Hey there ladies and gents. I'm looking for someone to start up a Red Dead Redemption roleplay.
Would prefer something set more around the second game and the characters involved in that. I have a few ideas in mind for them. It ranges from playing canon characters to OC's to a mix of the both. I would love to have a partner, or two to help me get some cravings out and going.

Please PM me if you are interested in starting something up. Its my preferred way of plotting and figuring out if we would be good partners or not.

  • Now, I am looking to get into some darker themes and not shy away from the feeling of the wild west. Violence and foul language, the use of 'medicines' that were nothing more than what we count as illegal drugs now. Other sorts, I would prefer to RP with people over the age of eighteen.
  • Its a 50/50 work between both of us to make a good story. I might have some story ideas, but please bring your own to the table so we can work together and make things we both want to see in the roleplay.
  • More than happy to double, triple, or whatever.
  • I am willing to play AU and any form of pairing time, so long as if its canon x OC that you return the favor for me.

  • I deal with a chronic illness. Flare ups with it can result in me being in a bad place for a day or two, or more depending on the severity of the flare up. During these times I will try my best to post, however I cannot make any promises. If I disappear for a day or two at a time it most likely related to that.

  Prudence Marie Simmons
  A fiery young British woman. Running from a falling out with her old gang in London. Vastly out of place in the West, but tries to survive the best she can. Is a talented pickpocket, charming, manipulative, and good in a room full of strangers. She is more comfortable in larger cities than towns or the wilderness. Fighting skills stick to a knife, she is a bad shot with a gun and hasn't had much interaction with horses.

  Desmond Velazquez
  A member of the Van der Linde gang. Picked up in his youth, roughly around the same age as Arthur. Sometime after John was picked up. He was raised much like Arthur and John, learning a lot from Dutch and Hosea. Playing an enforcer like role and at times arguing with Dutch over how things are run. (also have ideas of making him leave and gang and become a bounty hunter)

  Plot One :: OC x Van der Linde gang member (Arthur, Charles, Hosea preference)
  They had taken everything. Her parents were dead, the ranch was up in smoke and flames. She sat against a wall, splatted in blood, shaking hands holding up the revolver. One of the gang members lay dead on the bed. He had tried to do too much, the fabric of her clothes barely kept her covered. She heard more shouting, more gun shots and heavy foot steps coming towards her room. She raised the gun again. Swallowing back that sick feeling from killing a person. It wasn't over yet.
  
  I picture that this was a larger ranch, maybe the Van der Linde gang was planning to hit the ranch itself. Robbing them blind and when they were about to start their con in order to get money. They see it in flames from another gang. Just going in to see what was left and find the OC scared and holding a gun. They take her in and she is given a chance to recover. Swallow with the guilt of killing someone and the drive to wanting to get revenge for her parents, for her ranch, and the life she once knew. Uncovering various things, the gag involved, maybe her parents weren't as good as they painted themselves to be.
  
  Plot Two :: Annabelle x Dutch
  Want to dive into the whole relationship between Dutch and Annabelle. While ultimately it will be a tragic end and it will be AU as we only know so much about Annabelle. It would be fun to explore not one the woman that seemed to gain a soft spot in Dutch's heart, but also the gang when it was much younger. Hosea having Bessie and other things.
  
  I see Annabelle being a young woman running a shelter for the needy in a city. One run by industry and wealth. A lot of people that need help and that is what she does. Offering shelter, food, clothing and other supplies that they need. She keeps it running via donations from various patrons and shops in town. A businessman comes to town and wants to buy the large house and land she runs her shelter on. She says no and started a whole big thing. Meanwhile, the Van der Linde gang is planning to hit the bank or something else in the town. Dutch over hears an argument and sees the woman not backing down. Grabs his attention. He tries to help and eventually they grow close.
  
  I see Annabelle joining them after she is framed for a murder and wanted. The gang helps her escape and takes her in.
  
  Plot Three :: Arthur x Sadie/Charles/OC
  AU warning! Arthur survived everything that happened at the end of the game. Found on the mountain, clinging on the edge of life. Moments away from death's embrace. He is found by YC and brought back down in order to recover. Managing to push back the worse of everything and get back on his feet. Having to get back to a life without the gang and wanting to leave it all behind him. Or go after Micah for bringing ruin to everything he knew. He still still fighting the illness. Stuck with a cough, fatigue, and other ailments. Having to still run from the law and everything else.
