Appearance Description: He is a white American young man with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is in prime physical condition standing at 5’10 and 220 pounds of pure muscle. His body looks as if he has never eaten a carb in his entire life.

Bio: Sicarius was in the Air Force but he was not a pilot. He was an Air Battle Manager, he chose this after commissioning through Virginia Tech ROTC. He had participated in a few joint exercises in his time in the Air Force working with both other branches and other militaries. He played videogames as more of a hobby to pass the time when he wasn’t working out. On deployment, he got really into gaming and working out because besides work there was nothing else to do.

It was on deployment he checked his email one day to see a recruiting message by the United States Military to pool virtual reality gamers. He considered junking it as he does with most special duty assignment recruiting messages. Then he later saw the government putting out ads searching for gamers from the civilian populace as well. Sicarius reviewed the email once more and this time accepted wondering just what is so important the government is searching civilians and its own personnel for members. He found himself making the cut for JTF VR.

Bio: A hacker that was recruited by the goverment as supervisor in cyber law development, but due to her bad attendance she was moved to Japan's JTFVR. She's more comfortable in her current division since she really got a chance to test programs and games instead of just talking about it.

Hae-won Tae is a female of East Asian descent standing at a 4'10 and weighing in at around 91 pounds despite her short and skinny structure her body is rather toned. She has very long thigh-length hair lavender in colour that constantly seems to be in a 'bed-head' type state with her never doing anything with it and just leaving it how it is. While her natural eye colour is brown she usually is found wearing contacts matching the lavender colour of her hair.

Born in South Korea to the famed Tae military family Hae-won was always a black sheep in the family, while her older twin brother Ji-won would be training to follow in their father's footsteps Hae-won would be found cooped up in her room playing video games much to her father's displeasure. As the years went on this never changed and her father got more and more frustrated with her telling her time and time again that she was wasting her life playing video games when she should be following her brother's footsteps and getting ready to join the military, which to Hae-won was the last thing she wanted to do. Despite her father's pleading she never stopped playing video games and overtime gained some renown among certain MMO and fighting game circles picking up the nickname 'The Textbook' due to her rather intensive knowledge of the games she played.

As school came to an end she ended with incredibly high grades her years of memorizing video game guides being put to good use with her studying. After school she was very lost on what she wanted to do, her brother was dead set on joining the military and with him being called upon for military service he got his wish but being female meant that Hae-won didn't get called upon. She felt lost she knew she wanted to keep playing video games but she needed some way to support of hobby and it was then that her father thought of a perfect way for the both of them to get what they wanted. Her father struck a deal with her if she served for two years upon a military branch of her choice he would 'get off her back' about her life choices and even help fund her hobby until she knew what she wanted to do, he also made the point that during her time serving she would amass a sum of money for herself and Hae-won accepted the deal and as such, she joined the Navy.

Her days in the Navy were difficult to start with, the training was hellish, the early nights run her down and the slop they called food was nearly inedible but she persevered and upon passing her basic training her days in the navy were some of the best moments of her life. The people she met came from all walks of the land and most of them she would have never met if not for joining the Navy and the experience as a whole was different than anything she could have expected. She was still gaming whenever she was on leave or had any free time and met a lot of fellow games that had been summoned for their Military service and got along well with most of them spending a lot of time talking about various games with them. Hae-won ended up serving for four years doubling the deal she made with her father which made him a happy man.

After leaving the military and returning home properly for the first time in four years her and her father had a sit-down and she informed him that she had no intention of returning to the Navy and just like he said he would he kept his deal, she used her funds and the money her father had offered for their deal and got a small apartment, a part-time job in a supermarket and begun streaming picking up a sizeable following under the name 'Tae-won-doe' a play on both her first name, last name, the martial arts Taekwondo, and a way to stroke her ego, whenever she wins as when it's said it sounds like 'Tae won tho'. She was known for her cutesie behaviour, teaching new players, and her knowledge of the games she played, once again picking up the nickname 'The Textbook'. She stayed like this for two years before getting a letter from the South Korean government informing her of the JTF VR with her prior military service under her belt and her video game knowledge the government deemed her a good fit. To her this was perfect it was a way for her to play video games and give her family a reason to be proud of her again, so she tried out for the JTF VR and ended up getting accepted.​

Bio: Jackson Dureen was like many other Australian high school gamers. As technology improved, the games improved also; and Jackson was always at the head of the queue on release day for the next generation of consoles. His early years of playing with his friends honed his gaming skills to their core, his naturally long fingers gave him something of an edge with handling a controller or keyboard. He went to his first tournament in middle school and earned himself a 2nd place against a pro over ten years his senior.

The notoriety of his second-place allowed him to start making videos, originally just gameplay he soon expanded to commentary, reviews, tutorials and more. With a sizable fanbase and several wins under his belt on graduating high school, Jackson moved to Korea to hone his esports. When the release of the Nervegear was announced Jackson moved to Japan, invited to both test the device and be one of the beta testers for the hardware’s launch title Sword Art Online.

Jackson didn’t get too far in the Beta, dedicating his time to exploring the beta and testing its boundaries for the purpose of his reviews. After the beta period ended Jackson released his initial review of his time in the game and using the software. During his initial time in Japan Jackson was quietly contacted by the Japanese military with the offer to participate in a future group that would be involved in VR games. He was invited on account of him actually being someone who’s played SAO. Before SAOs release Jackson completed a few tests to gauge his abilities and was accepted, while not allowed to publicly discuss his involvement the JTF would sponsor his ability to play different games so Jackson saw it as a win; with potential for a lot more money than his videos earned him.
