Chris Langdon

11:30PM || My home ||interacting: --

Today they were going to escape this crappy town, and together they were about to find opportunities far beyond their imaginations. No longer could Chris stand the sight of his boring bedroom ceiling and unsatisfying daily life. He had nothing to live for here, whereas London, maybe he could finally be recognised for his extraordinary DJing and not for his "ridiculous" music taste. Someone somewhere must appreciate it the same way he did. But he would only know after tonight.

Chris packed his backpack with every CD he had previously made and only left a little room for his everyday clothes, to which now, probably wasn't as good an idea as he had thought. Oh well, London wasn't like this town to where the only mediocre shop was within 100 metres. Surely, he'd find something. He attempted to be sustained by silence as his parents and siblings were sound asleep in their bedrooms along the landing. They probably wouldn't notice his absence once he would disappear. The whole of his family were only concerned with their own lives and once it was interrupted they'd throw you out of the window with no hesitation, and as bad as that sounds, Chris was used to it.

Finishing with his packing, the boy made his way to his windowsill, pushed the handle upwards till the window clicked open and without any second thought, managed to swing his body forward and landed securely upon the green waves of grass. He was sweating with nerves but his heart was pounding with exhilaration.

After 20 minutes of walking past every familiar street that he would leave behind, Chris made his way to a car park, their group's established meeting spot for the start of tonight's events. The streets were silent except for the occasional drunken folk tumbling their way toward their house, but other than that, there were no signs of authority, after all, it was a peaceful town.

Chris brought out his phone and typed: [Hurry up and get your asses down here]

Clover Richards

11:40PM || My home ||Interacting: --

Clover couldn't wait to get out of this shit town, she couldn't wait to escape her family, to leave behind all her bad memories. She sure as hell wasn't going to miss anything, after all, there was nothing to miss. And perhaps in London someone was going to accept her blue hair without giving her weary looks as if she were about to explode. Plus, most of all, she was going to enjoy the company of her closest friends, and sure, she was hoping that they could all manage together without any major problems.

Packing the remains of her stuff, she decided to ditch her makeup and instead packed a hairbrush, comb, clothes and her savings. Most of her makeup products were old and hand-me-downs anyway from her older sister (as disgusting as that is) and bringing them would be pointless anyway. Anyway, she already had things waiting for her in London, bigger and better things anyway. Clover had already made certain that her family was asleep and left a note on her desk reading: [See you later, bitches! Don't come looking for me, and Stephanie can have my stuff since shit suits her. Clover x o x] She didn't regret leaving on a vulgar note and this was no different from the other times for her.

She made her way to the back door quietly since the front made a strangle noise whenever opened so the safer option would be the back. As the girl began to bypass buildings and houses, it hit her, this would be the last time she would ever see these distinctive streets. The last time she would ever live in a suburbia that would soon be dead to her and somehow, that gave her a buzzing feeling inside, and there was more to come. Nearing the car park, the girl saw a tall figure amidst the darkness and she knew exactly who it was, funnily enough she yelped in excitement and gave him a massive hug.

"Fina-fucking-lly, we're leaving, Chris!" She shouted, though Chris grumbled back, "Shut up, woman. You'll wake the whole town up." And at this, Clover took her arms back from Chris' body, but couldn't yet wipe the smile from her face. "Anyway, where are Electra and Darren?"

[NO NEED TO APOLOGISE HUN IT WAS GREAT]

Darren ~ Own Home~ On time

Darren had been rushing himself while he packed. The end of a toothbrush stuck out between his clenched teeth as he abruptly opened his wardrobe, forcing various different sweaters and shirts into his open bag. The contents of his rather large over-shoulder bag had not been organised well- in fact, every single item had been shoved in with such a force it was all creased. Darren ran back to the bathroom in the hallway before turning 90 degrees to use his shoulder to open the door before spitting into the sink. After rinsing the toothbrush and sticking it in a separate part of his bag where deodorant and travel toothpaste lay, he stuffed the toothbrush in and ran back towards his room. He didn't bother with the fuss of trying to stay quiet for his father was too busy with his new mistress. Darren's younger brother, Timothy, was also too busy with other things such as trying to sneak in his new boyfriend. Darren avoided his secretive all-male family (excluding his father's prostitute) and waved a silent goodbye to his brother through the open door before shutting it. The moans from the master bedroom made his eyes roll as he casually jumped down the stairs and out of the mediocre house.

His pace was quick, his expression was unexplainable, and his aura was rather positive for him. He quickly glanced at his stuffed bag before stopping to rifle through it. Alas, he found his phone almost in an instant and checked for messages. His cheeks began to rise as soon as he saw Chris' messages. Darren didn't even bother replying but instead began to pick up the pace and jog to the meeting spot where he hoped to see three others. Instead, he only saw two. In an instant, he recognised one of the silhouettes in the darkness as Clover and even heard her speak. And, upon walking closer, he recognised Chris too.

"Wow Clover, you really do speak loudly don't you?"

A wide grin expanded across Darren's lips after his sarcastic greeting. His eyes then drifted over to where Chris stood, causing him to chuckle when he remembered the text just sent by him to Darren.

"Oh and also Chris? Loved the kindness shining through your last text. Really appreciated it."

Despite his odd way of saying hello, he opened his arms wide to the two of them; displaying his need for at least one hug from the two of them.

While holding his arms out, he counted everyone before realising Electra hadn't yet arrived.

"Why is that lass always late?"

Electra~ Own home~ Late

The girl had never ever arrived early but she was never the one to blame. Her two mothers- well, maybe not biological mothers but being adopted never fazed her so she treated them as if they were her own- had been celebrating their twenty year anniversary at their family house. Electra, the only child, had already packed her things earlier and was scared shitless about leaving. Being an average student who never really got detentions and hated being reckless was about to embark on one of the most reckless adventures of her life but, she just sat round at the table her knee jolting up and down in a impatient manner. Due to a past of not eating, her parents found it fit to question her about her nervous mannerisms and why she was now moving her knee up and down. Instead, she just dismissed herself; the empty plate was shown to them, then she went to her room.

Finally managing to breathe after the nervous 'interrogation', she grabbed her packed bag (including her own idea of essentials such as a Polaroid, film, eyeliner and food for the others) and looked in her tall single mirror. The photographer took one last look at her appearance before sighing and hissing:

"I fucking hate you freckles."

At least this time it wasn't about her size. She had recovered well from that and, although rather skinny and owning no curves what so ever, she had learnt to forget about it all and actually eat food. She headed back down the stairs and told her rather care-free mums that she was just going for a sleepover. This excuse had obviously been a good one, for she exited without any hassle before seeing the message from Chris on her phone light up. In response, she quickly typed out: Sorry! On my way!

Electra began to run now to the meeting place. She was still scared, still worried, and very very very hesitant if this all was a good idea. Despite not being a firm believer in God she acted as if she was an angel. But, in her conscience, she knew her reputation for being innocent would probably change over the course of this road trip. Finally after running and trying to find the others, she spotted three figures all together. They were very easy to recognise, especially with Darren's wide arms spread to a hug the two other friends.

"I'm here! Sorry guys!"

She spoke as she walked over to them, sorting out the strap on her right shoulder before managing an extremely nervous smile.

11:55PM || Car park ||interacting: Everyone

Looking up to be greeted by Darren's ever so sarcastic tone in the cool, night air, Chris rolled his eyes with amusement. Darren was one of his bestfriends, but at times he could be such a sarcastic bastard that it made him want to tackle him to the ground - but they didn't have time for that with the remaining ticks left of the day. Freckles is left to come now... He thought impatiently before giving Darren a half-hearted crooked grin of his own.

"Well someone's gotta hurry your lazy asses up." Shrugged the boy, patting his backpack for reassurance. Reassurance of what? Well, I'm not too sure yet.

Admittedly, Chris was in need of a hug, because to be frank, Clover's hugs felt like hugging a porcupine. An extremely energetic, insane porcupine, plus he didn't need that kind of comfort. Beginning to edge towards Darren to give him a hug, his phone vibrated within his jean pocket and the boy momentarily pulled it out to take a glimpse of new news - though in this town, there was no new news. Squinting to read the glowing screen to which illuminated his face, he read Electra's text and couldn't help but split into a smile.

"Freckles is on her way guys." He announced before his eyes saw Electra already approaching.

"What took you so long freckles?" He questioned, shoving his phone back within his pocket. "Oh, and I shotgun the wheel." A smug smile plastered across his lips.

Clover Richards

As soon as Darren came into her vision, Clover, unlike Chris already gave the boy a hug - a quite big one actually. "Darren!" She shouted loudly once again, becoming more hyper by the second, "I can't believe this is happening!" Clover felt as if she was hopped on caffeine, as if she had been drinking for hours one end and this was the resultant effect. But thank god, she had managed to stay away from a sip of caffeine or alcohol, but she could only stay like this for so long.

As her chin was placed upon Darren's shoulder, the girl couldn't help but squeeze him with all her might, taking little consideration to the fact that he might suffocate. Although, from other his shoulder, she could spot a slender figure and as it approached closer, red hair was shortly seen. Wasting no time, she rushed toward Electra, giving the girl a huge hug, nearly knocking the life out of her.

"Electra, my baby!"

Darren John Davidson

Darren grinned even more when locked in Clover's embrace. Her hugs were very welcoming and despite her being rathe hyper, she was definitely heartfelt. Darren particularly liked this trait of hers and preferred her hugs the most. After parting away from his admittedly beautiful close friend, he watched her run over to Electra with a raised eyebrow before chuckling and shaking his head.

"If Electra gets a longer hug than I did... I'll be very jealous."

After using a jokingly mocking tone, he then clicked his left hands fingers in a zig zag position and watched the two girls before giving a wave at Electra and large grin to greet her.

Then, he decided to embrace Chris momentarially to mimic Clover's embrace of Electra. After hearing Clover speak again, he tried to mimic her tone while placing his hand on Chris' cheek.

"Chris, my baby. Be my bad baby."

It was clear as day Darren enjoyed being a class clown, especially one for his friendship group. Due to the lack of attention at home, it was important to him that he actually got some attention. Sometimes, he could be irritating as fuck but for some reason the others put up with his stupid antics and stood by his hysteria. He broke the embrace from Chris before raising an eyebrow.

"You? On the wheel? God bless our unfortunate souls."

Now, Darren was smirking widely at his close friend however he constantly glanced at his other two close friends; freckled slender Electra, and bright pretty Clover. He wondered what they thought about this whole situation, about the whole entire idea actually. Inside Darren knew Clover would be for it but Electra? He never would have guessed that that one would want to. However, he was happy the whole team was here. Now they could all witness his terrible humour.

Electra Lee Lamb

Electra heard the word "freckles" and it was enough to cause her eyes to roll a total of three times. It was something she hated about herself but, due to the closeness of her friends, she allowed Chris to say it. This however did not stop her from fretting him with a middle finger. Mid-way through the gesture, she was locked in an embrace by Clover. She began to laugh quietly as she hugged the girl back yet, not as strongly.

"Heya Clover. Your hair looks fucking gorgeous tonight."

Electra had always been envious of the girl. Not just her appearance, but the way she conducted herself. Electra thought of Clover as a sister and adored her and her wonderful original hair to pieces. After spotting the two males of the group in a joking embrace, Electra raised an eyebrow while smirking. Before parting from Clover and readjusting her jumper. Donned in the very basic attire of just a white school jumper and knee ripped jeans, she felt rather comfortable. The situation, however, made her feel like she needed to vomit. The nerves had kicked in.

She pushed it aside in her mind and focuse on what the males said.

"The wheel of what? Do we actually have a car?"

They were in a car park but, to Electra's knowledge, none belonged to that group.

Chris Langdon

Chris held his hands up into a surrender at Electra's rather rude finger gesture, but nevertheless a cheeky chuckle warmed his throat. As Darren wrapped his arms around his neck just as Clover did Electra, the brown-eyed boy couldn't help but look past his bestfriend's head to admire Electra's needed presence. After all, he hadn't honestly expected her to show up, and the fact that she did, made him feel a whole lot better about this road trip. Not until he felt a hand caress his cheek did he transition back to reality. His eyes widened and shortly his cheeks arose to a light scarlet shade, though after did he fully realise the situation and laughed softly at Darren's imitation.

He pulled out of their embrace the same time his friend did, then let his hand rake through his curly hair. If you couldn't tell, he was buzzing with excitement. Pure excitement. Unbelievably, this group of definite misfits were about to experience a time of long lasting fun and dreams. No shitty parentals telling them what to do or when to do it. They'd be independent and free from rules and judgement. He felt strangely disturbed that teenagers such as themselves could escape their own lives this easily without being stopped, and that made him wonder how many other young people had pulled this off before them.

Adjusting his backpack strap, Chris flashed a deceiving smile at the group. Electra's question sure was a good one and Darren's comment made him cock his brows in a defensive manner.

"You're right we don't have a car... But we do have a car park." The boy pointed out before taking off toward a medium sized campervan (decided these are so much cooler). Looking into the window, the boy nodded slightly before turning his head slightly to the group. He brought out his large crowbar.

"Hey, Freckles. Since you asked for a car will you please do the honors?" Chris asked, indicating that he wanted her to crowbar the door open to the campervan. Some poor soul is going to be walking home today.

Clover Richards

|| Car park ||interacting: Everyone ||

"My hair? At least yours is fucking natural, I think I may be girl crushing on it." Clover exclaimed before separating from Electra the same way she did her.

Oh, boy was she ecstatic that her friend had pulled through, after all, she was one for doing the "sensible" thing in the group, but soon Clover thought that could all change on this road trip. Anyway, she would be there for Electra whatever she may need or not need on this journey.

Raising a brow whilst the blue-haired girl followed Chris, she hadn't really been expecting to ride in a campervan. Especially if they were supposed to spend their memorable days in it. Her friend truly had lost his marbles. "What the fuck? Out of all the cars to steal, we're taking this?" Asked the girl, her mouth slightly open in disbelief. Sure she was used to shitty hand-me-downs, but in no way was she going to continue with that life anymore. Edging around the vehicle wearily, she stared,

"Darren, please have a joke for this."

Clover sighed. To be frank, she was the only person who genuinely found Darren's jokes somewhat funny and no longer found them annoying like the others. But she got excitable over pretty much anything so this was old news.

Electra Lee Lamb

Clover's compliment had already made her evening; there's always something strangely beautiful about being complimented by another girl instead of someone making it a competition. She enjoyed following Chris, Darren and Clover towards the transport before suddenly realising the campervan belong to none of them. Electra's eyes widened as she groped onto the strap of her bag while Clover circled the piece of metal on wheels. At Chris' comment, her head spin to him as she leaned her head forward.

Almost in a whisper, she voiced her shock.

"I know we're doing something reckless but shit... Really, this? This could belong to a family with children and- Oh fuck it just pass me the fucking crowbar."

Her swearing had always been disapproved of by her parents however, she learnt them from her friends and found herself liking them. They were great for expression in her eyes. She extended her arm out to Chris, avoiding eye contact at all costs. Electra swallowed the saliva in her mouth and gulped it down, fearful for the fact she would effectively be breaking the law in just the first couple of minutes of the trip.

The only reason why she gave up trying to reason with Chris was because, well, she needed to learn to become more independent. For some reason, Electra thought the definition of becoming independent meant leaving her two mums for a party-on-the-road. She then pulled her bag off and held it out for someone else to hopefully hold it while she would soon take the crowbar and try and gain entrance to the group's chosen transport.

Darren John Davidson

Darren was in a state of hysterics at Chris' idea and Clover's reaction to it. Maybe his laughing went a bit too far when he bent over forwards, chuckling as his hair flopped over his eyes. Flicking it all back up, he tried to keep his composure as his shoulders still bounced up and down hinting to hysteria. He wasn't even drunk and- most likely somewhere and sometime on this roadtrip- he'll have a few and grace the group of close friends with even crappier jokes that only Clover seemed to stomach through. His eyes lit up in the darkness when she spoke and he folded his arms before once again, eyeing the campervan.

"All I can say my dear Clover is... It's pretty damn sexy."

Upon listening to Chris request Freckles' assistance with the crowbar, he raised an eyebrow. Out of everyone, Electra? Wow, he thought. Darren took Electra's bag for her as she rolled up her sleeves and continued to extend her hand out to Chris; she awaited the crowbar. Darren decided to rifle through her bag after giving the freckled girl a look, asking for permission. He took her quick hunched shoulders as a yes. After rifling through her bag he came across a Polaroid and decided to pull it out, admiring the modernised version of a vintage camera.

Darren put it up to his left eye. Once again, he looked towards Electra for permission and got the same response, however she added to it vocally this time:

"Yeah that's chill but if you get a photo of me breaking the law that's a no no."

He hadn't even planned on that so he just nodded with a smile before pointing it towards the other female of the friendship group.

"Hey! Clover! Be a doll and pose for the camera please?"

He stood there in silence, peeking his head up to see her response clearly; hoping she would indicate a yes of some sorts.

Chris Langdon

Not considering that Electra would actually take up his offer, Chris was ready to ask Darren as an alternative as the dude looked slightly disappointed. But he knew out of all people that Darren was never upset for long; possibly because of his humorous personality and general weirdness. The boy leaned closer to the girl so he could gather her words clearly, what's more his lips tensed on one side and shrugged at the mention of a family.

"We're fucking family, sure we don't have children but I'm sure that can be arranged." In a vulgar manner, Chris winked to Darren before watching as Electra prepared herself for perhaps the biggest crime she had ever done. Though, even if this was her first, something within him said that this wouldn't be the last.

Handing the tool over to the freckled girl, Chris stood at a slight distance away from her, after all the idea of being elbowed in the chin and wasn't particularly tempting to his masculine eye. He was pretty nervous for his friend, and what sparked that nervousness was the fact that this could all go wrong in an instant. Some nosy old bat could be watching them now and sensing that they are doing something illegal, or worse, get her a million cats on them. Despite that thought, Chris kept his mind on Electra opening the door.

"You want to find the bit of the door that clicks to the van and dig into that bit then pull." He instructed, peering over her shoulder to see her at work. It's not that he didn't have trust in the girl to do the job, otherwise that she wasn't that experienced - not that that is a bad thing.

Clover Richards

Letting out a giggle at Darren's joke for the van's beauty. This was exactly what she wanted. Some fucking humor in their group would do them a whole lot of good under the circumstance of running away, and supposedly never coming back. After, she looked down to the number plate, thinking that this would be a problem, especially if they were aiming to never be found again. Taking a look back to the front section of the van, Clover was greeted to the unsuspecting view of her bestfriend with a crow bar in her possession.

"Shit... Didn't see that coming." She muttered under her breath.

In curiosity, Clover paid the majority of her attention back onto the plate and tucked a blue strand of hair behind her ear. In the moment, Darren's voice echoed into her mind and her eyes flit up to his presence. The edges of her lips turned up into a smile and as quickly as that smile appeared, her arm shot up to lean against the side of the van and her head was tilted to the side slightly while an over-exaggerated look was emphasised upon her pale face.

"I'm ready for my closeup." She pouted whereas her hand became the shape into an arrow and her chin rested upon her hand.

Darren John Davidson

Turning around, he witnessed Chris' wink and vulgar joking before smirking back and letting out another little chuckle before facing back towards Clover. His cheeks began to ache from the amount of grinning Darren had been doing however, he refused to stop it. His eyes wondered back to the lense before he took aim of the pouting girl in front of him. With a click and a quick flash, all was done. The photo began to print out out the camera before he snatched it out and held it in his spare hand.

"Why thank you. I hope it captured your beauty perfectly."

Now, it just needed to process.

Beforehand, he had spotted Clover constantly peering at the number plate. He wasn't very quick, nor was he overly intelligent; Darren came to the assumption she was just curious. He still wanted to ask her about it. But, due to his short attention span, he soon turned his attention to the surroundings. Would anyone be watching? Had any of the others thought about this? Meh, it didn't really matter to him. It's still all fun. Now, his mind went back to Clover.

"Hey, why do you keep looking at the numberplate? Is this some dodgey weirdo van?"

Electra Lee Lamb

The girl was fumbled with thoughts from her moral conscience. But, upon hearing Chris' opinion on family, she sighed and nodded her head.

"Okay, okay. We're all family."

He did speak the truth though. She considered them all to be her siblings and Electra could honestly say she loved them all, despite how cliché it sounded to her it was true.

Her adrenaline kicked in before she took in all of Chris' advice and followed it as if it was the holy Bible. She pushed the bar in before finding some difficulty in latching it inside. After a few seconds of fumbling around, she successfully managed to pull it open. All she cared about was getting people inside before any of them could get spotted.

"Right, c'mon you lot before someone spots us."

She glanced around, no sense in pride in what she had done but a pang of excitement definitely showing in the slight smirk on her face.

Chris Langdon

Surprised at how simply Electra had achieved the task, Chris took the crowbar out from her grip and placed it deep within his backpack.

"Well done." He said before moving past the girl to sit upon the driver seat. The van smelt like musky coffee.

He began to rummage all the possible compartments of the van - looking for the keys - and sooner said then done, he came across a pair of jingling pieces of metal. He plugged them into the vehicle in anticipation as the engine interrupted the night silence. Plus, it was definitely fueling the expanding fire within him that any ordinary person would find impossible to extinguish.

A finger of his pressed against a door to which locked/unlocked all the entrances of the van and before Chris knew it, clicking sounds were heard throughout the closed vehicle. They were so close to leaving. This was his life-long dream, to live on edge with the unawareness to what tomorrow led them to. This sense of risk was enough to make him drunk, in fact, it was enough for him to believe that altogether they were safe, that it was them against the world. Sure, he was feeling angsty as hell in the moment, but at least he was ready for their unforeseeable future.

As Chris was waiting for everyone to join him in the van, a shadow moved in the distance. It was a person. A familiar person. "Shit. Guys get in now!" He shouted impatiently, gritting his teeth.

"It's our old English teacher from high school... this is her van." In realisation, the boy felt his hand cup over his forehead with anxiety. He revved the engine as an attempt to scare the teacher, but she continued to approach and shout endlessly at them.

Clover Richards

"Well, of course!" Clover empthasised her words while her eyes attempted to sneak a peak at the polaroid amidst Darren's possession.

Ushering the boy over to stand alongside her, the girl looked at Darren whilst she spoke of her theory.
"I read somewhere that the authorities can track your licence down along with the car. They do this by the speeding and security cameras there are on the motorways."
Pressing her lips together in sudden seriousness the girl turned her head to search for the many possible spots where security cameras could possibly be.

"There is no way I'm letting them track us down that easily." She muttered before her normal friendly smile was ironed onto her lips.

"Come on, lets remove this thing like it's a sixth finger."

Beginning to make her way back to the front of the campervan, the sudden shout of Chris' voice made her stop abruptly in her tracks. She frowned worriedly before swinging the back door to the van open and diving in. Awaiting for the others, Clover's heart was beating faster than ever. Almost as if it was beating all by itself and didn't happen to be connected to a body.

[OCC: This is short. I'm tired. I didn't proofread, lazy me. Goodnight!]

{OOC: No need to apologise, Hun. It was great!}

Darren John Davidson

With a smirk, Darren nodded his head at Clover's first few words before storing the Polaroid away in his shirt's top pocket. He then listened to her next few words intently. Darren's eyes widened at what Clover spoke of. His head turned to the side to view the plate. As he was about to help Clover, Chris spoke. His eyes widened again before he followed Clover inside the camper van via the back entrance. Darren's heart was beating erratically too. But, as usual, he began chuckling to himself.

"I hate that bitch anyways. She's one of the reason I'm failing."

Of course Darren would never admit his dyselxia was the main issue but, she was such a bitch in his own mind so he did not care about placing all of the blame on her. Patting Clover on the back, he watched Electra rush into the campervan too; she was visibly pissed off. Knowing he would probably annoy her mum with his snarky comments, he focuses on talking to Chris:

"Okay, dude. Let's drive as fucking fast as we can. I can't wait to get the fuck outta here."

As much as Darren hated to admit it, he was scared; fuck it though. These were his best friends and he really didn't care about his 'reputation'. Trying to hide the fear with a chuckle, he made sure everybody was sad and in the camper van.

Electra Lee Lamb

'Well done'? The words from Chris really didn't make her feel any sense of pride. She even listened in to Clover speaking about number plates which added more stress to her already rising anxiety. Not only this, but the approaching figure sent her into a state of angry panic and she waited for the others to enter before hopping into the campervan.

Before she hopped in, she spotted spotted a Polaroid on the floor. Rolling her eyes at Darren's clumsiness she snatched it off the floor before shutting the entrance to the campervan. Once in, she clenched her teeth and took a breath before flicking the photo of a pouting Clover back over to the new photographer.

"Next time Darren, actually make sure you don't leave Scooby Doo any clues k?"

Audibly annoyed, she sighed and walked over to Clover with a forced smile. The situation was already rather 'dangerous' in her own eyes. She peered over her shoulders to see Darren looking quiet and she raised an eyebrow. He was clearly visibly distressed that he nearly left evidence that Clover was part of this and, as Electra had known for a long time, Darren had always been close to her so he probably felt a pang of guilt inside him.

Chris Langdon

At the final close of the van door, Chris pulled the gears to which sat peacefully beside him and pressed his foot down onto a pedal down below his reach. His worn out sneakers didn't have all that good a grip as they might've had when he bought them before with his money, and that just made it all in all impossible to keep his foot steady on the pedal. Darren's words of energy made him smile and at the same time, he turned his head so he could look into the wind mirror and reverse out with the best of his ability.

"Hold on tight everyone!" He encouraged before spinning the rather stiff wheel around continuously and forcing the pedal down harder than before.

As soon as the vehicle spun out toward the exit of the car park, the view of their teacher was no longer in his sights except for the misty glow of a phone - but really, Chris couldn't give too craps about the police at that moment. He had only taken a few driving tests in the past, failing each and every one, nevertheless, driving their new-found van seemed easier than a normal car. This definitely surprised him.

"Hey, take it easy on him freckles. Not all of us have a pole stuck up our ass like you." He said, defending Darren.

Noticing the sudden unusual silence in the back, Chris rounded a corner and saw the motorway sign beyond.

"That was fucking awesome." A grin broke onto his lips and a sigh of relief escaped whilst his hands rubbed the bridge of his nose. They were running away, and he could hardly believe it. His hand made a reach down to the old-fashioned appearing stereo and flicked a switch to play some music. There was no explaining how relatable the song was to their current situation. The boy began to nod his head.

Clover Langdon

Tilting her head to the side as she steadied herself onto a nearby seat, the girl watched as Electra passed the image back to Darren and shortly she felt bad for him. Especially as she hated getting other people into trouble or upset over something with her doing. A sympathetic smile pushed its way onto her lips as she attempted to find Darren's eyes.

"It's all good Darren. After all, I wouldn't mind saying 'and it would've worked too if it weren't for you meddling kids'." Clover's brown eyes widened as she mimicked Scooby Doo, plus curling her hands into fists and waving them around. She like cheering people up.

Looking up to her best friend who hovered above her wearing a smile. Except, Clover by now knew that that smile was as false as her nails themselves. Momentarily, the girl groaned at everyone's current state, and on cue, she removed her backpack from her shoulders and began to hunt for that glass bottle to which their group was in need of. Of course, as a leaving present she stole her parents most expensive wine and made sure to take a few glasses along for the ride.

Handing a glass to everyone except Chris, the girl went to fill them up, but not completely to the edge because of the bumpy ride they were receiving.

"I would give you one Chris, but I'd like to live till tomorrow." But he just shrugged and continued to nod his head to the beat of the music.

Sitting back down, a bright smile flashed onto her face and her voice was dialed with vibrancy.

"Let's play never have I ever. I'll go first... never have I ever, seen the opposite sex naked." Clover waited for the others to take their time.

Electra Lee Lamb

Upon hearing Chris' defensive manner over Darren and seeing the poor sod's guilty face, she rolled her eyes and let the words Chris just said repeat in her head. She let out a sigh before apologising to Darren. Darren was his usual self and accepted the apology with a grin but Electra put his grinning more to the fact Clover was being as witty as ever with her one liners. Electra really didn't want to be known as that one friend who always acted up herself; that's why she decided to come on this trip. After being given back her bag from Darren she hesitantly accepted the drink from Clover and decided to participate in the iconic teen game.

Before listening to the question though, she turned back to watch the driver's excitement as the camper van turned into the motorway. Walking over to him, she gave him a quick pat on the shoulder. She knew Clover gave him a talk already about safe driving but, being the usual Electra, she still added in some input.

"Drive safe yeah? I may act like, well, how you stated a minute ago but this trip will be fun. Let's just make sure we don't die during it."

She stopped patting his shoulder and went back over to her two other best friends. Upon hearing the question, she shook her head. Electra had honestly never seen the opposite sex naked. She was a virgin, had two mums and no siblings; she couldn't have even seen a family member's naked body by accident! Electra held onto her drink and waited for the other responses.

Electra's apology had made him feel slightly better, Chris' defensive manner had made him feel even more better but Clover's understanding and witty humour made him forget about the incident. Darren focused on the music now and began to bop his head before accepting the drink from Clover graciously. His tone was already much happier when he next spoke:

"This song is the shit. Someone better dance with me later."

Aiming his wink towards Clover he took a sly sip from the glass before smiling.

Now, Darren moved his focus to the game he oh so loved. He now began to listen intently to Clover's never have I ever. There was so many variations of how you play this game and somehow, whenever he would play it with his mates, the rules would change. He decided to voice his concerns (and his answer):

"Wait so... Do I drink if I have seen the beautiful luscious female body naked before? Because, if so..."

Darren took a long sip from the glass, indicating he had indeed seen a woman's naked body. But, it wasn't as glamour mouse as he had worded it. One time he walked in on his father with an old flame from the past and -despite trying to put it to the back of his mind- it was indented deeply in his head.

Despite being a virgin, Darren wished to keep this a secret as he put on a masculine exterior. His sip would hopefully detour the others from the truth. This game was already keeping his interest and the drink just added to the fun.

Immersed within the world of music, Chris busy trying to search for a CD compartment, but unfortunately had no luck in his search. Shivers rippled down his spine at the touch of Electra's hand upon his shoulder and the van jolted ever so slightly off the line but soon he regained his control and drove back in line. To his surprise, the pat was his freckled friend and as soon as she began to speak, Chris nodded his head.

"It will be fine, I trust you. But as soon as I start to feel tired, I'll pull over and take a nap while someone else takes the wheel." The boy assured before giving her a lopsided smile at her concern - though it might've not been exactly toward him, it was nice to see this side of Electra.

Smiling at Darren's fondness of the song, Chris had to agree. For some dodgy radio inside a tin can it was alright, he guessed that their teacher was a punk rocker back in the days or something. As he heard the suggestion of never have I ever, he grinned from ear to ear at Darren's words, however, her couldn't help but sneakily steal a glance at Electra to see if she had taken a drink from her glass. He was just being curious... He liked to know what the others got up to behind closed doors.

But don't get him wrong, he wasn't a virgin any longer, nonetheless, that didn't stop him from regretting his decisions.

Clover Richards

Mimicking Darren's cunning wink, Clover gave him one of her own - though dancing in this van with a practically inexperienced driver sounded like a load of ruffle and tumble to her. Her legs were beside her like a mermaid while she watched as the others took their turns to confess what they had or had not been up to. And to the girl's shock, Darren to a drink which did kind of spark jealousy inside of her, but she managed to ignore it to the best of her abilities. Though a particular part of her couldn't help but wonder how Darren ever got close enough to see a nude, female body.

"Okay, your turn, my baby." She smiled to Electra, ready for whatever "never have I ever" she had ready.

Electra Lee Lamb

After witnissing Darren's very public display of, what Electra had assumed anyways as, no longer being a virgin; she laughed a bit. Despite still having the growing anxiety inside of her for all of their lives, she began to enjoy the perdicment they put themselves in. Visibly more relaxed, she listened to Clover speaking towards her and smiled in response.

"Right... Let me think..."

Electra pondered for a couple of seconds before finally having a lightbulb moment.

"Okay. Never have I ever woken up next to a complete stranger. Take it in whatever context you like."

She added the last part to add more mystery to the question; it could be interpreted sexually or any other way. Electra never had, so she managed to avoid drinking again.

Quietly thinking to herself, she scanned the group taking a guess at if the any of them had. Darren, yes. Chris, she hoped for no but guessed yes. And, finally Clover... Electra had no idea what her sister-like-friend would respond with. She felt some guilt for judging her friends ahead of them answering but it didn't really matter to her. It was just some fun game to pass the time.

Darren John Davidson

Darren was impressed at Clover's wink before watching her converse with the other female of the group. Darren loved Electra like a sister but, he always felt more connected to Clover for some reason. And Chris? He just fucking wanted Chris as another sibling. Upon hearing Electra's question, he put on his act once again. Well, it wasn't all exactly an act. He had indeed woken up next to a complete stranger but this too wasn't sexually. One of his father's partys involved multiple women invited to his house, two of which were too drunk to find the guest bedroom and slept in Darren's room instead.

However, he concealed the truth yet again with a false display of masculine pride as he took a long sip before bopping back to the music. In a sense, he wasn't lying. Darren just didn't elaborate on the truth. He then watched Clover for her response to the question while trying to walk backwards towards Chris.

Bending down, his eyes still focusing on Clover to see her reaction and if she would drink or not, he spoke to Chris in a clearly humourous tone.

"Didn't want to leave my Chris-y all alone over here while he misses the fun. With my incredible presence beside you, maybe you'll feel more included."

Patting his head in a jokingly mocking tone, he refused to stop focusing on Clover's awaiting response. Then, afterwards, it would most likely be his turn to ask a question. He racked through his mind, trying to come up with a good one in his head.

Thinking carefully about Electra's question, the girl  couldn't resist herself but reminisce over possible events that could've resulted with that same ending. Sure, there was one time, but that didn't involve anything sexual at all - well, that's from what she could remember at the least. At a young age she had the tendency to run away from home and continued to do so till she hit 15. She would stay at her grandparents house and they'd welcome her with open arms till her parents would pick her up again. Since there was little room for her to sleep, she had to bed with her cousin. She was in her 20s at the time, plus Clover trusted her more than a sister could love a sister or a mother could love a daughter.

In realisation that everyone was waiting for her to answer by a gulp of her glass, Clover turned a light shade of pink at everyone's stares - especially at Darren's as his was rather intense for someone of such a joking nature like his. At that feeling, she went to hold her glass and took a big gulp without hesitation, the taste like actual fruit bursting in her mouth.

"My parents have a good taste in wines, haha." Clover gave a nervous laugh before twirling a price of her blue hair around her thumb and index finger.

Chris Langdon

As other cars bypassed them and Chris bypassed them at times whilst his friends were enjoying themselves in the back, he felt good about the situation altogether, plus the stinging feeling of regret was no longer eating him up anymore. They  - as a group - we're onto something new now, there were no limitations anymore, they could fully stretch their potential and in a few hours, all that would become possible. His family could suck his ass and stay in their endless cycle of boredom whilst, he, the youngest of them all was achieving higher opportunities.

Once Darren's voice became audible, Chris gave his bestfriend a side smirk.

"Oh, Darren. You always know how much I love your company don't you?" He spoke with a posh tone before bracing for his hand upon his head. Looking back to the rest of the group swiftly, Chris was pleased to see that Electra hadn't even dented her drink yet - not that he'd exactly care - just that he was checking on everyone's progress. He guessed it was Darren's turn now.

Darren John Davidson

With a strange urge to find out about Clover's experience with waking up by a stranger, he cocked an eyebrow upwards. A tinge of jealousy occurred within him however he managed to control it, they were just super close friends so jealousy was uncalled for. Clover's slightly pink cheeks made him grow even more curious. But, alas, he didn't want to embarrass his close friend. He let it go. After listening to Chris' posh tone, he grinned once again. The humour within the group always made him feel more comfortable. It was now his turn to think of a question.

He had already got one from earlier though.

"Ahh! Never have I ever gone skinny dipping."

Knowing himself, Darren actually did want to partake in this some day. But, despite being a class clown and reckless youth, he had yet to adventure skinny dipping... And learn how to properly swim.

Once again, Darren was intent on watching Clover. Obviously his poor friend Chris could not participate in the revealing game, so he did just stay near his buddy to remain his companion for awhile.

Electra Lee Lamb

Electra listened closely to Darren's question before sighing. The girl had indeed, very shockingly, gone skinny dipping in the past. It was for an old friendship group you see and, it was part of her initiation to join the 'cool kids'. She swirled her glass' contents in a circular motion before taking a gulp of it. As Clover earlier stated, the wine was actually very nice.

Her past group of friends really weren't as nice as this bunch. She loved these guys, but she hated the last close friendship group.

{Sorry for short reply, I'm about to eat out with friends! See you soon}

[OCC: No worries, this was perfect anyway.]

Clover Richards

Clover stared down to the scarlet abyss of her glass whilst Darren played his turn. This one was a pretty straight forward one for the girl, after all, a majority of women her age had common self-esteem issues with their bodies and their appearance. For example, she knew that Electra absolutely despised the dots littered upon her face, but on the contrary, they looked immensely gorgeous on her bestfriend's face and it somewhat seemed ridiculous for her to be complacent over them. It always appeared that those who owned a set of freckles, wanted to hide them while the ungifted children (her) would kill for a few dots upon their cheeks.

In other words, she had never been skinny dipping before purposefully because of being self-conscious of her body. Of course, she had never discussed this with another human being before, and in no way was she about to start confessing now - especially seeing as Darren was making her slightly uncomfortable with his ardent eyes. Leaving her glass alone from her lips, Clover clenched her jaw and looked up to Darren.

"I find it hard to believe you've never gone skinny dipping, Darren." Her opinion - sounding a tad more exaggerated than she had intended - filled the silence.

Chris Langdon

Chris looked into the rear view mirror, intending to get a glimpse of this round. It was another particularly interesting topic, and as his eyes surveyed around the group, he shortly found himself gazing as Electra took a notified gulp of her drink. A smirk arose onto his lips, but despite his intrigued mind; there was envy gradually brewing inside of the boy. For all that, he couldn't help but frown at the fact that Electra had skinny dipped without him--I mean them. Them as a group, that's what he meant.

"I didn't take you for the skinny dipping type, Freckles..." He hinted his interest, yet he continued to act cool as a cucumber (lol, i can feel my insanity start to show).

Taking his eyes off from the mirror/Electra, Chris realised the sudden silence of his friend near him. Turning his head to the side, hand steady on the wheel, plus there were only a few cars accompanying them on the road, so he was certain it was safe to keep his eye of for a second or two. Of course, he was still listening for Electra's reply, however to his amazement his friend was staring... At Clover. Letting the situation process, after a few seconds, Chris hit Darren's chest extremely lightly so he could bring back his bud.

"Dude, you know how much I don't like you staring at other girls." He said in a whining tone, although his head lowered closer to Darren's ear soon after.

"Don't stare too much, man. It gets creepy after a while." The boy whispered these words so the females wouldn't hear, although in a way, he was being a hypocrite.

He turned back around to the road.

"Okay, turn. Never have I ever... Had sex." The annoying classic to which no one ever wished to answer. Fuck you Chris

Electra Lee Lamb

The skinny girl was amazed too by the fact Darren had not skinny dipped. Her judgements had proved her wrong but, with his longing stare at Clover, Electra found another assumption building inside her brain: Darren liked Clover? Like, liked liked Clover. Crushing on Clover? Electra giggled (more like silently chuckled) to herself but contained it. She found herself smirking a little before being brought back to reality by Chris' sudden interest. She let out a small laugh before replying honestly.

"Believe me, Chris, it's not as great as it seems. Oh and it would be nice if one day you do learn my name. It's Electra."

The nickname Freckles did used to make her feel self-conscious. However, being recovered  from a past of eating issues- much like a vast majority of youths today sadly- it didn't affect her as much. Secretly, she even found it quite fitting; Electra wished to never admit it though. After her statement to Chris she gave him a quick smile as to make sure he knew she was mainly joking.

Hearing Chris' next question, which was now aimed at the group, made her sigh slightly. Of course someone would have to ask that one. She knew it would be no surprise to them she was a virgin, Electra was an angel and had never rushed before in a relationship, she never even had a proper relationship before anyways.

Darren John Davidson

Being slightly pale with almost translucent eyes, Darren should have seen the "staring is creepy" comment coming from a mile off... Not to mention it's creepy in general. Swearing to himself in his head, he almost thanked Chris for punching his chest and his words of advice. After hearing Electra talk across the group to Chris, he took his turn of replying to Chris.

"Yeah. Thanks dude."

Darren was so thankful to have Chris as his male best friend. He was indeed another brother. Soon, however, Clover was talking at Darren and he made a conscience effort to not be creepy and instead return to his vulgar/almost terrible/extremely sarcastic jokes.

"Well, I haven't, I want to though. But if you ever want to, hit me up."

With his signature wink, he now witnessed Chris prepare to ask a never have I ever.

Darren had still been in a 'bro-admiration' at this point so Chris' words had just flown over his head. Feeling so thankful and proud to have everyone, he took longer to process this question than the others. Then it hit him. His smile had gone and Darren just sat there mimicking a stupid facial expression. With his heart rate rising drastically due to the fact he would have to come clean to being a virgin, he decided to retract all those kind things he thought about Chris in his head. Of course he still adored the guy but, in an instant, he had destroyed Darren's masculine image he had displayed through out the game.

Chris Richards

Once again looking up into the rear view mirror to gather a glimpse of the group at the back, it all seemed that they had peacefully left their glasses. Even Darren... Oh shit, he didn't know that his buddy was still a... He guessed that that was the reason why they never talked about it. And there Chris was thinking perhaps Darren regretted giving in, whereas he still had his virginity all along. Now, he felt extremely bad for accidentally ratting Darren out, after all, he was an expert on knowing how massively the boy was concerned with his undeniable ego of masculinity. Frowning slightly at his own fault, he decided to not answer Electra's request as he thought it was probably best to shut his mouth and be quiet. He was determined to say sorry to Darren and talk to him about it once the girls were asleep or busy with something else.

His eyes were focused on the road whilst the van fell into heavy silence. By far on this journey, he regretted that particular question for the most part, but with all his strength he was wishing that Darren's masculinity wouldn't bee too damaged - plus he hoped the boy would forgive him for jeopardising something that evidently meant a lot to his friend.

Clover Richards

Curious at what exactly Chris whispered to Darren, Clover narrowed her eyes, trying to make out his words, although she finally gave up and took a gulp of her drink - this gulp not relevant to the game - but because of the rising tension, she decided that getting drunk would be the least of her problems.

"Maybe I will." She glanced up to the boy, smirking, however she was astonished to see a dumb-founded look written over his face along with  his glass kept at a distance, but hers was also so Clover gave him a tender smile. From about anywhere on the planet you would be able to feel Darren's shame or possibly discomfort. In fact, there was nothing to be ashamed of, since it was perfectly normal for people their age to still be virgins. Sure, in the moment, he looked as if he was crapping himself, but the girl managed to retstrain any harmless laughter.

Interrupting the noiseless atmosphere, Clover spoke, looking anxiously over to Electra.

"Anyway, never have I ever been on a shit date." She moved swiftly on from the previous atmosphere, whilst she took a guilty drink.

Darren John Davidson

The boy's cheeks were now the same scarlet shade as the wine inside his glass and, despite trying to hide it, he decided to try and move away from the sudden attention. Turning to glance at Chris he narrowed his eyes, stuck one middle finger up with a slight smirk before mouthing: You are so dead.

Darren wasn't being serious at all but his way of coping through embarrassing, saddening and angering times was to avoid it all through a little humour. The humour was at his expense though.

Now putting his full focus on the never have I ever game, he listened intently to what Clover said. Her earlier smirk and witty response did lighten the slightly awkward and cringey mood set by 'the mother of all' never have I ever questions so, he was thankful. Thinking about the never have I ever, he tilted his head upwards causing some of his hair to poke his eye, how glamorous, and then swore silently for being blinded momentarially. After the poke, he shook his head and didn't allow his lips to touch any of the contents of his glass.

Darren didn't do dates; the sap used to never have the courage to flirt with someone let alone go on a date with them. The only person he ever considered asking was in fact, in the camper am and it definitely wasn't Freckles or Mr. Rat out your best mate accidently. Now Darren awaited to see the other's reactions.

Electra Lee Lamb

Electra was happy that her beautiful female best friend managed to end the horrifically cringey silence with a new question. She had never enjoyed these games but, with a group of people she admired and genuinely loved, it was pretty rad; not to mention the fact the silence reminded her of the crimes she committed just by staying in this camper van. So, focusing on the game was a better idea then remaining quiet.

Electra chuckled to herself at Clover's question before remincing of the worst date she had ever gone on. Well, nearly all of them were terrible. They all wanted things from her and, being innocent Electra, she never even kissed one of them. This backfired constantly and ended up leaving her multiple tales of truly dreadful dates.

"I most certainly have."

Now, she had made a dent in her drink. She sipped to show she had indeed been on a terrible date and then pulled her lips away before wiping the reminents of the liquid away from the corners of her mouth.

Chris Langdon

An undeniably nervous chuckle escaped Chris' mouth at the intimidating gesture Darren expressed to him - though he could quite sense his original humour and began to mouth back: dude, be grateful I saved your love-struck ass. His dark brows raised quickly as if he was initiating a challenge, but they shortly lowered back to their normal, brooding state.

Just as they were nearing the York perimeter, an urgent beeping had sounded throughout the van; it didn't sound entirely positive. Eyes wandering over all the numerous meters this old-fashioned vehicle occupied, Chris gradually found the fuel meter to which was glowing red with alert. His eyes widened at this one thing he hadn't predicted, how stupid could a person be to not check the fuel before stealing a car.

"Son of a bitch, we're almost out of fuel." Announced the boy, squeezing the wheel tightly at the thought of breaking down on a motorway. Jesus, would that be a nightmare. Pressing down onto the pedal with further force, he could already feel the van's resistance as it began to slow down. His eyes scanned for petrol stations and by chance, there was one accessible within the camper van's remaining power.

Chris continued to press on the pedal with all his might, and sluggishly but surely they were approaching the station.

"Fricking teacher needs to learn how to fuel her own goddamn van." He muttered, however as if the van took offence to these words.... It broke down. And they were truly buggered. Though, you could still see the station from their position.

"Fucksake, man." Frustrated, Chris began to take a couple of deep breaths before getting up from his seat, tapped Darren on the shoulder and made  his way outside. Other cars bypassed them and their breakdown with honks and angry gestures.

"We need to push this shit the rest of the way while someone steers." He groaned, rubbing the bridge of his nose.

Clover Richards

[OCC: I'm kinda gonna skip Clover's part. Not much I can say on her behalf, sorry Clover!]

Darren John Davidson

His almost carefree attitude was now gone. Darren listened to the camper an slowly die before staring around at the group. Their incredible plan of escaping, of exploring the great city which was their destination, of finally having fun, was ruined. When Chris swore Darren joined him and followed with an over emphasised and over exaggerated speech.

"I knew I hated that bitch for a reason. Fucking hell, we should just ram this stupid arse of a van into a wall."

After venting, he returned to a natural state and tried to help control the situation the group now faced.

"Wait, Chris, I'll  help you outside. Clover, Electra, can any of you just help by steering to the side?"

The young man had rolled up his sleeves before checking to see how the two females were before he put his glass on the floor and hopped out to join Chris. The obnoxious drivers cruising beside began to piss him off furthermore so he made a vow to himself to greet every single one with his favourite rude gesture. However, this vow was thought over by him. The last thing Darren wanted was to piss off the wrong kind of people and then him and his close friends ending up with black eyes. Cupping his face with his two hands, he dragged them down forcing his face to look disfigured before standing behind the van.

It was just the two boys outside at the moment, and he was sure they could manage to push it. They'd be fine... That's what he kept telling himself anyways. Hey ho, he motioned Chris to come over beside him and help him out.

Electra Lee Lamb

Already panicking, Electra looked at Clover then back at the wheel before sitting in the driver's seat to help out. She had only just recently passed her driving test but at least she could actually help out a bit. Peering out of the open door, she yelled back at the boys.

"Hey guys, are you okay out there?"

While waiting for a response, Electra looked back at Clover wondering if she was more suited for the task.

"Hey, Hun. Are you any good at driving?"

All they had to do was make it to the extremely nearby petrol station but Electra now knew anything could happen. So, out of fear, she wondered if Clover would make a better driver even for the shortest of distances.

Looking down to the steering wheel before looking back to Electra, the girl had repeated this action a couple of times before forcing her normal, chilled smile that she only used for unpredictable situations. Unlike the others, Clover hadn't yet started her driving test, and to blame was her bitchy sister. Her parents had agreed with Stephanie that not till she had passed her own driving test, then Clover would be able to start, but like all ways in karma, Stephanie had failed several times. Though, to think about it, the karma was directed towards her in all matters of factuality. It wasn't only her sister who was stuck without an ID in the end.

"S-sure," She uttered, I mean, all she had to do was steer into the petrol station, plus the facility was considerably close.

Nodding her head for a supply of reassurance, Clover took a gulp to which traveled along the tunnel of her throat.

"Go help the weak boys at the back, I have a feeling you can show them what real woman power is." Clover gave her friend a knowledgeable wink before scooting past her and sitting down on the drivers seat. Tucking stray hairs behind her ears, the blue-haired girl stared at the wheel. She gripped onto it and tried her best to steer to the side just as Darren had instructed, whereas the rest of the group pushed with their desperate force.

Chris Langdon

With aggravation biting sharply at his soul, Chris made his way to joining Darren behind the van. How in gods name were they supposed to push a campervan which had the mass of a hippo - though of course, without the gaping teeth and silk, rolled skin. They were truly buggered. Now as much as he had faith in himself and Darren, he knew all too well that this van wouldn't be the most unchallenging thing he had experienced at his age. He gritted his teeth before his hands braced the van's rear end. Sweating slightly as he gave in his all, the constant beeping gradually got on his nerves more by the second.

"Steer more to the right!" Shouted Chris, not really concerned to who was driving and of they could really drive at all.

All in all, he was quite delighted to say that he had never previously experience this before and for some reason, that lead to him being in a state of excitement.

Darren John Davidson

The dilemma at hand seemed to be manageable. From peering into the campervan he could see everything looked relatively positive: Clover on the wheel, his buddy Chris beside him pushing along the fucker of a campervan, and the petrol station was not far at all!

"You're doing great Clover!"

Darren really didn't mean for that to come off condescending but, it was his tone that made it sound that way. Upon placing his palms against the back of the vehicle and using all his weight to push forward, he noticed that the fucker was heavy. Darren huffed before turning to Chris.

"Is this actually do-able, Chris? Can we manage to push whatever the fuck this rubbish is over there or do we actually have to bail..."

Darren quickly took his phone out of his top pocket where the Polaroid of Clover lay still. He squinted his bright eyes at the screen before placing it back in his top pocket before continuing his semi-fearful and irritated monologue.

"... About just over half an hour in... That's fucking sad if we do."

There was no way in God's hell that Darren would turn back now. Yes, he had pondered whether the group could actually pull this trip off; somehow though they were indeed doing it. This was their first obstacle and for some shitty reason by Lord divine, it just had to be one fuck off of a massive problem... Like, fucking huge in Darren's mind.

His questionable manner towards Chris stopped as he saw Electra hop out of the campervan and squeeze in beside them to help. As she helped push, Darren decided to return to his playful manner as to not destroy his image- maybe the girl would gossip about how worried he was to Clover and, in Darren's own sweet mind, that was a bigger issue than the fucked up campervan-  he now chose to speak to Electra. Her statue wasn't particularly muscular nor was there really anything there. He decided to stop judging her though, that would be a dick move.

"Aww, cute try."

Electra Lee Lamb

After grinning ear to ear from Clover's cool advice, she joined the male party out the back of the campervan. Within two second of pushing, Darren had already made a typical dig before she rolled her eyes and kindly told him to:

"Please, Darren, I'm trying to help. Don't be a dick."

Unlike her last, slightly awkward, insult directed at Darren, this was visibly more carefree. In fact, after seeing the way he looked at Clover, she didn't think he was that of a dick. Just a coward.

Anyways, she huffed slightly as she tried to help the two boys beside her. The girl was happy to be off the campervan for two reasons. One: it reminded her she had broke the law by stealing someone's car and forcing entry. The outdoors seemed like a safe haven compared to inside the campervan. Two: she hated to be carried in any way. Even if two of her closest friends were pushing the campervan they did in fact find it heavy. Electra never wanted to be associated with that word, so she was so thankful that her blue-haired beautiful best friend Clover was behind the wheel.
