Personality:
Very open, Nikolay or Nik, doesn't hide things from people and that, in turn, makes him very open and accepting to different things. Nik is honest and hates liars, he isn't afraid to tell someone when they've made him annoyed or angry, but he will also be honest about what he thinks about that person if it comes up in conversation. With his openness and honest ways, he can come off as rude to people that honestly rub him the wrong way though he can never really catch onto what other people think as well. Nik tries to be open and extremely honest in hopes of those around him showing him the same honesty so he can know what they feel too. With Nik being oblivious to other people's emotions, he does read into actions more than words, when he sees someone doing a certain act or gesture it is a big way to inform him or catch onto different feelings the person might be feeling, though he can't quite guess what people feel exactly. Nik is also very protective when he makes a friend. He doesn't roll over and take things, and he won't allow his friends to do so either which is not a truly surprising thing about him. When he sees someone he considers a friend or apart of his family he will act on any thoughts that come up, he won't stand for insults towards them. Nikolay is a family man of sorts, he enjoys family time and is family oriented very much so. Surprisingly for a guy with bad luck in the family department, Nik can be very gentle when he finally realizes something is wrong, he can handle situations delicately as long as it was somehow communicated to him that there was some kind of problem or situation.
Backstory:
From a very young age, Nikolay was babied by his mother, he spent most of his time with her when she wasn't working. She read him bedtime stories and took him outside to play, though he never really saw his father around until he started his school. His father was often rude and only giving a few grunts his way which didn't phase Nik very much considering he would just grunt back in reply. Truthfully when he was 13 and his little sister was born, he was overjoyed. He wasn't alone while running down the halls grunting at his father and playing with his mother, and when his little sister was old enough to run around and play too he had a blast. Surprisingly Nikolay had a peaceful childhood until his mother wanted to leave his father, at the time he didn't really notice anything going on, the squabbling of his parents or the hushed whispers until he got on the plane. His mother took Nikolay and his sister away towards America, and eventually Salem. He spent a few of his years growing closer with his sister and mother, helping around here and there, doing whatever he could. Nik never really hung onto many of his friends, most of them living far off because they moved so often. Nik got tired real quick of his mother constantly moving around because of good job opportunities that never lasted so she finally decided on a permanent move to Salem.

Relationship with Family: Her and her bother, Tobias, have been close ever since they were children. After they were reunited after being separated from her family from the age of 7 to the age of 19, their relationship has only grew stronger than it ever has been.
Personality: Tia has always tried to be an optimistic person, although when it comes to someone's safety, she can become rather impulsive, only acting on instinct, the more endangered the person she is trying to help is, the more hostile and impulsive she can become. She is self-conscious about her heterochromia, she attempts to hide it as best as she can, although she does slip up sometimes and when people find out about it she can become very frantic and panic. Even though Tia has had a hard childhood she tries to be positive and help in anyway she can.
Backstory: {The backstory I originally came up with for her is extremely long so I'm gonna cut this down} After in incident in her hometown, Tia got separated from her family and ended up getting found by Mastema {her caretaker for the years that she was separated.} When Tia turned 19, she set out to find her brother, after a about a year and a half of searching, she finally found him. After they both got their lives back together, Tia decided to go to college and get her bachelors. {She was also born as a werewolf}
Skills and Abilities: She was taught how to manipulate blood {Only for a short time due to it using her energy to maintain control}, She can play guitar fairly well, She is pretty handy with a hatchet, She can read emotions pretty well
Weaknesses: Her transformation between her humanoid form and her wolf form tires her out, her right arm has been weak since the incident when she was young {Physical therapy does help but she has only been going for a month}, She get's to emotionally attached to people after a certain amount of time.
Fears: She fears being alone for too long, sharp object in close proximity to her face, being in small spaces, showing both of her eyes

Gabriella hates weak people if she senses that someone is weak she will act as though she doesn't know you. She may seem cold and cruel when you first meet her, and once you get to know her nothing changes about her. Due to her growing up in a world of monster hunters, she has a very cutthroat and won't hesitate to kill someone if she suspects them of being anything supernatural, or at least she will try to kill them. Furthermore, she absolutely hates anything and everything related to the supernatural.
Backstory:
Ever since the day Gabriella was born, her parents wished that she was a boy. No matter what they thought about her being born a female, they still brought her on "family trips" which usually involved hunting a monster or two. When she was five years old her mother gave birth to a baby boy, he was the family's pride and joy. Matthew was his name and he was a prodigy in the art of monster hunting, killing his first vampire at the age of nine, although their parents helped him out a little bit. However, during this time Gabriella was forgotten, thrown to the curb. She would still come on the family trips, but her brother got all the credit for the things she did, and she received all the blame. On Gabriella's fifteenth birthday her family brought her on a special hunting trip, they were hunting a very old and very powerful werewolf that had killed several hunters that tried to go after it. It is one this trip that Matthew died. They tracked the werewolf for weeks on end, when they finally cornered the beast, which was still in human form, it transformed and lashed out. After a long and hard battle, the Helsing family looked as though they had better days. Gabriella had a cut across the right side of her face, her mother had scratches all over her body, her father had cuts, scratches and bruises all over his body, while Matthew didn't have a single scratch on him. They had tied down the werewolf in what they thought were secure restraints. Even though it was supposed to be a special trip for Gabriella, her parents decided to let Matthew do the honours of killing the beast with a special silver injection that would cause the beast an immense amount of pain before killing it. However, as when he got close, the restraint around the werewolf's neck broke, in the matter of less than a second the wolf had its canine fangs deep into young Matthew's neck. He died of blood loss after Amelie shot the beast in the heart ten times with silver bullets. After that incident, her parents decided to send Gabriella to a boarding school in America, unknowing to the fact that they were sending her to a school filled with supernatural creatures.

Derek is a fun loving guy, he enjoys long walks on the beach and romantic dinners. Other than that, he is a very trusting person, he let's just about anyone in, a lot of the time ending very badly. He has been hurt countless times, yet he still allows strangers to play with his heart. He falls for love easily, most of the time his partner doesn't feel the same way and leaves him. Derek denies that he is a hopeless romantic but if you get to know him you will very quickly learn that he is. This happy-go-lucky personality that he shows people is just to cover up the fact that he is always hurting inside, for a lot of different reasons. He also believes that everyone has a good side unless they have shown him that they do not.
Backstory:
Derek was born into a family with an older brother, Arthur Jr., a loving mother, Mary, and a father, Arthur Sr. Derek's family was living paycheck to paycheck for most of his childhood, his mother a student and his father a government worker along with a struggling alcoholic. He had moved schools four times by grade six, due largely to their financial struggle, but also due to his father's occupation. It didn't get much better when his mother gave birth to another child. Their financial situation wasn't helped by the fact that his father would spend his nights drinking with his co-workers. By the time he would return to the family's small house he was piss drunk and yelling. His mother tried her best to always make him happy, but nothing was enough. Most nights he couldn't fall asleep the sound of his mothers muffled screams kept him awake. At the young age of fourteen, he came out to his family as gay. His brothers were accepting of him if anything it brought them closer, his mother was the same way.
His father was not as accepting, that night was the first time his father hit him. The abuse went on for what felt like an eternity, his father would take Derek's wand away from him so he couldn't fight back, not that he ever would. His father would whip him until he bled, he would say things like "I'm just trying to fix you," and, "don't worry, you'll be better soon," and Derek believed it, he thought it was his fault this was happening. After the long nights, Derek would borrow his mothers make-up to cover up the bruises his father would leave behind, he couldn't let anyone know what was happening. After a few months, his father tried to hit his younger brother, Jacob, this was the first, and only, time Derek stood up to his father, he wasn't going to allow his younger brother go through any of the pain he had dealt with.
