Gender:
 Female
Sexuality:
 Lesbian
Age:
She appears to be about 18 or 19 but in actuality she's about 87
Appearance:
Rosie stands at about five feet, five inches tall which is average for most women.  She keeps her dark brown hair long and her eyes are a beautiful emerald green.  She is quite frail and most clothes fit very loose on her.  Due to her past, she has a poor immune system and she virtually cannot tan. At all.  Her facial features are soft and feminine and when she smiles her entire face lights up.  Rosie is Jewish and wears a star of david pendant around her neck at all times.  She has a rough tattoo on her left forearm of a series of numbers. "162296"
Power:
Due to her lack of hearing, the rest of Rosie's senses are heightened, sight, touch, taste, smell, you name it.
Personality:
Rosie is very quiet, and it's not just because she's deaf, but because she's afraid to talk to literally anyone.  She has serious issues with social anxiety to the point of almost never leaving her house if it weren't for the fact she had to go grocery shopping every once in awhile.  Besides being extremely shy, Rosie is probably the kindest person you'll ever meet.  She's always thinking about others and putting others before herself.  She likes the feeling of helping other people and get a great deal of satisfaction out of it.  Rosie also loves to paint.  She finds it relaxing and she is often found sketching things in her copious notebooks for paintings later.
Backstory:
Rosie was born Jewish German in 1930, just three years before the start of WW2.  For much of the Jewish alienation, Rosie and the rest of her family kept to themselves.  They followed all the rules and never did anything to upset the Nazi soldiers in their neighborhood.  However no matter how compliant they were, they were still sent off to the work camps and at the age of 5, Rosie was separated from her father and her older brother and she never saw them again. Rosie, her mother, and her twin sister Rebekah were first sent to a lesser work camp where the two girls would work with their mother in digging large trenches. Within the year, Rosie and Rebekah lost their mother to Typhus and Rosie and Rebekah were went to another camp.  Auschwitz.  However the girls were not sent there to die or to work, they were sent to be studied and experimented on.  During the Holocaust, German scientist and doctors would experiment on the different prisoners they kept in their camps.  Some of the worst experiments happened in Auschwitz.  Rosie and Rebekah, being twins, were a major asset to the scientists there.  They injected the girls with different kinds of diseases to try and cure them.  That's when Rosie's immortality kicked in.  The girls were given tuberculosis shots and Rebekah did not survive them but Rosie did.  But at a cost.  Rosie permanently lost her hearing.  Just as Rosie was about to be taken to the gas chambers, Auschwitz burst into a panic as the Allied soldiers liberated the camp.  Through the confusion and chaos, Rosie was sent home with a kind American man who spoke Hebrew. (This man was Jewish)  Rosie was raised this man and his wife until she was old enough to live independently.  Ever since, Rosie has kept to herself and she tried her best to not draw attention to herself.
Additional Information:

Rosie works as a florist in a local flower shop.  It's one of the few jobs that doesn't require a whole lot of hearing.  She's able to speak ASL, but it's not very good and she can only write in Hebrew and German.  She has a tutor trying to help her with both her signing and her writing, but she still can't get the information to stick.
