Legendary(ish) Pokemon
"NO! PLEASE!" If the screaming of the unlucky human could be heard outside of the well-hidden facility, they'd probably be dismissed as another day in the life for the Geniki Project. Indeed, the person now trapped on the examination table and held perilously close to the strange equipment hadn't woken up that day with any idea that a control probe inserted into her brain by a passing "stranger" would make her come here, where she would be the next part of the project.

"The subject's brain is ready for formatting, sir," says a short fellow in glasses. "We can begin conditioning it for use immediately."

"Very well," says the lead scientist, waving with a single hand. "Let's get that infernal screaming to stop."

A man took a cable and plugged it directly into her ear, reaching into the brain, causing the woman's motion to cease entirely.

"Alright. Wipe her. We don't need all that stuff in her brain. We need the brain itself. And begin dissection."

"Yes sir." The scientists pushed some keys on a board as the wire plugged into the woman's brain started to drain her of any thought, subconscious, emotions, our memories she might've had, leaving an empty shell."

"Nice work, all. We've been on this project for a full year, and by end of day we'll see the results. Begin putting the body to use. I want three functioning subjects in six hours."

He turns and smirks. "Sometimes they're too easy."

"Yes sir!" The team announced, plugging all sorts of needles and more wires into multiple parts of the woman's body, parts that they didn't need were taken and scrapped.

"The world isn't ready, lieutenant. Not for this. We're going to blow them away. They won't have even the faintest idea of how it happened -- but it'll be ours for the taking."

"Yes, our own army, and at three troops a person we'll have thousands within the week, and this one was remarkably thin as well!"

"Are the control chips ready for the troops? Since the subject was so easy to manipulate, I want to see the useful products under our full command."

"Yes sir, ready and armed." He responded, raising a needle for example.

"Good. I want the electric one injected first. It has the most immediate power potential. What's the progress on subject conversion? Oh, and are you hungry?"

"Yes sir, and, also yes sir." Said the scientist, relaying the orders to the others.

"Yes good idea." He said, waking away with the lead doc, as what looked like it used to be a torso and neck were being slowly mutated.

Time passes, and the remains become less and less human. Whatever...whoever...she was, is irretrievable...and something new is taking shape. It has red orbs, black stripes, a long neck...as it takes shape, one third of what was a human brain is forced into its head.

"Alright, place the control chip in it, the second this thing comes to life I want it under our control." While he said this he was already priming more of the human.. the treat if the body was hard to control the species it came out as. "Let's go for a fighter shall we?"

"Certainly, sir."

As the mass begins to take shape it looks almost cartoonish...when it begins breathing, however, the monitors almost immediately sound an alarm.

"The control center's malfunctioning...it's okay though...a quick reboot...and there we are. One perfectly obedient Ampharos. The first of its kind. Better tell the boss."

The new Pokemon looks around curiously, unsure where it is -- but the programming kicks in and it quickly goes under.

"Right, i'll go and message him." He went and left.

Alert, battle ready, and unaware of anything other than its commands, the newly created electric-type is an impressive sight. It blinks, identifying the various commanders in the room and logging the data in its mind for compliance. Even so, a buzz in the back of its head is getting louder.

"Ok, men let's get started on the last one, while this ones working." Said a scientist, getting the third and final pokemon started, as the second had already started to resemble a bipedal child.

The first one looks at the new Riolu with what would be curiosity if it could feel that, instead analyzing species and battle capacity. It notes the mental state of the other Pokemon as well.

The Riolu looked around the room, curiosity at it's existance… until the chip in it's brain shut any thoughts down, and the third and final pokemon started to form.

United in their command structure, the two look each other over, recognizing their roles in the organization that created them.
