Reina can forge a psychic link with someone. This allows her to see everything that her link partner is seeing so she acts as a second set of eyes.
Power Limitations: Reina can only hear someones immediate thoughts. If their thoughts change she only hears what they are thinking actively. As of now the psychic link requires her to be in a thrity feet range with her link partner so she has to accompany them on missions for full effect. The target must be willing and OK with her being in their head seeing what they are seeing.

Weaknesses: She can't stop her powers. If she is in an area with enough people she can break down from all of the thoughts inside of her head. Along with this Reina is a bad fighter she is largely support and relies on other heroes as protection

Short backstory (how they got their powers and found G.S.U.N): Reina was raised by her Uncle and Aunt after her carefree parents left her. As she grew up she had to deal with the curse of a power she had. So often she had to deal with so many voices in her head. After a while she had to deal with the only way. She isolated herself from others so she could minimize the amount of thoughts she could hear. She made friends with a young Jack seeing him as a form of solace in the storm of thoughts. And a good friend to her. Right after Jack got his powers he cut off any form of communication between them due to an incident involving his powers.
Basic Personality (include their motivation to be a hero and their mental and emotional strengths and weaknesses both physical and mental please!): Reina is not interested in being a hero at all. She is rash and is more impulsive when it comes to decisions. This leads people to believe she is mean spirited in nature. But in truth she is a nice person who just doesn't seem to be able to communicate with others that well. Physically she is weak and not capable of much. Mentally she is tough to break and is very intelligent.
