Personality: Vanta has an air of authority and just radiates military in his very presence. Underneath that is his disdain for most of the wealthy bureaucrats and corporate personel. That’s because upper Atlas society includes them, alongside the families of General Grade officers. Vanta despises how disconnected they are from the world and the people, he also hates being lumped in with them. Vanta at this point in his life has gain the ability to follow, lead, and operate on his own which he finds to be a critical trait in his Unit. However, Vanta takes a lot of pride in who he is and by extension his family, kingdom, and unit.

Backstory: Vanta is the son of an Air Fleet Admiral and his mother was a Huntsman from Mistral. His upbringing was military and as such he was projected to follow in his Father’s footsteps to become an officer in the Atlesian Military. His pre-Huntsman education was at a military school for projected future officers. He only ended up on the Atlesian a Special Operative track when he awakened his aura. His mother till then didn’t see any potential for him to be a Huntsman, but after that she added Huntsman training as an extracurricular to his military education. The Atlesian Special Operative track was the compromise and acceptable choice for someone with Huntsman capability who wants to join the military. He went to a specific primary combat school for those seeking to be Atlesian Special Operatives before attending Atlas. He graduated Atlas and commissioned in the Atlas Special Operatives Unit. With his capabilities, not as huntsman but as an officer, he fast tracked through the ranks to become one of the youngest Field Grade officers in the Atlesian Military.


Semblance: Pin Point

By marking an object and then throwing it away from him he can then teleport himself to that object. This indeed does allow him a new dynamic of getting around the battle field. However, no matter how fast he teleports which minimizes the delay the weapon still relatively telegraphs where he’s going to reappear.

Equipment:

Parrabellum is a magnum with adjustable firing modes which are normal, full auto, scattershot, heavy, and explosive.

Limelight is Atlas's hard-light technology but it's instead in a high energy form, dust can alter the properties of its beam. The blade of Limelight has adjustable length and can be rapidly activated and deactivated.

Armor

His armor isn’t actually armor but rather functional equipment not for direct combat. His breastplate is his dust storage. His forearm plates contain minimized computer screens for communication and issuing orders to AI controlled Atlesian Knights and Paladins in the local area.

Other: His mother did place a lot of focus on basic aura manipulation techniques which she felt is so often lost on most Huntsman. Things like focusing one’s aura to their hands when disarmed to improve defense and strikes as well as unlocking aura of others.

The friends she made are someone she'll hold dear to her forever. She even thought that her life was at its peak until she graduated and truly became a huntsman. The battlefield is home to her, fighting just a form of sacred dance. She'll occasionally go to Beacon as a special guest and to a lesson in combat.

Semblance:
Battle Remembrance - Battle Remembrance allows the user to recreate weapons and mimic the fighting style of a person they have battled. The ability is completely based on memory so a single user could only remember so much before they become inefficient at the weapon and fighting style. Due to this, they must choose wisely in what they wish to recreate. While there is nothing to help a user remember a fighting style besides fighting the person again or consistently using the style themselves. There are ways for them to store weapons in a dust lined memory projector.

Currently, Estrella is only able to store one fighting style besides her own as well as only the physical aspect of fighting (not the person's semblance). With time and practice, she'll be able to store more. But it is unlikely that she will ever be able to mimic semblances.

Backstory: Lux lived at a village on the outskirts of Mistral.His grandparents took care of him after his parents had been killed in a grimm attack.This made him very fearful of grimm.One day his village was attacked.This led to his grandparents death along with most of the village.The village was overrun by grimm. Lux's fear eventually turned into rage.He then unlocked his aura allowing him to escape.
He was rescued by huntsmen who arrived too late and was put in an orphanage.He eventually became a mercenary when he couldn't get in any huntsmen academy.He later became known for his ruthless nature and his ability to get the job done.

Semblance:
Foresight-Currently warns the user only against killing blows.Aura depletes while viewing the vision.

History:
The Mantle Duster Unit 0a was originally built somewhere in Mantle. That much is certain, but what we're not sure of is how it ended up attacking Dr. Plum's doorstep on its own. The armored robot appeared to be near sentient, considering that it is able to make its own decisions with its advanced AI, it is limited to the parameters set by its creator, in which case, was to attack one of Atlas' laboratories. After it was defeated by the Special Operatives, Dr. Plum requested that he keep the damaged mechanical marvel and fix it to suit the Atlas Military needs in case the people that he assumes to be a terrorist group 'Mantle' sends more.

At first, Atlas was unsure whether or not they should let the professor keep the robot, but they decided to let him do as he pleases as long as the professor was under close supervision in case he turns against Atlas itself. And so, Dr. Plum decided to take a page from Dr. Polendina's book and create a synthetic body modeled after the aforementioned professor's greatest creation, Penny Polendina with a few minor changes to avoid getting sued such as changing the hairstyle, hair color, eye color, and bust size. Additionally, Dr. Plum outfitted the MDU-00a's synthetic body with blue colored earpieces and an Aura Generator. However, he has yet to gain permission to supply the synthetic body with actual Aura in fear of the machine growing too sentient and turning on Atlas.

Dr. Plum reprogrammed the Advanced AI that was piloting the MDU-00a in order for it to ally itself with Atlas, along with reseting its purpose parameters from 'Serve Mantle, and Destroy Atlas' to 'Become a Huntsman and Serve Justice'. With its earliest memories encrypted into the back of its database, the MDU-00a was renamed into 'Duster Ashe Plum', registering the synthetic body as Dr. Plum's daughter and was entered into Atlas' Special Operatives after finally fixing Duster Ashe's old body and teaching her how to enter her former body and pilot it similar to wearing an armor.

As an artificial being, Duster Ashe does NOT have a semblance. In fact, she doesn't even have Aura yet.

Equipment:

Mantle Duster Designated Weapon(MDDW) - 001P - Duster Bomber
-A Blaster-Rifle weapon that the MDU-00a originally came with to attack Dr. Plum's laboratory. It can fire off Dust infused plasma shots from the barrel found on the axe's top. The Duster Bomber has 4 shot settings; Hyperconcentrated which is the setting where the weapon fires straight Laser Beams that is said to pierce through multiple layers of steel. Scatter Shot, which fires off multiple small plasma shots continously in a 45 degree cone. Normal Shot where the weapon fires small plasma beams, and Charged Shots where the weapon takes time to gather energy to fire a large, concentrated plasma shot similar to Megaman X's charge shots. The Duster Bomber can also turn into an Ax which, interestingly, has an insignia of a yellow Grasshopper engraved on it.

DMRDU Outer Shell - The original MDU-00a's body modified into a hollow armor where Duster Ashe can climb back in and fight like she used to way back when. The DMRDU - OS is outfitted head to toe with Dust powered weapon tech. Its entire body essentially acts as a means to channel Dust and is mostly resistant to it. The Shell is outfitted with a scanner in its visor that can detect Aura and Body Heat. The boots and the back of the torso have thrusters in them added by Dr. Plum which allows the Shell to move as fast as a lightweight human. Naturally, the shell is heavy. The shell's chest houses the Aura Source which serves as a protective aura around the suit. The Aura Source houses a Dust Crystal that releases this protective area around the suit. This area can also be expanded into a barrier. The arms can channel any Dust Properties on its fists. The same thing goes for its Feet.

Weaknesses:
Duster Ashe literally DOES NOT have Aura. While she can be fixed, direct damage without her shell can be fatal.
The DMRDU Outer Shell is heavy, and thus, is slow as heck. Which is why it needs thrusters.
The DMRDU OS' Dust Reserve is separate from its Aura Reserve. Meaning once Duster Ashe is out of Dust, it cannot use the Shell's Dust Channeling ability.
Once the DMRDU OS' Aura Reserve is depleted, the suit's thrusters cannot function, which will force her out of the suit if she wants to move fast.
Duster Ashe, as a robot, does not know much about social norms other than the basic knowledge Dr. Plum imparted to her.
Duster Ashe don't do jokes...Just saying.

Personality:Caesar is what most would call, the most determined basterd that has walk this planet. For any mission sent by his grand nation, must be successful at all cost. However most of his grandiose patriotism is hardly ever shown externally. Caesar is usually stern in tone and mood, always looking for the most logical and effective way to serve his nation.

History: Caesar was born and raised in Atlas. With his parents both serving in the Atlasian military. So it was only natural that Caesar and his two brothers follow the footsteps of their parents. His brothers enrolled to the fleet, while he enrolled to Atlas Academy. After 4 years of gruelling training, Caesar came to the conclusion that being a huntsman simply wasn't enough. So when he caught on to the news that the Atlasian special ops were recruiting once more. He knew this was the opportunity he was seeking, of course he managed to pass the test and requirements to join in the first place. Once he got in he went all remment, going on all sorts of missions or "crusades" as he likes to call them.

Semblance: Deliverance
He manifests a swarm of Hawks made out of pure aura, in which a he mostly uses as a distraction or as shock troops.

Equipment:
Astart shotgun or slug gun: is a rather simple but brutally effective shotgun, using mostly fire dust rounds
Chainsword: is rather straight forward as well. Is brutally effective against lightly armored but is still decent against heavily armored foes.
Atlasian scout armor prototype B: the scout B armor is a flexible and really good at being a "second aura".
Grenades:grenades

Weaknesses:anything he sees as an insult to Atlas, is an insult to him. Which basically means he gets really annoyed or passed at whomever dare insult the great atlas. He isn't really used to urban environments and will most likely get lost.

Caesar has the ability to teleport, however he may only do it for short distances. And he cannot teleport people with him. And when he teleports a random effect will happen, whether it be a dark clouds of smoke or a strike of lightning. Or even a gaint bubble.

Equipment:

Weaknesses:anything he sees as an insult to Atlas, is an insult to him. Which basically means he gets really annoyed or passed at whomever dare insult the great atlas. He isn't really used to urban environments and will most likely get lost.

Notes to be rectified before acceptance:
  • Take a little more time in creating this character, there’s not even mention of this character attending a Huntsman Academy. The character looks rushed.
  • A rather big misconception dust based ammo is the only ammunition in Remnant they don’t use slugs or bullets
  • Try and come up with a different semblance because it’s a little too similar to my character’s semblance
 
I've only recently gotten into rwby, with the first three seasons or "volumes" as they like to call it. That is have watched.

Tge reason I asked about how much you know about RWBY because the academies are 4 year institutions and the Atlas Special Operatives are graduate huntsmen recruited to the Atlas Military. Before your character seemed to reflect a lack of understanding of both.

Second aura type thing with the armor, definitely not feeling that. Also grenades lack an actual explanation.
 
The armor isn't literally a second aura, I only worded it like that because aura is described as a sort of forcefield/armor. And I thought it was a bit clever.the grenades are simply ordinary frags
