New Beginnings

The first of hopefully many little freebies. This is a very simple posting template that allows you to add one image of your character and lyrics of there theme song. Fonts and colors can be messed with though be careful if you choose to manhandle the sizing. Tends to be finicky. I love to use this for quick posting and to not overwhelm the eyes of others. Shooting Stars

My first character sheet to make and a fun one to use. It's very simple and can be adjusted easily to incorporate less or more information. It's mobile friendly, looks nice to the eye and in general, easy to use without scrolling around everywhere. I recommend using vertical pictures instead of landscape for it but both are fine. Feel free to use these for your roleplays and don't forget to leave a like!

─★ As a god, Sarava is the physical personification of luck/probability and has limitless control over all aspects of luck/fortune at the highest level. He can bestow or induce luck among others. However, he can also curse or jinx others with his powers. Probability lies within the realm of luck, allowing him to manipulate the chances of events or actions happening. It is not always a guarantee for things to go the way people want just because they ask for it. Due to his minor godly status as well, Sarava has control over the feline species though it is strongest with lions, tigers and leopards.

─★ Luck smiled upon Sarava during creation, blessing him with a strong and handsome physique suitable for a god of fortune. His mocha skin is unblemished, from scars to freckles to birthmarks; none of these things sully his being. A seven foot three frame exuding power and confidence, Sarava normally looks andromorphic with dragon-like characteristics (dragons are the more predominate symbol of luck). He has a classically oval shaped face with sharp features like his bright golden eyes and pointed elvish ears. Dramatic S-shaped horns of ebony adorn the crown of his head, long wavy locks of equal color flows all the way down to his knees. Everything about his form screams lean from his long glove covered arms to the trimmed torso he has no issues flaunting to his enviously long legs. If his horns weren't elegant enough, a long grayish-blue tail of a dragon extends directly from his tailbone, swaying leisurely on the ground. As a disguised mortal, Sarava has a shrunken frame of six foot two though still full of the strength and confidence he holds as an ageless being. His graceful horns and tail recede away. Most of his features remain the same except his hair and ears; his hair ends halfway down his upper arm and ears becoming rounded -normal like a human. The only thing he cannot fully hide are his eyes, the left remaining gold and the right becoming nearly silver.
─★ Sarava has a broad sense of fashion; as a god, he is normally donned in Japanese-inspired clothing in colors of cream, dark turquoise and gold complete with a decorative katana and black Oni mask but as a mortal, he prefers a modern black and white look, embellished with golden jewelry. He loves the heat and prefers to keep his attire light for such occasion.

HISTORY ☆ unstoppable legendary animals
✦ Sarava cannot remember his creation but as a new and young god, he made many mistakes. He struggled to figure out what he could and could not do though he thankfully had the help of the Sun and Moon God's. Over time, he got better and more refined; people began to create shrines in his name. His image varied from person to person, culture to culture so Sarava had quite some time with changing forms. At one point he was an old man who carried a gnarled staff; another point he was a beautiful woman loved by athletes. Time continued to progress and Sarava gained recognition as a minor god of cats, creatures seen as lucky, almost in equal amounts to dragons. Then the War of God ensued between the so-called "loved Gods" and the "forgotten Gods" which threw him and many others into a one-hundred year battle. He remained steadfast on the side of The Loved and sadly participated in the destruction and loss of many Gods he thought of as friends. Sarava was glad when the war ended, a new balance created and a lonely Sun God to watch over them all.

This one came up randomly when I needed a quick and neat character form so I came up with this. It's straightforward and can be used for really any RP in order to get information of a character while also saving yourself the trouble of complex codes. The color can be messed with for the font or the font style but otherwise, be cautious with the photo. Feel free to use this in roleplays and don't forget to leave a like!

⸻ Description:: Kaede does not have any physical characteristics that define him as anything other than human. His strength/endurance/dexterity are all average levels in comparison to magical creatures (elves, harpies, merfolk, orcs, etc). However, he was lucky to be born with mana flowing alongside the blood in his veins and blessing him as a sorcerer. Kaede differs from warlocks who are gifted powers from a higher being or a wizard that had to learn it from books; he has the perks of power and talent on his side. One can only recognize a sorcerer when they activate there mana or they reveal there "magic mark".
⸻ Abilities:: Kaede's bloodline comes from a long lineage for kitsune shifters but as time has gone on, the ability to shift has been greatly diminished. While they are still powerful, Kaede committed a "bloodline sin" which caused hi to be disowned. Once a sorcerer is disowned, there powers are greatly diminished and he is no exception. He retains some of his Kitsune Physiology though not all of it. Some of the powers he has left include: Claw Retraction (his human fingernails can manifest into dangerously sharp fox claws at will), Multiple Tail Manifestation (he can hide/show his nine tails at will; having his tails out temporarily improves his abilities; when hidden, they appear as nine elaborate daggers; breaking a dagger can result in a loss of his tail and power), Fox-fire Manipulation (only works when tails are out; appears as purple fire/electricity orbs that can be manipulated; cause temporary paralysis, burning or mild hypnosis; heavy mana draining) and Night Vision (ability to see clearly in the darkness).

⤷ DESCRIPTION:: A leanly muscled man that stand decently tall and obviously eats well, Kaede seems to be well-loved by the gods. He is someone who can eat and drink what he wants without gaining a pound. His face is dangerously sharp; sharp jaw, sharp nose, sharp eyes and a sharp mouth, all a lethal combination that screams foxlike. Light stubble along his face helps to make his age known. Kaede likes to keep his light brown locks long -just below his shoulder blades- though it's normally kept in a messy half up, half down style. Two nearly white strands frame his face -proof of his disownment. Normally his deep-set eyes are the color of onyx gems but when he uses his mana, they change to a scary shade of silver, highlighted by the bags underneath.

⸻ Description:: Kaede not only looks similar to a fox but a personality akin to one as well. He is a trickster through and through, not knowing where to draw the line between a joke and being a bully. It can often make first greetings one of two ways; either a fight or a boisterous laugh. People tend to be drawn to him for the mask he wears to hide his true feelings, keeping a crafted smile on his face and a drink in his hand. Kaede tends to be much too friendly and overshare after he gets a few drinks in his body and boy, does he really like to drink. An alcoholic, you could kindly say. He eventually falls into an unconscious state and awakes into another person. Since he isn't one for friends, the closest thing he has is his crew and as an intelligent criminal like himself, he tends to inspire them into raids while also intimidating them. Its a thin balance between leadership and tyranny. Even so he is often called "a lazy fox" for his laid-back outlook on sometimes very important decisions which can sometimes cause in-house conflict. Kaede doesn't feel an urge to protect his crew but can sometimes regret decisions he made that can get them hurt or in trouble.

Behind the fake friend and pirate captain, Kaede is also a big brother and a lover; both requiring him to have stronger emotions. His little sister means the world to him and can be seen as sensitive towards her. He does his best to not let her see the criminal he has become but as a lover, Kaede has no issues using his pirate deeds as a means of seduction. He has figured out that men (and women alike) can be attracted to someone like himself. Powerful, smart and self-proclaimed handsome; all creating a rather sensual version of Kaede. But still there is one more look at Kaede that very few -if any- have seen and that is the sad and hurt child who was never given the time to heal his traumas. He struggles to function while sober, when the memories are strongest and he feels most vulnerable. Flashbacks can cause him to say harsh words he does not mean to others and grow irritable for no apparent reason. Kaede can be seen at his weakest during those moments of sobriety.

⤷ HISTORY:: Kaede's life is one of blessings and curses, a mix of love and hate. He was born to the old Michi bloodline of Kitsune shapeshifting sorcerers. His father rarely had time for him but his mother, she indulged him all the time with bedtime stories and little games and baking in the early morning. His childhood memories from birth to the age of seven are filled with happiness and joy especially a love for the myth of merfolk. A creature more rare than a dragon, Kaede grew very fond of them and begged his mother to read every fairy tale about them he could find. On the small island they lived on, he would go to the beach in childlike wonder to look for merfolk. When he was eight years old, one of his trips to the beach resulted in him meeting a woman with black hair. Even though he should not speak with strangers, Kaede ended up talking to her for several hours and just as the sun began to set, the tides began to rise and the woman accidently touched her foot to the water. What happened next was magical as her once pitch black hair gracefully transformed into vibrant purple waves. At that moment, Kaede witnessed the woman turned mermaid disappear into the ocean, leaving only an iridescent scale behind.

He kept that scale close to his person, often carrying it in his inner pockets. Kaede never lost that wonderment through his teenage years, when his powers started to bloom, when he left to a university to research magical creatures. All throughout, he kept his lucky mermaid scale and the sparkle in his eyes remained strong. Until he turned eighteen. On one of his return trips home, he found a severely injured person needing help and decided to bring her to his home, something sorcerers rarely do for several reasons. He awoke the next morning to find the family heirloom stolen and his father's tails (daggers) broken. It was a grave sin, one that could only be atoned for through disownment, a painful three-day long punishment that stripped him of most of his abilities and expelled him from ever returning to his home. Kaede had to deal with the fallout of losing his powers, his family and his home. Ten years later and he now sits content as the captain of his own ship with a crew to fit but nobody quite knows what he went through over those ten years.
