So I love Dragonball Z, but what I would really like to do is start a big RP involving the day to day workings of the Saiyan Race. They had an Imperial system with a King, but also had a type of army system in which you had lower class, first class and elite. They were a barbaric race but had technology and order. I really want to explore some Saiyan world concepts.
