Hello! Please use the lore page as reference, but do not be afraid to get creative with your characters. Please read the guidelines before making your Magical Girl.

1.) Characters are to be females between the ages of 14 and 21. I can be somewhat flexible with the age range if you ask about it first. ((If we go on long enough there may be an opportunity to introduce male characters))

2.) Magical Girls possess enhanced strength, speed, and healing. A good rule of thumb is to think Olympic level for strength and speed. Magical Girls do not get sick from any normal illness, and they regenerate from wounds. The regeneration can be overcame by sustained damage, fire, acid, and specialized anti-magical girl weapons.

3.) There is no limit to what a Magical Girl's power set can be, and the only restriction is the personality of the Magical Girl itself. For example: a hot tempered magical girl could have fire manipulation powers, or rage related powers. My only restriction on Magical Girl powers is that you should try to make them fun to RP with - for both you and others. It would not be fun to RP a Magical Girl with an instant win power, or role-play alongside a Magical Girl who instantly solves all problems.

4.) On the character sheet there will be a category for, "Corruption Level." Corruption is accumulated when a Magical Girl is stricken with deep grief, anger, and other negative emotions. It is important to remember that these emotions must be deep seated traumas, rather than day to day troubles. Corruption goes from 0% all the way to 100%.

5.) Every 10% a Magical Girl goes up on the corruption scale, they acquire a mutation. It is up to you to decide whether or not the mutation will be beneficial, or detrimental. Example mutations: Monstrous arm that consumes flesh, eyes that trigger a fear response in the brain of men, a second mouth with an insatiable appetite, hard skin that cuts others if touched, and so on. Mutations are supposed to have a horrific nature, so keep that in mind if you desire to start with mutations. Please do not begin with a corruption level of more than 30%.

6.) Magical Girls, like in anime, have two forms. A regular form, and a Magical Girl form. The two forms do not need to look anything like each-other. For example: A girl could have a normally slight appearance, but her Magical Girl form is taller and more curvaceous. Mutations exist on both the Magical Girl form, and the human form.

7.) Magical Girls with non-human features such as cat-ears, dog ears, tails, and other non-human features are allowed so long as they are still clearly human.

8.) Have fun with character creation! Do not hesitate to ask me any questions in our OOC thread.

Backstory: Grace started having the visions when Grace was 5. She always told them to her mom, because she didn’t know what else to do with them. “Mom!” she sobbed one day. “Snowball the cat is gonna die!” Poor mom. She was so confused. Snowball wasn’t even sick at that point, but she knew. Two weeks later, my prophecy came true. Snowball came down with cancer, and later died. Fast forward 10 years later. “Grace, honey, come in and wash your hands!” her mother called. Grace was out in the backyard climbing trees. “Ok!” she called back. Jumping down, she ran inside. Grace led a pretty normal life. She does have the occasional vision, though. She deals with them by drawing scenes from them, and now sometimes, she doodles sometimes for fun.
The next morning at school, she walked over to a tree and sat in it. It had the perfect crook for sitting, and it was comfy. Suddenly, she saw someone’s cat, Fluffy, somehow she knew the name and gender of the cat, being rolled over by a car. And then she saw the person. Sketching the cat as she knew it slightly, she walked over to them. “Hey, is your cat named Fluffy?” she asked. “Who are you? And why the heck are you asking me that? Yeah, my cat’s Fluffy. What’s it to you?” They retorted. “Your cat’s going to die today,” she replied quietly. Grace was 15 now. “Hey, look, this kid thinks she KNOWS that my cat is gonna die today! Maybe she’s gonna kill my cat to prove her point!” Fluffy’s owner yelled. As she walked back the tree she was sitting in earlier, the other kids splattered her with insults. “Weirdo,” they called her. “Stupid,” they taunted. Sitting in the tree, trying her best to ignore them, she finished the doodle of Fluffy.
Struggling through her year of 9th grade, she turned 16, and got all C’s. Then in 10th grade, everything changed. She met a new girl, named Isobel. However, Isobel wasn’t all that nice. Later Grace would learn that Isobel had trust-issues at the time, as now Grace has helped Isobel get past that trust-wall and into the real world. “Get away from me,” she grumbled when Grace first approached her. “Hi! I’m Grace. And you are...?” Grace asked brightly. “Isobel.” Isobel mumbled under her breath. As they grew closer, mostly because Grace kept badgering Isobel about herself, Grace had to admit, they shared almost everything with each other. Everything, except for the fact that Grace had recently learned at the time that someone, somewhere was slowly convincing her dad that her mother was the root cause of all of his problems. Everytime he stepped into the house, he would find yet another reason to be mad at his wife.
One day, her father opened the door in a rage and grabbed the nearest knife. “It’s time for you to die,” he growled, pointing the knife at his wife. “No, please Roger!” she cried, tears rolling down her cheeks. “No, when you’re dead, the world will be a better place,” Roger yelled. And with that, he stabbed the knife into her chest and left it there. Seeing Grace standing in the doorway, however, as she had just arrived home from school, he glared at her. “You-” he started. Grace grabbed the bloody knife from her dead mother’s body and pointed it at her father. “Stay away from me,” she screamed. “Don’t touch me!” When Roger took several steps towards Grace, she screamed in terror and jabbed the knife into his body. “Why you little-” He stopped when Grace turned around and ran for her life, running to Isobel’s house. “Isobel!” she screamed. “Please-!” Isobel came running out of the house and hugged Grace. “It’s going to be alright now.” Isobel murmured into her ear. “It’s ok now.” Grace trembled in Isobel’s grip. “I-I killed-I killed my-I killed my-” she stumbled on her words. “Ssshhh,” Isobel murmured into her ear. “It’s alright now…” she said soothingly.

Liv's magical girl form does not look too different from her human form, with her features remaining largely the same. However, her eyes are a darker shade of blue with longer lashes, and part of her hair, now a lighter shade of blonde, is also dyed a dark blue. Her hair in this form is always done up. Although she doesn't need glasses in this form, she still wears a fake pair because, in her words, "for aesthetics!"

Personality
Rarely seen without a smile on her face, Liv is friendly to everyone around her— almost too much so. She loves talking to people, regardless of whether they are friends or strangers. Curious almost to a fault, she is often prodding others with questions or comments of her observations. And since being thrown into the world of magical girls, she has become even more eager to learn about other people's powers. Her sweet disposition can draw some in, but she dispels others with her lack of sense of personal space. Liv isn't always met with friendly responses, but in the face of anger or impatience, her gleeful attitude never seems to wane, and she will gracefully back away from people's boundaries. Some would chalk it up as eccentricity, but she has simply learned to take everything in stride.

Just as much as Liv loves being with people, she enjoys time with her marionettes. Or as she calls them, her "sweethearts." Liv always tries to see the best in everyone, and that applies to her sweethearts as well. When making the marionettes, she strives to give each and every one of them unique features that set them apart from each other. From their hair down to their outfits, Liv is attentive to all the details that she puts into her sweethearts. Liv loves every single one of her creations, all of which she bestows a name to upon completion. Even her earlier works, riddled with flaws and mistakes, are precious in her eyes, because, as she has learned from watching her father's performances, beauty goes beyond skin deep. And ever since receiving her powers, she is always seen with a marionette of hers. Once or twice, she might be caught squealing and chattering excitedly to her sweethearts, but perhaps that is just one of the many way she expresses her love for them.

As of late, after becoming a magical girl, Liv has been collecting dolls, plush, and everything of the sort to test her powers.

Background
Liv's mother passed away when she was young, and for most of her life, she was raised by her father. For as long as she could remember, her father had always been a hobbyist marionettist. He would craft his own marionettes, then put on street performances during his off-time. Growing up watching his performances of grandiose tales and colorful characters, Liv developed a love for marionettes. Liv's father encouraged her interest and taught her the basics to making her own marionettes and controlling them.

But when Liv got a little older, she noticed that her father's hand-crafted marionettes were plain and rather crude. She thought that maybe her father's show would attract a bigger audience with prettier marionettes. Even better, she could put up her own shows with her own creations! And so Liv focused all of her energy in learning how to make better ones. With a couple of instructional books and many, many, online tutorials, Liv built up her own collection of marionettes, with each new one being more beautiful than the rest.

But as Liv improved her skills in crafting, she also learned that she doesn't have a knack for performing like her father does. Her hands are dexterous when it comes to crafting and sewing, but her fingers become clumsy when it's time to put on a performance. Her father can produce different voices for his characters, where Liv fails miserably at that too. She found that despite having created beautiful marionettes, she could not breathe "life" into them. Without the talents of a marionettist, her sweethearts are mere dolls collecting dust on her shelves. Liv's dissatisfaction grew with every passing day, and her progress with her marionettes grew stagnant. When she was on the verge of abandoning her love of crafting, she heard the voice of a strange girl, and saw the world crumble apart in her mind...

The emergence of magical girls opened up new opportunities for Liv as marionettist, but at the same time filled her with dread. If her vision of those monstrosities was to come true, what would happen to her and her father? Unsure of what she could do as a magical girl to prevent a potentially disastrous future, Liv kept her identity under wraps and only used her powers in private until she eventually joined the Pretty Protectors. With a new purpose for her powers and an income to support her father, Liv began her work as Marionettist.

From her years of making marionettes, Liv is adept in working with wood and clay, and she is equally skilled in sewing and knitting to make clothes for her sweethearts.
Powers
Liv is able to instill "life" into any inanimate object that resembles humans or animals. The targets of her magic gain the ability to speak and move as though they are living creatures. Each object also has its own personality, emotions, and quirks, all of which is out of Liv's control. All of the objects animated by Liv see her as their "master" and are loyal to her, regardless of who originally was in possession of them. The objects can interact with others as well, and they have the potential to form relationships with other people. Liv is able to give and remove "life" whenever she pleases, and the objects are able to retain their memories whenever they are animated. However, Liv has found it to be more difficult to animate larger objects, with their movements being more sluggish and speech being halted and slow. Typically, the smaller her targets, the more nimble their movements.
Equipments
Liv always has a marionette or two following her around. Although they are agile and suited to combat, they are rarely deployed as she is worried about damage to her sweethearts. Still, they are armed with weapons in case she ever needs assistance in battles.

Magical Girl Appearance:
In her magical girl form, Luce has bigger eyes and longer eyelashes, her irises turn pale silver, as well her hair turning silver. Her voice also gets higher and sweeter, along with her gaining 'instant makeup'. She gets a full face even if she wasn't wearing any makeup before.


Personality: Luce is cordial and friendly at first impression, never breaking her polite demeanor. Many find her bland or too vapid and give up on her, but once Luce gets comfortable around someone she is brightly passionate and always cracking jokes. Constantly chatting, one of her favorite topics is makeup. She is somewhat of a makeup "junkie", often refusing to leave her room or go out in public without a full face of makeup. She has the nervous habit of touching her face and hair as she is still cripplingly self conscious about her looks. Some think that she is insulting their appearance with her constant offers for a makeover, but Luce would never; She is quite average looking without makeup herself and doesn't judge people on their looks. However, her talent for makeup can be a weakness for her, as she is proud of her appearance and easy to butter up.


Luce is for the most part a normal high school girl and is doubtful about her new identity as a magical girl. She was never a particularly brave person, and was known at her school for getting worked up over small things such as heights or violent storms. One the other hand, she does love all the cool clothes and makeup her status brings her.

Dislikes: Being seen without makeup, doing laundry, revealing clothes/bikinis, anyone who is loud and or rude, being out of her comfort zone (a.k.a. being a magical girl)


Backstory: Lucia grew up in an almost impossibly normal family. Her parents were happy and mostly peaceful, and she had an older sister who only was mean part of the time. But things got a bit shaky for her in middle school; Both the girls and boys were ruthless, and Luce became more and more dissatisfied with her appearance with each passing day. A week before the first day of her 7th grade year, her parents gifted her with a makeup kit. Luce immediately loved it and spent hours in front of a mirror toying with different colors and hues. School came quickly, and she felt confident in her abilities with a solid week of practice behind her. She went to school boldly sporting eyeliner and mascara, and all the stares only empowered her more. What poor Luce didn't know is that the stares weren't positive.


When she opened her locker during dismissal, several notes fluttered out. She gleefully stuffed them into her backpack, thinking of all the nice compliments her classmates must've left for her. The second she got home she dashed to her room and grabbed the notes. Reading through the all the comments, it didn't take long for each and every note to become soaked in tears. As Luce sat on her bed, notes by her side, she vaguely remembered something she had read about. She snatched the pencil sharpener on her desk and a pair of scissors, and 5 minutes later had popped the blade out. Young Luce didn't hesitate to get to work, making cuts all over her stomach. She threw everything away after she was done, searing guilt already taking over the pain. She didn't cut again after that, deciding that the guilt wasn't worth it. A good amount of the cuts scarred badly.


After her incident, she focused fully on makeup and quickly got better. By the time she was in highschool, she had a reputation as one of the prettiest girls in school. She had skyrocketed in social status, which made it especially suspicious when flower girl Lucia started acting weird and having spontaneous migraines in the middle of class. Little did she know it, this was the start of her visions. As the visions started forming and becoming clearer, Luce was convinced she was going crazy. She felt helpless and alone, and after all those years turned back to cutting. It was worse this time, frequent and deep, until her stomach was covered in red, raised scars. This went on until her junior year, where she able to force herself to stop. She still has deep scars. Later, she discovered her powers and was picked up by Francesca Turner.



Human Skills & Talents: Luce, aside from being adept in makeup and styling, loves to garden, cook, and occasionally make smoothies for her friends.


Magical Girl Power(s): Lucia can induce small visual hallucinations. It can be used to distract or confuse the enemy, but she mainly uses it to make others feel better about themselves, usually through changing how they see themselves when they look in the mirror. However, since she is still learning, she needs almost all her focus to induce a hallucination.

Magical Girl Weapons and Equipment: Luce can summon a pair of ghostly 'wings' to float over her head. These are not used for movement, but instead the feathers turns to throwing-knife like projectiles at her touch. She also carries a magical eyeshadow palette, which can temporarily blur the enemy's vision when blown into their eyes.

human appearance: Aimi has long, black hair, which is usually tied up into a messy ponytail. Her eyes are an oddly dark reddish-pink. She stands at about 5'7", and dresses almost exclusively in cutesy schoolgirl outfits.
magical girl appearance: She's actually smaller, standing at only 5'0". Her hair in this form is down, and reaches down to the end of her back. A set of horns wraps around her head, which she can feel sensation in and will play with them in order to self-soothe during stressful situations. Aimi's actual outfit is a fluffy, pink dress, which ends right above her knees.

human skills and abilities: Aimi is extremely charismatic and charming, due to her experience in the music industry.
magical girl abilities: Because of her charming nature in her regular state, Aimi is able to charm her target into doing her bidding for a short period of time. She hates using this skill, and will only use it if absolutely required to. Additionally, her control of soundwaves allows her to utilize them in various ways; this ranges from straight out attacks, deflecting and nullifying projectiles, and creating solidified barriers of sound. The stronger the sounds provided, the stronger Aimi's abilities are. For instance, a quieter sound would create a weaker barrier and less effective attacks, and vice versa.
magical girl weapons: Aimi utilizes a scythe, which, instead of piercing flesh directly, is capable of sending out powerful shock and sound waves in the direction of her swing. To accompany this, she also possesses a microphone, which can be used to amplify her charming ability.
corruption level and mutation: 16%. The horns featured in her magical girl form is her first mutation, and they serve mostly as an aesthetic change. However, they do create a larger target, and are incredibly sensitive. While they are horns, and are difficult to cut, removing them would almost certainly result in her death.

personality;
Aimi is bubbly and bright, a born entertainer. This is rather convenient for her, since prior to the resurgence of magical girls, she was an idol, and a rather popular one, at that. Despite her profession, she tends to be rather clumsy outside of her performances. Aimi is also easily flustered from events where she perceives herself as having done something embarrassing. She also gets quite shy when someone mentions her work, since she has very few songs that she's actually proud of, though she would never admit this to a fan.
When Aimi became a magical girl, she was initially thrilled. The prospect of being able to do something meaningful, rather than prance on stage in front of people for hours on end, excited her. However, once she realized that she would only gain more fame, she was much less excited. The idea of being spotted in public more often than she already was frightened Aimi. As such, her willingness to do promotional activities for the faction is relatively lower than would be expected of her, as a professional idol.
biography;
Aimi Minako is a relatively well known online idol, with features on various j-pop style electronic music. Her career began after watching an idol anime at the age of 14, leading her to beg her parents for vocal training and dance lessons. Her family was one of significant wealth already, so these requests were easily fulfilled. Become a sufficiently good dancing/singing powerhouse, Aimi managed to work up the courage to release covers and her own material. The combination of her cute looks, distinct voice, and her overall demeanor quickly gained her a devoted fanbase. At this point, Aimi was about 16 years old. The newfound fame was exhilarating for the young girl. She found herself being bombarded with love and admiration, often from people older than her. This lasted for a few months, while her fanbase continued to grow steadily. However, soon after she hit the mainstream, the harassment began.
The internet is full of disgusting people, but Aimi didn't expect that subset to reach her. After having one of her songs posted on a popular online "shitposting" community, her messages were quickly filled with hundreds of sexual and threatening messages; some promising to find where she lived and do unspeakable things to her, others claiming that they would harm themselves if their "goddess" didn't notice them. These messages took a heavy toll on Aimi's psyche; all she wanted to do was share her dream with others online, the best way she knew how. She didn't think it would ever turn out this way. At this point, Aimi's parents stepped in and hired a manager to screen all of her fan mail before it reached the young idol. This worked for a while, and things seemed to settle down... Until, it was revealed that one of the men threatening to harm himself wasn't bluffing. Aimi's manager received a package, containing only a DVD. This DVD contained footage of a man slitting his wrists and writing her name in his blood, before eventually bleeding out. Police were called, and the man was identified, but at this point, the damage had been done. The hatred started up again, much stronger than before; thousands of angry users, blaming a 16 year old girl for one sick man's suicide. Aimi went AWOL for several months, waiting for the entire thing to blow over. Her career took a significant hit, due to the lack of new content being released. Aimi has only recently returned online, and while she received a very warm welcome back, she remains incredibly wary of her "fans".

Una stands at exactly 6’0, which is extremely tall for her age, and boasts an athletic build, and loves showing off her toned abs. She has long golden blonde hair, which she wears in many different styles. Her eyes are a dark green liken a forest , which always look a little brighter when she smiles. Una’s growth spurt began after she first became a magical girl, so she assumes it was magic that made her mature so suddenly.

Una’s magical girl form now takes on a more knightly appearance. It possess beautiful silver-colored armor, vibrant color changing cloth, and a large cape with fur around her neck. The color of the cloth changes along with Una’s fairies, however her armor takes on a whole different look when her fairies turns red.
Personality
Khaliunaa’s personality changed a lot as she grew older. The once solitary shy girl from Mongolia became a self-confident beacon that cannot help but draw others to her. Una never says she can’t do something, as she truly believes she can accomplish anything she desires.

Because of her overwhelming confidence, Una is often stuck up and self absorbed. The majority of her conversations involve her talking about herself, or something wonderful that she’s done. If someone speaks to her talking of anything else, Una is quick to change the subject back to herself. She doesn’t even realize that she does it, it’s just natural for her now.

Una loves fame. She loves it when people love her, and can’t help but get all giddy when she is complimented. Sometimes she has trouble distinguishing sarcastic compliments with genuine ones, except when their from those she holds a grudge against.

Una has the competitive spirit of a child. Anyone who hold any amount of fame above or near her own she considers her rival. To her rivals, she refuses to lose to them in verbal combat. Una never accepts compliments from her rivals either, as she treats them with constant resentment. When the camera are on her however, Una is everyone’s best friend.

Loss is the one thing Una doesn’t take well. If she doesn’t meet her own expectations, the girl will throw a fit. She’ll throw things, break stuff, and sometimes even cuss people out! Of course she holds back these fits until she isn’t being watched by her fans, but sometimes she can’t hold it in. After the initial bout of rage Una will have returned to herself, and the failure won’t ever bother her again. Those trying to antagonize her by bringing up the incident won’t even faze her, as Una has built up her confidence enough to where the opinions of others mean nothing to her.

Friends mean a lot to Una, even though she can’t show it. If she isn’t talking about herself she’s pointing out the flaws in someone else. However if she realizes she has hurt one of her friends feelings, she (sometimes) apologizes and tries to make them feel better. In the heat of battle she won’t leave anyone behind, even if they’re her most powerful rival.

Social media is one of the most important things to Una. Her followers, which near one million, are the primary source of her confidence. Even though some followers are more well mannered than most, she appreciates them all the same. Una takes selfies with every magical girl she meets. The more famous they are the better, because using them for her own fame is the only thing Una wants to do with them. Even her opponents become subjects to Una’s phone camera more often than not.

Backstory
Una was born in northern Mongolia to two loving parents. Her mother was of Russian descent, while her father was a mix of Russian and mongolian. Her mother and father were both farmers that lived far from any towns or cities, so Una was always quite bored as a young child. She wanted to be a superhero or powerful queen like in the movies, but on this giant farm, there was no way any of that was going to happen. The ways she had fun were by getting into trouble and trying new things. Fortunately her parents were excellent farmers that made sure most of their operations were automated. Technology surrounded her, and Una learned how to use it all. Her parents gave her extra allowance when she helped them keep the machines functioning properly. Una never spent the money, as she had no need to. Life on the farm was perfect, the only things Una couldn’t stand was watching animals be slaughtered. These little traumas as a child lead to her being a devout vegetarian to this day.

However, when her family’s farming operation was bought out and removed by a large company, Una and her parents were forced to find work elsewhere. They decided to move to the United States, where a prestigious high school for only the smartest of students was located. They knew Una wouldn’t amount to much with their simple home-schooling, and with her best intersts in mind headed to New York City. There were many things Una's parents didn't think about when coming to America. First, no one knew Mongolian. The little english the family knew was barely able to get them to their home. Next was that having so many people in one small area was a big change from anywhere in Mongolia. Finally, it was that Una didn't really care about going to school. She was encouraged to do well in middle school so that she could get good enough grades to make it into the highschool her parents wanted her to be in. It was a lot to ask of a middle schooler, but Una was confident that she'd have no trouble.

Middle school was was easy for Una. Being the computer genius she was from helping keep farming machines programmed properly, changing her grades from time to time was hardly a challenge. Una covered her tracks efficiently, leaving teachers a little confused from time to time but they never expected anything more. With school being no longer an issue, Una found herself bored out her mind most of the time. She had made a solid friend group in middle school, and formed what would be known as the the popular girl’s clique of the school. The other girls she hung out with taught her the benefits of being pretty. People would do what you say if you made them feel special, and they’d go easier on you if you made mistakes as well. These lessons were intensified even further when Una began watching the famous magical girl Kami on television and online. The girl had so many people under control by simply dancing around and being cute. Una for the first time knew exactly what she wanted to do with her life.

The night after the first day of middle school, Una had the worst nightmare ever. She watched the human race descend into destruction at the hands of monstrosities. When she awoke from the nightmare in a cold sweat, she swore that she had lived it herself. Even so she had trouble recalling exactly what she saw. Una shook it off as a bad dream, and tried to forget about everything she saw.

During the summer between middle and high-school Una made a youtube channel where she gave make-up tutorials and arts and crafts lessons. She took to social media, gaining a small following bu simply posting pictures of her face from time to time. As the summer passed however, Una found herself growing at a remarkable rate. She was nearly six feet tall by August! She felt strong as well, and finally she discovered her magical girl powers. It was an accident of course, but the two fairies that appeared seemed to know exactly what her abilities consisted of. They explained everything to her with their cute little voices, but Una wasn’t sure how to actually make use of all of it. All she knew was that she was about to get a lot more famous. Being a magical propelled multiplied her followers several times over on all platforms. She put out merchandise, which sold out almost instantly. A famous future was looking bright for the new magical girl.

Una never showed up to the first day of high school. She had been invited to join the Pretty Protectors, and start living there in exchange for doing what they asked of her. Although Una has yet to actually use her magical powers in battle yet, she plans to make her first fight a big event her fans can watch live. If it adds to her fame, Una won’t back down from anything. The more she overcomes, the more she’ll mean to the world.

When Una enters her magical girl form, two fairies appear. Each has their own personality, and can transform into all sorts of melee weapons and structures in an instant. However, the power and size of these transformations depends on how much danger Una is in. As Una finds herself in more danger, the fairies and their transformations will turn from blue, to green, to yellow, and finally to red in the most perilous of situations. This makes her ability effective only when she’s being targeted by attacks. The fairies can regenerate in a short time span if they’re somehow killed, but that still leaves Una vulnerable for a brief window.

Danger Level 1 - Blueberry: When not in combat or any danger, Una is hardly stronger than the average human, and her fairies' transformations are fragile. This mode is just for showing off and looking cute for Una.

Danger Level 2 - Kiwi: When someone or something is going to harm Una, she is as strong and fast as the average magical girl. Her fairies' transformations are stronger and capable of sustained combat. Una begins to laugh as she fights. Danger becomes welcoming.

Danger Level 3 - Lemon: When someone or something is going to severely wound and potentially kill Una, her strength doubles, and her speed increases dramatically. The transformations of her fairies become much stronger, allowing them to cut through steel, and withstand powerful blows many times over. Taking down enemies brings Una great joy, causing her to laugh and cheer herself on as she fights. Her wounds heal at twice the normal rate for magical girls.

Danger Level 4 - Cherry: When something or someone is about to kill Una, her speed and strength multiply according to the power of the attack coming at her. Because this mode requires Una to be staring death in the face, the mode only appears for extremely short amounts of time. Una must be in Kiwi or Lemon prior to entering cherry. Combat itself brings Una to euphoria. Fear is suppressed and all goals of looking beautiful and noble in combat goes out the window. Killing is the only goal that matters. After exiting Cherry, Una will no doubt be low on magical power and be forced back to her Blueberry. Una's body regenerates in seconds as long as her magiaphage is intact.

Pineapple Star - When Una enters her magical girl form, she sits or stands on a sweet star shaped platform that she can use to fly wherever she pleases. The star can be destroyed when damaged enough, and cannot be reformed for a long time afterwards. The star does in fact taste like pineapple.

Mutation 1: After her mutation, it simply appears that Una has matured even further. She gains weight in mostly all the right places. However she also can’t help but feel a little more conscious about her body and looks despite her usual confidence. While some may call this a blessing it simply become a small chink in Una’s powerful mental armor. The science behind the mutation is that Una builds fat incredibly fast, and eating a few sweets will make noticeable difference.

Although she is far from being stupid, friends and family alike would describe Claire as being clumsy, ditzy, and a bit of an airhead. She is incredibly extroverted and loves getting to know people, and she can be surprisingly perceptive with other people's thoughts and feelings. She is a great listener and can easily empathize with others, and she can even seem wise beyond her years when it comes to life advice.

However, she is not book smart by any means and sometimes has trouble keeping up with too many complicated details at once. This has caused her self esteem to suffer, which makes her sensitive to painful emotions and situations. Her lack of confidence causes her to become withdrawn and try to take a passive role when it comes time to directly confront her fears. However, Claire's cowardly tendencies are diminished when the people she cares about are endangered. When push comes to shove, she manages to be as courageous as necessary to save other people's lives.

Claire's personal struggles have turned her into an extremely open-minded person, and she easily forgives people for their misdeeds. She has an optimistic view of humanity and believes that everyone, no matter their background or origin, was born to do something amazing. Even since childhood, Claire was always amazed by the clients' life-changing epiphanies, and their candid conversations with her mother granted her endless curiosity for other people's lives and empathy towards others. Her mother's work left Claire desperate to leave a permanent marker on another person's life, and her desire to help people inevitably brought her in her mother's footsteps. Claire learned everything she could about Tarot cards from her mother, giving her a rich, fulfilling childhood filled with purpose and passion.

As much as she was invested into learning other people's life stories, Claire felt no interest in her own story. Middle school was easy enough for her that she didn't have to put a lot of effort to get good grades, but this left her unprepared for the harsh difficulty spike that she faced in high school. Without good study habits, she became a C student before she knew it, but her family's lack of concern caused her to just roll with it. Her charmingly aloof personality and moderately cute appearance made her quite well-liked among her friends, although her intense passion for Tarot cards threw some people off. Her reputation for doing all the most absurdly clumsy things while also getting bad grades even earned her a Tarot inspired nickname, "The Fool", which she embraced whole-heartedly because of the role of the Fool card within the Major Arcana of Tarot. So, despite not being talented at anything and being quite a mess, Claire felt content while goofing off in the Paranormal Research Club, reading Tarot fortunes for her friends and endlessly doodling in class.

Claire's first semester of the sophomore year was still in its beginning stages, and although she felt some motivation to improve her grades since freshman year, she wasn't quite motivated enough to resist the overwhelming urge to take a full scale nap during her final period. After utterly failing the war against lost consciousness, she seemed to immediately awaken in a somewhat cathartic state after having taken a nice nap. She looked around in surprise after seeing that her classmates weren't in the building, but she just assumed that she somehow slept past the bell for long enough that everyone left. When she took a closer look around, she found all the seats of the dark room empty...except that all her classmates were replaced by oozing, black sludge. Horrified, she caught a view of the outside of the school's window, and saw a barren world covered in dust as far as the eye could see, with colossal beasts looming across the skies. A voice rang in her ears as she began to have a splitting headache and her panicked tears blurred her vision...

She awakened to the sound of the school bell with tears running down her face and sweat clinging to her brow, trembling and covered in horrified, chilling goosebumps. Claire had an eerily strong feeling that her strange vision was a realistic view of the near future, and she lived in fear of that vision until she discovered her powers and was invited to defend humanity with her fellow magical girls among the Pretty Protectors. Looking for answers, she made a bold leap of faith and agreed to join.

These effects can range from offensive to supportive, and while none are particularly powerful, what they lack in firepower they make up for in versatility. However, only one card can be actively used at a time. Each power is thematically related to the intended message of each card. For example, the High Priestess has themes of using wisdom, temperance, and spiritual faith to bring yourself closer to spiritual enlightenment. Its effect would represent reaching this enlightenment, so its target would be cleared of all mental ailments and relieved of physical pain. The Strength card would represent its measured control over primal human nature by providing a buff to its intended target which simply grants a significant burst of physical strength. The Hanged Man card shows its punishment of impulse and themes of surrender by generating chains that wrap around the target. These chains naturally fall off within moments of standing still, but the more the target struggles, the tighter they become. The list goes on.

In addition to her Tarot card deck, the necklace she wears around her neck is actually a good luck charm that boosts the probability of drawing a card from her deck that is appropriate for whatever situation she is in. This saves her the trouble of manually looking for each card that she wants. The charm is quite potent and works nearly every time so long as Claire shuffles before drawing a card.

    Hermit: If you can see a location or have a clear mental image of it, the quickest directions to reach the destination are revealed.

    Justice: Within a certain radius, it is impossible to lie.
    Hanged Man: Chains bind the target. Escape becomes trivial if they don't struggle, but if they do the chains grow tighter.
    Death: Summon a death knight on horseback that quickly deteriorates overtime.
    Temperance: Within a small radius, cure all mental ailments and grant pristine mental clarity.
    Devil: Target becomes desperate to indulge in their darkest desires. The effect is greatly enhanced if that desire is in close proximity.

She has dark brown eyes, but wears deep blue contacts. She has trained herself to keep a cutesy-high pitch nearly at all times, but when she gets angry her slightly lower voice comes out. When May transforms she grows to a height of 5'6 and loses her muscle definition in favor of a soft curvaceous hourglass figure. Her blonde hair remains the same color, but becomes a lighter shade. Her voice becomes naturally more high-pitched. She has a constant fragrant smell of sweets, candy, and baked goods.

Personality:

May comes off as a sweet girl who deeply cares about everyone, but that is just a front. The reality is that May is self-centered, and uses her career as a pop-star/actor to only further her superiority complex. She will put a sweet front to get what she wants, and if that does not work, she will use monetary coercion - if even money wont get what she wants then May will use her contacts to get what she wants by force. May has accumulated a large fan following that she secretly resents, seeing them as perverts and desperate.

Oddly enough, when she transforms into a magical girl May becomes more heroic and selfless. This a double-edged sword because she becomes apprehensive to transform occasionally because it might interfere with her 'human interests.'

You can get on May's good side by devoting your time, resources, and admiration towards her - but you will never get much farther than being just on her good side. Sure, she might toss you a bone here or there, but she is always in it for herself.

Backstory:

May's earliest memories are ones of hunger, sickness, and rejection. She grew up in the Southern U.S, and spent her childhood in a dingy trailer. Her parents were meth-addicts and could barely hold a job. She was taken into protective custody, and sent to live in a foster home. May bounced from home to home, until one day a foster parent (whom she does not care to remember) recognized her amazing singing talent. They sent in recordings of her far and wide trying to find any sort of record deal - this is when "Kami" found her.

Kami was an up and coming Japanese Junior-Idol who was around the age of May when her record label rejected May's audition tape. Kami was going through the rejection pile out of sheer curiosity, and found mostly untalented hacks, but May was different. Kami begged and begged for her organization to give May a shot. She said it could be an interesting gimmick to have a "gaijin" teamed up with a pure-blooded Japanese. It might not be a popular idea, but it certainly was something that would give them attention. Kami's organization agreed, and they flew May over to Japan.

May's beautiful singing, and natural dancing talent won over many Japanese youth - despite not being Japanese herself. Kami and her preformed together and generally blossomed into teenage girls as an associated Idol group. This fell apart when May began to resent the fans. She stopped appearing at meet and greats. When she did it was only to market some sort of product deal. May began to only see the music industry as a means to move ahead in the world and get rich.

Kami and May had a falling out. Kami cared about the fans, while May saw them as disgusting sacks of meat. This prompted May to leave Japan and make her Hollywood debut. She began to star in several movies including: Mutant rats from mars, The Revengers 1 & 2, Claws, and several more films. May loved her new life, but that fell apart when she received a haunting vision of a world where all life became consumed. This scared her. The prospect of her lavish life-style of riches all going away. Her Magical Girl abilities became active shortly after receiving that vision and she was promptly approached by Francesca Turner. May was a popular star in the United States, and Francesca thought may would make a good fit as a sort of "Idol Figure" for her organization. May accepted with no hesitation.

Leaps and Bounds - Creamy Swirl can make massive leaps up to 100ft in the air. She takes no damage from falling, and does not stagger from hitting the ground.

Rock Candy - Creamy swirl can general massive pillars of rock candy to act as a stepping stool, or blunt weapons. If generated beneath an individual, the rock candy can act as a trapping substance. Pillars of rock candy disappear after 5-10 minutes.

Human Form:
There is something unique about her light, brownish yellow eyes that makes it appear as if it’s always emitting a soft glow. Under the sun, it seems to reflect the rays enough that her irises appear almost golden in color, which stands out against her pale skin and grayish-white hair. On that note, her hair--reaching down only to the very top part of her back, is often just lazily combed over by her fingers. Therefore, aside from the slight waviness of her hair, it always appears to be slightly messy--but neat enough, so Cleo decides not to bother more about it.

As a whole, Cleo’s appearance is that of a tomboy--carelessly dressed, not focused on making herself look feminine, especially with a cigarette dangling by her mouth and that completely flat chest of hers. Under her usual white shirt, which has a light brown jacket over it most of the time, one can tell that her figure is slim. There are always multiple, different tiny wounds over her body due to her wild and quite careless nature. Despite so, she is considerably well-built. Under her short, blue jeans and under her sleeves, there are muscles there from the training she did and the many times she engaged in combat in the past. There are the faint lines of a six-pack forming on her stomach, but it’s not completely there yet.

Magical Girl Form:
Different from her usual, boyish appearance, her magical-form has allowed her to become a lot more curvaceous (with a larger, noticeable chest) and slightly taller too. Her silky hair, which has turned pure white in color, grows much longer and reaches all the way down her back. One side of it is brushed bakc, secured by a round, silver hair ornament. Her eyes change to a pure golden-yellow, naturally emitting a soft glow.

Cleo’s outfit is a lavish, silver-white coat-dress with golden lining that top over her bronze undershirt and short pants. It matches well with her overall appearance in addition to long, white boots with golden laces. Unique, sharp patterns adorned her outfit, causing her to stand out more as opposed to her human form.

Personality
Cleo has been a troublemaker ever since she was a child. She enjoys thrills and causing troubles, breaking things, getting into fights, doodling on walls. Even if her mischievous nature toned down a bit by the time she grew up, she is still wild: doesn’t mind running across a street filled with cars or learning how to parkour. Theft, drugs, cigarettes, Cleo rarely backs off from things that people don’t allow others to do. This is partly why she is able to fit into a gang, blending in well with the illegal side of the world. It may contrasts greatly with her family background, but she has never found herself to fit in there anyway.

Despite such wild nature, in social aspect, Cleo is actually pretty chill in person. Aside from sharing the traits of a tomboy, Cleo acts more mature than her age, as if she’s already been through the dark side of the society so she knows what’s up. She enjoys chit-chatting with people, finding different kinds of them interesting. With that said, Cleo never forces another to join in with her to do illegal things. In fact, she seems to have a soft spot for genuine, nice people, or those that are still pure, naive, or innocent. Growing up viewing the world as merely a messy corruption, those people make the world seem a bit more endearing.

Cleo doesn’t like unnecessary fights, both verbal and physical. Sure, if someone is to propose her a serious challenge for a duel, a smirk will rise onto her face and she’ll gladly accept it as a thrilling competition. However, she dislikes getting involved in arguments, or when people vigorously picks a fight with her. While she’s blunt and not afraid to speak up, if she figures that the other won’t bother listening to her point to start with, she’ll simply brush the other off with a wave of her hand or walk off herself. She doesn’t get too offended or mad easily, having been judged prejudicially since childhood and gets too used to it.

However, Cleo does have her own sense of justice and beliefs, as well as a moral code she follows by. She holds a lifelong grudge against the corruption behind the justice system, and she hates it when real criminals get unpunished. While her rationality beats her emotional side more often, she doesn’t mind acting out if something truly upsets her, or if someone she values gets hurt. Neither would she mind fighting for another person or for herself for the justice or rights he or she deserves, even if it means threatening someone or taking one step further down the illegal path if necessary.

While maintaining a stable social interaction, Cleo is still more so a person who enjoys solitude ever since she left her gang. She rarely opens herself up, and still choose to maintain a certain distance away from everyone else, never really getting too close to any of them.

Human Skills & Talents:
Cleo is used to fighting, and has different combat skills she obtained from when she was part of the gang. She is familiar with fighting with her fists and legs, which she improves on through regular training and experiences. She is swift and agile, knowing how to use a knife/dagger as weapon and has knowledge of how to use a gun, but is only familiar with the typical, small handgun. She runs fast, and is training herself to run even faster. Cleo is also good at finding hiding spots, and is quite knowledgeable on the different streets, alleyways, or secret pathways that the city contains. She knows all the shortcuts, but many of them usually involve going through a dark and dangerous alleyway, or flipping/climbing over a wall.

She is also familiar with how to use a bomb, or even how to create a bomb-like explosion, though such knowledge becomes somewhat unnecessary when she obtains her power as a magical girl.

Magical Girl Powers:
Cleo is able to use the dust and ash particles in the air to create mini explosions, which can be combined to create an even more powerful, giant ones. Balls of white light will form first before they explode. She is able to control the number of explosions, how close or how far the explosions occur, how long it takes for the explosion to happen, and how powerful it’ll be. While her current limit on the distance in which she’s able to exert this ability is approximately 3-4 meters away, she will probably grow stronger as she improves and becomes more advanced as a magical girl. The explosions work like any other ones, it can possibly ignite fire, and can cause a great level of destruction depending on how powerful the explosion is. However, the farther away the explosions happen from her, the less powerful it’ll be, and the harder it is for her to control.

Another advantage Cleo has with this ability is that, in her magical form, the backlash caused by the explosion works well with her. Balancing well with the level of backlash caused by the size of the explosion, Cleo can use it to bounce higher into the air, using the force caused by the explosion almost as stepping stones. Although, that doesn’t mean she can remain midair for long because she’d have to endlessly exert her ability. Furthermore, the more she uses it, the more it drains her stamina, making her physically tired if she endlessly uses her ability.

Utilizing her magical girl weapon, Cleo can compress multiple of her balls of exploding white light into her gun that she can summon, allowing her to aim and fire at specific target multiple times at a shooting speed, as later elaborated.

Human Weapons/Equipment:
Cleo does not carry much with her usually, aside from two pocket knives she wields at the side of her waist, a lighter, and usually two packs of cigarettes in her side and back pocket. If she fights, she fights with her fists and legs, not preferring to take out her pocket-knives unless she needs to, or, well, unless she any finds the need to threaten someone by the edge of her knife. She does not carry guns with her.

Magical Girl Weapons/Equipment:
Her magical ability makes it not completely necessary to have weapons, but she is able to summon a gun that, as previously mentioned, allow her to fire multiple balls of explosions sharply at a specific target and spot at a shooting speed. The downside to it is that it’ll be mostly mini explosions. However, she still finds it useful because without it, once a certain distance away, the explosions become harder to control. Without the gun her attacks are mainly at a wider, larger range toward a target that inflicts smaller effect if she’s not close enough, while her gun allows her to aim at a particular, specific location with precise accuracy. The balls of light will explode immediately if it contacts something when using the gun, or explode in midair if it touches nothing when fired in the end.

Biography
"He did not kill anybody!”

At the age of 12, the image Celeste held toward her family changed forever. Raised in quite a rich household by a famous judge as her father and a prosecutor as a mother, grew up with an exceptional elder sister who’s excelling in law school, even if she was a trouble-maker with a naughty personality, Celeste had thought that it would be cool to enter the law program too in the future. Change her ways, even: stop breaking things, fighting with neighbors’ kids, doodling on walls, for example. Her home-school tutor and her only friend in the household, Relby--as Celeste called him, was the one who persuaded her to follow after her family’s path. “They fought for the innocent victims’ rights and give punishments to the evil,” at that time, Celeste had thought that the way Relby described her family’s job is pretty cool. Maybe, she did think, maybe she should study law too.

However, when Relby was falsely accused of attempted rape and murder of their family’s housekeeper, Celeste’s impression of her family shattered. She remembered her desperate, powerless cries and pleads as she forced herself up to the witness stand, attempted to speak in defense for her own home-school tutor, only to be forcibly dragged away by the guards. Her statements were carelessly brushed aside by the prosecutor as the “biased statement made by a pitiful young girl who was still traumatized by her beloved home-school tutor’s crime, spoken under an unclear state of mind.” She watched as the defense attorney barely making any points in defense of Relby, and watched as the judge--her own father, declared him guilty.

The justice system was never as perfect as it seems. As if what happened in court had not wounded her enough, when she happened to pass by her father’s office door one day and heard the conversation that happened inside, she exploded.

“Ten million dollars would be transferred to your account, nah, I still owe you big deal. I couldn’t think of the mess I’d be in if they know my son was an attempted rapist and murderer! Good thing that home-tutor was there.”

She burst through the door, demanding explanations from both her father and the stranger whose son was the true culprit for the crime. Yet, what could a 12 years old girl really do? She was brushed aside, her father told her she’d heard everything wrong and that no one would believe her words anyway. Celeste was enraged, she ran to her mother and sister, thinking they’d be surprised to hear her words, only to realize that they’re on her father’s side.

As she continued to grow up in that household, she realized more and more that her family’s wealth was built more so on corruption than honest, good money, hidden well with a nice mask of justice on the surface as lower-status people were declared guilty in protection of rich, famous households, even politicians. Ever since Relby's case planted the seed, her hatred for her father grew. But unlike her elder sister, she had poor academic records. It’s not to say she wasn’t smart, she’s just not fit for school. She had thought she would become a lawyer too and find evidence and proofs to go against her own family, but that never seemed to be able to happen. Instead, she became disgusted with the fact that she was going along with what the family wanted still. She listened when they enrolled her into a private middle school, and despite skipping most of the classes she still graduated (knowing that her family paid the school to keep her to keep the family reputation up). She enrolled into a public high school, all these time thinking that one day she could overturn her family after she educated herself enough, after she becomes a lawyer herself. But as her grades grew poorer and she got neglected more and more in her family, as her sister was praised to become a prosecutor like her mother, and--most of all, as her father declared another poor man guilty for the sake of the rich(by this time, Celeste’s view toward her father was twisted and biased enough that she believed everything he did was corrupt and false. She did not have evidence that the poor man was actually innocent, she just believed so), the girl broke out.

During class-time one day, she skipped class and stole a baseball bat from the school field. Running down the school hallways, she set off the fire alarm, then shattered as many windows as she could. She poured bottles of ink onto the floor, splattered it onto the teachers passing by, even. Sure, she was caught in the end. Her rebellious outbreak in school as the daughter of a famous judge was put on the news. Good thing cause she did damage her family reputation like she wanted, at the cost of being kicked out of the family, that is. “Never come back again,” her father roared as the door slammed on her. Truth is they had decided to leave her to her uncle to be taken care of--an abusive and perverted one that is, a man who had always looked at her with indecency in his eyes ever since she was at a much younger age. As one would expect, Celeste ran away. She was 14 years old. Homeless and defenseless, what she ended up doing was to join a gang.

“I can help sell drugs, ya know, who would suspect a 14 years old? Theft would be all good for me, it’s not like I haven’t done it before. I’m not good at fighting yet but hell, I can learn along with ya and you can teach me. Don’t you guys have errands you guys hate doing? Take me in, I’d do anything for you. I’m homeless, anyway.”

When she approached a small gang one night at the dark alleyway with only short blue jeans and a brown light jacket over a plain white shirt, her hair messy and her face dirty, she was originally snorted by the members and brushed aside. “Be glad we aren’t raping ya,” one even said. But the gang leader, a dark-skinned, handsome hooded man named Cain, did take an interest in her. “She could be our hostage, make things easier against the police,” he said with a shrug, but looked toward Celeste. “It wouldn’t be our responsibility if you die. We would leave your poor 14 years old body by the road as we move on. Gangs aren’t for kids, we dealt with the underground world. Illegal deals all day, gang violence all the time. Your innocent days are over.”

Celeste smiled back then when she said she could care less. When he asked for her name, she answered “Cleo.”

For the rest three years then, Cleo was part of the gang. At first, she was, indeed, just a poor errand tomboy, bullied even among the gang members. However, time passed by and she began to set records herself. She performed every job given to her well, she got along with the rest of the gang members. As a starter, she learned to smoke. Then, she learned to fight, even learned how to use a gun as she was involved in different gang violence. There were countless times when she and the rest of the gang escaped from the police. Nonetheless, she also experienced loss. With gang as her new family, she went through the times when gang members died through violence or shot by the police, in which she grieved. She lived a wild and illegal life, but what she realized was that she enjoyed it much more than her old home. Despite not following the laws, there’s a certain code that the gang seemed to follow by themselves, a belief system. They do not rape, they do not hurt the innocent, neither would they get them involved. The gang is made up by the outcasts, lower-class members deemed failures of society who turned to crimes in the end, but in Cleo’s eyes, she saw more humanity in them than she could in her own father.

“What the f*ck.”

Then, it happened. Something that was totally out of her regular lifestyle. It was only a couple days after she turned seventeen that she saw a vision completely unrealistic, almost fantastical. An unfamiliar female voice rang into her head, saying all kinds of crap like power or she failed and was stupid or something. Cleo frowned, blinked, and realized that she had obtained a power astounding to her herself. Everyone jumped when a mini explosion suddenly boomed midair and she herself fell back from the backlash.

It took awhile for her after that to learn that she has become a magical girl. Her gang mocked her lots, saying that with her wild personality and flat chest she could barely be called a girl to start with, but they were impressed by her ability. However, they agreed to keep her magical girl identity a secret, as she wished. Without her magical girl transformation, she herself suffered the backlash of her own ability, so she limited her own usage of it. Nonetheless, it would be false to say that she didn’t use it. She played with it regularly, even transforming at times. She learned to control it well, and she realized the more she trained the more powerful her explosions could be, and the farther away from her herself the explosions could occur.

“Yo, look at that police dude trying to pat down that girl, it’s obvious he just wanted to tap that ass cause I would want it too. Cleo, make his balls explode. Come on, just do it, a mini one’s fine---ooh, ooooooh, you saw that?! You saw it?! Hehehe, hahahaha!”

By the time she was fluent with her own ability, she had used it several times as part of the gang. Sometimes, she worked hidden at the back in her magical girl form to help when her gangs got into fights. More often, she used it just to play around. Outside of the gang, she kept her identity concealed, neither did make any more contact with her family. Despite running away, there was no news about it on her matter, neither was police sent after her. It’s as if her family decided to hide their embarrassment of a daughter as well. With money, of course.

Her life as part of the gang ended half a year later, however, when she came back to her territory after running an errand one day to find it being surrounded by police cars, and sirens pierced through the thin air. The whole gang, except for her, was arrested along with Cain. She was the only fortunate one to get out. At first, it didn’t seem all that surprising to her. Multiple gangs were caught like these anyway, and she was prepared that one day her gangster life would be over. What really fueled her rage, perhaps, was when she realized days later when a newspaper article caught her attention, that the gang leader Cain was accused of rape of a 16 years old girl.

There’s no way that could be real. The gang, despite all illegal activities, despised rape more than anything else. They were wolves, but never that low. Something must be wrong. She believed the gang leader to be innocent. Definitely innocent.

Following the news, Cleo learned of the day that his first trial would be held in court. Unsurprisingly, the judge was her father. She stood outside the court, she did not transform. Yells and screams filled the air as the entrance door was busted by sudden balls of white lights that exploded. Cleo hissed, her arm was bleeding from the backlash of her own explosion, but she managed to sneak into court anyway past the security system. Explosions followed one after another as she ran, her body wounded more and more by her own ability, as she’d allowed all the mini explosions to happen close to her herself as well. It was a day of mess and chaos, FBI surrounded the building, police cars filled the streets. Dragging her own body with her, Cleo managed to reach the courtroom Cain was in, which by that time was already mostly empty as people had already evacuated. She did not see her father, but she saw Cain briefly for a second, who smiled at her before escaping himself through the doors on the other far side of the room.

It was a smile of gratitude, at least that’s what Cleo believed. She did not have time to chase after him, for she was chased herself--the moment she turned around, she was already held by gun-point. Multiple FBI agents stood there, it’s as if she was declared a terrorist.

Terrorist, huh. She felt apologetic for all the innocent people that got caught in this heinous crime of hers, Several days later, she would be surprised by her own relief when she learned that only eight were injured and there was no death as her result of her deed. (She controlled herself, making explosions happened only very close to her herself to protect her from being caught, and only used it far away as a distraction or obstacles. That’s why she suffered a lot from the backlash. However, that did not mean the walls didn’t crack and the carpets weren’t burnt as a result of her ability. In fact, multiple holes were burnt, some walls fell over, the chandelier in the ceiling collapsed, and she did create quite a havoc in the building), but by this time she felt almost no pity for anyone in the court system. They were all equally corrupted like her father, or so she believed.

As a last resort to escape, Cleo jumped out of the broken window, fell right into a garbage dump. She struggled to escape, and was fortunate to know that even though she didn’t have a brain for school she’s still witty by nature. Her experiences as part of the gang as well allowed her to escape from the police multiple times. She hid away from people, not knowing what ended up happening to the rest of the gang, or what happened to Cain as well. She was played on the news and was on the newspaper, her relationship with the gang exposed. Even her identity as a magical girl was suspected, as many people believed it as the sole reason how she could conduct so many mini explosions.

“Ah, I fucked up, didn’t I.”

The girl hissed, then. She thought back to the vision she saw when she first received the power. The whole world gone into chaos, mysterious, monster-like creatures who ended humanity. A voice that cried out her own stupidity. Perhaps this power was supposed to be meant for something else entirely, like saving the world or something, even if she was never the type who would do something like that.

It was then she seized the opportunity as soon as she learned about the Turner Corporation to be a part of it and become a Pretty Protectors. Believing her criminal background and the fact that she has become an escaping criminal would be protected under such corporation, not to mention she would be given a large amount of allowance by being a part of it, Cleo decided to become a part of this magical girl faction for the sake of her own protection and perhaps, to start a new life after all.

Lyudmila is a fairly tall woman standing at the height of 5'10. She has a very athletic, well muscled build, and sports long black hair that she usually keeps in a braid. She has deep red eyes and fair skin.

Magical Girl Appearance:
Lyudmila’s magical girl form is definitely not what one would expect. Her black hair turns into a stark white while her red eyes become an obsidian black. Her fair skin loses all of it’s colour becoming a ghostly, bloodless white. There is a formation of scars around the mouth and neck of Lyudmila and her body is covered by a large dark grey cloak. Underneath the cloak there is still what one might call a “human body”, although it is more a raven black form that has been bitten into by several harsh crimson red slashes. There are no changes to her height.

Personality:
Although not overtly violent there is definitely a sort of violent aggression to her nature. Something that Lyudmila puts very little effort into hiding as she cares little of what others think of her. “Courtesy” is a concept that seems entirely foreign to her, she is the type of person who will say what she thinks whenever she feels like it with no restraint. Calling it blunt would be an understatement as more often than not there are various biting and mocking comments added along with what she actually intended to say.

Lyudmila sees herself as a warrior chosen to stop the horrors of the future, and this to her involves killing those who stand in her way. She does not pretend to dislike acts of brutality and cruelty, she considers it to be her duty to do whatever it takes and is a person who hates those who lie to themselves. It should be stated though that she is not necessarily a cruel or remorseless person herself, she does display signs of stifled affection and compassion and she cannot ignore that deep within her heart she still holds ideals of “fighting for justice” and a vague sense of “doing good.” Lyudmila does not consider herself or magical girls heroes though, only a tool to an end. As such she is not one who fears experiencing great pain or death, as long as it is meaningful to the cause.

She is capable of working part of a unit although she has a strong belief that every warrior should be able to take care of herself and she has learnt that if one is to make something of themselves then they must fully believe in themselves. Lyudmila has faith in her teammates but her faith first and foremost lies in herself. This is likely a way that she copes with what has happened to her in her past and in truth her heart would be full of doubts and conflict if she had not cut herself off blind from everything that wasn’t “move on, keep going, never pause, never stop, never look back, kill the gheists, nothing else matters.”

It becomes rather obvious to anyone who spends a long time around her that she is a very emotionally scarred individual. She had an extreme phobia of fire and to a lesser extent even hot surfaces in general.

Her father was the owner of one of the oldest most popular hotels in the city and so she was born into a family of moderate wealth. She was never quite certain what her mother worked as but she knew it had something to do with the government or the military, or something along those lines. Lyudmila had two older sisters, Anastasia and Natalia although was never close to either of them even when she was very young, the two either ignored her or would make their annoyance with her presence very clear. Her father was a bit more caring although he was very busy with work and so most of the time she was kept at arm's length so he could focus.

Natalia was not a particularly cruel person, but she was weak willed and had no way to assert herself over the older Anastasia. Her oldest sister seemed to have no particular care for anything, whether it be animals or other humans. She didn’t take any pleasure on hurting others or anything like that but when she flew into one of her tempers then she rarely restrained herself. Lyudmila probably could have at least understood a little bit if Anastasia did enjoy what she did, but it didn’t seem to affect her either way. That is what perhaps hurt the most about her sisters rages that she and Natalie suffered through.

Lyudmila had no way to let her emotions out at home and so she would wait until she got to school. Even as a young girl she was an incredibly bitter and angry person, she had little to no companions that she called friends and those who took pity on her only angered her. She would get into fights and fall way too far behind on her studies. Eventually one of her teachers took her aside, Mr Pavlichenko. He was a kind hearted middle aged man who wanted the young Lyudmila to have some kind of future, it was he who introduced her to martial arts. In hopes that it would temper her at least a little bit and put a strong work ethic in her that she could transfer over to other parts of her life.

She took to martial arts rather quickly, she was more than eager to practice ways in defending herself although her violent nature was still a bit too full-on for some of her sparring partners. Lyudmila showed signs of mellowing out over time. That was until one day. To this day Lyudmila has no idea how she allowed herself to be convinced by Natalia to try on one of her older sisters dresses. “It doesn’t fit her anymore.” “She didn;t even like it in the first place, she barely wore it when it did fit her.” Those weren’t lies but still. Perhaps Natalia had been told by Anastasia to convince her to do it but… She had already learned all too well how useless it was to make sense of her eldest sisters actions. Natalia had sworn that Anastasia would not be coming home tonight, but that was obviously not the case when their eldest sister came crashing into the room. Her little training in martial arts provided her with no real defence against her far larger and stronger sister. She was beaten and dragged from her room all the way to their living room. Where her eldest sister pressed her face into the family fireplace where Lyudmila had warmed herself against on so many cold winter nights. Held her face against the burning coals and listened to her scream. She would have cried for help if she could have and the only one who could have helped her had ran out of their home in hopes that Anastasia did not turn her attention towards them.

Lyudmila fully expected to die at the hands of her sister and that fire, but for one reason or another Anastasia pulled her back out before that could happen to continue beating on her before throwing her aside. And moving on like nothing had happened. “I will kill you.” Was the sole thought that she had as the darkness took her. That however she would never get the chance to do. As she woke in hospital with half of her face bandaged the only people who came to visit her were the doctors and nurses who were taking care of her. Her father was too busy at work, Natalia was feeling too guilty to face her, and well… Anastasia wouldn’t have come see her even if they had still been around. Apparently their mother had swooped in and taken her away, to join whatever organisation that she was a part of.

Much of her time was spent in rehabilitation both mental and physical, she had grown weak from time in the hospital and for a long time she could not bear to look at herself. Much of the time she spent in hospital was spent reading, something that she had little interest in before but she found it rather easy to lose herself in the fantastical worlds of novels. A form of escape from her reality. The left side of herself was a grotesque mess of scars and burns, flesh and bone clearly visible and charred black. She would soon drop out of school, however would refuse to stop practicing her martial arts. Which in fact she was encouraged to continue as it was at least something that she could focus on.

Fate would have it that Lyudmila would return home just in time for WW3. A conflict that took the lives of the few that she could call her friends and acquaintances. The losses that hurt the most was her old teacher Mr Pavlichenko, who was more of a father figure than her biological father ever was. Once again Lyudmila was completely in the dark about the actions of her parents. She had no idea what her father contributed to the war or how he did but… One day on a very rare occasion where both her and her father returned home together they were met with Anastasia and a woman who could be assumed to be her mother. Her father shoved Lyudmila behind him. He had protected her. But all she could do was watch has her sister and mother murdered her father. At least she watched with one eye as her mind was filled with visions. A different reality, the end of the world, the death of humanity. Her father lay on the ground dead before her as his killers turned their attention towards her. For a moment Lyudmila was convinced that she had ceased to be human. She was nothing more than an entity of rage. As Anastasia and her mother rushed towards her she met them in kind. Far stronger than she had ever been before, far quicker, with more skill and tenacity that even she knew she had. Her eldest sister and her mother both seemed well trained and even with Lyudmilas new found powers the best she could do was cause them to flee, despite how badly she wished to kill the two of them they both escaped her grasp.

Afterwards Lyudmila removed the bandages which she used to hide her face from the world to find… That her wounds had healed. She did not know how long she looked over the body of her father but all she knew that during that time her sister Natalia had taken her own life. Something about sacrificing herself for Pretty. “Useless coward.” Is all that Lyudmila felt towards that. As far as Lyuidmila was concerned she was already dead. From now on she was a warrior. She would fight to stop the future that she had seen. No matter what she would forget her life up to this point. She would dedicate her heart. Dedicate her all. For life. For mother earth. For herself.

She acted independently in Siberia for some time until she was eventually contacted by an organisation called the ‘Pretty Protectors’. It seemed to her that their goals lined up well with hers and so she accepted the offer. “I will dedicate everything I have to them until they begin to falter and fail.” Is how she regarded her new allies.

Martial Arts: Lyudmila is an exceptional practitioner of multiple practices of martial arts. Her main focus had been Sambo and Muay Thai however she is also rather skilled in Muay Thai and Krav Maga.

Drinking: Although not particularly a useful talent, Lyudmila is rumoured to be able to drink at least 3 times as much as the average man.

Reading: Again not a particularly useful talent or skill, in fact it probably shouldn;t be considered one. However Lyudmila is rather good at taking in and recalling information she read, although most of it happens to be fictional and all around useless.

Flesh and Bone:
Lyudmila can manipulate a the flesh like substance that consists of her body underneath her robes of her magical girl form. This flesh can be augmented in ways that focus on speed, strength or durability which makes this a rather versatile ability. Furthermore she can produce and manipulate structures of a bone like substance from her body. These structures or generally kinds to be used as a weapon, some structures that she has known to have created is a warhammer, a longsword, a shield and a crossbow (firing a bolt that is made from the same substance). This bone like material is said to be more durable, sharper and lighter than most metals that are known to humans. Although there is a resemblance to flesh and bone it is unknown what they actually are.

Crystallization: A power that came about after reaching 10% corruption for Lyudmila. She gained the ability to cover parts of her body in a crystal like substance. This crystal bears some resemblance to the organ that is said to give the magical girls their powers however there is no glow to it, if anything there is a darkness within these crystals. The crystal like substance is far more durable than the powers of flesh and bone however it's limits are unknown as is what the material actually is.

Crushed Body of the Crushed Soul: The result of Lyudmila reaching over 20% corruption. The body underneath her dark grey cloak is a form of raven black with deep gashes of a crimson red into it. When exposed it has an effect of “petrifying” those who look into it. This is not turning them into stone but rather freezing them momentarily in place and stripping them of their will to fight to varying degrees, however if the gazer is particularly willful then they will be able to power through the effects and merely feel a deep sense of fear. This mutation has seemed to have a major effect on Lyudmilas mental state. She rarely transforms out of her own will nowadays and it seems as a side effect her body has been made quite vulnerable in both her human and magical girl form, forcing her to rely more on her powers than before.

Fuka almost always keeps on a demonic mask that covers half of her face. This mask is necessary for multiple reasons. It is the only way she can speak with a ghoulish voice that transmits seemingly to the brains of those around her. Additionally, the mask hides that the lower half of her face is actually just a metal bar that crudely resembles a jawline. Her demonic maw attaches to this metal jaw-line. The demonic mask tells a lot about her. It changes color according to her mood, but it typically keeps a magenta color. Regardless of the weather, Fuka always wears a coat that conceals various small gadgets. To the touch Fuka's skin feels lifeless, dead, and artificial. This hints that either Fuka is dead, or some sort of cyborg - maybe a combination of both? None-the less, Fuka keeps her black hair immaculately maintained as if it is the one part of her she is proud of. Seemingly against the something that seems inhuman, somehow her hair demonstrates that at one time she was just like you and me.

Personality:

Fuka rarely speaks her mind, and even when does it is not much. She has an aversion to speaking due to her strange method of speaking. It tends to unnerve people, so she learned to keep her mouth shut. Of-course she has opened up since Francesca entrusted her to command the 'Pretty Protectors.' She will communicate, explain, and relay orders with sufficient language She will get the job done efficiently and without question. Fuka lives knowing that when whoever owns her is done with her she will be sold to whatever organization needs one of the coveted "living weapons." This is another reason why she tends to feel an odd disconnect from others around her. If she could put it into words she would probably go something like this, "Does the couch question who is sitting on it?" One little hint that a more girlish person exists deep inside her cold exterior is that she is protective of her immaculate, silky, black hair.

Fuka has formed many mental-blocks throughout the years. She does not want to remember what happened, and the few memories that have stuck on her eat away at her psyche. Both the good, and the bad memories.

A woman - probably her mom: "Fuka you look so beautiful tonight! Be sure to be home by nine."

Girls and some boys, they were all having fun. This memory was so good, yet so bad. The fall from a high is always the worst.

Dizziness, men, vans, can't move, chest tight, sleepy, and gone.

Years and years past by all in a blur. Fuka remembered only her name as her one precious treasure they could never take. All the men doing things she blocked off, and all the cold lonely nights. Fuka decided to not remember them. And then...

One day, running, go, going, freedom, must leave, must go, and - a baseball bat to the face. This is another one of Fuka's 'precious memories.' Her lower jaw gone, gagging, crying, wanting to scream.

Awaken, metal, strong, war - so much war. Fuka fought in countless conflicts she had no name for. Orders would be fulfilled without a second thought. She fought, and fought, without remorse, care, or hesitation. Then suddenly - redundancy?

Francesca Turner was to be her new handler. She was more - passive than the others? Fuka did a lot more following than killing. Francesca would talk to her, and tell her countless things. (Right in the middle of an important business deal too)

Francesca, without skipping a beat, said the words Fuka yearned to hear for years, "No - you are a dear friend."

Living Weapon Abilities:

Adaptive Fighting - Fuka's memory records any and small details of a combat scenario. She will progressively learn more and more about her opponents strategies, and then exploit gaps in their strategy. This renders many martial arts utilized against Fuka useless over time because she eventually learns the ins and outs of said martial art.

Lockdown - Fuka transmits a burst of energy from her hands. This has a range of 10ft. It can induce temporary paralysis, or shut down many supernatural powers. (Ex: Cancel a magical girls transformation).

Nightmare Protocol - Fuka switches the transmission of her mask to transmit her repressed thoughts agony as a mental sound-wave. This does not induce visions of her own thoughts, but subjects the victims to terrible visions of their worst fears. A high will-power does some to negate this effect, but it automatically triggers the natural fear response of the human brain. It effects all around Fuka in a 50ft radius regardless of if they are on her side or not.

Psi-Hunter - Fuka's prolonged usage of her mask has allowed her to be able to detect individuals of high psionic content. This applies to the Magiaphages within Magical Girls.

Reactive Strength - Fuka has little true muscle mass, although her artificial muscle fibers are highly resistant to shock. This allows her to stop crushing blows with her hands with no damage to herself. Her reactive strength has made her close-quarters fighting style rely on counter maneuvers.

Human Weapons and Equipment:

Her gear varies from mission to mission. She is always equipped with her "Oni-Mask" as Francesca dubbed it, and always wear a pair of climbing gloves.

Annie was never the most 'girly' girl, even if she sometimes wants to be. Although she tried to change in the past, she can't seem to give up her addiction to expressive yet relatively plain clothing. It doesn't help matters that her voice has a certain loudness to it, one that comes off as annoying to some. However, her inexplicably red eyes always seem to shine alongside her cheerful smile.

After undergoing the transformation to become a Magical Girl, Annie's appearance takes a somewhat dramatic change. She shoots up to the height of 5'10, and her body adapts a significantly more curvaceous figure. Her tech-y clothes barely manages to hide her new extra skin, entirely for the sake of comfort when using her power. Even the look in her eyes, while maintaining the same brilliant red of her human form, seem a lot more mature and pensive than normal.

Personality:

Annie has an apparently carefree attitude towards life. Normally described as spontaneous and bubbly, she's shameless enough to say whatever's on her mind without fearing what others think about her. But beneath her naive surface is an unwavering sense of justice. Annie is unexpectedly sensitive about how the world is wracked with conflict, and she dreams of a time when everyone can live together in peace. When pushed, her recklessness makes her willing to do anything to protect the people she's close to.

In her magical girl form, Annie's unrealistic ideals become much more evident. Her heroic nature makes her try to help as many people as possible. On the other hand, she also becomes surprisingly impassive towards hurting those she hates, as she's willing to do anything to carry out her strong sense of justice.

Backstory:

So far, Annie has lived an almost entirely unremarkable life. She has two average, middle-class parents that sent her to a very normal school. The monotony of daily life pushed her to seek as much adventure as she could. Growing up in New York City, she had an abundance of opportunities to seek adventure. She started going out with friends at a very young age, trying to see as many new sights and gather as many new experiences as possible. But even then, the young girl was filled with a growing sense of emptiness, as though there was more she could do with her life than she could imagine.

Everything changed 5 years ago, upon the appearance of the first Magical Girl. Even at the young age of 9, seeing Pretty put a swift end to so much conflict was inspirational. Annie was so moved that she suddenly decided to become a Magical Girl herself. She bought a collection of unsuitably girlish clothes, and she gushed over any media relating to Pretty that was released. In addition, Annie began to thoughtlessly rush to rescue those in need, to the point where it got her in awkward or even dangerous situations. Ultimately, there was no doubt on anyone's mind that Annie was Pretty's #1 fan.

This obsession ended up backfiring in middle school. Rumors began to spread that Annie was eccentric, and her overbearing desire to copy Pretty made people start to avoid her. At the time she failed to understand this behavior. Why did people push her away, when all she wanted to do was help? To her, it felt like she had finally found her goal in life: to be a Magical Girl that could help the world become a better place. She felt hurt, being isolated because of her desire to follow her dreams. Annie's resolve was only refreshed by the unwavering altruism shown by Pretty.

Annie was shocked to find out that Pretty's fate would end in tragedy. When she heard of the Magical Girl's death in 2029, she was stricken with an overwhelming sense of grief. She refused to believe that her only hero could be defeated. With her dreams seemingly dashed to pieces, Annie slowly lost her zest for life, seeing only the cruelty from around the world. After leaving middle school, Annie slowly reached the point where she decided to carry out a ritual suicide in honor of Pretty. However, as she stopped to lie down in a hole and stared up at the sky, a new vision gave her the strength to follow through with the dreams she once held dear.

Annie can summon a 50 foot tall robot suit, the medium through which she changes the world. This advanced technology is equipped with numerous energy weapons, and although it goes beyond modern technology, Annie can control it as though it were her own body.

Plasma Blasts - Annie's suit can blast a variety of lasers from its body, anything from bullet sized beams of energy to a full-blown ray of destruction. The more energy used in combat, the longer it takes to recharge before future use.

Barrier - Annie can expend energy to protect her already sturdy machine from external damage. This spherical energy barrier can grow to double the size of the suit, allowing her to defend allies who stay close.

Jet Packs - Annie's suit can fly through the air at the speed of a fighter jet. Although she can theoretically withstand the brunt of space travel, she's never quite had the guts to test it.

Auto-heal - Although her suit uses technology that far surpasses her understanding, it recovers from damage over time while it isn't in use. This requires significant intakes of energy, making Annie careful about how much energy she uses and cautious about being harmed.

Alongside her array of energy weapons, Annie can manifest a suitably large katana for her suit to wield. This weapon can be charged with a coat of plasma, increasing the destruction it deals to the unworthy. In her human form, this sword becomes a much more convenient light saber. The fact that Annie doesn't normally know how to use it is made up for by the fact that it cuts through metal like a knife through butter.

Corruption Level and Mutations: 15%

After her close brush with death, Annie moves forward with mutations that represent her heavier heart. The skin on her torso is matted with patches of machinery, giving her ugly scars across her body. This mutation also seemed to give her a mechanical heart. As a result, she sometimes becomes uncharacteristically detached in times of stress, focusing narrowly on whatever she believes is right without regard for her surroundings.

Pamela is your average cook, with a height about 5'7 with a rectangular, tan skinned, lean, smooth body which are often dressed with casual clothes and cute sweaters often with an apron. Her emerald green eyes hold fierceness and are sorta big, in compliment to her long brown hair that reaches her mid-back, often pulled into a ponytail or a braid to avoid putting hair on the food.

Despite mutating, only her hands have changed. Her left hand is an unnatural pale white, which feels dead cold and her right hand is a burnt, ash black.

After transforming into a Magical Girl, Pamela's appearance changes some. Her green eyes turn into a golden honey brown, her hair is pulled into pigtails. Her clothes change into a pink dress with frills, white and pink armbands and a pink sailor scarf and a small cute chef hat. Underneath her dress are long pink and white stockings and pink boots.

Personality: Pamela is what you can call a fiery girl, with as much energy as her imagination and as easy it is to make her angry. From chasing people with a frying pan to hitting her friends at the back of their heads, Pamela isn't afraid to get physical and pretty much plays with fire and knives everyday, literally, earning her the nickname "Pam Pan".She isn't angry all of the time, that's for sure. She is pretty nice when you don't pull her strings and will look for ways to satisfy you and make you comfortable, even if she is constantly sarcastic and somewhat mean while doing so. Pamela is very creative, as from making unique snacks to making unique dishes, and being organized make her worthy of her role as Second Chef In Command.

Backstory:

Pamela was born in the city of Mexico to Manuel Delgado and Ana Juana Marquez on the September 15th. The next year, she became the older sister to twins Jose and Simon. Her parents ran a restaurant, the Salchicha Delgada and taught her how to cook and the secrets to making delicious dishes. She loved it and started by making unique snacks for her siblings and herself for school. She then started sharing them with her classmates and then proceeded to selling them. That was how she got money to get a beginner's cooking set. Her parents were proud and let her cook the meals for the day with her mom, who was the cook of Salchicha Delgada, to supervise and advise her.

When Pamela was 13, tragedy struck. Her mother died due to a car accident and the restaurant started to lose buisness once they lost their cook, the customers left, most of the employees left and the restaurant was on the verge of closing. Pamela was shocked. Her mother's dream was to make her restaurant one of the best and it was closing down. Pamela put on an apron and walked to the kitchen and got to buisness. There were still some customers that didn't leave them yet so why let them go too? With the support of her father and the help of her brothers, Pamela managed to stop the restaurant from closing at the age of 13.

Pamela's father fell sick and was diagnosed with a heart disease and couldn't help her run the restaurant anymore, so she had to do it all by herself. She enlisted the help of her brothers, which made it somewhat easier. She ran the restaurant for 3 good years though her short temper soon became a problem. She would yell at customers that didn't have any manners and would chase out stingy tippers or gangsters with her frying pan. They started losing buisness again due to the lack of customers and her father told her to take a break from the restaurant, to her surprise and she refused. He hired some other people to help her out and calm her before she did anything rash. They started getting customers again and money for her father's operation. One day, while making an order, Pamela got a vision. It was too confusing and it affected her cooking, making her mix up orders and such. She was told to rest for the day and she didn't argue. While in her room, she processed whether or not to become a Magical Girl. She knew that if she did, she would save people's lives but spend less time running the restaurant, to her horror but if she didn't, they would lose customers and her father would either die from his heart disease or end up being eaten by robots. Her brothers and friends too. She then made her choice and told her father she would take a long break from the restaurant, helping out every once in a while. And now as a Magical Girl, Pamela fights for the ones she loves and to make sure she serves and eats, not to be eaten.

Cooking: Her main talent. She is able to do pretty much anything that has to do with cooking. Cutting, frying, baking, you name it.


Fighting: Of course, in a restaurant some people break the rules or are outright mean or both. Pamela mostly deals with them with her frying pan, but isn't dependent on it. There are also situations when they gang on her later somewhere else. She can beat them up with some difficulty depending in the number of people.

Running: Chasing people out of the restaurants with a heavy frying pan makes you fast. Her size also helps.

Economics: Running a restaurant has an economic side to it, it's an essential tool for when she runs the restaurant and avoid getting cheated on.


Magical Girl Power(s):


Recipe Mode: This power gives Pamela a close up X-rayish view of her enemies. She then makes up plans to defeat them using their components, like a recipe. Using this requires concentration and breaking it can risk making errors.

Heal Meal: This power make Pamela summon plates of food that can heal wounds and replenish energy and life to an extent. This takes a huge bite of energy depending on the quantity.

Heal Snack: This power make Pamela summon snacks that can heal minor wounds. This takes less energy than Heal Meal

Fire Meatball Serve: This attack is made when Pamela makes multiple fireballs on her Burning Pan and throws it at the target.

Knife Barrage: This attack is made when Pamela uses her Floating Knives to attack in different patterns, ending wuth the Butcher Knife swinging the head (?) Or another vital part if the target.

Fire Immunity: Because her main element is fire, Pamela is immune to fire or fire related attacks in her Magical Girl form.


Hot/Cold Blade: Because of her mutation, whenever Pamela is holding one of her knives, the blade either becomes extremely hot or extremely cold without melting or freezing(?). It depends on which hand she's using

Chilling Burst: Pamela is able to make ultracold balls that explode in contact

Ice Spikes: Pamela is able to make spikes made of ice

Fists: Even if she's small, her fists are hardened by the heat of the kitchen, filled with scars of her previous attempts at using a knife and can suck the air out of you.


Frying Pan: Ah, the good old Frying Pan Of Doom. Pamela's best friend in terms of chasing people or hitting others with the handle. She is mostly seen with this weapon.


Magical Girl Weapons and Equipment:


Burning Pan: A better, cyberized version of a frying pan. It's stronger than iron and qualifies as both a shield and a weapon. It is able to produce fireballs which Pamela can throw like a baseball bat to a ball or a racket to a tennis ball.


Magic Apron: Her apron has a layer of magical energy that makes her body have as much defense as a strong yet breakable armour. Her pocket is a magical storage which has a Voidspace that can store many items and might be used as hiding places. It's bound to her Magical Girl clothes.


Kitchen Utensils: These are used as weapons and are an alternative in case Pamela lacks her Burning Pan. They are stored in the pocket of her apron

Oven Mitt: This seemingly harmless glove is actually works as a gauntlet. A hot gauntlet that can give you a black eye with a burn mark in a punch.


Floating Kitchen Knives: Who said a cook couldn't wield knives? These are bigger, sharper versions of the blades of the kitchen that can cut through metal. They are pretty much at Pamela's command and can be hand held instead of left to float. Using them takes a bite of Pamela's energy so she uses them in desperate situations, unless she's using one like a sword that takes a lick of her energy instead.

Rolling Pin: A melee weapon. It's stronger than it looks

Sillicone Spatula: This spoonish utensil makes it easier for Pamela to summon fireballs, like a wand. It has incredible heat resistance, but it makes a bad melee weapon.

Silverware(Plates, forks, spoons,etc): These work as a long distance weapon. They can be thrown like shuriken and such.

Mutation 1: After mutating, Pamela's overall hotheadedness decreased a bit. She has gotten more patience, although it is still easy to make her mad, it's going to take a poke or two on her beserk button. Pamela's mutation consists on her left hand turning pale and cold, and giving her the ability to reduce the temperature with a touch, which can make things cold or freeze while her right hand is charred and burnt and gives her the ability to increase the temparature with a touch, which can make things hot or burn.

Kikyo is a small girl, standing only 5' 1", her growth having been stunted by her parents' meddling. She is very slim, and her limbs and torso are covered in scarring. She is almost entirely expressionless, red eyes void of human emotion. She never smiles.

When transformed, Kikyo takes on the appearance of the "Frankenstein" she always felt she was, back when she had the capacity to feel anything. A giant nail appears in her head, and she dons a ragged white dress. She moves jerkily, as if she were one of the undead.

Personality: Kikyo has very little personality at the moment - she has been genetically modified to make her a weapon of war. The one thing she does feel is a violent hatred of the Gheists, instilled upon her when she received her vision. She has latched onto this driving force, allowing it to become the thing propelling her through life. She is also rather twitchy in human form, being easily startled by light, movement, and sound; though she doesn't express this as fear. Rather, she might just jump slightly, and if asked will express confusion, as she doesn't really realize she does it. She is quite naive, having very little practical life experience.

Backstory: Kikyo was born into the renowned Araraki family, founders of ArarakiCorp, a military science group. For a time she, her mother Junko, her father Ryuichi, and her older brother Tanjiro lived happily, basking in the wealth and glory that came with the family name. This happiness, however, didn't last, as her family fell on hard times, the rise of corporations creating competition that they weren't equipped to handle. They became desperate, turning to their children to restore honor to their name. Her brother enlisted in the military very young and found great success there, being an incredibly skilled tactician. However, Kikyo was frail, and not all that intelligent, so her parents turned to their last resort. They needed to demonstrate that ArarakiCorp was still the premier power in the industry, and they knew just how to do it.

They started small, when she was 11, pulling her from school. An injection here, a blood draw there. They would make her stronger, they said, take away her natural frailty. She saw no issue with this. Her own frailty was something that she had long desired to fix herself, anyhow. However, they didn't stop there. She became as healthy as the average girl her age, but showed no improvement beyond that. Certainly, her parents had bettered the life of their daughter, and had that been their intent, they would have stopped. But, alas, they did not simply want a daughter. They wanted a weapon.

The experiments became more brutal. Implanting of nonhuman DNA, even replacing her limbs with bio-engineered replacements. She became referred to around the lab as Frankenstein-girl. So many experiments, so much brutality, all for naught. Her body simply wasn't equipped to be anything more advanced than "healthy." So, when she received her vision, barely even human anymore, barely more than a husk, she thought her parents would be proud. Excited, even. When she told them, she smiled for the first time in nearly 5 years. And yet, and yet, and yet. They were enraged, for it was not their work that had finally made her more powerful. They blamed her, and accused her of seeking help from an opposing organization. She heard them making plans to subject her to more, possibly fatal, experimentation since she was now nothing more than a "ruined project". Something in her snapped, the last vestiges of human nature falling away, and she went on a rampage, eventually escaping the facility and forging on towards her destiny.

Frankenstein: In her magical girl form, Kyoko does not bleed. Any limbs that get severed she can stitch back onto her body, but in the interim she can manipulate them independently. She is also nigh-unkillable, her life force being held in a phylactery anchored inside her torso where her heart should be. It is held in place by tendons constructed of impossible to sever material, and thus must be destroyed while still in her body.

Density Control: Kyoko can control the density of her own body and anything she can touch. This allows her to 'float' instead of fall, or increase her density for maximum damage output.

Human Weapons and Equipment: N/A

Magical Girl Weapons and Equipment: Kyoko wields a massive hammer, as her Density Control power takes a lot out of her to use on herself. However, she has learned to fight in hand-to-incredibly-dense-hand as well, utilizing this ability.

Corruption Level and Mutations: 10%. The immense strain put on her body and mind during experimentation have caused her to become corrupted, creating small spurs of bone on her fists that can be used to cause slashing damage.

Margaret is a pseudo-intellectual who only takes people who think like her seriously. She is an unapologetic racist and homophobic. Margaret is convinced that those who fall into that category are genetically inferior and will talk down to them. She tends to explain basic concepts to them despite them being fully capable of processing them. She is not without any positive points. Margaret is loyal to her family and loves them with all her heart despite not approving of her fathers pseudo-news show. She is also incredibly reverent and defensive about no-one forgetting the soldiers who have fallen in war, regardless of their race.

Backstory:

Margaret's racist and intolerant ideologies were fixed into her brain from a young age by her father, John Stalvern. They were forced to live in an inner-city for a time, and he utilized the crime that minorities committed as a catalyst of fear to make Margaret grow up afraid of anyone who was not like her. She was home-schooled by her father who pushed the importance of history onto her while her mother was part of the NATA military at the time. Her mother suffered a gruesome injury in combat and was honorably discharged. Maragert's father, John, was attempting to support his family via a failing career as a YouTuber. In reaction to this, her mother disappeared for a time, and suddenly money began flowing in.

They moved out of the inner-city into a large house. Her father began to distance himself from his racist ideologies, but Margaret remained stalwart in her ideas because she desired to feel superior in a world she could not control. She took to researching the science of genetics and published a book with their newfound wealth under her fathers name (with his permission). It supported the idea that different races are innately superior to other ones. It was a success with a core group of people and gave Margaret a feeling of belonging in the world. This feeling was only emboldened when she gained her power.

She ignored the vision of the Gheists and rather reveled in her power as a Magical Girl. Margaret now had the means to shape the world in the way it should have always been. As of right now, she keeps her identity as a Magical Girl a secret from her father, and instead uses her human form to push him the direction of pushing increasingly more and more racist agendas on his web-show. He has taken to pushing ridiculous ideas in an effort to impress her. Margaret feels flattered that he would go so far, thus she lets him push craziness for her own amusement.

If she is within approximately 10 miles of a historical act of violence, that she has done sufficient research on, Memoria can pull any number of people into a pocket dimension that recreates the events. She can alter the events to be more fantastical, or keep them close to reality.

Smell of Suffering: Memoria gets a euphoric high from harmful fumes, or the non-harmful fumes of harmful things (Example: Gun-smoke). Constant exposure only increases her high enabling her to have increasingly more powerful abilities. She is unable to use this power to its full extent due to the euphoric feeling clouding her judgment. To utilize this power beyond level one she must be within her pocket dimension.

Level 1: Memoria can cause auditory illusions, utilize her "Memorial" power, and fly.

Level 2: Memoria can summon soldiers, traps, weapons, and other things of this type so long as it fits the pocket dimensions setting (Or reasonably could exist at the time).

Level 3: Memoria can begin to shape the ideologies of those in the pocket dimension. Magical girls will eventually succumb to this if they are exposed long enough to this mental attack. She can make them believe things, or think things that they would otherwise never think. In-addition, she can summon soldiers, traps, weapons, and other things so long as they exist in the real world (And she has a good understanding of them).

Level 4: Memoria becomes all powerful in her pocket dimension. She can do whatever she wants to the people within the pocket dimension so long as she has the dimension up.

Note: Each level requires more and more stimuli of stronger doses to reach them. She has never reached beyond level 2 thus far.

Deadly Toxins: Memoria can enhance the effects of medicine/poisons to be up to one-hundred times the effect. This allows her to poison magical girls reliably.

Human Weapons and Equipment: Memoria typically does not carry a weapon with her, but she is familiar with a wide variety of firearms.

Personality: An expressive, complex girl with a strong good moral. In cyberspace, while remaining anonymous, Eesha acts under two storywriter accounts, "Nursery N." and "Zabaniya". Under the account "Nursery N.", is a collection of her sweet and cute stories adored by children mostly. While "Zabaniya" is the account she uses to write teenage-grade fantasy and mysteries originating from the stressful days of hers.

Backstory:
It is believed that baby is the purest form of humans. Especially the newborn. Untainted still, the newborn baby named Eesha saw in a dream of her, the sight of a kneeling magical girl. Around her, around them, were ruins and peebles. A severely realistic dream that repetitively, and continously came to the theater of her unconsciousness. Gradually, as she grew older it turned hazy and unclear.

When Eesha reached the age of 13, she heard a voice in the certain repetitive dream of her. The previously muted dream became unmuted. And yet, it has stopped showing ever again to her--as if it was a one time only.

Of course, being the complex person she is, she has tended to ponder and wonder on the despairing message. She began to question everything and anything regarding it. She didn't really want to be labeled as crazy, but she did want some believable truth for her to hold on.

And one clue directed her to began extreme researching on a certain magical girl named "Pretty". She began to collect available informations, asking around about Pretty for external info. In the writing community also Eesha asked other users about Pretty.

It had yet to pass a year after that dream, and something dark and realistic was, once again, revealed in front of her eyes. And a new, mysterious matter were thrown at her.

To sum up the result of her searching on those "beings" she saw, it wasn't really... satisfying her. Eesha began to feel inferior, as she felt that she didn't have anything that could prevent it. And when what she saw, one of them, made its appearance not far from her home; not far from her mother--a caregiver of hers, she was horrified and it has became.. A traumatic event for her.

She was shy, distant and quiet, would always spent most of the time in her room, knitting clothes for other girl's toys or patching up torn ones and always got bullied. One day, she suddenly became..Different. Bell would play outside with the other girls and had many friends. She also started making scarves and mittens, often giving them to other orphans and made dolls. This made her quite popular between the orphans.

One day, her bullies, jealous of Bell's newfound popularity, decided to do the cruelest thing they ever did to her: Burn her mother's sewing kit and all her work. The plan backfired and ended up burning the whole orphanage instead, with the sewing kit included of course. The fire killed 3 orphans and most of the staff and so, Bell was given to a rich but childless couple at the age of 14. After this incident, Bell went back to her shy and distant ways and became depressed, only making clothes for herself and often injuring herself with the needles, this going on for several months. One night though, she got a vision. A monster, a voice and most importantly, it gave her powers.. It changed her completely. Bell became..happy, more outgoing, more cheerful using her powers to make clothes easier and faster and completely ignored the danger of the Gheists. She took expensive classes in sewing and opened up a small shop, which, with time became a booming business. Her brand was everywhere, her dream was finally coming true.

What she didn't expect was the attack of New York. New York was her main base. Most of her products were made there, most of her shops were there. And they were all gone, destroyed in a single day. It didn't help that most of her suppliers and many of her customers were dead. She should've heeded to the warning. She should've done something to help but no, she was blinded by her own ambitions and selfishness. That day, she swore, promised to herself that she would never ignore someone in need to make up for the great mistake she had made.

Standing at a grand total of 5'7 ft and weighing in at ███ Rosemary doesn't exactly have a hard time standing out in a crowd. Her most discernible trait would be her double colored hair as the "outside" part presents a pale, almost white, yellow coloring while the "inside" part presents a deep red coloring. There's no true meaning behind this strange mixture and when questioned about it Rosemary will simply answer "Because I like it!". She has a tendency to be drawn towards sportswear for her attire, though she's also fine with more girlish options. She's always seen with her halo earrings The following would be her voice while her theme is this.

Upon assuming her Magical Girl form the only notable physical change that takes place is her skin darkening ever so slightly. All throughout her MG attire, from her plain white one piece to even her gloves, the figure of an ankh can be seen plastered, with the most prevalent one being a thick necklace of similar design. A halo hovers at all times above her head with wings protruding from its sides granting Rosemary the ability of temporary flight. The most noticeable pieces of this attire would be her mask and Virtue weapon, both of which present a design similar to a jack-o-lantern with a green hue emanating from all of its facial features. Despite both being made out of a metallic material they are perfectly capable of displaying emotion.

Rosemary can be best described as a ball of energy with a desire to reach exhaustion by punching stuff. She's never truly herself until you place her in a fighting/training situation where she's allowed to go all out, in other words, she lives for the thrill of combat. All her life she has followed a mondus operandi of "striking first, asking questions later" thus making her the worst choice for leading a diplomacy mission. Rosemary is known to become somber and quiet should enough days pass without her doing some sort of physical activity, almost like a shark she needs to stay moving 24/7.

During social situations Rosemary shows off a rambunctious demeanor which causes her to speak the first thing that comes to her mind without taking into consideration the consequences of her words. She's extremely competitive towards even the most mundane activities which results in a certain naivety (Ex: You can get her to do your chores as long as you label them as a competition). Once she has deemed someone to be a close friend she tends to get more physical with her interaction, and by that I mean actions like: Pushing, shaking, shoulder punches, etc.

Her nature as a Virtue comes into full display once she's assigned a mission/ordered to do something. An inextinguishable flame of pure determination dances within her heart and she'll carry out all that she's asked to do, even if it costs her life. Because of this Rosemary lacks any sort of leadership skills and operates better as a pawn for someone else to move around. This professionalism has forever tainted Rosemary and thus she tends to leave people behind if that means getting the mission done faster.

She was conscripted into the Virtue program as per the request of the higher-ups to search for potential candidates among orphanages thus presenting us with the perfect blank slate to work upon. Even from a young age she showed exceptional CQC capabilities that were rarely matched by her peers, though her use of ranged armaments still remains to be lacking. Her Magical Girl ability allowed her to emanate green flames from any part of her body, possessing a small amount of control on these flame's actions. These qualities resulted in us granting her a Virtue magitech weapon in the form of a chainball attached to her right leg in order to expand upon her CQC proficiency. Reports show that she has lovingly began referring to her weapon as Chainy. We assigned her to the squad known as Ankh alongside ██████████ , ██████, █████████ and █████. Chemistry with her squadmates varies with Rosemary getting into arguments with █████████ over how to proceed with their assigned missions. Currently we've decided to send Ankh squad over to Africa to follow a humanitarian aid mission. Let us hope her brash nature doesn't get in the way. Moving on we have file(...)"

Green Fire that Burns People and Other Stuff (GFBPOS) is Rosemary's sole Magical Girl power. GFBPOS allows Rosemary to generate green fire from any part of her body while also remaining immune to its burning effects. Once these flames have been formed Rosemary is capable of controlling their movements (Ex: Rosemary sets someone's shirt on fire, she can then control the fire to make its way up to their face) and even when to extinguish themselves should the situation call for it. Unlike normal flames GFBPOS's flames are easily extinguished by sudden movements thus making mobile enemies a pain to deal with. Currently Rosemary is not well-versed in using her power in its "pure form" resulting in little to no control over the flame's movements, damage reduced to everything (From metal to skin tissue) and even burning herself should she use it for too much time.

-Magitech Virtue Weapon (MVV), aka, Chainy: Chainy is Rosemary's personalized MVV and her primary weapon during combat situations. Its appearance is identical to that of a chainball and as such is directly attached to Rosemary's right leg. Despite its form though it doesn't present any sort of movement impairment due to Rosemary's leg strength, she even uses it to her advantage as a blunt weapon to go alongside her kicks. Chainy's primary skill is that of "absorbing" all of Rosemary's flames and using them for attacks (Ex: Chainy sets itself fully ablaze to provide blunt and burning damage when striking someone. Chainy opens its mouth and acts as a flamethrower for a couple of second before needing to recharge). When using Chainy Rosemary is incapable of generating flames from ANY part of her body.

-Flight Gear: This gear takes the form of a halo hovering above Rosemary's head. Wings protrude from its sides granting Rosemary the ability of temporary flight. Rosemary uses this gear both for general movement and combat (Ex: She flies straight in the air before coming down for a dropkick).

-Rune caster: Drawing its power from Rosemary's magiaphage this powerful rifle is capable of piercing even through titanium. Utilized mostly as a shotgun by Rosemary due to her below average shooting skills.

Sera is an average sixteen years old girl who falls shorter than most her age. She possesses, long silvery-gray hair that is usually tied up in a pony-tail fashion, accompanied by her determined, light-hazel eyes. Her skin is fairly pale and generally glows pinkishly during hot or wintry seasons. As someone who partakes in cosmetic interests as a hobby, she can be seen wearing a medium amount of eyeliner and lip gloss. While human, Sera has a pair of cat ears that sprouts from her apex, as well as a feline tail that matches her hair color, due to Corruption mutations - of which would prove to be quite sensitive when direct contact is made to either parts.

In human form, Sera usually dons a black crop-top and pair of short shorts. These are usually overlapped by a translucent, water-proof, short-over-long-sleeves jacket that is embellished with red straps and side-release buckles. Sera also likes to wear her black shemagh to facilitate her daily needs for extra layers or simply keeping her neck from debris during combat. She also fields a pair of covert-black combat boots.

Magical Appearances:
Sera's transformation are distinctively emphasized by her conjured weapon, with slight physical developments. While she retains her physique for most, there are some minor changes that accompanies her transformations. Sera's eyes would glow in the dark, as a result, similar to most nocturnal pair of eyes that most animals possess, as evident in her feline ears mutation. She also bears cat-like fangs. Accompanying these changes is her hair, of which would mimic her environmental pattern of colors. As such, she is able to utilize her hair as a natural camouflage overhead netting.

Personality Overview:
Sera is a generally reserved personnel of interest. At times, she can be found fiddling around with electronics and mechanical interests all by herself. Sera is a trial-and-error type of person, of whom have yet to solidify her own directions. Often times, this results in her just going with whatever is going on, without much thoughts for herself. While she is not exactly a distant, cold-shoulder type of person, her expressionless visage can be intimidating to some at times - deeming her as a non-approachable girl. While her non-conforming expressions keep others at bay, Sera is a generally friendly and amiable person, given time.

Taken as her own code of conduct, as some would perceive it as such, Sera usually let her actions speak for herself - usually by baking patisseries and other confections for her teammates. Sera tends to be drawn into situations, rather than voluntarily admitting herself through it. Sera's magical abilities are less-developed due to her time being restrained from using her powers in the military. As such, most of her magical abilities are reliant on her Mark V and what she can carry onto the field. The Mark V is able to perform as a rifle-catapult device, interchangeable for close or long-range engagements, as well as being retrofitted with huge bayonet for melee encounters. The expanded Mark V is able to cycle through different types of ammunition, to facilitate different purposes in one package. (i.e. flares, flash, armor-piercing, high-explosive bolts, etc.)

Aside from her main weapon, Sera's senses are heightened with her transformation. Her eyes would adapt into the night, similar to nocturnal animals, while her cat ears and tail mutation functions as a natural bodily radar. Even with these slight developments, Sera in her less-developed Magical Form, is still as vulnerable as her human form.

[Concealed Carrier Control]
Sera's Mark V may develop into a ballista that is used as a catapult to fire high-velocity-armor-piercing bolts that act as a heavy anti-tank weapon, as well as being able to launch several miniature magic planes into combat. These planes are used for reconnaissance, close air support, or diversion. These planes are generally manipulated by her innate ability, while some are augmented to be compatible with her crossbow's optical guidance for more efficiency. As such, her Mark V is essentially a naval carrier that navigates her planes, of which would require a certain amount of focus. When in ballista mode, Sera will be immobilized to further her focus on the planes.

Mutations were obtained via post-traumatic stress and combat fatigue. A coping-mechanism mutation, due to her prolonged stay in the wilderness.

Sera was reared by her father for most of her life, after her mother passed. He loved and cared for her as best as he could while the world threw itself into another conflict. In a tumultuous world where conflicts and chaos seems like a mundane routine, the eyes of the young girl had seen plenty of monstrosity that would gradually shape her thoughts on the world. Ever since a young age, Sera had accompanied her father, as they escaped Berlin and settled in the Black Forest for a while. The two were inseparable, as the young girl learnt from her father. From survival necessities to self-protection, Sera quickly picked up on fiddling around with mechanical interests. After a few months in the forest, Sera caught a glimpse of an unexplained vision. While Sera chose to ignore it initially, fate would push her forth into the world, when a mysterious group of armed personnel entered their compound. Their assailants opened fire first, but was met with resistance by Sera's father. Despite his strength and tactical plans, the mysterious organization pressed on. In the heat of the moment, Sera's father had threw her into a stream below their cottage. As he uttered his last words, empty cartridges echoed the balcony, as Sera hid beneath the shadows of tall pine trees. The young orphan eventually came out of the forest after a few days of endless walking, filled with grief and anger. Where the light of a crumbling city embraced the young German, Sera's heart have been scarred by the fall of her father. Before she realizes it, she had already grew ears and tails, of which was foreign to a simple girl. It did not take long for her to be taken in by a certain organized group to further their interests.

Before long, a few years would pass her by, as the girl found herself as an auxiliary operator to the New Rhine Principality's Polizei Department - assisting the latter in their operation to vanquish what was left of German anarchist insurgents. Where nations of the Old World Alliance began to piece themselves together after the war, Sera would be their instrument. Neither enslaved by her employer's will, nor did she found salvation in her new profession. Rather, it was a necessary evil to direct her anger at the enemy, she told herself, to be given a place to belong to. Yet, despite everything that she had seen and done, Sera have yet to find peace with herself - knowing only hatred and faded memories. Due to her feline mutations, she took upon the name of Kovert Kitty - an affectionate title bestowed upon the girl by her comrades. While she thrived in the military, Sera suffered from psychogenic amnesia that brought her back to her time in the Black Forest. As the NRPD operation to quell the remaining resistance came to an end, Sera would reside in the Old World for a while, hopping in-between small operations to earn her pay, all the while getting the chance to facilitate her personal training with her recent bodily developments. Even with all the things she did, Sera still felt empty.

During this time, Sera happened to stumble upon a certain renowned multi-billionaire, that so happens to know where she resided at the time. Even now, Sera does not know the real reason for why she went with her new employer. Perhaps it was time for her to atone for all those people she killed as a mercenary, or perhaps she felt the needs to pursue the truth behind her father's death. In the end, the shackle that was bound to her neck for years was eventually released. Sera was never one to question the bigger picture, and with it, she accepted her new destiny as a dedicated Magical Girl, grateful to her new employer's generous directives.

Due to an unexpected turn of events, the young German left the Old World for New York City shortly after. While she was not one to follow Pretty's ideals to the letter, there were some truths to what she had seen in recent times. Perhaps it was her inner curiosity that propelled her forth, or a certain yearning for an enigmatic sensation that she have yet to comprehend. Either way, Sera was keen on getting her job done right, and perhaps taking a step closer to her true goal of finding her father's assailants. Taking upon her new assignment, she would be one of the newer faces of the Pretty Protectors, who sought to ensure the existence of mankind.

Pretty is average height for a young girl with plenty of room to grow. She has unblemished, soft, milky white skin. Pretty has unnatural red eyes that can be alluring, yet a bit off-putting if one gazes into them for too long. She usually allows her blonde hair to flow freely preferring a "natural look." She rarely wears makeup, and has a natural glow that seems to take the place of makeup.

Her figure fills out slightly more giving her a mildly more mature appearance, but it is not enough to make her look any older. Pretty's biggest weakness is also her biggest strength - she has an endless capacity to forgive and tries her best to turn people to good. Personality
Chris’s childhood was not ordinary in any way despite her opinion on the matter. She grew up without the concept of good and evil ever mentioned, the people around her was more concerned with what is right and what is wrong, what is allowed and what is not. With time, she came to realize that even the rules don’t matter much if you can sneak by under the authority’s nose. After being exposed to the bigger world outside, she also learned about the general rules of good and evil, but once again, it’s fine if you can get away with it. She doesn’t judge others personally, people do what benefits them, it’s only natural. That said, she’s a pretty obedient girl as long as she’s allowed to do most of what she wants. And Chris is not a particularly needy girl.

Most of the time Chris appears as an agreeable girl, nodding at any and every suggestion sending her way, then disregards most of them afterwards just like the way she pretends not to hear the occasional voices in her head. It’s actually a good sign if she stubbornly argues or tries to reason with you, she only behaves like that when hasn’t completely lost her interest in your opinions.

And a good opinion is what she loves. Chris chases after abstract concepts and ideas as a form of entertainment, she reads math problems with no practical application, physics theories in an age where people have begun to throw them out the window, and enjoys cheesy sci-fi. Those are not her only interests, she likes real things too. Being locked inside for most of her life, everything is new and a trip to the next town over is an adventure to her. She especially wants to know more about people, it’s her life dream to make as many friends as possible. Unfortunately, her social skill is a big, round zero, she knows how to be polite now, but have no idea how to get closer to people normally. That’s not to say she’s shy, quite the opposite, it’s just that her idea of making friends involves a lot of staring and awkwardness for the other party. This weakness is not unknown to her, she makes every effort to appear like a perfectly functional human, although the result is often worse than not trying.

Chris’s not good with scary people. Those with a threatening attitude and a hot temper frighten her to the core, a roar of anger can break her indifferent front easily. But beware, when cornered, she might bite back, literally. Surprisingly, she’s fine with monstrous beasts or anything that isn’t human.

The last thing to know about Chris is her limit, the line she draws where she’s ready to fight back with all her might like above. She dislikes it when she thinks she was treated unfairly. She knows not of what is right and wrong but knows well her rights, and she hates favoritism above all else.

Papa told me to write in this diary thing. I can’t write fast, I don’t write often. But Papa said he wants to know about everything I do when he’s away, and that I shouldn’t lie, lying is bad. He said because he loves me, not like my real parents.

Today I saw a bunny family through the window, but I’m not allowed to go outside. Papa said it’s to keep me safe from bad people like my parents and everyone else. I don’t know who this everyone is. Papa is the only person I have ever met.

We had meat today. It was very delicious.

Papa brought me with him to work today, it’s a scary place, it’s dark, even though the sun was still out. His workplace has a lot of names, names other than Papa and Chris, there were also a lot of difficult words I can’t read. Papa showed me a girl, Papa told me she’s around my age. I wanted to play with her, but Papa said she was sleeping. She was skinny, really really really skinny.

Papa was really happy today. Papa said Papa will soon find it. When I asked what it is, he said it’s like a treasure, but much more important. He said he will get me the bunny I have always wanted.

We had carrots today, it’s not delicious, but Papa said bunnies like them so I tried to eat them all.

Today I have a new friend. His name is Mister Hare, he’s very small and hairy. Papa took me to the wood today, and I get to pick a bunny among the little ones. But when we went home, I heard a strange sound and Papa was very angry. I was really scared, so Papa took me home first. Then I heard some very loud noise, there was a voice but it’s not my Papa’s or mine. When I looked through the crack on my bedroom’s wall, I saw a strange person, he was sleeping.

We had meat today, but it tasted weird.

Papa still couldn’t find the treasure. He said he has looked everywhere. But Papa isn’t sad, he laughs a lot more now, he also talks a lot, although not to me but to some people I can’t see. Maybe it’s the voices, sometimes I can hear them too.

Today, Papa looked at me and said I’m the only reason to keep him going. He knew it when we first met that I should be his daughter, that my parents didn’t deserve me. I don’t really understand but I think he was saying that he loves me as always. Papa said I’m his loud-star, this I also don’t understand, I’m not a loud girl, I don’t even answer when the voices calling out to me.

Papa still hasn’t come back. He has gone for two days already. I miss Papa and I’m also really hungry, but I’m not allowed to go outside alone.

Papa is still working. But today I have a strange dream, I saw a lot of people, like, many many many people, much more than I can count on my hands, but then they all went to sleep, I waited but things kept happening and they still didn’t open their eyes. I don’t like it, I want to meet people too, people with funny hair and funny skin and funny clothes, they don’t look like bad people like Papa told me, but if I don’t go see them now they would go to sleep and I would never get to talk with them. But I can’t leave without asking Papa first. Maybe tomorrow I will go to Papa's workplace and ask him to take me to that place with many people.

I found Papa at the bottom of a stair underground. Papa was sleeping, so I waited, but I’m bored and hungry so I tried to wake him up but he’s still asleep, he must be very very tired. I’m tired too, so I went home to wait.

Mister Hare hates me now. He bit me when I tried to take the carrots in his cage. My finger was bleeding and I was really scared. I want Papa. I’m scared. I’m really really scared. My head feels all fuzzy fuzzy, and my stomach, my back, my face, my hand, my ears really really hurt.

Papa still hasn’t come back. I'm feeling very tired, but I have to keep writing, if Papa came back and found me lazy, he would be very angry, so I have to keep writing. I’m also angry, why is Papa sleeping when I’m so scared, didn’t he say he loves me? I hate Mister Hare too, he always bites me when I reach into his cage so I threw his cage really hard.

The voices are getting louder. I’



A lot of things happened. I don’t really understand, but I remember dreaming again about the place with many people and suddenly I was standing there, not standing in the dream but when I’m awake. Then I collapsed because my legs were tired. Then a lot of people, I think five or six, I’m not sure, took me to a very big house where everyone wears similar clothes. I was given food to eat and water to drink. They asked me a lot of questions, I don’t understand most of them but they didn’t get angry at me. They told me to let them look at my diary but then they didn’t give it back so I cried a lot, and I cried and I cried. They finally let me have my diary back, but I was still crying. I’m scared.

I’m not allowed to go home anymore. They told me I have a new home now. My new home is an even bigger house, there’re other small people here, they’re around my age.

I like my new home, Miss Mayer gives me food every day and I get to eat with everyone else too. I’m allowed to go everywhere in this home but not outside, just like in my old home but this place is much bigger. There’re a lot of strange things, interesting things and I want to learn them all. Miss Mayer doesn’t like it when I asked too many questions though.

Miss Mayer told me Papa is dead, he will never get up anymore, he will sleep forever. She said if I don’t believe it, I should think of it as a thought experiment, I don’t know how to do experiments on thought, I can’t touch thoughts, not when my head isn’t all fuzzy fuzzy. I know what experiments are though, they call me in to do them every other day. Miss Mayer also said Papa wasn’t my real father, that he stole me from my real parents but I already know that. She didn’t believe me though. It’s true, it’s just like when I took Mister Hare from his parents, it’s just something you do when you really love something.



It’s been a good long while, too long, in fact, must be almost three years already since I last wrote in this diary. On the other hand, only three years have passed but the me back then feels completely different, though she sounds kinda cute, and stupid. Well, I have learned a vast amount of things I didn’t know existed, about things that actually didn’t and things that shouldn’t, I would be more surprised to see myself indistinguishable to the girl back then. Not all have changed, but I have a better idea of how to go about with my life now. For example, I don’t ask people everything anymore, what I don’t know, I can find through books or the internet, not to mention that people rarely answer truthfully. Papa, don’t you see? not everyone thinks lying is bad. Well, he did die in someone else’s grave so what did he know? Oh, shoot, I should stop joking about that, other kids give me this funny look whenever I ramble on about my childhood. Horrible, disturbing, etc. etc.

I don’t know if I should keep writing in this diary, no one else is going to read it anyway. It’s just this nostalgic feeling when I saw it again among my files. Ms. Mayer really has her eyes on me, she even documented every part of my daily life. Good for you to have a hobby, my dear caretaker, but I will have to burn them now, except this diary. I expect them to keep some information on the cloud but this much will do for now.

All in all, it wasn’t that bad staying all these years in this prison-like facility where people keep doing ineffective tests on magical girls. If only they have asked my opinion on how to improve their primitive methods, well, not that I’m a particularly cooperative guinea pig, just one that’s kinda good at putting up a front. It’s going to end today though, I’m going to join this gang of funny people called Pretty Protectors, humble much eh?

I should return the books I borrowed from the library though, don’t want to hinder the kids’ learning, they may one day have the free will to escape like me.

Magical Girl Power(s)
Her power centres around the uses of her magical lantern to create portals out of thin air. The longer or bigger she tries to maintain them the more stress it puts on her body and mind, especially on her back where her mutation located.

Portal to the Void: can serve as a pocket dimension to store items, although organic items deteriorate quickly inside so no food or living things. She can also open a portal large enough to hide completely safe inside, this, however, is the most taxing of her abilities which give her an extremely painful headache, hinders her ability to think almost completely.

Spacebending: a wormhole allows her to go to another location in the blink of an eye. She must see this location with her own eyes (not cameras or other recording devices) in no more than 5 seconds before making the portal to go there. It also isn’t instant since she has to open the portal and move through it first. Only one other person can go with her through this portal but they will suffer mental stress even worse than hers.

Hell Gate: a portal to an infernal realm where flames burn eternally, she can direct this portal to her enemy to subject them under the hellish fire spat out of it.

Heaven Gate: a portal to the ever bright realm dominated by the holy light, this intense light can temporarily blind her foe or leave them in a daze.

Sea-depth Gate: a portal leads directly to the deepest place in the Pacific Ocean, water pressure from this portal can tear a human apart if aimed correctly, this portal is hard to aim correctly due to the physical pressure placed on it, thus has a low hit rate.

The three gates are only cracks to wherever they lead to, she cannot and will not be able to go through them without dying of a cardiac arrest first.


Human Weapons and Equipment
None, she’s as harmless as a girl with healthy teeth and nails could possibly be.

Magical Girl Weapons and Equipment
- A metal lantern holding an ever-burning flame. Her abilities must be channelled through this lantern or it would not work at all. Its light shines the way to wherever she wants it to, perfectly useable to read books in the dark.

- A grappling hook stored inside her pocket dimension. Can be used to secure her position when travelling to places with harsh terrain.


Corruption Level and Mutations

Part of the skin on her back appeared broken like in the image below. The more corrupted she is in the future, the more it spreads. It deepens the strain on her sanity and physical body whenever she travels to the Void or opens a portal stronger than her limit.
