight!" as soon as the coach said fight Hitomi jumped backwards as her necklace turned into some kind of gun, It made a whirring noise and then began to launch flaming orbs.
 
Ami's back bent in an awkward angle missing the flying orbs. The ring jumped from her hand turning into a metal whip that with a twist of the handle released spikes. She threw it towards the girl the whip wrapping around the gun tightly. She smirked.
 
Hitomi let go of her gun letting Ami take it, but when she let go the gun transformed into a giant flaming salamander.
 
Ami's whip let the girl's weapon loose and coiled around her knuckles. She ducked away from the on-coming flaming salamander and rolled to the left to avoid it all together.
 
the salamander retreated back to Hitomi and began to his having the fires on his back increase in size. After the fires reached a certain point the salamander opened his mouth and launched more flaming Orbs at Ami.


Cyrus was looking over the match while examining the salamander, Water or sand seem to be the best way to combat this enemy. Let me just make sure.
 
Without a warning Ami's ring now turned into a shield. Not of wood or metal, but of water. It came from a metal pommel around her hand.
 
Hitomi smiled, "Water huh? Looks like you found my partners weakness. No matter" The salamander stopped firing orbs and wrapped around Hitomi turning into flaming armor. she lunged at Ami at full speed leaving a trail of fire in her path.
 
Ami hadn't heard Hitomi's smartass remark, but saw her finally when it was to late. Even her water shield wouldn't protect her from Hitomi's on-coming charge. She froze.
 
Cyrus began to speak, "Don't freeze, Remember water still works, just time it correctly."
 
Ami turned to look at Cyrus. If he didn't say something she would have felt all alone, but she knew this battle wouldn't be one she'd win.
 
Ami turned to look at Hitomi. "Back off." She snarled as the ring changed into a blue-bladed sword. She stood from her kneeling position ready to take her on now.
 
Cyrus smiled, "You've got this Ami!"


Hitomi was still moving toward Ami, "That sword wont save you sweetie." She said smirking.
