Known as "The bubble city" by many of its oldest inhabitants, Kamyioku isn't your average town. It may be not particularly large or have any famous natural sights around, yet it certainly holds up to its name. For who knows how long, nobody has so much as considered leaving the city, nor has anyone entered it, a surprising feat considering the town's other feature: Some of its inhabitants were born with or developed supernatural abilities. No wonder then that nobody wants to leave, right? And so with such fascinating lives, the inhabitants anxiously await the new the year... But they will never see it.
Unknownst to them, the town is trapped in a three-month time loop. Only a few people in town, randomly chosen, so much as remember the previous loop. All except for one person, Ace Pavlov, who manifested the ability to remember all the previous loops. He now joins a club for those with abilities such as his own and sets out to investigate the cause of this phenomenon.
Will he be able to solve the mystery? Will Kamyioku ever see the new year pass?
