  Touch
  Noah's sense of touch is so acute and precise that he can feel atmospheric pressure changes, or feel the body heat from someone standing five feet away. A neat side effect to his heightened touch is his ability to control his internal body temperature through his central nervous system.
  
  Sight
  With his enhanced sense of sight, Noah can see with amazing clarity and detail in the pitch black of night. If he stood at one point in the middle of a road, he'd be able to see and describe objects—with perfect detail—up to 42 miles away. He can even see—in fine detail—on a, sort of, microscopic level. Plus, his
  
  Auditory
  Noah's sense of hearing enables him to detect an acoustic pressure change of one decibel at a pressure level of seven decibels. He can also hear a whispered conversation through solid, concrete walls and a person's heartbeat up to nineteen feet away. Through enough concentration, Noah is able to block out certain sounds, including his own heartbeat and breathing. The distance at which he can catch the sound of something (i.e. a breeze or chatter between people) is up to half-a-mile. In combination with his other senses, Noah is also able to detect when someone is lying, based upon heartbeat, sweat, and changes in body temperature.
  
  Smell
  Noah's sense of smell is also acute. In fact, he can distinguish between identical twins at twenty feet by minute differences in smell. He can detect odors of an atmospheric concentration of thirty parts per million. Furthermore, his ability to remember smells enables him to identify any person he has spent at least five minutes with by smell alone, and he's able to follow the scent of anyone by fragrance or their natural odor.
  
  Taste
  His lesser used sense in intense or tactical situations, but nonetheless, Noah has a heightened sense of taste. He can taste each individual ingredient in whatever he eats, as long as there is at least 20mg of that ingredient present. In addition, Noah can taste the precipitation in the air.
  
  Balance
  His sense of equilibrium is unmatched compared to others, and considerably equal to that of an Olympic level. 9 times out of 10 he'll land on his feet or catch himself in some safe manner.

  Skills ➝ Noah's most notable, and, without a doubt, his best skill is his work with combat shooting. Being so skillful with combat shooting, Noah is also well-versed in handling and operating a multitude of weapons, ranging from rifles to sidearms. He's also proficient in self-defense; Noah rarely takes the offensive, and instead utilizes his opponent's attacks—through analyzation—to plot out a course of action. And when he does take a more aggressive, offensive approach, he's more than likely not thinking clearly.
  Flaws ➝ Under great stress, or when aggravated enough, Noah is known to act impulsively and ruthlessly, which ends up backfiring on him as he doesn't think everything through. His hypersensitivity to his five traditional senses are his ultimate weakness, as one flashbang could disorient him dramatically. Also, Noah has difficulty expressing emotion, and even worse, interpreting others' emotions and feelings; his lack of recognizing social cues also goes hand-in-hand with his aforementioned weakness of social situations.

  NaturePersona ➝ Noah is a serious and introverted individual with emotional fragility due to his upbringing—and part of his genetics, highly in-part of his father's Autism. At his core however, Noah has a caring personality devoted to protecting the greater good, and a willingness to fight for what he's been told is right. While he is very passionate about his beliefs and quite direct about how he feels, this has proven to be a deadly flaw, as it makes him prone to impulsiveness, a blinding rage, and error. Although capable of acknowledging his mistakes and learning from them as well, Noah feels the burden of guilt and remorse for his actions, which has led to times of inaction or deep retrospect.
  Background ➝ As a child, Christian Wolffe, Noah's father, was diagnosed with Autism and had an opportunity to find a way to live a "normal" life at neuroscience center in New Hampshire. Unwilling to give up his son to the forgiving and nice environment that was offered at the neuroscience center, Christian's father declined the offer and began to train his son in a way that he could adapt to the harsh world that we all know. Christian grew up under a strict and intensive training regiment which involved shooting, close combat, and among other skills that Christian's father—who was a decorated war veteran—had to teach his son. In adulthood, Christian is a math savant, and works as the accountant for The Coroane. He uncooks the books for the society's residents; and in return, he receives riches (from vintage comic books to pure gold bars). When he was approached by The Nine for a sample of his DNA, he thought he'd be able to keep the child. He was mistaken. And by the time his payment went through, Christian became extremely irritated by The Nine's deception.
  
  Zofia Meyer was the youngest of three children to Karl and Amelia Meyer. In her childhood, Zofia was the most academically accomplished out of the three children. She was receiving academic achievements and awards like it was money. Her fast track to scholarships galore eventually came to a grim end when she went out with her friends one night, something she rarely even does. Her and her acquaintances went to the most popular underground club in Poland. During her clubbing, someone had slipped a sleeping agent in her drink. When she awoke, she found herself in a jail cell. Her memory of the night was faint and she wanted answers. That's when she was approached by someone. Someone who could give her the answers she wanted, and make all of her problems . . . disappear.

She is easy to talk to and trust, which is something that works in her favor. Being a G2 child, she is intelligent, perceptive, and quick thinking. Since her brain is able to process behavioral cues quickly, she is able to read people easily. She is also adaptable, being able to conform to most situations. This is also a trait that definitely comes in handy. However, she can also be stubborn. She is reluctant to see another's view if it clashes with her own, even if it is the better choice. She also can be anxious, which can be detrimental and even fatal. She needs to be able to keep her head clear and remain calm in high risk situations.

Background: Stella's mother, Clare, was the oldest of four girls. She was born and raised in Washington DC. She went to college and studied nursing. Shortly after graduating, she met someone and began a relationship. However, this relationship quickly turned abusive. She spent several years in this cycle of abuse before finally leaving for good. She had very little money and relocating and leaving used up most of it. Struggling to pay her bills, Clare accepted the offer to have a baby in exchange for relieving her troubles. She had agreed because she was truly struggling, plus she knew she would be able to give up the baby as she would not be able to provide for it otherwise.

Stella's father, Henry, was an only child who was from Dublin, Ireland. He lost his parents at the age of 16. After being recruited by the Coroane at 18, he quickly rose through the ranks. He soon became one of the top assassins for the Coroane. He never really felt bad about his work. He wasn't the one who made the decisions, he was just the one who carried them out. Plus, if he didn't do it, someone else would, so why not do it and get paid? He jumped at the opportunity to trade a sample of his DNA for money. He would have been stupid not to do something so simple for such a large payout.

Persona: Pete is straight forward, bullheaded, and obstinate. His demeanor can be a bit gruff and abrasive
Background: Sarah was a newly graduated college student, who was now facing the reality of student debt. She tried to find work, but with a degree in literature it was hard to find anything that paid well enough to help her get out from under the crippling debt. So when she was approached with an offer to clear her debt and get paid, she jumped at it without much thought. She looked at this as being trial run to see if she really wanted to be a mother. John, well there is not much to say about him. He works for the Coroane as a hitman, and is damn good at what he does and enjoys it and the benefits associated with being well paid. When he was asked to donate his DNA to help produce enhanced off-spring, he only asked if he would get paid. Once that was secured it was an easy pay day for him.

Relationships: Not dating at the moment, but knows of his sister and wants to free her.

Misc.
Anything else you might want to add: He has one of the gold coins the Recruiter says belonged to his father. He often rolls it over his fingers and will also flip it when bored, it does not hold monetary value to him. It is a reminder of what was stolen from and done to him. Background ➝ Viggo Ivanov was a member of the Russian Mafia who fell in love with a boss' girlfriend, Sofia Balan. the two kept the affair going for a year before deciding to run away to Poland so they could finally live safely together, but their happily ever after was abruptly cut short. The boss in question inevitably caught wind of the affair, and Viggo ended up getting shot though the heart by a member of his own family while in the middle of packing a suitcase. Sofia managed to escape unharmed, but was forced to live alone in Poland with no income and a stagnating sum of money to survive off. Her life on the run eventually led her to Romania, and by this time she was almost penniless and in the later stages of pregnancy. The rest is just Lex's life story.

Personal Time Alteration- Shinichi being a G2 had his psychological functions enhanced just like the other G2's, but in a different way than the others. He can alter his perception of time through his brain requiring varying levels of concentration, preparation, and sacrifice. He can accelerate and stagnate his time perception and similar to placebo, forces it to act on his body. When stagnating he can alter his bodies temperature, breathing, and heartbeat slowing them down to a crawl thus making him harder to detect since he is effectively slowing his biological processes. He can accelerate allowing him to move faster than the human eye can see. It speeds up his blood flow, hemoglobin metabolism, and muscle movement all at the same time. Using this brief burst of speed, he can use his own physical skills and reaction speed at a level above human limitations. It allows for split second evasion in front of an enemy, and its power of mobility can make for one of his greatest defenses. Speeding up his body to this level though leads to injuring himself, since his body is not meant to move at those speeds naturally. When stopping his time perception ability his body tries to get back in sync with the perceived normal time flow, which greatly damages him. Even brief use has him accompanying death, and continuous activation is nothing less than suicide, making it his riskiest technique. When returning to normal from stagnating, he suffers from the blood flow speeding up back to original speed, which causes burst capillaries and internal bleeding. Due to this he sparingly uses this ability in fights, instead opting to turn it on and off in split seconds to allow for him to perceive a foes movements or to suddenly gain the advantage in a fight.

A Thompson Center G2 Contender 14" target pistol - .223 remington. The lack of complex parts between the barrel and trigger allows for high accuracy. It is customized with a fourteen-inch rifled barrel made for hunting specifications and fitted for .30-06 Springfield bullets. The cartridge of the bullet has a bottleneck structure, and its size and power level are on an entirely different level from a handgun bullet. The .30-06 is 10% stronger than the .308 Winchester rifle bullet, and even surpasses the hand cannon class of a Magnum bullet. The pistol is 17.5in (444mm) It is incredibly modular and has a vast number of different barrel lengths, fore end styles, etc. The pistol is a break-open single shot, and weighs around 73 oz (2060g) due to his modifications. The pistols effective range is from 200 to 250 yards, but it could be pushed to 300. Despite his lack of physical enhancements and the strong kick of the Contender, Shinichi can fire the pistol one handed with very little drift and reduction in accuracy. He only uses this pistol to effectively take out targets, and conserves it's ammo as much as possible. Shinichi has specifically chosen and customized this pistol to ruthlessly, and effectively kill. Practically ensuring that a shot from this pistol will lead to fatal wounds that can not be taken care of quickly. The bullets excel in penetration and there is little, short of the military-grade armor of an armored vehicle, which could stop it. He keeps the pistol on him in a secret pocket which acts like a complete isolation room, shutting off that space from the outside world or at least detection from the outside world it does this because it is a ferromagnetic substance ensuring the gun can not be detected by basic metal detectors and other such methods.

Shinichi has learned methods of tracking, assassination, the usage of various weapons, and other skills needed to be able to catch up to his prey under all situations and conditions and bring it down. He sought to have his body master the skill of "killing people" that humans have spent an endless amount of time and intelligence to research. He is very skilled with using numerous blasting techniques from the past to the present, and he feels a certain appreciation for the certain art of destruction. With planning and blueprints he could take down any building with minimal explosives while still keeping collateral damage to an absolute minimum. He also possesses advanced knowledge of infiltration being able to break into most buildings and structures no matter how fortified.

Despite his skill and talent when it come to killing and completing his objectives, his youth gets in his way. He is not as developed as a fully grown man and as such someone with similar training but with more age and experience could over power and defeat him in a straight up fight. As a Gen 2 while his mental abilities are impressive and his special ability can lead to an increase in speed and power, he is still a normal human when it comes to physical capabilities. Shinichi often come off as ruthless, brooding, and calculating leading others to mistrust and fear him ensuring he can't make any friendly relations with anybody.

Despite his blood stained existence and the purpose for his creation, Shinichi seeks to protect people. More than anything he wants to be a Hero, someone who saves as many people as possible. Since childhood that has been his only dream. As he has gotten older though he realizes that true Heroes aren't super men who show up in capes and save the day ensuring no one dies. His dream of being a Hero can not be achieved through those means, not in the real world at least. In order to pursue his dream, he attempts to distance himself from his emotions, acting as the "machine that is Shinichi." He has managed to become completely devoted to any duty without showing any emotional wavering, though he is prone to occasionally fall into moments of extreme emotion and despair. He lost all traces of youthful innocence after having spent his life going through countless battles while trying to obtain a utopia that could never be fulfilled. He tries to hold to the belief that there is no differentiation in sacrifice, that all life is equal and choosing the path leading to a smaller sacrifice is for the best. Killing one to save one-hundred is the basis of his ideal, always making sure the living outweigh the ones to be killed. He feels no emotion from personal victories over his targets, seeing them as nothing more than successful taunts with calculated resolutions. He hates his existence and what he was made for. His self-loathing leads him to believe he does not deserve to be loved by anyone so he will refuse any romantic interest. Overall, while Shinichi is a ruthless, calculating, stoic, emotionless, brooding, and cold-blooded killer who has committed some villainous acts to achieve his goals, he is idealistic and has good intentions which makes him mostly an anti-hero.

Natalia Kaminski was a European woman who was a freelance mercenary that would often work for the C.I.A as her skills were quite exemplary, and desired by the American government. She would often gather Intel the C.I.A couldn't get itself, then sell it to them at an inflated price they would accept anyway. Natalia has a pale countenance more aptly described as expressionless than cold and cruel, enough so to cause others to question her humanity. She wears an inky black long coat, and it doesn't bother her even in a tropical climate inappropriate for such warm clothing. Accustomed to scenes of carnage, it can be said that the smell of death emanates from her entire body. Natalia was a "money-grubber willing to do anything to make a quick buck" who constantly acts like a wild hedonist unable to save a dollar ahead in her life. Her creed in her line of work is "no matter what method you use, you must ensure your own survival." She was usually a quiet person, rarely talking more than necessary.

Natalia met Noritaka while she was on a mission to infiltrate a suspicious facility and gather Intel on it, as the C.I.A had no idea what it's purpose or creator was. This facility was actually a Coroane lab which was working on the creation of the Generation 2's, and the head scientist in charge of the genetic manipulation and creation of the children's abilities was Noritaka Saito. Natalia was able to infiltrate the facility and go unnoticed for a while until she encountered Noritaka on accident. She quickly neutralized him allowing him to make no noise, and proceeded to interrogate him. He answered easily and seemed to not care for his life or the threat she presented, being calm and compliant the entire time. She learned a bit about Coroane, but even Noritaka only knew so much as the organization was incredibly secretive and covered it's tracks well. He also explained to her the nature of his research and what the Gen 2's were. He asked her who had sent her here and on a whim she told him of the C.I.A and their interest in this facility. Noritaka then struck a deal with her he would make her infiltration and passage easier the next time she come and in exchange she would have to eventually give him safe passage to work with the C.I.A, she said she would have to talk to her boss but agreed anyway.

When she returned to the C.I.A with the information she now had they were intensely interested in this facility and the children it was creating. She explained the process of their creation as was explained to her by Noritaka, the women, the DNA they had used, the children's abilities, and the end result; a perfect assassin. The C.I.A wanted this power for themselves and asked if she could take any number of the children. Natalia informed them that it was impossible as the defenses and surveillance on the children was impossible for even her to break through. The people who had employed her thought long and hard on what to do all the while Natalia wondered how much money she could make from this. They eventually came to a hesitant decision as they were not sure how Natalia would react to their request. They said they would pay triple the price she had initially given them, if she herself participated in the creation of the children. Natalia was confused for a moment as to what they meant, then when she realized she chuckled before laughing out loud and "Well I wasn't using this for anything else." She gestured to her groin area. "So I might as well bleed your coffers dry, alright fine." The C.I.A made it perfectly clear that the child she would produce would become property of the government, and she further said she didn't care and they could do what they want.

When she next encountered Noritaka on her second infiltration of the facility. She asked more on the project on what it entails. This confused him as he was sure he told her everything but he answered her question anyway. He then asked why she was here a second time and what her mission was. Natalia merely smirked, and said nothing and rather than act like the professional she was she merely followed Noritaka around the facility in broad view with him giving the excuse of her being a member of the team handling the children's development. No one questioned it as no one would suspect Noritaka of hiding anything, the man cared about his research far too much to jeopardize it. Natalia proceeded to flirt and sexually harass Noritaka for her own amusement, he barely reacted but he was still human so it wasn't like there wasn't an effect on him. Fed up he asked again what she was here for, this time she told him of her job and what the C.I.A had asked of her. She also said that who better to be the one to help her with this mission than the one in charge of it all. Even Noritaka was surprised, but he reared in his emotion and thought about it from a logical standpoint from there he believed that such an action could further his research especially with a gifted mercenary like Natalia so he agreed. The deed was done, the proper preparations completed, and the genetic altering slowly done throughout the 9 month period. Through this time Natalia would rarely see Noritaka only coming in twice a month for check ups and making sure all was going according to plan. So 9 months later, Shinichi was born. Natalia had picked the name because she said she heard it in a movie once and thought it sounded cool. All in all even Noritaka was surprised at the personality of this cold-blooded killer.

With her job done she delivered the baby to the C.I.A, recieved her pay, then left on her next mission. When Shinichi was 3 she once again went on a mission against Coroane, and this time she would go and get their asset Noritaka out of the facility and into C.I.A control. It didn't go as planned however as Coroane learned of Noritaka's plan despite how well he kept it hidden. What ensued was a massive firefight with Natalia killing scores of people. However even she wasn't able to handle such an onslaught, and eventually a well placed bullet put her down. Noritaka was able to escape and reach the C.I.A, but Natalia was slumped against a wall bleeding out even while her assailants had been killed by her own hand. She knew she wouldn't get out of there alive, so she took out one last cigarette took a long drag and spoke out loud to herself. "Man this sucks, and to think I was actually thinking of trying to play the role of mother for that little brat. I knew I've gone soft." With that final sentence Natalia passed from this world with bitter smile on her face, having lived the only life she ever knew.

His true skill comes out whenever he his armed with just his hand's and has several targets around him as for whatever reason Addison seems to hold back unless the odds are stacked against him or does he.

Flaws ➝ Addison has a few major flaws the main one is his confidence he belives he is truely good at what he does and never doubts himself while this may seem like a advantage it's a double ended knife as it also means he doesn't realise a bad situation until he is in the middle of it. He is also the type of man to take a challenge as a code of honor for example, if someone challenged him to a one on one hand to hand fight he wouldn't even think of it being a trap or for his opponet to cheat and use a weapon. More than anything his biggest weakness is his terrible skill at mid or long range as he can't shoot past about one hundred yards with accuracy having a better chance to hit his target if he threw his weapon.

Nature
Persona ➝ Addison's personality is extremely complex, with very few beings fortunate enough to understand it completely. Addison is known for his fun-loving nature, always partaking in a laugh and appreciating a good joke. This joking nature often seeps into Addison's battles, where he is quick to mess around with his opponents, who clearly do not enjoy it. To further enhance this, he constantly displays a casual smirk on his face, as if he knows something his opponents don't, which often is the case. This smirk never seems to fade, even when Addison is being serious. Because of this casual nature, many misconceive him as a weakling, when they are, in fact, seriously mislead - something Addison likes to throw in his opponents' faces after this revelation.

As well as being a jokester to his friends - and opponents - Addison is possibly the most sarcastic person anyone could ever encounter, with just about every word that comes out of his mouth being heavily dunked into a bowl of sarcasm. His sarcasm knows no bounds, as Addison has shown himself to insult several high-ranking beings Because of the amount of sarcasm he spouts out of his mouth, Addison frequently speaks with sarcastic undertones, even when trying to speak of a serious matter, although this is completely accidental. This is often referred to as his predominate trait, as people have come to know him as "that sarcastic little bastard," a title Addison wears with pride.

Even though he hardly ever displays such a side, Addison possesses a serious demeanor as well. This side is rarely shown, only being seen in the toughest of battles. However, this does not last long, with Addison reverting back to his usual sarcastic, fun-loving self in a matter of moments. When he is in his "serious mode," as Addison calls it, he is extraordinarily stubborn and bull-headed, sticking by his claims to the end, even if these claims are mere snap-judgments, which constantly gets the young man into quite a bit of trouble, especially when judging a being of higher authority. Despite being a kind-hearted individual, Addison is also a very spiteful person; something he has no problem with. Although he doesn't like them, he is perfectly fine with holding grudges, with said grudges being everlasting. Many of his friends surmise that if Addison holds a grudge against someone, they "will have the worst life ever.".

Addison's last defining key trait is his overly-high opinion of himself. He is a self-proclaimed narcissist, frequently rambling on about how he considers himself to be more important than others at times. Because of this, he isn't quick to make friends, as Addison's narcissism gets in the way of establishing a friendly relationship with anyone he had not already befriended. This trait often puts his comrades at opposing ends with him, unable to properly work together as a team when Addison deems his abilities to exceed their own. However, he is quick to return to his usual self, believing himself to be no more important than that of an ordinary peasant. Despite these fluctuating levels of importance, Addison is still as friendly as always, even in his nacissistic state.

Background ➝ Lucy Van Smit was a nobody born and raised in Germany her life was rather uneventful until The Coroane hired her and well we all know how that turned out.

Aengus O'Sullivan or as he was born Aengus Ó Súilleabháin is a long running member of The Coroane, the IRA and a rather notorious assassin known for his skill with a blade and a devilish smile not like that's his choice but why start at the end of the story when you can start at the beginning. Aengus was born in the south of Ireland in 1961 and it didn't take him long before he started his life of crime. His father was one of the shot callers for the IRA and obviously his son would follow in his footsteps, to say the least he didn't have a usual childhood he was taught how to fight, how to kill, how to craft and disarm explosives his childhood was filled with violence along with seeing his father or his fathers friends being shot at and killed. It didn't take him long for him to join the blood shed and in the Year 1969 he took his first life at the age of 8.

It was a day like any other, another opperation where he would act as a lookout while the rest did whatever they need to, this time however the police was ready it was a ambush and as a officer tried to grab Aengus the officer found a knife wedged in his ribcage from the small boy and it was from that point that the bloodlust began the pure power he felt from taking another mans life was exhilarating and he wanted more. Sadly little did he know his father along with a few other shot callers was killed during that ambush causing a split between two parties in the IRA. The Offical IRA (OIRA) and the Provisional IRA(PIRA) he ended up joining the Offical IRA and was allowed to engage in the conflicts over the next three years mostly thanks to his father's reputation.

During the next three years he killed another two officers and assisted in the death of several more people. Now at eleven he found what a bad choice he had made and regretted joining the OIRA as in may of 1972 the OIRA stopped their campaign while the PIRA contued so he switched sides to which same of the OIRA members were not happy with and gave him a present to remeber them by giving him a cheshire grin, a cut from the corner of his mouth to the bottom of his ears giving him a permanent smile. For the next 25 years he stook with the PIRA and became a assassin for them solely going after high valued targets mostly officers he killed 51 high ranking officers over time and several more non-officers and in July of 1997 he was approched by a Coroane representative as they had heard about his reputation and offered him a position he accepted mostly due to the fact that PIRA called a ceasefire and he still wanted blood.

Over the next year he performed many jobs successfully for The Coroane and on his first year of service they offered him a spot onboard a certain project and he didn't even need the whole spiel and accepted before the reward was even mentioned all he asked for in return was that his child would be taught Gaeilge just so his child would have a part of his heritage.
