I am Sung Min, the owner of the house. I've sent you this email to go over the rules, and other things like that. I'm sure you've seen the house already, so there's no need to go over that stuff.
Let's just get into the things you need to know.
1. Please do not smoke, or do any types of drugs. I would appreciate that.
2. I have a cat.... You probably shouldn't bother her right away. She's fresh to unknown people.
3. Do not trash my house.
4. Do not host any parties please. I don't need a bunch mindless drunks pushing things over.
5. Please try to pay rent on time. I don't want to have to pay more.
6. Be respectful of other people's belongings.
7. I have the right to kick you out whenever i want.
There will be over over twelve other people living with you...
I look forward to meeting you soon. Hopefully everything goes well. ^^
