Why is she so short?
The reason Yachne is so short and skinny is that she was abused as a child. To avoid her parents, she would hide in cabinets and other small spaces, stunning her growth. Her parents never fed her properly, so her growth was stunned further and she was really skinny as a child.

Why is she so timid?
Its a bit of the same reason as why is she so short, the abuse and stuff, and since the people she loved where the ones that hurt her, she tries to not make as much friends and keep relationships out of the question.

  By focusing on certain parts of his body, Asher is essentially able to create powerful shockwaves that can travel up to thirty feet and cause quite the amount of destruction. By clapping his hands, punching something, or whatever else that allows him to generate a force from, Asher can utilize his environment to his advantage at any given moment. Speed and power are dependent on range and the state of matter through which they were created. The densest state, solids, will have incredible destructive capabilities but will move relatively slow and have no real accuracy. Hitting a wall or the ground, for example, can cause tons of destructive force in the given area.
  
  The least dense, which are gases, are much quicker and have far better accuracy, but the overall power is generally quite weak. Simply punching the air is enough to generate a shockwave of a decent caliber. Liquids are generally the nice medium between the two and give him an extra advantage while in the water or during rainy days. Because he can only generate these waves and not control them, he is a heavily offensive fighter meant for the front lines. Being able to destroy his opponent's cover or throw them off balance Asher can somewhat work as support during specific circumstances.
  
  Asher, however, must follow certain precautions when using his power. Whenever he generates a shockwave, doctors have notified him that small ripples are sent throughout his body. These ripples are harmless at first but build up with each use of his shockwaves. They eventually will take a heavy toll on his body, causing eventual muscle failure, and can even shatter some of the weaker bones in his body should he continue to overexert himself.

Hoshi has the ability to produce up to six clones from his shadow. They are able to fight on their own, and they also have minds of their own, capable of performing their own tasks and doing things without orders from Hoshi himself. He can also form his clones to look like others, but they will still sound and behave the way Hoshi does if they aren't given orders to act otherwise. Hoshi can fuse with his clones, multiplying his strength, endurance, and speed as he goes. He is at his strongest after fusing with all six of his clones.

-- These clones can both take and pack quite a punch, but grow weaker depending on how many other clones are out at the same time. Once they've taken too bad of a beating, they just... poof into thin air, leaving a small cloud of black smoke behind.

Well, at least the last bit is wrong. He really does care for the well-being of others and would help someone in an instant if they actually came up and asked. If they did not ask and he noticed someone had a problem, he would just passively help instead of actively; figuring things out from the side-lines and pushing that person in the right direction without them even knowing.

Thrives in hot and bright places, his opposite would thus be cold and dark. Lucien finds the cold far more annoying than dark though. He can light up a dark and rely on his charge, but cold is the absence of heat and steals warmth to even out. Lucien can manipulate and create light around him. This can range from a small spark to intensifying it all into a laser to attack. The more concentrated the light the more effort there is to control. Just generating light is relatively simple and doesn't take much energy.
This is best suited for long-range support. However, he has a habit of congregating his powers in the palm of his hand for close-range combat to fill his desire for action.
Additionally, when he gets over-excited he may start glowing lightly. This fact leads him to believe he might be able to turn himself into pure light but has been unsuccessful in any attempts.
His power is drawn from the sun and essentially works as a solar unit battery, holding a charge so his powers aren’t totally ineffective at night as long as he took in enough energy throughout the day. Not getting to recharge tires him out, and with his attention span that occasionally happens. That’s when you’d find him taking a cat nap in a sunny spot.

1. Projectile manipulation Lite - As long as he throws/shoots something in the general direction that can logically make it to his target, it will usually hit whatever he wants it to. However, it has to be in the general direction (can't round corners unless it ricochets) and it has to have enough velocity behind it to make it the distance he wants it to. This is his best offensive power.
2. Spell writing - He can write runes and spells out and therefore use that magic. This is limited to his memorization of spells, his understanding of the language behind the magic spells, his ability to literally write out spells on the fly as someone is attacking him, and his concentration while casting the spells. This is his best defensive power.
3. Gear building - Charlie can build powerful gear that is tailored specifically to an individual by blending different kinds of magic (rune writing, spell circles, potions etc) together. He would need to have the resources to build something, take measurements of the person he's building the thing for, test out their powers so that he understands the full range of their abilities etc, he can't just summon something out of the ether suddenly on the battlefield. This is his best support ability.
4. Electrical manipulation Sort Of - Technically he can summon bursts of electricity. However, he can't use this power on large scales. He could probably zap someone, but he would have to make skin-to-skin contact and it'd probably be like... static shock rather than anything powerful.

If he does decide it is in best interest to talk to someone, he may put on a friendly face as to fool them into letting their guard down, most likely to steal from them. Home life was incredibly toxic and abusive for Oliver. As his abilities began to appear when he was a child, his mother was terrified. She ushered him to suppress them, but when he could not control it things became explosive. There were times when he'd be locked in a room for days, or even kicked out to the streets. Things got more physical as he grew older, while having more control, everything was still blamed on him. His mother had turned to drugs and alcohol and had far more violent bursts at the smallest inconvenience.

While obvious that he has problems, he would do anything to keep what he went through a secret.

Telekinesis:
This ability highly connected to his emotional state and may run haywire if he is incredibly worked up. That is an unlikely event now, it happened more when he was a child, items getting thrown about the room at incredibly high speeds until he finally used it too much, his nose and eyes bleeding and would pass out. With more control of the power, the threshold for carrying is far lighter, about 100 pounds whereas out of control just about anything not nailed to the floor is shooting off.

Only in the form of dreams, sometimes Oliver may see future events to come. He has no control over this whatsoever and is most often just about mediocre things. When her power manifested, her father was far from thrilled, going as far as to destroy all the books on their property. He assumed if she began book jumping she would get ideas, and he was right. Fallon spent much of her free time collecting books and hiding them in places her father would never look. She used her power as a way to escape from her father’s control, to be semi-free for once in her lonely life. When she was fifteen her mother suddenly vanished, leaving Fallon alone. It wasn’t until years later that she discovered the truth. Still, she remained quiet, until the day her father announced she would be married soon. Fallon made the decision to finally break free of the Korlov name. She left in the night not even bothering with a note. Fallon knows she can’t run away forever, as she is still the heir and dreads the day she is finally found.

She is not immune to damage in the book world. Her power is useless in combat, so she just uses skills she has learned from book characters.

Personality: Tanosuke is quite self-centered. He is utterly unsympathetic to others, and he does very little to help anyone else, no matter how much they need it. Instead, Tanosuke will fixate on his own glory, his own advancement, his own needs, almost every time. This relates to another trait, uncooperativeness. He tends to charge right into things on his own terms, ignoring what other people say or do. Tanosuke is known for mistreating people both with his power and with his words. His other unsavory personality aspects often drive him to speak ill of others and not even feel bad about it. Backstory: She was born a dragon shifter, her parents are also dragon shifters, but when she turned 10 she randomly discovered another shift (moth). With her parents now worried they sent her off to school. They hoped the school could fix her. She lived with a tribe of dragon shifters. Some of the elders have more than one form but Jade doesn't know that.
