Bloom was born to a family of hardworking merchants, who were more explorers than anything else. They enjoyed traversing the expanses of Aether, learning the other cultures, and found they could profit quite well off of transporting goods during their travels. When the Asherah family wasn't out at sea they lived a life of comfort and joys, until her father and oldest brother were lost at sea never to be seen again. Bloom was only ten when it happened and her entire world shattered, she loved her father and brother more than anything in the world. If things couldn't get worse, her mother had to take over the family business, and that left it to Bloom to take over the caring of the house and her younger siblings- no more escaping the mundane for adventures abroad.
Bloom was landlocked for five years, only escaping on day fishing trips to the mouth where the bay met the ocean. In this time Bloom grew bitter and a bit angry, she never asked for her parents to have all these kids! If it had just been her then she could be out with her mom. . . Yet, every time she thought of that her bitterness washed away and she hugged them close. Finally when she was fifteen her mother took her out once more to sail the ocean blue, and Bloom's soul sung again. She had always been home in the water, but the ocean was something even more special to her.
Her mother trained her for two hard years and on her seventeenth birthday gave the captainship over to her; finally Bloom was truly free, she would choose where to go and what goods to trade! That is exactly what she did. Bloom didn't return home for almost two years before she came back bearing treasures and goods her family could hardly believe. The world was hers and she would explore every corner of it!
She never expected her world to come crashing again. Those gifted with the elements were not people like her, they didn't come from lives like hers- or so she had thought. Yet, somehow the gods still found her far at sea, her birthday somehow forgotten to herself, and cursed her- or so she claims it to be.

Euphemia is a quiet but mature girl who looks more serious than she really is. She is kind and polite, usually liked by her former teachers though others tease her for acting too serious. She doesn't know how to behave around people her age, since the only person she ever cared about was her father or herself and had little time to socialise.
Her parents separated when she was only a child, her mum leaving her to her father while pregnant with her brother, abandoning them completely. Because of this she grew up learning to be independent. Her father wasn't the best cook or knew much about keeping a house tidy so other adults around the neighborhood would help her around. She didn't have many friends as she didn't know how to approach others but is still trying her best.

Short Bio/Personality
The ever-curious Ciel, or Melody as he has come to be known, was raised by his mother in a traveling circus troupe. His mother was actually the ringmistress of the Paradisio Hippodrome. Like his mother, Ciel had a natural affinity for the spotlight. As soon as his mother allowed him, Ciel tested his talents and abilities across the board and was surprised when he could pick up any instrument and string together a melody that could move even the most stone-hearted person.

Within a few months, Ciel was taking a part in the performances. At first, he was setting the mood with subtle music, then he was walking tight ropes while playing, and most recently, Cereza allowed her son to have a night where he put together his own orchestras. Ciel and Cereza's bond was tight as mother and son. Their relationship as performers was even greater. Their unique relationship has made Ciel a very open and extravagant person, with a high tendency to be noisy.

Short Bio/Personality:Born into a big, loving family, Dion grew up surrounded by noise, laughter, and happiness. His six younger brothers and sisters have always found ways to annoy and entertain him at any chance they get while their parents are out tending to their flower garden and shop; he still adores them nonetheless. Unsurprisingly, he's gained vast knowledge of the flora in the nation thanks to his parents' love and passion for everything that grows from the soil. It's assisted him whenever he's left to care for the business on their days off: impressing the customers, knowing when to mix Flairwheels with Poindraengeas and not Hydropeonies. Inheriting his mother's good looks makes him a fan favourite of the many females that frequent their store, much to his chagrin.

He still likes to have time to himself, despite being bombarded by his siblings on the daily. If he's not working, caring for his siblings, or learning, you'll usually find him relaxing under his favourite Coppercane tree by the river. Dion's favourite things are exploring the vastness of The Outside, helping his family with the flower shop, and having a good read with a cigarette at hand. He also enjoys a good book or two, with the subject usually being about flowers or survival.


Life had always been peaceful for him, and he wishes it would have continued forever.
