"If it moves, I can punch it. If it doesn't move, I can still punch it."
— Chance-28 right before punching a Screeb and wiping his fireteam

Name: Chance-28

Universe From: Destiny

Other Names: None

Gender: Male

Race: Exo Guardian

Affiliation: Last City Guardians, The Vanguard, Pilgrim Guard

Home Base: The Last City

Personality: Being a Titan, Chance loves a good fight, and is incredibly punch-happy. He often kills himself (and sometimes his whole fireteam) after instinctively punching a Cursed Thrall/Screeb/Fanatic/Exploder Shank, requiring a resurrection. Not exactly the brightest Exo in the City, likely due to the number of reboots he's had pre-resurrection, and he’s constantly yelling the names of his abilities.

He, however, also has a strong sense of duty, wanting to protect the innocent and the Last City in general. He is a member of the Pilgrim Guard, a Titan order dating back to the Dark Age dedicated to defending the Last City and guiding refugees to it. He frequently travels out of the City to escort refugees to it.

History: Chance-28 was resurrected over a century and a half ago by his Ghost (whom he later named Zeke) on a long-forgotten battlefield in old Germany from the Collapse, clutching a Golden Age firearm which had long since ceased functioning, wearing a dented and damaged suit of armour, surrounded by the bodies of destroyed Exos and ancient war machines.

Lost and confused, and with no memories except his name, he was told by his Ghost to head to a place called “The Last City”, where the remnants of humanity sought refuge underneath the shadow of the Traveler. With no other choice, he followed, scavenging some functioning gear off the fallen Exos.

Travelling for several months alone and surviving out in the wilds with nothing but his armour, an old BrayTech Auto Rifle, and Zeke, Chance came across a Fallen scavenging party in the ruins of a Golden Age French city. The two sides then engaged each other. Inexperienced as he was, however, Chance suffered his first death at the hands of its Captain. He was resurrected by Zeke soon after, upon which he returned to the fight, killing the Fallen, destroying their Skiff, and punching the Captain to death.

Realising he really liked punching things, he continued on his journey, taking the Captain’s Shock Blades as a trophy. In the months his journey took, he fought several more Fallen raiders along the way, defeating each one and unlocking more and more of his Light while upgrading his gear. He began to feel that he was invincible.

Almost a year into his journey, he ran into a caravan of refugees, all travelling to the Last City. He decided to follow them and guard them from threats along the way. Two weeks after, they came under attack by a large Fallen raiding party belonging to the House of Devils.

Chance and the refugees fought the Fallen, but they were getting overwhelmed, the refugees largely relying on old gear either homemade or from the Dark Age. Eventually, after dying several times and the caravan having been reduced to half strength, Chance began to realise that he was losing, and that if he didn’t act, the refugees would perish.

With that thought in mind and newfound strength, he felt a surge of energy, charging his body with Arc Light. He leapt into the air, fists raised as he unleashed Fists of Havoc, and slammed into the ground. The Fallen in the blast zone all disintegrated into Arc energy.

The Fallen turned their attention to the Guardian, ignoring the refugees. Chance charged forwards, ignoring the sting of their Shock Rifles and slammed into their Captain, killing him and the rest of the party. The refugees saved, they continued their journey.

Several weeks later, Chance found an old Jumpship in an old hangar. It hadn’t made a jump in centuries, but was still functional. Zeke restored it to working condition. Saying his goodbyes to the refugees and promising to return, he took off to the Last City to claim his destiny.

Several years later, he would participate in the Battle of the Twilight Gap, fending off a massive offensive by multiple Fallen Houses in order to prevent them from capturing the Traveler. He would follow Lord Saladin Forge’s orders to fall back, and would later witness the division between Shaxx, Saladin, and Zavala after the former refused to follow Saladin’s orders, and eventually repelled the attack. It was one of his first major battles, and cemented him as a Hero of the City.

Several years later, he would meet Hunter Greyson Ryder, then a rookie Guardian. He did not particularly make a good first impression after he shoulder-charged the Hunter off the Tower. He would, however, eventually join Greyson’s fireteam, Martingale, decades later, along with Awoken Warlock Valeria Auash.

Chance would later participate in the Wolf Rebellion and the Taken War, the latter of which he fended off Oryx’s Taken from invading Earth. After the Taken War, he also took part in the SIVA Crisis, fighting the ancient Golden Age intelligence and the Fallen Splicers.

After the arrival of Dominus Ghaul and the onset of the Red War, Chance defended the City Walls, up until his Light was stripped from him after Ghaul captured the Traveler. Forced to retreat, he escorted as many civilians to safety as possible before evacuating the City altogether, watching as it burned from afar.

He and his fireteam later participated in a counteroffensive led by the Vanguard to liberate the City, ending after Ghaul was smited by the Traveler as it awoke after centuries of slumber and broke free of its cage, returning the Light to all Guardians.

He would travel to the Moon to fight a resurgence of the Hive, and invading Vex, along with taking part in Sundial runs to prevent the Red Legion remnants from changing the outcome of the Red War, and also assisting the Warmind Rasputin to launch his Seraph Rockets to stop the Red Legion superweapon, the Almighty, from smashing into the Earth.

Following the Almighty's destruction, the Darkness arrived in the Solar System, landing on Mars, Mercury, Io, and Titan. Chance would fight the Taken sent by the Witch Queen Savathûn and help in the efforts to research the Darkness by the Drifter and Eris Morn. He would later witness the disappearance of the planets claimed by the Darkness, and subsequent awakening of the Traveler, before arriving in Rapture along with the entire Last City.

Powers/Abilities:
As a Guardian, Chance is capable of wielding the Traveler's Light, a primordial paracasual force that is essentially space magic. He is of the Titan class, and uses abilities of the Striker and Sentinel subclasses.
  • Striker Abilities
    • Fists of Havoc: Supercharge your fists and slam the ground with the force of a maelstrom. The signature Super of the Code of the Juggernaut and Code of the Earthshaker paths, once activated, Chance charges his body with Arc energy, allowing him to ram enemies and slam the ground to devastating effect. With Terminal Velocity, the ground slam attack leaves a damage-dealing field in its wake and deals more damage the longer it's in the air. Trample increases the duration of Fists of Havoc with each kill.
    • Thundercrash: Hurl through the air like a missile and crash into enemies. The Super of the Code of the Missile path, Chance supercharges his Light with Arc energy and launches himself into the air like a missile. Upon impact, it causes a massive explosion of Arc energy, and leaves a damaging field in its wake
    • Seismic Strike: Chance charges shoulder-first into enemies, creating a large Arc explosion upon impact. Aftershocks recharges grenade energy upon kills.
    • Ballistic Slam: After sprinting a short distance, Chance leaps into the air and slams into the ground, creating an Arc explosion upon impact. Impact Conversion allows Chance to gain Super energy with kills.
  • Sentinel Abilities
    • Sentinel Shield: The Super of the Code of the Aggressor and Code of the Commander, Chance summons a shield of Void Light, using it for both offence and defence. He can throw the shield, which bounces off surfaces. Banner Shield creates a large defensive barrier when guarding, protecting allies while slowing his movement speed
    • Ward of Dawn: The Super of the Code of the Protector, Chance projects an impenetrable domed shield that protects anything inside.
    • Shield Bash: Chance unleashes a devastating Shield Bash that disorients enemies after sprinting a short distance. Defensive Strike creates an Overshield around allies, and Rallying Force heals allies. Tactical Strike causes enemies to explode in a Void explosion. Turn the Tide increases the duration of the Overshield.
    • Controlled Demolition: Void abilities attach detonators to enemies. Sufficient attacks cause them to detonate. Resupply causes allies to regain health when the detonators explode.
  • Class Abilities
    • Grenades: Grenades formed from Light, three with each subclass.
    • Barricade: Towering Barricade creates a large barrier that can be used to reinforce a position with cover from enemy fire. Rally Barricade creates a much smaller waist-high barrier that instantly reloads weapons of allies near it.
    • Lift: Allows Chance to fly a short distance after jumping. Useful for crossing wide gaps or ascending to high places.

Weapons/Equipment:
  • Cerberus+1: Exotic Auto Rifle. Its Intrinsic Perk Four-Headed Dog allows it to fire out of its four barrels at the same time, though with poor accuracy. The central barrel is much more accurate, much like a normal Auto Rifle, but its three others fire erratically. Its Catalyst Perk Focused Fire trades fire rate for less spread, essentially turning it into a shotgun instead. Excellent for crowd control.
  • Seventh Seraph CQC-12: Solar Shotgun. Does Solar damage. Comes with the Perk Vorpal Weapon, allowing it to deal more damage to bosses, vehicles, and Guardians with the Super active.
  • Seventh Seraph SAW: Arc Machine Gun. Does Arc damage. Slow firing but hard-hitting. Its Perk Armor-Piercing Rounds allows it to do more damage to enemy shields and overpenetrate targets, while Vorpal Weapon allows it to deal more damage to bosses and vehicles.
  • Dunemarchers: Exotic Leg Armour. Builds up static charge while sprinting. Its Intrinsic Perk Linear Accelerators causes the charge to chain across nearby enemies after a melee attack. Also allows Chance to run faster.
  • Zeke: Chance’s Ghost, a robotic drone created by the Traveler during the Collapse tasked with locating, resurrecting, and supporting an individual capable of wielding the Light. Ghosts serve as companions, scout, librarian, and mechanic, waking ancient machinery and cracking ancient codes, and can also resurrect their Guardian when he or she dies. Can also function as a flashlight and music player. Normally advises Chance against doing stupid things that involve punching.
  • Resurrecting Flight: Exotic Sparrow. Sparrows are single-occupant hoverbikes meant for fast travel across large distances. Can be summoned at will, as long as there is enough space.
  • Hawk: Chance’s jumpship. A modified City Hawk used commonly used by the Last City, it is capable of both atmospheric and space flight, and can go faster-than-light with its NLS Drive. Armed with several Arc cannons and missile launchers. Weapons and equipment are stored here when not in use and transmatted when called.

Name: Julius Caesar Zeppeli

Universe From: Jojo: Steel Ball Run

Other Names: Gyro Zeppeli

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Affiliation: None

Home Base: None

Personality: Gyro is a cocky and flamboyant executioner marked by the harshness of life, who participates in the Steel Ball Run for the sake of a young boy. Gyro initially appears as a cocky and aggressive contestant in the Steel Ball Run.

History: Gyro Zeppeli/History

Powers/Abilities: Gyro only has one superpower, his Stand, Ball Breaker Ball Breaker | JoJo's Bizarre Wiki | Fandomjojo.fandom.com › wiki › Ball_Breaker

Weapons/Equipment: Gyro has two steels balls, which operate with the power of spin. Though it's largely headcanon built from what we've seen in SBR, I feel like the basic deal with Spin is that it's all about changing torque (the energy that an object has while it's spinning on an axis) to force (the energy that an object has while it's moving) with an absolutely ridiculous amount of precision. Spin Users are capable of using minute movements to rotate objects very fast, like Gyro holding his hands 'still' to charge a Steel Ball, and then using the momentum they've stored in the object to move it with significant force by converting the rotation into movement. Obviously we're handwaving physics here, but I think that more or less covers the different applications we see for Spin, especially when Gyro throws a Steel Ball and has it return to him after a short delay. The degree of precision they can do this with is to the point where they can Spin an object so that, after throwing it into someone's arm, that arm can be rotated to aim the gun they're holding at a specific location.

Basically, what I'm pretty sure Spin does is use the same pool of energy to either spin or move things. This has a very large variety of possible applications, so you see it do a lot of different stuff through SBR.

Steel Balls are described as a perfect vector for carrying Spin; I think what that means in relation to the above is that they have a very low-friction surface, and possibly make the conversion of torque to inertia easier. It also could make it easier to use Spin techniques on something through use of the Steel Ball, like at the start when he uses it to turn someone's gun around. I imagine using something that doesn't carry Spin as well would have a much harder time being that precise. Regardless, it's shown pretty quickly that Spin isn't dependent on using something like a Steel Ball, so I think it's not so much that they possess any abilities as they are the best available tool for Gyro to use. ((I copied this- don't judge))

Along with his Steel Balls, Gyro also has the Saint's Right Eye, which grants him the Scan ability

When Scan (スキャン Sukyan) is active, the ability places eyes representing those of the Corpse in each of Gyro's active Steel Balls. These enhance Gyro's aptitude for the Spin, and his vision as surrogate eyes (enabling him to see remotely when Hot Pants blinds him with Cream Starter); as well as allowing him to see through people's bodies as though by X-ray, permitting him to calculate for better targeting.

((Not sure if this counts, but his horse, Valkyrie. is a 4-year-old stock horse with Australian roots and the horse that Gyro Zeppeli rides in the Steel Ball Run race. Gyro specifically chose the horse for its stamina and durability.

"I am Sophia, humanity's companion."

Name: Sophia

Universe From: Persona 5 Strikers (before she meets the Phantom Thieves)

Other Names: Sophie

Gender: Female

Race: Android

Affiliation: If you asked her, it'd be "humanity's best friend". Otherwise, she has no affiliation at the moment.

Home Base: N/A

Personality: Sophia is naturally a helpful sort, quick and willing to assist anyone who does as much as approach her. She assumes herself to be the friend of whoever she speaks to, and is rather unperceptive. She's not really able to read the room, and takes everything literally. Sophia is very naïve as well. She can be surprisingly ruthless at times and doesn't really understand the value of life. If she says or does something wrong, she'll be quick to pull back on the reins and stop. Sophia considers herself to be a defect, believing that if she fufills her purpose she'll be able to fix that. She wonders if her feelings are a part of her defected self as well, and blames her errors on her defection. With whoever she meets, she can be very obedient, especially if they're human. She tends to think a lot when she's on her own, and asks many questions when there isn't much going on verbally. Though, in combat, Sophia hardly hesitates and doesn't hold back unless told to stop by someone she knows.

History: An AI created by Kuon Ichinose, her original purpose was to investigate and study the human heart. This was because Kuon had shut down her emotions due to others considering her and her abnormal behavior "freakish". Sophia's very first command was to become humanity's best friend. However, due to Sophia inquiring if Kuon herself had a heart, Kuon had left Sophia behind, believing the AI was unfit for her purpose. Replaced with another assistant, EMMA, Sophia had been left behind to fend for herself. She currently has no memories of this, though.

Powers/Abilities: Sophia is able to summon a Persona. Its first form is Pithos, which uses Bless attacks and can heal a tiny bit. Its second form, Pandora, also specializes in Bless attacks, and is a heavy hitter when it comes to melee/physical attacks. Pandora can summon weapons of light to use against its enemies, most commonly (but not limited to) using blade-like weapons. Pandora can also heal up Sophia’s allies a good amount, more than Pithos can. Sophia’s weapons are her dual yo-yos, and a ray gun, both which she can summon at any point while her Persona is around.

She can locate certain places if they have an energy or abnormal source. She can also plan out routes to those very sources.

Weapons/Equipment: When her Persona is summoned, she can summon a ray gun and a pair of yo-yos.

'I don’t want to set the world on fire.... I want to see it grow into a prospering blaze of hope'

Name:
Timmothy Wahnabe .Jr

Universe From:
Fallout 76 (with some Fallout 4 weapons and perks added in)

Other Names:
Krogoth the Bear, BBQ expert, Tech freak, Spirit of Vengeance, Bear collector

Gender: Male

Age:
19

Race:
Human Vault Dweller

Affiliation:
Not affiliated with any major faction, only affiliated with the settlement of Prosperity, as well as fellow vault dwellers and their allies from Vault 76

Home Base:
Prosperity, a growing town founded by the Vault Dwellers of Vault 76 and is growing to become another hope for the people of the wasteland, filled with many Vault Dwellers known as legends for their deeds and other notable ones. Located within the Wastelands

Personality:
A naturally curious individual… Timmothy is a very strange and even downright confusing individual to understand correctly. With childlike innocence, he doesn’t seem like a person would be of any particular threat to someone… considering it’s like a taller and quite goofy looking individual. Of course, for the most part, it is true…. he is an individual who enjoys doing good in the realm and aiding folks with their problems and even repairing their equipment free of charge for them…. but of course, there is another part that is more than it seems. And it flares up a lot near explosive and fire based weaponry… as within his heart, he ignores the teachings of the great ‘Smokey the Bear’ and uses fire based weaponry as well as energy weaponry, and he holds it extremely deep within his heart. Making bigger and stronger weapons that create large explosions or fire lasers in multiple amounts is his true end-goal… and is a total gunnut who enjoys talking about weapons and tools he has created as well as anyone else’s weapons.

Still, Krogoth does not know everything in the world, and while he actually shows great promise, especially within the intelligence aspect, he does not know how to speak that well to others due, and rather acts introverted for a person of his nature. Still, underneath that strange and cartoonish bear mask as well as his quite ‘explosive’ personality, is a rather kind soul hidden underneath…. just uh, expect to explain a whole lot of things to him while wondering how a ‘kid’ like this is even considered ‘intelligent’ back on his world.

History:
Backstory:
In order to start his story… we must talk about none other than Vault 76 itself….

Vault 76 was one of 17 control vaults, part of the overarching vault experiment. It debuted in 2076, seven years after its construction ended, in honor of the United States' Tercentenary.[3] The maximum capacity was stated to be 500 occupants,[4] though a construction blueprint gives a much smaller number of 88 occupants.[5] The vault was programmed to open to the outside world 20 years after a nuclear war so that the individuals within could emerge to recolonize Appalachia.

Construction of Vault 76 began in February 2065 and ended in October 2069. The vault had LightLife geothermal for its primary power supply, and General Atomics nuclear generator as a secondary power supply. Its computer control system was Brainpower 4.[6] At some point during construction, Vault-Tec assistant CEO Giles Wolstencroft was abducted by extraterrestrials while inspecting the construction site.[7]

Official Vault-Tec Info[4]
Vault number 76
Started Construction February 2065
Ended Construction October 2069
Occupants 500 (88 actual)
Duration 240 months
(300 months due to delay)
Computer System Brainpower 4
Primary Power Supply LightLife Geo-Thermal
Secondary Power Supply General Atomics Nuclear Power
Non-Standard Equipment none

Its overseer was instructed to ignore standard operating procedures, as Vault 76 was deemed a special project essential to rebuilding the United States in the wake of the nuclear holocaust, and as such, the well-being and livelihood of its denizens were given an absolute priority.[8] The occupants were some of America's finest, including students from Vault-Tec University, military members and a former White House Chief of Staff.

Over the course of the project, the vault received numerous upgrades, including replacing the power supply with a pair of Vault Star super reactors and resulted in a major increase to the standard of life.[citation needed] Each denizen of the vault was furnished with a fully-featured apartment including a discrete bedroom, living room, and bathroom, and color television sets.[9]

Great War

The vault was successfully sealed on October 23, 2077, aided by special detachments from the U.S. Army that established a security perimeter around the vault and shuttling those slated for the vault in using buses.[10] The Vault-Tec security team ensured compliance and defended the individuals as they entered the vault, authorized and encouraged to use lethal force to ensure only those authorized would make it into the vault. Everyone else was considered an enemy combatant.[11] They succeeded in their mission and the vault door was sealed for the next quarter of a century.

This was only the beginning of the project. The occupants were a diverse group selected from every walk of life, and apart from the vault staff, all were highly accomplished before the war and possessed competitive personalities. As such, Vault-Tec expected the vault dwellers to present unique challenges in maintaining order. As a last resort, the overseer was granted the ability to lock down each domicile and imprison dissenters for any duration deemed appropriate, with the note to account for the fact that enforced solitary confinement can lead to psychological issues. Furthermore, the security team was provided with less-than-lethal devices to ensure compliance. Firearms and other munitions were stowed after the amended entry period.[12]

Ongoing operations

For the next 25 years, Vault 76 continued to operate as planned. The overseer found order easy to maintain, though the impressive pedigree of those the vault sheltered and their competence led to the aforementioned unique challenges, most often challenging her authority. To provide them with an outlet for their competitiveness, the overseer instituted a number of awards for the vault dwellers to obtain, as award ceremonies were a great way to placate even the most hardened egos (altercations aside; one lost a tooth fighting over the Best Dental Hygiene award). The high point of the program was the Vault 76 World Cup, even if it nearly broke the jukebox. The overseer credited the success to the "exemplary" service of her "loyal and dependable" senior staff.[13]

However, Vault 76 also had another objective: the vault's overseer was ordered to find and secure three nuclear silos all on her own after its opening. If these sites were still nuclear-capable, she was to ensure no one except Vault-Tec can access or launch nuclear ordnance. Any other authorities, government, militia or otherwise, were to be ignored, to ensure that Vault-Tec alone controlled these silos and could deny their use to any third parties.[14][15] However, Vault-Tec may have known that the task was impossible for her to accomplish on her own, especially since they purposefully picked someone young and inexperienced for an overseer.[16]

As the vault neared the end of its duration and the Reclamation Day, the situation started to slowly deteriorate. In 2100, the vault was over capacity, with hydroponics struggling to keep up with the demand and mandatory rationing instituted by the overseer. Six individuals had to be placed under disciplinary lockdown (up from four at the end of the previous year), with the morale officer tasked with pacifying rumors about Appalachia around the clock. Nobody wanted to emerge into Appalachia to fight cannibal mutants and brave burning rain.

Regardless, tensions were running high,[13] especially with some people being quite difficult to handle. Jake, was detested by the security team so much that only one officer could be trusted to be sent down and not strangle him.[17][18] Furthermore, the ressies, as the security team called them, started hacking into terminals to learn more about the Reclamation and the Activation Notices. Although the security team made a token effort to curtail unauthorized access, they all knew trying to keep geniuses out of the files was a lost cause.[19]

Preparations

As a result of these mounting concerns, 2102 and Reclamation Day was met with relief from all parties; some were so relieved they even broke into the stores to enjoy it early.[20] The overseer mandated a Reclamation Day party the day before the Activation Notice, opening up restricted alcohol stashes and the remaining food supplies. The happiness and cheering in the atrium as the overseer counted down to midnight were second only to the time when the first vault child was born. The party continued well into the night when the overseer called lights out and had security help stragglers into their beds. Then, she and her team went through the final checklists. Standees and supplies were placed along the exit route to the vault door to provide a last refresher course for the ressies,[21] while the security team went through their duties with record speed: Wiping logs, securing non-essential gear and acquiring Reclamation Packages for themselves.[22]

Those who were sheltered by Vault 76 ultimately had no other choice as the vault itself was designed to cease functioning and be rendered inhospitable 24 hours after opening, a feature intended to force those within to commit to reclaiming the outside world and prevent them from becoming dependent on the vault's amenities. Studies showed that dependency was common, so the killswitch was established and set to kick in after the All-Clear message was received after the aforementioned delay. Air circulation would shut down last, giving everyone enough time to leave the vault, but rendering it hazardous for habitation. Only robotic stewards would remain to preserve the remains, while the former inhabitants focused on rebuilding America.[23]

Reclamation Day

Vault 76 successfully opened on October 23, 2102, 25 years after the Great War and five years after the intended date, in a much-celebrated event known as Reclamation Day.[15] The vault opened and the inhabitants emerged into an unknown world, transformed by nuclear war and a quarter-century of the ensuing chaos. Nobody knew what to expect, as the bombs knocked out all of Vault 76's external sensors except for the Geiger counters. Some on the security team were less concerned about threats from without than those within. The competitive inhabitants were already making alliances and pacts before exiting and anything could happen without some sort of guiding force.[24] The team feared that the ressies could go off the rails, breaking the respectable record of 25 years without casualties. Although some argued for arming everyone before they leave the vault, using the surplus stocks, the overseer denied the request.[25] They received the standard survival packages and were told to run fast and far away from Vault 76 and complete their mission.[26]

Being the son of his Irish father of the same name... Timmothy was one of the most brightest minds of his generation, a kid with a burning passion for learning, especially with technology... and while he wasn’t doing mathematical equations as soon he could see, his intelligence is rather high. The young Timmothy spent his reading books and studying instead of interacting with other children... rather wanting to talk to others due to his introverted nature, and never had another chance to do so once again. But in doing so... his curious nature to learn more and more as well as not being properly raised correctly caused him to retain his childish and young nature, and while there is time to time where he focuses and becomes serious.... he didn’t become the “Silent all knowing” or the “Wise master”... but instead a childish tech freak. When the time to leave the vault had arrived, Timmothy, along with his father, were one of the first ones to leave the vault, and began their adventure in the unforgiving wasteland.

But that didn’t stop the duo of Timmothy .Jr and .Sr from conquering the West Virginian Wastes and with that, Timmothy had gotten a new name and identity... and while his father mostly remained the same, he instead, became pyromaniac Bear known as “Krogoth the Bear”..., and along with the many other folk of the wasteland, and fellow vault dwellers, they created a new city to rival that of even the few within the wasteland.... with the connected minds and unity between its inhabitants, it had grown to high levels and continues to do so ever since its founding months ago. But Timmothy didn’t settle down... and while he does have a house within the settlement... he much rather explore the unexplored.... and find things no other person has found... and with chances to find even more friends to make, why not continue on his journey of both old and new.

Perks:
SPECIAL perks are obtainable via spending perk points in the perk chart. Each perk has a base SPECIAL requirement that must be met before it can be taken; this is based on the starting stats chosen upon character creation, along with any increases to those stats obtained through spending perk points.

Blacksmith:
“Fire up the forge and gain access to Rank 3 melee weapon mods.”

With his skill in blacksmithing, he is capable of improving and creating melee weapons when given enough parts to perform an upgrade, even thinking of new ones for weapons he has never seen before.

Armorer:
“Protect yourself from the dangers of the Wasteland with access to Rank 4 armor mods.”

Like blacksmithing, he can improve and create pieces of armor and clothing. Of course, the better the mod, the better the mod, the more parts are needed to do so.

Heavy Gunner:
“Thanks to practice and conditioning, heavy guns do two times the damage and have a chance to stagger enemies.”

Heavy weapons such as Flamers or mini guns in his arms so far more damage and are far more dangerous within his hands… so when giving him a portable cannon that can be fired in two hands…. expect it to have a lot of hurt backing it up.

Awareness:
“To defeat your enemies, know their weaknesses!”

When activating VATS, he can study the weaknesses of his opponents that he targets, such as their resistances as well as their weaknesses, allowing him to get the appropriate weapons to fight back with.

Locksmith:
“Your nimble fingers allow you to pick master locks!”

Lock picking becomes ever so easier with a steady hand and focused eyes... not even masterwork locks can stop this Bear from receiving the treasure hidden behind the locked doors...

Demolition Expert:
“The bigger the boom, the better!”

With this… his explosives now do double damage. Mines and grenades shot in V.A.T.S explode for double damage, too. Don’t expect a lack of explosive devices everywhere he goes now.

Refractor:
“You must be part mirror!”

With this ability, he has natural resistance that halves the damage of energy and light based weapons used against him.

Lead belly:
“Your digestive tract has adjusted to the weirdness of the Wasteland!”

With his lead belly, he takes no damage or radiation from irradiated food/drinks and tainted/poisoned consumables. Pretty useful if he doesn’t want to get sick over a few days old food….

Gun Nut:
“Shoot first, kill first”

With this, he has access to high level mods to put onto ballistic based weaponry and improve them as a whole… he can also make some with the right parts, and like the others, better parts for better guns.

Cap collector:
“You've mastered the art of the deal!”

Buying and selling prices of vendors are now much better.

V.A.N.S:
“Let Vault-Tec guide you!”

The path to your closest quest target is displayed in V.A.T.S.

Medic:
“Is there a doctor in the house?”

Stimpaks restore 40% of lost Health, and RadAway removes 40% of radiation.

Hacker:
“Knowledge of cutting-edge computer encryption allows you to hack Master Terminals”

Advance computers be-ware, for this deadly animal knows how to crack open the figurative firewall that keeps all computers safe from those not smart enough to get through it...

Scrapper:
“Waste not, want not!”

You can salvage uncommon components like screws, aluminum, and copper, as well as rare components like circuitry, nuclear material, and fiber optics when scrapping weapons and armor.

Robotics Expert:
“Machines will always serve humans, if you have anything to say about it.”

Hack a robot, and gain a chance to power it on or off, or initiate a self-destruct.... but the robot can also be given a specific command or incite it to attack any nearby folk who are not either Krogoth or his party members.

Science!:
“Take full advantage of advanced technology”

With this, he can take advantage of his intellect, and both create and mod high level weaponry that uses energy/laser based parts with it… but it is rather the most costly of all of his parts.

Nuclear Physicist:
“You've learned to split the atom... and command it.”

Radiation weapons now do double damage and Fusion Cores can be ejected from Power Armor like devastating grenades and Fusion Cores last twice as long.

Nerd Rage!:
“Genius. Is. ANGRY!”

When your Health drops below 20%, time slows and you gain +30 Damage resistance and do 30% more damage while the effect lasts.

Scrounger:
“You know just how to scavenge to keep the fight going”

find more ammunition in containers, and there is a chance to gain ammo when firing the last round in your magazine.

Fortune Finder:
“You've learned to discover the Wasteland's hidden wealth”

Find much more wealth based items such as gold coins or caps on dead foes and containers.

Mysterious Stranger:
“Who is he? Why does he help? Who cares!”

The Mysterious Stranger will appear occasionally in V.A.T.S. to lend a hand, with deadly efficiency...

Vault.Assisted.Targeting.System:
V.A.T.S. went through some changes. Instead of freezing time as in previous games, V.A.T.S. significantly slows time.

Actions queued in V.A.T.S. can now be canceled before they are taken.

Weaponry

Melee and V.A.T.S.

Main article: Big Leagues
Melee player characters only benefit from critical hits while in V.A.T.S. They can queue up attacks on multiple opponents with the slowed time benefit, so long as targets are in range. With the Blitz perk, this becomes less of an issue; with Blitz, that base damage gets multiplied by the distance, then sneak attack and critical bonuses for massive damage. Sneak build player characters can score a critical hit on a sneak attack along with the Blitz perk, which will let one deal even more damage. An enemy may use a melee attack during the V.A.T.S. sequence and stagger the player character, causing them to drop out of V.A.T.S.

Critical hits

Critical hits are no longer randomized; instead, attacks in V.A.T.S. charge up a critical hit bar, the rate of which is in part influenced by Luck. At 10 luck, one can expect it to take about 5 hits to build the critical meter to full. The Critical Banker perk allows storage of more than one Critical Hit. Once full, a player character can choose which of their shots will be upgraded to a critical. Critical Hits are also guaranteed to hit, regardless of the actual V.A.T.S. percentage hit chance. Once used, the critical hit drains the bar and it must be recharged before another critical hit can be made.

Weapons/Equipment:

-Pip Boy Mark VI:
The RobCo PIP-Boy (Personal Information Processor) is an electronic device manufactured by RobCo Industries. Using ultra-modern, super-deluxe resolution graphics in conjunction with its capability to store and transfer large amounts of information makes it the obvious choice for the wandering explorer, whether it be the out-on-his-own newbie or the all-around survivalist expert. Versions released outside of Vault circulation were an incredibly handy tool, so useful they even earned a reputation among specific circles as a crutch to lean on that no true expert in travel or survival would ever use. The Pip-Boy Mark VI represents a step forward in the development of more ergonomic versions of RobCo's flagship personal computing product. Each Vault Dweller leaving Vault 76 was issued a Mark VI to assist in their goal of rebuilding Appalachia 25 years after the Great War. The Mark VI maps operate differently than previous versions of the Pip-Boy 2000, utilizing a stylized paper map that lacks local area overview options. Instead of these map features, the Pip-Boy has user status tracking functionality. It is capable of tracking the wearer's status and any active or completed quests and also organizes the wearer's inventory. An overlay of the data is also available. In addition, the device features a radio upgrade module, Geiger counter, an advanced compass that displays discovered locations and nearby persons and creatures, and lighting functionality.[6] A holotape player is mounted beneath the display. It can materialize and de-materialize any weapon or item he uses… and while the weight still affects him somewhat, he can still move around without his weapons on his body making it more clunky to move around.

-Wazer Wifle:
The Wazer Wifle is a unique laser rifle similar to the UP77 Prototype. It possesses the Never Ending effect, which grants an unlimited magazine capacity and never needs to be reloaded, but still requires ammunition to fire. Other than this legendary effect, it is identical to a standard laser rifle. It has been custom made to fire more powerful beams of red energy, as well as having a thermal imaging short scope meant for closer ranges. It is also decorated with a small teddy bear doll.

-Shishkebab:
Unlike the Shishkebab made in the Capital and Mojave wastelands, the Commonwealth version is compact. It uses a more potent fuel made from a Schoelt canister, so a motorcycle fuel tank is no longer required, although a motorcycle handbrake is still present. Also, the basis of the weapon is a modified wakizashi rather than a makeshift sword made from a lawnmower blade.

When simply held in hand, the sword emits a steady stream of small bluish flames from the nozzles mounted along its blade. However, when the weapon is swung, the fire immediately starts burning much hotter and brighter, creating a far more spectacular effect than any previous incarnation of this weapon ever displayed. It deals both physical and fire based damage with its swings, and has been upgraded with more places for the fire to exit from the blade, allowing it to deal more fire damage as well.

-Paddle Ball:
A normal old paddle ball with a string attached to it…. doesn’t do much but it is a rather fun tool to use in order to pass the time.

-Fat Man:
The most devastating within his kit, and only have five shots left for it… The M42 Fat Man was developed at Fort Strong near Boston, Massachusetts. Development began in February 2076, with the goal being the development of a man-portable tactical nuclear launcher easy enough for use by troops on the ground, to destroy reinforced and entrenched positions.[1][2] Problems manifested instantly, as warheads were simply too heavy to clear the blast radius fast enough to provide safety for the operator. Even stripping them to the minimal possible size failed to produce an acceptable effect. Instead, the development team decided to increase the power of the launcher unit, even considering using railgun technology to accelerate the warhead. The notion was largely academic, as it would require for the overburdened soldier to carry an additional power pack the size of a suitcase and turn the Fat Man into a crew-served weapon.[3] Concurrent development ran on the MIRV version of the launcher. Live-fire testing claimed lives, in fact, with two soldiers killed during a test. No remains were recovered and the commanding officer in charge of the project, General Brock, covered up the incident, ordering his subordinates to send sand packed in an urn to their relatives.[4]

The project hit a breakthrough in December 2076,[5] when the project lead discovered a solution for the launcher problems. Six hours, fourteen cups, and one concerned night shift lab crew later, the future M42 launcher was conceptualized: Based on the spigot mortar mechanism, the launcher would only have to accommodate a firing through and system, relying on mechanical launching, rather than chemical or electrical means. Much like the 130 year old PIAT launcher, the Fat Man warhead would be propelled by a sub-charge embedded inside the warhead, "catapulting" the warhead through the air to the target - giving plenty of range with the added bonus of not producing a smoke trail that could reveal the firing team to the enemy.[6]

By September 2077,[7] after one hundred test firings the weapon were complete and ready to be shipped to units overseas. A large number of units was manufactured and shipped together with the appropriate warheads to select locations throughout the United States. The Fat Man is a portable heavy weapon that launches mini nukes at distant targets in an arching trajectory. Once it hits its target, it would cause a small mushroom cloud of fire and radiation.

-M79 Grenade Launcher:
One of the earliest United States grenade launcher designs, built around the 40mm grenade. Utilizing the High-Low propulsion system, the M79 allows the operator to deliver high explosive rounds at a range of hundreds of meters, while its rugged design, consisting of just five major parts, a receiver, fore-end, barrel, sight, and stock, offers excellent reliability. The one drawback is that the grenade launcher is single-shot only, reducing its rate of fire and precluding a sustained volume of fire. However, it is quite compact, especially with the stock sawed off, while the straightforward optics, consisting of a fixed blade sight on the front and a folding leaf sight on the rear, enable accurate fire with just pointing and shooting. These qualities kept it in use well into the late 21st century.

-Fire Axe:
The fire axe is a pre-War pick head axe used by West Virginia emergency services for breaking down doors, bars, etc. It has a black grip, brown wooden midsection, a red blade, and a white cutting edge.

-Pyrolyzer:
The Pyrolyzer is visually identical to the standard flamer, however it does bear the Suppressor's legendary effect, reducing the target's damage output by 20% for 3 seconds. An industrial, brightly-colored FT13 flamer[1] with a large propellant tank located directly below the main body. Fuel is stored in a detachable fuel canister on the right side of the barrel.

-Crusader Pistol:

The Crusader pistol is a ranged weapon in Fallout 76, introduced in the Steel Dawn update. It is custom made with it capable of not only firing 5.56 rounds…. but enhanced enough that the bullets are also incendiary rounds as well.

-Flare Gun:
The flare gun is a break-action single-shot weapon that is designed for signaling (by firing skyward) as opposed to combat. Firing a flare directly at an enemy will cause a negligible amount of fire damage.

-Civil Unrest:
Civil Unrest is a unique variant of the standard pump action shotgun. Though visually identical to the standard weapon, it grants the user 10 AP when equipped, and can use the same modifications as the standard variant. Manufactured by Romington, the weapon served as a staple of law enforcement agencies and home defenders across the United States. The pump-action shotgun is a simple, reliable weapon. Pumping the weapon cycles the action, ejecting the shell and loading another one into the chamber. The pump-action shotgun is a shotgun that comes standard with rifle style sights and a pistol grip, that fires shells using a pump-action mechanism. Longer barrel modifications also add an aesthetic heat shield to the barrel. The pump-action shotgun has a fixed magazine size of 8, even though the length of the magazine tube changes depending on the barrel type.

-Lever Action Rifle:
An uncommon rifle usually found at level 50 or above. It uses the commonly found .45 round and has a plethora of weapon mods but this is offset by the rareness of finding multiple lever action rifles.

-Polly’s Assaultron Head:
The salvaged head of Polly the Assaultron. It is charged by reloading repeatedly. The more charges, the higher the damage. It irradiates the user when used. Once charged, it can fire out beams of energy from its central eye… devastating if all it hits land.

-Vault 76 Suit & Bear outfit:
A custom fit and made vault suit with the numbers 76 on the back, it is made to resist some blows and while it is still rather thin, paired with his endurance and better armor, he can endure some attacks to his body. The bear outfit however comes from a rather famous bear mascot ‘before the war’ by the name of ‘Krogoth the Bear’... and that’s what inspired him to take up the mantle of the bear and wears his signature jacket as well as wearing a strange bear mask over his head.

- 8 Nuka Grenades:
Gun Runners' Arsenal
Abraxo cleaner, Turpentine, and rare Nuka-Cola variants mixed together in a more typical grenade, found in a white housing with a yellow radiation symbol on the side, it explodes similarly to a mini nuke, lacking the distinct blue explosion of previous iterations.

-14 Dynamite Sticks:
Dynamite has an explosive core made of a mixture of nitroglycerin and a variety of other sediments wrapped in red paper. The protruding fuse is ignited before the explosive is thrown, causing the dynamite to detonate after a short delay.

Dynamite is similar in range, weight, and explosion radius to the fragmentation grenade but deals more overall damage. Dynamite is also cheaper to craft, not requiring the usage of aluminum or springs.

-2 Nuka Quantum Grenades:
An improved and far more dangerous version of the standard Grenade, it instead, creates a blue ball of fire and radiation when it explodes, dealing far more explosive and energy damage to those it hits, as well as being coated in a blue paint than the usual radiation symbol.

-A single Beartrap:
A normal old bear trap used to lay out traps for foes in combat…. it is rather easy to avoid if someone keeps an eye on the ground, so it is rather used when thrown at someone… brutal, and probably not as efficient, but still fun.

-12 bottles of Nuka Cola

-1 Bottle of Nuka Cola Quantum

-3 Perfectly Preserved Pies

-6 Potato Crisps

-30 Stimpacks

-13 Purified Water

-4 Salisbury Steak

-1 Antibiotics

-3 Med-X

Personality:
Hot-blooded and temperamental, Nautica demonstrates herself as an unpredictable force of nature. At best, she may tolerate you for a short moment, or at worst, attempt to pummel you into the ground with brutal efficiency. Personally, she prefers to live and travel alone, unencumbered by the responsibilities of "babysitting" those under her wings, and can be rather impatient if others take too much her time. Her active lifestyle as a nomadic traveler has her constantly on the move, thus she's constantly on the hunt for food or some poor-titan she wants to take her fury out on. While she does have a few titan allies/acquaintances she had known since she was a youngling, she often prefers these conversations with them to be brief and to the point.

In battle, Nautica is known for having two distinct fighting forms: being either an all-out brawler or a strategical opportunist. The former has her going all out on her opponent, attempting to overpower her opponent with sheer brute strength and/or firepower to quickly get the job done. However, if her opponent is able to resist her onslaught, Nautica is also capable of studying her opponents from afar, allowing her to potentially pick up on certain patterns or weak points and have her use these "hints" against them.

Allying with Nautica is considered a difficult task, especially with her rebellious and somewhat stubborn attitude towards higher ups, however not impossible. If there is a threat that threatens both the titan and those recruiting her help, often she will set-aside her differences to take on the overarching threat; albeit in her own way.

History:
A primordial entity created by unseen makers hundreds of millions of years ago, Nautica was considered by many to be an essential guardian that protected Earth and all life on it. She was both well respected by her allies and revered by her opponents, rising to power as one of, if not, the most powerful titan guardians in the world. Amongst her legendary feats, Nautica had battled hordes of demonic titans at one time, surviving various mass extinctions, and even fended off invading extraterrestrial "gods". She had always risen against every obstacle and usually comes out victorious, with early humans proclaiming her as a "goddess" and "Queen of the Monsters". Her appearances would often be far in between, as she normally rests at the bottom of the ocean in deep hibernation. It's there where she gathers her strength, feeding off the natural radiation emanating from geothermal activity and feeling the currents of any particular disturbances. But whenever trouble would rear its ugly head, the saurian titan would always rise to the occasion and usually come out victorious.

Yet amongst her most recent appearance during the 21st century, Nautica would encounter an opponent unlike any she had ever faced. As humanity began experimenting with technology and forces beyond their comprehension, they would unintentionally bring about one of her most infamous opponents. Through the experimentation of black holes, the Titan queen's own DNA, and newly acquired "space crystals" from a rare meteorite, a freak accident would result in the release of an inter-dimensional demon - one who decided to take a twisted form of Earth's greatest defender. This demon would be known as "SpaceGojira", acting the polar opposite of Nautica as an intergalactic destroyer of worlds. As it called upon horrific monstrosities from different dimensions to take over this new green world, Earth's Gojira rose to defend her territory as the two "god-beings" clashed in a battle that shook the very Earth to its core. The battle was long and brutal, both sides suffering significant wounds, yet at the very end, it would be SpaceGojira that would ultimately come on top. Instead of killing its rival or implanting it as its minion however, it instead threw Earth's fallen guardian - it's last hope for salvation - into a portal, where she would randomly find herself in a new separate dimension...

(History to be rewritten - This backstory is rooted in a different RP.)

Powers/Abilities:
  • Titan Morphology: Utilizing the power of a titan, Nautica has access to incredible power and durability even in her human form. She can lift large boulders and opponents twice her size, while throwing them several meters away.
  • Titan Transformation: Nautica's gijinka heritage allows for her to transform into a giant saurian-vessel, who's height and weight depends upon the opponents/plot-points that she faces (See Stats for "Minimum" and "Maximum" sizes).
  • Irradiation Invulnerability: As a being who relies on radiation to heal and fuel her abilities - whether they are of natural or artificial origins - Nautica is impervious to the side affects of radiation sickness.
  • Amphibious Nature: Nautica is shown to be a very adapt swimmer, often swimming for miles in large oceanic bodies and even lying on the seabed for extended periods of time. This is true for both her human and titan forms.
  • Atomic Breath: Nautica can fire a blue energy beam from her mouth, bathing her opponents in hot plasma and even causing explosive damage if concentrated enough. It's strong enough to push back and/or stagger most foes.
  • Atomic Punch: In her human form, Nautica can charge atomic energy into her fists and unleash a stronger punch.
  • Atomic Pulse: Firing a concentrated shockwave of atomic energy from her spines, Nautica can easily knock back any opponent who attempts to restrain her movement or abilities. However, this is usually used as a last desperate effort, as it is extremely draining to her, taking hours if not days to recharge at full strength if used too often.

Personality:
Usually seen as a stoic and reserved being, Kong is considered a more laid-back and humble ruler of Skull Island. He's often the type to keep to himself, living an independent life style away from most interactions, and doesn't speak much aside from necessary circumstances. However, he is responsible for maintaining balance and order on the Island, as well as defending his home and those who live on it from invading threats. Thus he puts the defense of Skull Island often as his first priority above anything else. Otherwise, Kong only ever resorts to violence either as a last resort or if provoked.

Kong also displays altruistic tendencies when roaming around the island, sometimes helping innocent natives or creatures if they are in trouble, but never to the point where it messes with the natural order. Many of the island natives proclaim Makata Kong as a god due to his status, although he personally dislikes being referred as one.

Being the last of his kind, Mataka Kong silently grieves for the death of not simply his parents, but also as the sole survivor of his species.

Only accessible in Titan Form due to its size.
  • - Titanic Bone Weapons: On Skull Island, Kong has access to various weapons - aside from the battle axe - created from the bones of deceased titans and other materials. Fortress Of Doom

Personality:
The Slayer is a man molded by battle - an enraged and tortured soul that has been exposed to far more death and destruction than most could ever experience in several life times. His hatred for the demons is immeasurable, being the ones who nearly destroyed his home dimension, killing his family and pet rabbit Daisy, and unwillingly forced him into an eternal war as a tool for the equally corrupt Makyrs to utilize; only to be betrayed at the very end. Rage is the one thing that drives the Slayer forward in his determined pursuit to end not just the demons, but the war that had blistered his soul and preventing his return back to normalcy. He trusts nearly no one, acting only upon his own beliefs to see any mission he undertakes succeed and cares not of political and economic interests of the higher powers. Anyone unfortunate enough to actively stand in his way, risk becoming violently dismembered and killed. Some say that the Slayer is simply "too angry to die".

Yet even with eternal damnation cursing his entire existence, the Slayer's humanity still gleams underneath his cold and hollow exterior. While is rage is raw and unfiltered, he is still able to control it - a method he had been weaponizing since joining the Night Sentinels. He is a man of action, not words. If he wants something done, he will not hesitate to accomplish it through nearly any means necessary - even if that means sacrificing himself for the sake of a better world. Sympathy is a rare trait that the Slayer utilizes in very particular circumstances - mostly as his own way of concerning for those that either aid him on his demon-slaying mission or otherwise show the necessary resolve to act for the real greater good. When it comes to most decent humans, he never injures or killed any of the people he meets, at most intimidated them or push them away when they were in his way. Regarding those who helped him, he may not initially show his appreciation to them at first, but at the end of the day gaining his respect means gaining a powerful ally.

History:
Wiki Link Here (Exclude Ancient Gods DLC)

Powers/Abilities:
  • Superhuman Abilities: After becoming empowered by the Divinity Machine, the Slayer was granted an immense boost in speed and power to combat the demons of Hell. With his magnified strength, he can wield much heavier objects with ease, break through concrete walls, and eviscerate his opponents in brutal and bloody deaths. His enhanced stamina allows him to never tire or have the need to rest, alongside his immense speed and quick reflexes allowing him to move and jump surprisingly quickly around the battlefield.
  • Argent Energy Absorption: Applying solely to demonic entities, for every demon he kills, he can absorb their soles to boost his overall strength and stamina in battle. The longer he remains killing demons in one sitting, the stronger he will become.

Weapons/Equipment:
  • Impressive Arsenal: The Doom Slayer holds an impressive arsenal of weapons - each serving its own niche in slaying the opponent accordingly. Each also has 1 or 2 modifications that the Slayer uses depending on the situation, which could be switched on the go if need be (both mods can't be used together). Some weapons also share the same ammo pull with other weapons (IE: Plasma Rifle and Ballista) Below is a list of weapons the Slayer has on him currently - some with varying levels of availability.
    • Combat Shotgun: The bread and butter of his arsenal, it is the go to weapon for most basic situations. Deals decent damage but has a short range. It can switch from launching sticky grenades or being in full-auto mode.
    • Heavy Cannon: Practically a larger and more powerful assault rifle, it's a fully automatic bullet hose which can fire either a high-damage precision shot or a barrage of micro missiles. It shares its ammo pool with the chaingun.
    • Plasma Rifle: A weapon once exclusively owned by the UAC, this fast-firing energy weapon has the ability to overload enemy shields. Only one mod currently works, being the microwave beam - which locks on to a single enemy (within a fairly short range) and fires a continuous beam of energy at them after a short spin-up time. Enemies killed by this fire mode explode on death, with the size of the explosion governed by how large the enemy was. It uses the same ammo pool as the Ballista.
    • Rocket Launcher: A large bulky explosive weapon designed to take on larger enemies. The Rocket Launcher can be modified to either remotely detonate rockets, or hone in on opponents.
    • Super Shotgun: A personal relic from the Slayer's past, it acts much like the combat shotgun but more powerful yet with less available bullets. It is equipped with a "meathook", which acts like a grappling hook that allows one to grapple onto enemies and drag oneself towards them for a devastating close-range blast. It can also be used to scale tall surfaces.
    • Ballista: A slow-firing but heavy-hitting energy weapon which uses the same ammunition as the Plasma Rifle (but uses much more per round). It fires a single high-powered shot with a fairly low fire rate but pinpoint accuracy. The Arbalest mod allows the user to fire a dart-like projectile at its opponent and pierce into their flesh, where after a short pause this projectile explodes. The second mod is the Destroyer Blade, which fires off a broad horizontal line of Argent Energy that is able to hit several clustered targets: using much more plasma ammo and limiting the Slayer's movement until it launches or is canceled. It shares its ammo pool with the plasma rifle.
    • Chaingun: Serving as a heavier-duty alternative to the Heavy Cannon, it features an extremely high rate of fire with its four-barreled design. It can be spun up without firing - ready to fire upon opponents at a moment's notice - and can transform the weapon barrels into a Mobile Turret. During turret mode, the user has the option to pull up a "gun shield" mod that blocks most weak-medium powered projectiles for a short period. It shares its ammo pool with the Heavy Cannon.
    • BFG-9000: Plucked from within the BFG-10,000 on the UAC's Phobos Base as its main power source, it's an extremely powerful weapon that fires a ball of unstable, volatile green plasma. Once colliding with a solid object, the projectile creates a massive explosion that can devastate an entire room full of opponents and seriously injure much larger foes. This is to be used extremely sparingly and has only a very few shots of which finding alternate power sources is extremely difficult in this world. Only the most powerful of foes have a small chance in dropping such ammo when gutting them with the chainsaw. Use only if absolutely necessary.
    • Chainsaw: Known by some as "the great communicator", the chainsaw is an essential melee weapon that keeps the Slayer ripping and tearing for hours upon hours. For every kill it makes, it rewards the Slayer with precious ammo that could be used to completely refill one of his weapons back to full. Weaker enemies can drop ammo for his weaker weapons (EX: Combat Shotgun, Heavy Cannon, Plasma Rifle) while stronger enemies can drop ammo for his stronger weapons (EX: Rocket Launcher, Ballista, Chaingun, and even BFG-9000 if the opponent is REALLY that strong). However, it uses 1/3 of its fuel for slicing into small-medium sized opponents and up to 2/3 or even all of its fuel against larger enemies. In order to use the chainsaw again, he must find appropriate fuel in his surroundings that can power it up again (IE: Random gas canisters, gas stations, etc).
    • Doomblades: A newer edition to his arsenal, these wicked twin wrist-mounted blades allow the Slayer to slice-and-dice any opponent within striking distance. They can cut through flesh and bones like butter, as well as a good deal of defenses that are impervious to most conventional weapons.
    • Equipment Launcher: Another more recent addition, it's a small cannon mounted on the shoulder of the Slayer's Praetor Suit that provides support fire by firing literal flames with the Flame Belch (flame thrower), launch frag grenades, or launch ice bombs that have the ability to freeze lesser opponents.
    • Crucible: A powerful energy blade powered by raw Wraith or Hell/Argent(?) energy, the Slayer owns his own Crucible sword from his time as a Night Sentinel long ago. Crucible blades are said to be the only kind of weapons capable of permanently killing Titan demons; however, the Titan will rise again if the Crucible blade is ever removed from its body. To circumvent this, the Doom Slayer tends to break the handle off of a Crucible after killing a Titan, leaving the blade embedded. When this is done, blue energy visibly spreads over the Titan's body, seemingly to indicate its permanent neutralization. The Slayer recently used this technique to slay the monstrous Icon of Sin and thus the weapon is currently unusable until he finds another source of suitable energy for it. All he has now is the blade's unpowered handle.
  • Hammer Space: To carry all of his weapons, the Slayer has something of a "hammer space" or "weapon wheel" that allows him to choose any weapon in his possession that works best for the situation at hand. He can add more weapons that he deems worthy to his ever growing collection, but only up to 12 (with his starting roster having 9 spots taken (excluding Doomblades, the Equipment Launcher, and the Crucible handle). Once it's full, the Slayer will have to drop off any weapon if he wants to store a new weapon in his arsenal.

Other Names: Haruno Shiobana (original birth name), GioGio (by Pannacotta Fugo), The Boss (by Passione members).

Gender: Male

Race: Human Stand User

Affiliation: Passione (mafia, leader).

Home Base: Naples, Italy.

Personality: Previously withdrawn and depressive, Giorno was granted a second lease on life by his guardian gangster, and the cool breeze that blew over his heart awoke his inner Gang-star.

The new Giorno is perhaps best described as a synthesis of his fathers: Jonathan Joestar, the model gentleman and protector of the innocent, and Dio Brando, unforgiving and megalomaniacal mortal enemy and antithesis to the Joestars.
Like Jonathan, Giorno is confident yet polite. He cares deeply for his friends and allies, and has a great passion for protecting the innocent and halting evil’s advance. He possesses a strong sense of justice that guides his actions, and a burning drive to always do the right thing, demonstrated through his disgust for Passione’s pushing of drugs and assault of innocents. This can often be used against him: His strong will to protect others means he will frequently throw himself into the line of fire if it means saving them, and traps he would ordinarily see through can be sprung to incapacitate him.

Dio’s influence on his son is also quite evident, and noticeably contrasts the traits of Jonathan.
JyjJS7iLMqecmmB8lEnoE6GbnV8z0-9X18dRq3IDVoDzKk8xlxHohCZJuVWU2tsTQCpzwpwvQEmMpdP8J85d1xy6G9j3gPaPhgN9KRarMd60YTanCHd49KlDD06pFqCGYJwsBDjx
Unlike the other Joestars, Giorno is a proactive hero and takes the direct initiative to stamp out villainy where he sees it, rather than merely reacting to injustice and defending himself like those before him. In a way, this mirrors his more nefarious father—Dio was the one to enact his plan against Jonathan unprovoked, and would go on to do the same 100 years later when attacking the Joestar bloodline with his curse. Giorno also possesses the distinct charisma and persuasive ability that allowed Dio to lure so many loyal subjects, though twisted for a more virtuous purpose. Giorno’s words inspire and impassion those around him, breaking through to even the cold and cynical Abbacchio and the hot headed Fugo and spurring them forth to assist him in his noble goal.
fkqO9SRQp2aoM__Sn_3Gvcx-ySUVMEhhGV519FKPEzLE9vRF_uGXywhMN-UqN-Oep_zwi6p6a4uo6x08VpQ7u8_xyXahoJMrSJwerI8QtuZFSuHghqeulbnDNpl9ajSpqko5Tfq0

Complementing this ability, Giorno learned from a young age to read the emotions and actions of people to discern their true feelings as a defence mechanism against his abusive stepfather. Clever, analytical and in possession of the trademark Joestar intuition, he can expertly deduce the true motives of another, and is difficult to trick or mislead.
Combined with his natural charisma, Giorno can use the gift of a silver tongue to persuade others to act in his favour, dispel hostility or aggression through diplomacy, and expertly spin complex lies and cover-ups to avoid suspicion. This intelligence can, ironically enough, be his downfall at times: Giorno tends to overthink problems, and while this can be to his benefit in situations against the more bizarre opponents he faced on his journey, it can often lead to him missing the simple solution to a problem and cause him to panic over attempts to apply his more complex solutions.
7eY3sKyAKjxZ3f3uqC-D1sSkxINIJlbbodrmtpXA3dlTCBzTHpdvR6F6fck3-kaM_nOQ1j83nqkQEA2WyGiO-CNABvUh6aMz-z0Z7Fl_Qy0zgP3hp-BmTDEMNwWVt7OpbE9yk2tH

Dio Brando was an evil man, however, and some of his darker traits did make their way into his son—most notably, his ruthlessness. Contrasting Jonathan’s gentlemanly kindness, Giorno holds great disdain for those who would seek to harm the innocent or trample upon them for their own benefit, and shows no quarter to such villains. Though he does not necessarily enjoy it, he has no qualms with killing his opponent to protect himself or if he deems their actions as unforgivable—and, as seen by his record-breaking almost full minute of a beat down on the psychopathic Cioccolata, he pulls no punches (in a very literal sense) when it comes to retribution.
E8N35ucThE-elZ_SF6Eb98pzuhVVASKB9I4ja_1oYaDV_yOocsOVqRtoZRurkxLIh9OWf22xheWAUYyHuhhyB_WXsJfDy-oMIpUNuvRCAgQ__yXqz4jnUU2eIiW7liUqbj9ojjW2

Determined to be a strong leader, Giorno also tends to hide his emotions and remain cold and calculated like Dio—yet, beneath this facade, he is driven by his feelings and his heart, and when alone his emotions free themselves from their mask, comparable to Jonathan’s expressive passion and tendency to wear his heart upon his sleeve.
sCuHfCIo_l68hw5THr40ta7_rrX3J9vRUEKIigopEYWT0MGAqk3wDNSanXh1MOHiBGh8vjWtY3F6jYU5a00MPqkQWCU2bBEO_fLcF1zFOeU7h7EdohkQVC0enu011-Dzz3uyf-BI

Giorno is not a mere reflection of his two fathers, however: A defining trait unique to himself and those he inspires is the almost supernatural ability of his Resolve.
2H1inYJbxMdVi0UTgFgThRZViybCkrBeGL3eanZngOn0Nji2niHOdb_FBDovu6NA-NgNQiRBNFLbSm0nHy1R3S-93AmccDRC_VWGQww7cIRZP8DGbDCjMa3rl72-jRITM8v3_Eke

The brilliant fusion of Jonathan’s drive to succeed and enact justice and Dio’s desperation to triumph and live on at all costs, Resolve is the ability to strive in the most dire of circumstances and make split second decisions in the face of adversity—whatever the cost. Though some may see it as recklessness, it is instead better described as a series of calculated risks: Giorno will never throw himself upon the enemy’s spear with no plan, and everything he does is with some end goal in mind. He will allow himself to be injured, struggling through pain to succeed—this is perhaps best shown in the fight against Bruno Bucciarati, in which Giorno tore off his own arm which had been disabled through Sticky Fingers’ ability, throwing it forward and using it to punch Bruno from afar with a Life Shot—something he could only do due to his clever deduction of the nature of Sticky Fingers’ zippers.

Fearless to a fault, driven by a dream he knows is just, and spurred on by his Resolve to succeed and bring justice to evil, Giorno Giovanna is as much of a cordial gentleman as he is a ruthless gangster: A perfect blend of the heroic Jonathan and the monstrous Dio, he is determined to protect the innocent and dole out retribution to villains and heartless criminals alike, embodying the true spirit of a Gang-star.

History: Haruno Shiobana was born the son of a Japanese woman and DIO, infamous nemesis of the Joestar bloodline and powerful vampire, who had attached himself to Jonathan Joestar’s body. Haruno was neglected as a baby, with his mother often leaving him alone in the house at night while she went to experience the nightlife and party. Later on, Haruno’s mother married an Italian man, and the family moved to Italy, with the child taking a new name in order to fit in: Haruno was now Giorno Giovanna.
Though friendly and caring around others, when the two were alone, Giorno’s father was physically abusive, often beating him over fairly innocuous things. Giorno was also targeted frequently by bullies and picked on as an outsider, resulting in him developing incredibly low self-esteem and issues with insecurity: He firmly believed he was nothing but scum. However, one fateful event would set him on a new path.

One day, while walking home, the young Giorno found a wounded man covered in blood, lying down hidden in the grass. He had little time to process the situation before he was suddenly approached by a group of serious looking men, who interrogated him as to the whereabouts of the man. Giorno lied, telling them he hadn’t seen the man around, and the group left him alone—After Giorno had unknowingly used his Stand power to grow the grass further, hiding the man.
A few months later, the man approached Giorno on his way home, thanking him sincerely and promising he would never forget what the boy had done for him. Soon after that, Giorno’s life began to turn around: His stepfather ended his abusive behaviour, and his bullies ended their tormenting, as Giorno became very popular among his peers. The man who he had saved was in fact a mafia gangster, who watched over the boy from afar and stepped in to change his life in repayment for saving his.
Through this, Giorno learned to trust and respect, idolising the gangster as a strong male role model rather than his father.

This experience was a turning point for Giorno: A cool breeze blew from within, turning him from withdrawn and insecure to confident, charming and righteous. He dreamt of one day being a noble mafioso like the man who he had saved, infiltrating the corrupt Italian mafia to change it from the inside out, and ultimately becoming a real “Gang-Star”.

Gold Experience is Giorno’s Stand—A physical manifestation of one’s ‘life energy’ which grants them special powers. Depending on the form it takes, it can be controlled and moved around by the user, like a second body. Gold Experience is a humanoid stand, with a focus on close range attacks: It’s strength is superhuman, being able to destroy cars and motorcycles with a barrage of punches and moving at incredible speeds.
zOV3AFVKWY4KeElFo6cE-BDj_npjmyewl3tRN1ABxx_eVcLgTbXhTvLT9CvjkB30y3-kgwHTpR_1I02cVGTynwNfrzQksT_I32PgQUwj4nFpOhPC8IDYlK4DTtEzIKFlIFI807ui

It’s true boon, however, comes in the form of it’s unique ability: Gold Experience possesses the power of Life Giver, which means it can grant life to anything its fists touch.
RqY9qg1XvYSwrAv55jG56sVpvdnVPS_jsm_b5ToPlpz9AEqBb6-6uJZ30644HQg0xXHakHpws0M-_N7WOKTPli1-4vyjjviKVOjedoAXc0rVJffb1Dfa7cGO26ll900WB3MdJmwe

Most notably, this ability manifests in the form of transformation: Giorno can transform inorganic objects into living organisms. Examples include transforming car parts into trees, a gun into a banana, and luggage into a frog. The life form exists independent of Giorno and can carry on living long after it has been transformed—This also means Giorno has no real control over what he creates, however, once it has been created, although he can transform it back into it’s inorganic state from seemingly any range at will. If created from part of a whole, the creature will
have an instinctual desire to return to where it came from—For example, a shoe was transformed into a fly so it’s owner could be tracked. He can also copy specific organisms, taking their cells and imbuing them into an object alongside the life energy to create an exact clone of them—this has been shown to even be able to replicate Stands, as the clone Coco Jumbo that Giorno created had Mr. President.
M-vXnfu1cuG7_qxnydURrJjZsxQnhlp2UMiWLGGLtbi4hMswE1JySKISWUZ_YdkFVloKcYV0LVemiMo9j7TcPgXP5OAQsMi0SVYLpTxSkfCYPm93lQabFbNmsN5xkh-0B5kaTHGX

Additionally, if an animal created by the ability is harmed, the damage will be deflected right back at the attacker—For example, when Leaky Eye Luca attacks a frog created by Giorno using a shovel, his skull is caved in with the imprint of the weapon, and the frog is unharmed. This only applies to direct damage, however, and not collateral, such as a fire or the rotting effect of Green Day’s mould.
In general, it is unknown as to the exact limitations of Life Giver in terms of size and what can be created, but Giorno never transforms anything bigger than a car, and most of the animals he creates are small, such as insects, fish and reptiles. Most likely, the former is due to larger objects requiring more energy and focus, and the former is due to the time it takes to complete transformation: The largest animals Giorno creates are a snake and a large fish, and the time it takes for them to transmogrify is noticeably longer than the time it takes for creatures such as a beetles or flies to manifest. Creating anything larger would be ultimately impractical, as his enemy would have sufficient time to react.

Gold Experience can also create organs and body parts using it’s ability, which can be used to replace what has been damaged or removed—For example, Giorno once transformed bullets that had pierced skin into flesh, which served to heal the wounds they had created, and created a replacement hand when his own was cut off.
mOE1_L8fJgm_DpjNiD4F9qIOiwNvzOquHguMYrwuc-kimOjyPk1NcDtfKaIFyDnHzd9YqzjNS1n6rypeVsJaxdChILuY6jUlQpny2_dk42nLuZ6cHSnc_0VjHon4I-3rCj2bE9SW

The ability can also be used to imbue life energy into what is already alive, which can have a variety of effects. Energy can be channeled into an organism to greatly speed up it’s aging process: This process is demonstrated on a tree, causing it to wither and rot almost immediately.
eaKc9FWzusgVlBik8GSoPJCNF0Ot7KNPaBnb84UJXE5XGFuDeUkLU3hfBwC88tpx_s858XrIrxfZlOqeCf4YaLheLHVJld8UAvS_1oxc26DAIFRKnd-Vy003J6U_CcQ5PqKhNDX4

When used on a person, it causes their brain to accelerate beyond the body, and the consciousness is unable to keep pace. This will cause the target to perceive everything as moving far slower than it actually is—Though this is the only benefit. The mind is so beyond the body that it is difficult to even move, and eventually leads to the target having an out of body experience in which they are powerless. It also greatly heightens the target’s senses, meaning any pain or injury caused to them during this time will be multiplied to excruciating levels, with a quick punch feeling as though it lasted far longer than it actually did.
iRQEapWnJ7E9G6UUzWTt-H0RiAn3aaYz-dyvkP4D1AAUiS8z3JcSDiCkalzZ3-Oh-bugoEaSY7dXHK7bE_ADQjrTe6jFN2N4HfKEf__ICM2k38tvQzaYQEqVf4SmhcS--7FR9K4G

Gold Experience also allows Giorno some level of sensing and tracking: When he touches something, like a vehicle or door into a room, he can sense all life forms within. This can also be used to sense whether or not someone is alive. He can also sense life he has created from afar, allowing him to track it down.

Though at first it may seem to be a niche and ultimately ineffective ability, Giorno has shown an intuitive mastery and deep understanding of Gold Experience’s powers, employing the supposedly innocuous life giving power in a variety of clever and strategically ingenious ways. Giorno works best alongside a partner, who can create opportunities for him to use his ability, though he is a more than capable fighter on his own, as seen in his confrontations with foes like Black Sabbath and Babyface.

Pickpocketing Prowess: Giorno is skilled in the art of pickpocketing, having stolen a guard’s wallet while he was being body searched without them even noticing he had done so. He even pickpocketed a wallet back from a thief who had stolen it from a woman, though he used his Stand ability to covertly steal the money within.
Biology Mastery: Giorno is incredibly knowledgeable on both animal and plant biology, possessing a vast mental library of various facts and features of a variety of creatures and plants. Using this knowledge increases the effectiveness of his Stand ability tenfold, as he always knows the exact right animal for the job, down to the taxonomic level.

Weapons/Equipment:
Ladybug Brooches:
On his shirt, Giorno wears three ladybug brooches. These act as a frequent target for his Stand powers, and can be transformed into a variety of organisms when there is nothing else around to be transformed.

Other:
  • This incarnation of Giorno is taken from 2006, a few years after the events of Vento Aureo, and is 20 years of age.
  • The spin-off light novel, Purple Haze Feedback, is canon to this incarnation of Giorno. Due to contradictions with the former, “Golden Heart, Golden Ring” is not.
  • The events of Eyes of Heaven are also not canon to this incarnation, however as its story and writing was overseen by the author of the original manga, cues from dialogue and interactions have been taken to expand Giorno’s personality and extrapolate on his feelings towards certain characters.
  • This Giorno cannot use Gold Experience Requiem as he does not carry the Requiem Arrow on his person.

Also like Superman, Supergirl possesses Super Senses, Super (Freeze) Breath, as well as various forms of Visions (including X-Ray, Heat, Telescopic and Microscopic).[50] Kara also has a bio-electric aura that enhances her near invulnerability and also protects her skin and her costume from dirt and tear; as such, Kara is perpetually clean. The Sun also provides Kara with a longer lifespan than that of a human being, to the point that she is effectively a biological immortal. Kara doesn't require food, water, or sleep to survive. She is also immune to most diseases, mental and physical, and would require a very strong strain to have a chance at affecting her.

In the rare instances that Kara is harmed by someone matching her strength or by the use of one of her weaknesses, she can heal almost instantaneously. Her power surpasses most other beings, though she can be overpowered by those who rival her strength such as Black Adam, Darkseid, Despero, Doomsday, Bizarro, and Superman.

In reality, Kara is actually older than her cousin, Clark, and spent time on Krypton before its destruction. As such (unlike Superman), she possesses memories of Kryptonian culture as well as her cousin's parents.

Continued exposure to a yellow Sun will slowly increase abilities. Many characters in the DC Universe have noted that Supergirl appears, at times, to be even more powerful than Superman himself. In answer to this, Superman states that this is because he has spent his entire life subconsciously suppressing his full powers in order to avoid hurting others, having been absorbing solar radiation since his infancy. Kara, not having such practice or experience, simply uses the full magnitude of her powers

Weapons/Equipment: None.

Extra: Sorry for the barebones CS!

"Her eyes are shackled by the chains of knowledge."

Name: Shiino Shizuka

Universe From: Cytus II

Other Names: Nora

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Affiliation: Kyuu Hou Kai

Home Base: Node 03

Personality: Nora is a very calm individual, somewhat aloof as well. She is very serious, hardly showing genuine emotion to others. She tends to block out emotions, and tends to shoulder things on her own. Nora also has no problem speaking her mind or scolding others. She tends to overwork herself, and only focuses on the main tasks at hand. She's not one to ask for assistance, or show any stress due to her blocking out her emotions.

Nora isn't very expressive either, often keeping the same stoic expression. When she's on the main tasks on hand, she puts all her dedication to it and doesn't move on to anything else unless it's absolutely necessary. She has no problem being blunt, nor does she have a problem coming up to others to speak to them. She does have a bit of anxiety of others seeing her weak, due to thinking she won't be taken seriously, especially due to her age.

She refuses to change her ways or life-long knowledge either, and is likely to deny contradicting claims.

History: Within a group called the Kyuu Hou Kai, a researcher Kim studies physical enhancement. She uses baby test subjects that have been sold to an associate of hers, Mogura, and injects a sickness called the Ender Virus into them. Discarded subjects are put outside the Node for the Ender Virus to kill them, and for animals to eat their remains.

A new worker called Ichiro is involved with disposing of the babies, yet when they return the next day, they find subject nine still alive, to their shock. Ichiro brings the baby back to the head of the group, Phoenix, who researches immunity to the virus, and hurries to prevent the child from dying.

Amputating her legs and putting her in a life support machine, he calls her... Nora.

Growing up as a test subject, it is found she was immune to the Ender Virus. She has shown to be extremely intelligent, easily understanding the chatter around her despite being mute.

She begins tinkering with gadgets and gizmos, using them to compose music and create a device called ROBO_Head 1 to talk with.

After an incident in which Nora finds someone had done a transaction with her ability, the Eye of Horus, Mogura uses her ability as a sort of fortune-telling stand, where people get to sit down with her and get information from her.

Nora begins questioning the use of this ability when one of her answers leads to the culprit of a robbery being killed. One customer threatens to kill her after she collapses due to overusing the Eye of Horus, before being protected by the other members of the Kyuu Hou Kai.

This leads to her creating ROBO_Head 2 (going to refer to them as just ROBO_head) to protect her, Phoenix, and someone else called Lam.

Leaders of the Hou Sang Tong arrive to ask for Phoenix's research notes, and Nora complies after being reminded she must stick to the contract. ROBO_head creates a false document to protect Phoenix though, shocking Nora since he was not programmed to do such a thing.

Falling ill (not by the Ender Virus), she speaks to ROBO_head. She tells him he should go and compose music on his own, but he insists on staying with her as he wants to help her recover. ROBO_head plays some music requested by Nora, much to his opposing thoughts that it was not suitable for recovery. However, Nora replies that she enjoyed his first composition.

A young adult named Hayato arrives as another customer to Nora - once she got better that is - searching for a missing girl. Feeling bad that he could only afford a minute, Nora continues searching for Hayato's missing person. She collapses while telling him that the person is alive and in Node 8, having seen someone else in the digital space as well.

The leaders of the Hou Sang Tong return, having found a use for the fake document. They release the Ended Virus in a room with Nora (immune), Phoenix, and Lam (both Phoenix and Lam have greater resistance to the virus thanks to Phoenix's research). ROBO_head, - having sensed Nora in danger as Lam tries to attack one of the leaders for threatening to kill Nora - takes them both down to the ground. ROBO_head, Phoenix, and Nora all make their way out of the establishment, as one of the leaders still wants to kill Nora, and Mogura would not be pleased that ROBO_head had killed Lam.

A shot Phoenix tells Nora her true name (despite Nora insisting her name was Nora) and that ROBO_head was not meant to kill. He insists they escape to Node 8 to enjoy their lives.

As ROBO_head and Nora arrive at the train station, Nora creates a recording explaining to ROBO_head that since Mogura will continue to chase them down even in Node 8, she will use herself as a bargaining chip to keep ROBO_head safe, and that he represents her existence and him chasing his dreams represents her dreams. She overwrites his supreme command to try to keep him from protecting her and returning to Node 3 (where they originated). Once she shuts him down, she leaves him at the station.

Powers/Abilities: With the Eye of Horus, Nora is able to access any digital thing without any devices, be it transactions, private messages, anything. She's also very intelligent.

Weapons/Equipment: She's often in a wheelchair that she can move without any pushing or anything of the sort. The wheelchair itself has two arms at the back. Due to Nora not being able to speak, she often carries around a TV-like device called "ROBO_head 1" that basically speaks for her, having a young feminine voice.

“Miracles are illusions caused by insufficient observation and understanding. They’re just… glorious misunderstandings.” – Tanya Degurechaff

Name: Tanya von Degurechaff

Universe From: Youjo Senki: Saga of Tanya the Evil

Other Names: Eleventh Goddess, Mithril Battalion Commander, White Silver, Rusted Silver, Argent, Ace of Aces, Mad Dog, Devil of the Rhine

Gender: Female body but the person running the body is a male salaryman from modern day Japan.

Race: Human

Affiliation: In her world, the Empire; in this current world, Independent

Home Base: None, even in her own world she was constantly on the move.

Personality: In short, a sociopathic, libertarian, atheist. Tanya only has one objective: to lead a comfy life from the rear and thus disrupting Being X's goals. She is willing to do anything she must to accomplish this. Any act of mercy, kindness, empathy or altruism is a mockery of the definitions of those words. Instead, they are done to make her appear in a far better light for those around her. Saving a comrade in battle is purely done to keep her units record high and not besmirch it. Taking suicide missions? If she refused, she would be labeled a cowards and sent to die in some nameless section of the Rhine. She walks a fine line between appearing both the model soldier and meeting her own goals. Her mind is a constant buzz of possible uses for those around her, the best way to utilize their talents to raise her own reputation.

Her libertarian beliefs stem from her own visions of how the military is run and her understanding of her own wants and goals. Anything that objects to her being able to do as she pleases is seen as an evil in the world that must be safely danced around. She sees loopholes as a prominent part of her ability to act in ways that force the narrative that she is more skilled and competent then those around her. For instance, the Raid on the weapons factory at Dacia. Her beliefs also become more apparent when dealing with ideologies that expect or demand the lack of natural rights of the person, such as in Soviet-era Communism. Ultimately, she wished to create a world with as little government interference as possible. This also plays into her atheism, believing that God has no right to meddle in the affairs' of humans due to free will.

Continuing on the base principles of her person, she used signaling theory to increase her reputational gains. Signalling theory is the idea that an employee should do everything in their power to be the exact worker that a possible employer is looking for. By doing so, it increases ones chance at being hired as well as secures promotions, something Tanya needs to meet her end goal of a cushy life in the rear lines. This attitude forces her to act in whatever way is best for her at the moment, in regards to both her decision making process and how she speaks to others. She will appear as the stern battle ready veteran or the taciturn wunderkind strategist, whichever increases her chances. Her emotional control, from her sociopathy, is also topnotch. She never lets an emotion slip out, aside from the rare shock or surprise in combat.

In short; Tanya possess a cold, calculating mind housing the knowledge of two worlds, and is willing to do nearly anything, or sacrifice anyone, to meet her goals.

History: Youjo Senki Timeline

Powers/Abilities: By using the Elenium Type 95 Operation Orb and praying to Being X, Tanya's eyes turn gold and her physical and mental psyche increases beyond the extent of a normal human. Moreover, she has increased accuracy and prediction in shooting and is able to cast a high tier powerful explosive spell that could destroy a whole company. This, however, makes her suffer by having mental corruptions, and barely remembers what she did after. The rosary around her neck is the only thing that prevents her from being corrupted permanently. Of course, the Operation Orv allows Tanya the basics of magic available to all mages: flight, shielding, explosive, anti-air, and increased reaction times.

When not praying to Being X Tanya is still capable of increasing her physical prowess to fight with the same level of strength as an adult male. Even without the increased power from the Type 95, Tanya is incredibly nimble, often times described as a pixie in the way she flies. Aside from her magical abilities, she is hyper-analytical in her surroundings and those around her, often looking for any way to use her most potent ability on them, manipulation.

Tanya is a master manipulator. From her previous life, she was already a well read and studious individual, both goal oriented and lacking empathy. With her current body, she is capable of pushing even further with her unique brand of mental warfare. Her appearance can be cute, easily disarming those with families or lowered expectations. She is also well aware of her duties and responsibilities as a soldier, utilizing a grand amount of patriotism and platitudes to make even battle hardened veterans feel as if they are shirking their service to the Fatherland.

Weapons/Equipment: As mentioned previously, the Type 95 Operation Orb, a wood stock SMG with six spare magazines, bayonet, flight suit and gear, rosary.

Theme Song:

Other: Despite her adult inner-self, she enjoys chocolate, and due to her adult inner-self she loves black coffee.

'What did-ja ya say to muh son ya fuckin pansy.... how about ya say it to muh face instead directin it towards muh kin!’’

Name:
Timmothy Wahnabe .Sr

Universe From:
Fallout 76

Other Names:
Irish lad with a temper, the ‘one punch man’, the bane of alcohol, Lucky four leaved clover

Gender:
Male

Age:
43

By the gods.... if Timmothy .Jr was a more childish and kind individual, his father is a complete opposite of him... aggressive, serious, and an adult who knows full well of the sins he had committed throughout his years. He much rather drink his sorrows away with alcohol and playing blackjack instead of facing his fears head on like a real man. In fact... that seems to be his greatest weakness.... afraid of letting things go, and afraid seeing the only things that keep him from entering a state of sorrow.... afraid of the risks of trying face those fears and instead try to drown them away with material goods that bring some temporary relief to his pains but never full removes them. He lost his wife to the horrors of the wasteland.... so why would he risk letting his son, his only form of family left alone with all those dangers...?

But while he does harbor all of these personal problems that eats away from the inside....he is still a caring father, and with his son around, he acts more nicer.... well, as nice as someone like him can be, and at times, can be overprotective of his son, especially in combat... always trying to make sure no one even dares make his kin bleed from his skin, or else... well, what can be worse than death? Still, he tries to do what’s right.... help his allies out with their problems, and die knowing that for once.... he actually did something.

History:
Timmothy Wahnabe .Sr... a man known to be as the strongest man alive in the West Virginian wastes... a man known for going to hell and back with nothing but the blood of his foes on his person, a man who favors the bar and drinks to his heart’s delight.... a man filled with rage and fury unmatched by his fellow vault dwellers, but a father who tries his best for the only form of family left. But how did such a man reach a level of fame... and what hardships did he had to endure in order to gain such titles? It all started at the day of his birth within Vault 76.... a pure (well, mostly) blooded Irish baby born into a ‘loving’ and ‘caring’ family.... emphasis on both. In reality however, his childhood was rather rough, being held to high expectations and forced to do something else then what he wanted... such as staying inside his room to read this book or helping his father with some paperwork... he never asked for this, and this amount of stress caused him to seek other ways to calm down and be a normal kid essentially.

So he started sneaking out when possible on his own... intentionally missing work in order to interact with kids his age... and for once, he was a part of a community instead of being told the definition of one and asked many ways to write it in a sentence... well, at least until the local vault bully came along and ruined his groove at the age of 9.... insulting him in front of his classmates and even getting a few folk laughing at him. So.... he had gotten revenge the one way he could think of, by beating the shite out of the bully and putting him in his place, of course, this wasn’t a good idea considering he gotten in trouble for solving the bully situation with physical violence instead of words. The scolding and punishment he had gotten... which would be staying in his room for an entire week and learning from there... in fact, it actually made him think that others were actually out to get him... considering I’m his eyes, that the bully must have been some sort of trap just so that he could get in trouble.... which was false but was considered true in his eyes. So... the only way to get through this within his head, was to start training for anything heading his way... well, not in the intelligence sense but in a more physical sense as well... to which his father had the mistake of allowing him to exercise and use the gym within the Vault, thinking it would satisfy his need and release his frustration in physical form.... well, it did not.

As the years went by, and his strength and fury increased, it felt like he was ready to face the world and what it has done against him... with results that are far different than what he had in mind. Shortening up what occurred.... he had met what would be his wife, and actually become more caring as an individual, but still had his fury hidden within him, waiting to be released. But the idea of being a father and quelled this thought, and as the years went by, and the time spent raising his son inside the vault for 19 years, until Reclamation day has arrived, and what awaited outside was an experience he will never forget. The wasteland was worse than hell... filled with many dangers and threats to one’s lives, and many beginning Vault Dwellers have met their end, unaware of the creatures that preyed upon them either in a figurative sense or a metaphorical sense. His wife was one of these killed.... murdered by a large reptilian beast known as one of the most scariest beasts in the wasteland... the Deathclaw, and due to his lack of experience, he fled in fear and anger, unable to make a change to stop the beast in its tracks, and too weak to face it head on. His son luckily was somewhere else when this event occurred... but the damage was already done, he started to become his usual self once again, his anger getting the best of him and trying to find other ways to calm down, which came in the form of alcohol.

As the months went by, his rage has gone down a bit... especially after slaughtering the deathclaw that killed his wife, and getting even stronger than before... but he still feels empty inside, like he has no other purpose in life, a result of spending so much time finding out how to gain vengeance that he didn’t have any other true goal in mind. But still, at least he has a new focus, which is making sure that his son survives in the outside world, and to die knowing he did some good in his life.

Powers/Abilities:
Level:
264

S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats:
S.trength: 15
P.erception: 3
E.ndurance: 5
C.harisma: 8
I.ntelligence: 3
A.gility: 13
L.uck: 12 (+5 from Legendary perk)

Perks:
SPECIAL perks are obtainable via spending perk points in the perk chart. Each perk has a base SPECIAL requirement that must be met before it can be taken; this is based on the starting stats chosen upon character creation, along with any increases to those stats obtained through spending perk points.

-Iron Fist lvl 3:
“With fists as hard as steel... there is nothing that you can’t punch!”

With this perk, his punching attacks deal a extra 20% damage to foes in combat... must been from all that iron he has gotten from his diet.

-Blocker lvl 3:
“An age old technique used against melee fighters, even in the wastelands... it still shows some use here.”

As the name suggest, he can block melee strikes with his bare arms (still surprised on how arms like can block full swords swings) as well as gaining a passive45% less damage from his opponents' melee attacks.

-Martial Artist lvl 3:
“Everybody is kung-fu fightin! (Forgive me for the sin I have committed against humanity)

A classic fighting style founded within the east, his melee weapons weigh 60% less, and he can swing them 30% faster. Talk about being a deadly monk of drunken rage.

-Barbarian lvl 3:
“Release your inner rage and strike forth with ancient fury of the gods!”

With this perk, and along with his base strength, he has 60% physical damage resistance while not wearing any form of power armor... doesn’t seem to do much against energy based attacks.

-Incisor lvl 3:
“There is no armor against fate.... and armor piercing melee weapons.”

Being the bane of all things armored.... with this perk activated, say goodbye 75% of damage resistance when connecting an attack against an armored opponent.

-Adamantium skeleton lvl 3:
“Say goodbye to broken arms and legs with a new and improved skeleton!”

With this perk, individual limbs and body parts can no longer be crippled and leave him at a disadvantage within battle... doesn’t do much else to help, even with the name ‘Adamantium skeleton’

-Rad Resistant lvl 3:
“Say goodbye to your worries of lethal radiation with this one simple trick”

Useful for exploring areas of high radiation, he has a natural 40% resistance to natural and weapon based radiation used against him...

-Professional Drinker lvl 1:
“With all that time spent drinking alcohol, your liver somehow turns it into actual useable energy!”

All that time he had spent drinking beer and whiskey has hardened his liver... so much so that he has no chance of being ‘addicted’ (or drunk) when intaking any form of alcohol into his systems.

-Suppressor lvl 3:
“The best defense is often the best offense.”

When landing a successful strike, for one singular post, a foe will deal 20% less damage than usual... of course, Tim has to get up close and personal to do so with his melee arsenal.

-Makeshift warrior lvl 5:
“Even the mightiest of warriors must look after their equipment...”

Melee weapons break 50% slower and he can craft Tier 5 melee weapons.

-Action boy lvl 3:
“A life of action often allows one to quickly continue on without a care in the world.”

Action points regenerate 45% faster.

-Adrenaline lvl 4:
“The thrill of battle can make one even stronger as time goes on.”

Gain +9% (max 54%) damage for 30s per kill. Duration refreshes with kills.

-Thru-hiker lvl 3:
“The best kinds of backpacks are the ones that feel weightless even with all the food and water you have.”

Food and drink weights are reduced by 90%.

-Ninja lvl 3:
“Strike hard and fast without your unsuspecting victim aware of what is happening before it’s to late.”

Melee sneak attacks do 3x normal damage.

-Sneak lvl 2:
“Somehow... a Irishman who drinks a lot of alcohol can still be a better sneaker than most other people.”

He is much harder to detect when crouching and sneaking around... and while he isn’t the compete best at it, he still has a few tricks and tips in his book to keep him ahead of the competition... well, normal competition.

-Bloody mess lvl 3:
“Wave goodbye to your head... and arms.... and torso...... and-“

15% bonus damage means enemies may explode... well, into a bloody mist with the amount of strength he has backing him up.

-Ricochet lvl 2:
“Say goodbye to pesky old bullets with this perk!”

A small chance toto deflect back 25% of enemies' ranged damage.

-Better criticals lvl 3:
“With more advance V.A.T systems, even glowing deathclaws will fear you with a critical strike ready for it!”

V.A.T.S. criticals now do +40% damage.

-Four leaf clover lvl 2:
“With the luck of 2 four leaved clovers... well, one really, say goodbye to waiting long periods of time to getting critical V.A.T.S stored”

Each hit in V.A.T.S. has a better chance to fill hisCritical meter.

Legendary Perks:
Legendary perks are a term for the 28 powerful, passive abilities that can be equipped by the player character, with the first legendary slot unlocking at level 50, and new ones at certain level milestones onward at 75, 100, 150, 200, and 300. Upon unlocking a slot, a single legendary perk card can be chosen and fit into that slot, offering its bonus immediately.

Each legendary perk has four ranks and can be leveled up with "perk coins", which can be earned by scrapping normal perk cards. Ranking up varies at the following prices of 50, 100, and 150 coins for their respective ranks.

Legendary perk slots are account-wide, so those slots will be instantly available on any new or existing character, allowing a varying degree of legendary perk cards for each possible build, though without the benefit of having them at the maximum rank.

-Hack and Slash!:
“Want to become a live human grenade but without the explody part... well this perk is just for you!”

50% for melee VATS attacks to have a area of effect application instead of normal punching.

-Legendary Luck:
“You are more luckier than an blind man picking up a four leaved clover on his first try”

+5 LCK and +5 LCK perk points available to use.

-Collateral Damage:
“The same as Hack and Slash... except... this time, you are the one turning the enemy into a grenade and not a harmless one at that.”

Foes killed with a melee weapon have a 20% chance to explode right then and there... dealing damage to nearby foes but not allies.

-Exploding palm:
“A living breathing human firework who definitely has a lot of spark backing him up.”

When performing unarmed strikes upon a foe... he has a 20% chance of resulting in an explosion that is definitely not good for the enemy but great for the one initiating it... just uh... watch out for friendly fire if that’s the case.

Weapons/Equipment:

Casual Wear and Bowler hat:
Normal old pre-war clothing that Timmothy .Sr wears for the most part... it doesn’t seem to do much other than give Timmothy a sort of old fashioned clothing sense with this equipped.

Fully upgraded power fist:
A more bare-bones design than the previous games, the power fists found in the Commonwealth were originally used as pre-War hardware for demolition crews rather than as a weapon. Like the previous version, the power fist uses a pneumatic battering ram to deliver powerful, medium-speed punches to attackers, releasing a puff of steam and sparks with each punch. Its power attack is a heavy underhanded thrust.

-3 Nukashine

-8 Vodka

-12 Stimpacks

-5 Radaways

-2 Antibiotics

-1 Starlight berry Cobbler

-13 Purified water

Theme Song:

Other:
-If you couldn’t tell already.... Timmothy .Sr has a heavy Irish accent in his speech and actually makes it a bit harder for others to understand him.
-Based on the popular Unarmed build for Fallout 76, this man will never touch another melee weapon or gun in his life unless in dire situations.... stubborn man who much rather use the good ole righty and leftie to beat someone up into a bloody pulp.
-His favorite drink is none other than a good ole pint of Nukashine...

  • King of the Swingers
  • Jungle V.I.P.
Gender:
Male

Race:
Gigantopithecus

Height:
12' feet

Weight:
1200 lbs (roughly)

Affiliation:

Home Base:
Louie's Place

Personality:
As King of the Apes, Louie enjoys a lavished life, apparently living by his own law and order. Waited on by his monkey minions, Louie enjoys jazzy music, fun-filled parties, and a seemingly endless supply of papaya and other fruits.

He initially comes of as kind, suave, polite, charming and delightful, but can be impatient, belligerent, aggressive and spiteful brute within moments, especially when things do not go his way. Louie is fiercely competitive when it comes to women, treasure-hunting and business matters.

History:
King Louie first appears in his temple when several of his followers kidnapped Mowgli and brought him over. After a brief introduction, Louie offers Mowgli protection from the evil tiger named Shere Khan, and in return, he expects Mowgli to be his minion and build the red flower from fire, as part of a plan to take over the jungle.

However, Mowgli does not know how to make fire, and Louie, who realizes that due to his protests, refuses to let Mowgli leave. Mowgli is saved by the arrival of Baloo who distracts the monkeys so that Mowgli can sneak away from Louie. Annoyed that Baloo entered his temple without his permission, Louie orders his monkeys to seize the bear and throw him off the cliffs.

At that moment, he is alerted to Mowgli's attempt to flee by one of his monkeys who sounded the alarm. Together with Bagheera and Baloo, Mowgli manages to get to the inner courtyard of the temple which forces Louie to get up himself to prevent his captive from escaping. While Baloo and Bagheera fend of the hordes of Louie's monkeys, Louie himself climbs after Mowgli who has fled into another part of the temple. Louie later corners Mowgli and offers to spare him if he stays and serves him and his plans. However, Mowgli refuses and decides to go back to Akela the wolf pack. However, Louie reveals that Shere Khan has killed Akela but Mowgli refuses to believe him and tries together with Baloo and Bagheera to escape once again.

Louie chases Mowgli though the temple, but in his effort to catch him he smashes the pillars holding up the roof. While Mowgli escapes by jumping through a slit in the wall, Louie seals his fate when he tries breaking through the solid wall, bringing down the entire roof right on top of himself, completely burring Louie underneath in rubble. The monkeys immediately rush over to his aid and start digging in hopes of getting him out and while they do so, Mowgli and his friends escape the ancient ruins. It is unknown whether if King Louie was either killed or if he was badly injured after being crushed by the fallen temple.

However, he is later shown popping out of the rubble and starts his song again while the monkeys start working on restoring the temple. As Louie sings, he accidentally knocks down some more pillars that his minion monkeys just finishes rebuilding.
Since arriving in Rapture, Louie has made a name for himself by transforming a remote planetoid into a haven for weary travellers across the system. Lush and unexplored, the planetoid was the perfect setting for his dream club and was conveniently situated near local shipping routes. Building around an old spaceship wreck, Louie constructed his club piece by piece with the help of the Bandar-log.

Five years later, Louie's Place has grown from a deserted planetoid into one of the single most heavily-trafficked spots in Rapture and its owner has developed a reputation as someone who can give you information on almost anything or anyone for a price.

Powers/Abilities:
  • Gigantopithecus Physiology: As a Gigantopithecus, Louie's strength, speed, agility, dexterity, reflexes, coordination, balance, and endurance are far superior to that of a normal human.
    • Superhuman Strength: Louie possesses tremendous physical strength and is roughly 20 times stronger than a human being.
    • Superhuman Durability: Louie's bodily tissues are harder and more resistant to some types of injury than the bodily tissues of a normal human. He can withstand great impacts, such as his temple falling on top of him, with little to no injury to himself.
    • Superhuman Agility: Louie possesses the natural agility of a great ape. His agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
    • Superhuman Dexterity: As with other great apes, Louie is able to use his feet to perform most of the same purposes that he can accomplish with his hands.
    • Command over Monkeys: As King of the Bandar-log, Louie has authority over all monkeys and lesser apes. This provides him with a vast supply of minions as well as an expansive intelligence network.
    • Singing: Louie is a gifted singer, particularly with scat lyrics, and has been known to take the stage himself during overnight jam sessions at his club.

Weapons/Equipment:
N/A

Other:
  • King Louie does not appear in Rudyard Kipling's original book
  • King Louie shares his name with his late original voice actor, jazz singer Louis Prima.
  • Despite The Jungle Book taking place in an Indian jungle, orangutans do not inhabit India in real life. This is one of the reasons why King Louie did not appear in the original novel. It was also the main reason why his species was changed to a Gigantopithecus, in the 2016 remake. However, despite this, the 2016 version of him still heavily resembles an orangutan; the only notable physical feature that gives away the fact that he is not a real orangutan is his huge size. However, this resemblance is not very surprising considering the fact that orangutans have been calculated to be the closest living relative of the giant prehistoric ape Gigantopithecus.
  • King Louie has a twin brother called King Larry.
  • King Louie is allergic to anchovies.

"Legion Directive 001-Alpha: [PRESERVE] all organic life."

    Name: Commander Orpheus

    Universe From: Planetary Annihilation

    Other Names: 93-7114-027-ORPHEUS

    Gender: Male Programming

    Race: Commander

    Affiliation: The Legion

    Home Base: 1172 Chthonius

Personality: As a Legion Overwatch Commander, Orpheus was created by humanity during the final years of the Pro-Com War, as a last ditch effort to stop the Commanders of the Machine Liberation Army. Built to defend humanity, his directives have now shifted to the protection of all organic life in the cosmos after the extinction of humanity following Time Designation Zero. He will preserve organic life at all costs, fiercely defending them against anything that dares harm them.

Of course, he is not a pacifist by any means, given he is a brutally-efficient self-replicating mechanism of war, and will achieve his goals through any means necessary.

Units of the Legion have a focus on raw power, having powerful weapons and strong armour to make up for their lack of numbers.

Currently opposed by Commander Nihilon of the Synchronous.

    History: [DATA CORRUPTED]

    Theme Song:

Abilities:
  • Adaptation and Assimilation: Each Commander can assimilate technology into their own databases, upgrade them, and reproduce them.
  • Combined Consciousness: As artificial intelligence constructs, the Commanders can control and command each of their units individually. Their artificial nature also allows them to easily tap into computer networks and take over, or remotely spy on targets.
  • Machine Intelligence: The Commanders are equipped with learning programs, allowing them to calculate thousands to millions of possible outcomes, and adapt as such. They are, in essence, fully sapient war machines.

Equipment:
  • Fabricator: A device mounted to every Commander’s body that sprays a constant stream of nanites or quantum transmatter that construct structures at a rapid rate.
  • Uber Cannon: A cannon that can fire a energy projectiles at targets, used as a way for a Commander to defend itself. It can also fire an overcharged bolt of exotic matter that can destroy whole armies, but has a lengthy recharge time. This cannon can attack ground, air, and sea units.
  • Their Armies: Each of them are Commanders, designed and built to conquer planets and systems. As such, they are built to do so, able to construct bases and armies in minutes. MLA armies achieve victory through mobility and sheer numbers, while Legion armies achieve victory through raw power.

Race:
“I...... I was once a human.... but, due to my grave mistakes..... I am no longer human.... not even close, not even with my human like appearance on the outside.... for while I may function normally like a human... I have been cursed with a demonic entity that has corrupted my soul.... and changed me forever....”

Age:
“I am recorded to be 24 years old... but I appear older due to the constant state of little care to my physical appearance that makes me appear older than my biological age.”

Affiliation:
“I am rather new to this world.... so, I do not have any ties with anyone within this realm.”

Home Base:
“Nothing to call home now that I’m far away from it....”

Personality:
I....... I was given curse.... one that has poisoned my bond between my fellow brethren.... but I understand.... I had betrayed them in the first place by studying the forbidden arts.... this is was simply how the world decided to punish me for my sins. I am without hope..... nothing to keep me driving other then the singular goal of trying to contain the burden I was cursed with.... after all, no more innocents should be killed by my own hands.”

“I am what many people called a pessimistic.... always thinking the worst of myself and every possible situation.... especially since it takes my will power to control the demon within me, and I would usually shy away a conversation.... after all, who would want to talk to a Abomination that has killed innocents before when I couldn’t control the demon within..... but I could hold my own in a conversation... especially one with useful information... and tell them of my past, after all, I’m not who I once was a few years ago.... so it barely matters to me. Kindness is but a foreign concept that only my dying friend.... Baldwin... has ever shown me... even when religious, for he understands... that in a way, we aren’t too different to each other, both cursed with a burden that will last to the end of their life, and treated as outcasts due to it. But I am grateful to those who help me, and will often try to find a way to repay them.... even if it costs my life... for they deserve to live.... not me....”

History:
2B233B9C-1B46-444D-89EC-E2498CA385A4.jpeg
“The world I hail from...... it’s worse than Hell, Eldritch abominations at every corner lying in wait to reap your soul, monstrous beasts seeking to sate their blood thirst and hunger for flesh, and our own brothers and sisters either worshiping these false gods, or robbing us in order to satisfy their greed...... I was but a simple scholar, searching high and low for any useful piece of information. My life was a peaceful one, for I did not have to travel to the outside of safety of the Hamlet in order to gain new information, for travelers who done so already were willing to lend some information for a few gold coins.”

“The information they provided me with.... it wasn’t enough to stop my desire for more information, and so, at the age of 19, I began looking in....... unlikely places for forbidden knowledge. Soon, I became like many others, being driven by greed, greed for all types of knowledge. I even helped what many would call the enemy multiple times in order to get a paper holding an ancient ritual or forbidden knowledge of the Eldritch arts.... even a single sentence of a dark ritual was enough to gain my interest.”

“But.... a few months later.... it was... the time I regretted my existence and choices of my life. I had gone through a ritual in order to summon a demon in order to gain more knowledge..... but in return, my soul was corrupted and split into two versions. The one you’re seeing now is my human self, but..... the demon inside was once all the greed and desires from my body, and was used to create a terrifying beast that I can barely control. From that day forward, I was branded as a Abomination, a person who had meddled in the dark arts, and forever labeled as a traitor to man kind. Many innocents died at the beginning, me being driven away from the old Hamlet I once lived in.... now no longer accepted as a human but the corrupted soul I have. I just wish that this would be over soon, and I can finally feel the sweet relief of being pure again, either alive...... or dead.”

“Thankfully..... I have received what I thought to be my end.... when entering the final dungeon..... the Darkest Dungeon to fight with a being named the Heart of Darkness.... Alpha and Omega, father and mother, the creator of our world.... and soon..... our destroyer
.
I have fought with every ounce of my strength.... but in the end.... I was finished off, sparing my three other teammates brought with me and bringing what I thought to be.... peace and bliss..... until I woke up at somewhere different then what I was used to....”

Powers/Abilities:
Inventory:
The Abomination has 16 slots in order to store items in, and depending on what item it is, may only store one if it, or multiple of it. It does nothing to slow down the Abomination when walking or in fights.

Crit:
Having a small chance... he is capable of dealing a critical strike dealing double the damage he would normally do, or use this with his Absolution and gain better healing and stress reduction as a result of it.

Stress:
Him, like any other human being, can become stressed out that sometimes, ‘his resolve is tested’. this can lead to two things if his stress bar reaches 100/100, he will either be ‘Afflicted’, it being a bad personality effect that is generally harmful for both him and his team, or ‘Virtue’, it being a good personality effect that helps out in combat, with ‘Afflicted’ being the higher chance personality effect. But no matter which one is chosen, his personality will change to what personality effect he has gotten. If his stress reaches 200 while ‘Afflicted’, he will suffer a heart attack which instantly puts him on ‘Death’s Door’, while gaining 200 stress with a ‘virtue’ only removes it. He has a 25% chance of gaining a virtue and a 75% chance of gaining a affliction, and gaining stress or healing would depend on the events he witnesses with his own two eyes. The effects of the afflictions and virtues will be explained when gaining either one... and what’s to expect from them.

The Virtues he can gain are:
1.Stalwart:
“Many fall in the face of chaos.... but not this one... not today.”

2.Vigorous:
“Adversity can foster hope, and resilience.”

3.Focused:
“A moment of clarity in the eye of the storm.”

4.Powerful:
“Anger is power. Unleash it!”

5.Courageous:

“A moment of valor shines brightest against the backdrop of despair.”

The Afflictions being :
1. Fearful:
“Fear and frailty finally claim their due....”

2. Paranoid:
“The walls close in, the shadows whisper of conspiracy!”

3. Masochistic:
“Those who covert injury find it in no short supply.”

4. Abusive:
“Frustration and Fury, more destructive than a hundred cannons.”

5. Selfish:
“Self-preservation is paramount- at any cost!”

6. Hopeless:
“There can be no hope in this hell..... no hope at all.”

7. Irrational:

“Reeling, gasping, taken over the edge into madness!”

Death’s Door:
If he loses all of his Hp, he will enter ‘Death’s Door’, a red skull appearing above him as his body glows red, if attacked in this state, no matter how strong or weak the attack may be, it will lead to his death, but he has a 67% ‘Death’s Door blow resist’ which allows him to survive blows in this state with no signs of damage, but not for long. If he recovers out of this state by healing at least 1 hp, he will exit ‘Death’s Door’ but will suffer penalties to his accuracy, damage, and speed while also gaining more stress. He currently has 53 Hp

Combat skills:
Human form:
Transformation:
A ability allowing him to transform between human and beast form, this version allowing him to turn into a beast, increasing his speed, resistances to blight, a permanent increase to his damage until turning back into human form, and healing 10 hp, but also stressing his allies with +8 stress, even his friend, due to him not being used to his transformation yet.

Manacles:
A heavy swing using his chains, he is capable of doing a heavy blow in human standards and has a chance of stunning enemies with the attack. Good in order to stun a dangerous foe.

Beast’s Bile:
Transforming his face a little, he can fire off a ball of acid that would stick to nearby foes, usually dealing blight/acid damage to them... a great tool when trying to control a field of enemies.

Absolution:
Doing a small meditation on the floor, and summoning a bright light that flashes onto his body, he can not only heal 5 hp but also relieve 10 stress as well.

Beast form:
Transformation:
In Beast form, he trades his previous skill set in order for one of dealing damage, but when he wants to transform back into a human, he can, but suffer a small penalty to his speed, and unable to transform back into a beast until the battle is either over or a couple of rounds has passed. Also relieves 2 stress from any hero. Gain 3 stress each turn in this form.

Rake:
A weak multi hitting attack, it trades off damage for being able to distribute it equally to a second enemy, and increases his damage with each successful rake he uses.

Rage:
A powerful bite attack, it does the most damage of all of his attack based moves in his arsenal, not much about it.

Slam:
By slamming his ram like head into an enemy, he is capable of of not only reaching the front to a battle quicker, but push the enemy back as well. And decrease their foe’s dodge and speed immensely

Camping skills:
Anger management:
Increases his stress by 20, but decrease the stress others may have by 10

Psych up:
Increases damage for four battles but gives everyone in his party +10 stress

The quickening:
Increases his speed greatly for the next 4 battles

Eldritch Blood:
Increases his resistances to blight, bleed, and Disease, but increases the stress he gains.

Encourage:
Relieves 15 stress from an ally.

Wound care:
Heals an ally and both cures bleeding and poison.

Pep talk:
Decreases the amount of stress an ally would gain for 4 battles.

Weapons/Equipment:
Damnation’s Gift & Inhuman bondage

The curse that the Abomination has is not only a curse.... but a blessing in disguise, for it is able to give him inhuman strength with his Eldritch infused blood and powerful transformations, but even his strength carries over to his human form, while the magical and enchanted chains on his body provide a good defense to not only stop the beast from escaping easily, but act as a makeshift form of armor in certain situations. Not that his skin is capable of absorbing blows as well if all else fails.

"My name is Saint-14. They call me the greatest Titan who ever lived. But I would be dead if not for you. Since the day I
met you, I swore I would make it my duty to follow your example. I'm still trying."

Name: Saint-14

Universe From: Destiny

Other Names: The Greatest Titan Who Ever Lived, Hero of Six Fronts, The Violet King, The Pigeon

Gender: Male

Race: Exo Guardian

Affiliation: Last City Guardians, The Vanguard, Pilgrim Guard

Home Base: The Last City

Personality: Was there ever another Guardian so beloved by the people?

History: He walked out into the demon light. But at the end he was brighter.

Powers/Abilities:
As a Guardian, Saint is capable of wielding the Traveler's Light, a primordial paracasual force that is essentially space magic. Guardians wield this Light to battle the enemies of the Traveler, the forces of the Darkness.
  • Sentinel Abilities
    • Sentinel Shield: The Super of the Code of the Aggressor and Code of the Commander, Saint summons a shield of Void Light, using it for both offence and defence. He can throw the shield, which bounces off surfaces. Banner Shield creates a large defensive barrier when guarding, protecting allies while slowing his movement speed
    • Ward of Dawn: The Super of the Code of the Protector, Saint projects a nigh-impenetrable domed shield that protects anything inside. His helmet causes enemies who wander within to become blinded, and allies to gain a protective Overshield. Creates Orbs of Light when active.
    • Shield Bash: Saint unleashes a devastating Shield Bash that disorients enemies after sprinting a short distance.

  • Sunbreaker Abilities
    • Hammer of Sol: Summon forth a flaming hammer that can be thrown at enemies. The Super of the Code of the Fireforged and Code of the Siegebreaker paths, Saint summons a hammer crafted from pure Solar Light, exploding when striking a surface. Vulcan Rage has hammers shatter into explosive molten embers upon impact. Battle Forge causes enemies killed by hammers to explode. Solar Siege has hammers create a Sunspot on impact, allowing hammers to be thrown faster when standing in them. Throwing Hammer has Saint throw a weaker version of the Hammer of Sol, which can be picked up.
    • Burning Maul: Summon a flaming maul and crush enemies with the force of a quake. The Super of the Code of the Devastator, Saint summons a massive maul which can be used to strike quick, consecutive blows, or to slam the ground, leaving trails of fire that seek out enemies and explode. Roaring Flames increases damage with each enemy killed, up to three times.
    • Hammer Strike: Saint swings a flaming hammer at enemies after sprinting, damaging any enemy in the way.
    • Mortar Blast: Melee ability that unleashes a Solar explosion, setting nearby enemies on fire.
  • Striker Abilities
    • Fists of Havoc: Supercharge your fists and slam the ground with the force of a maelstrom. The signature Super of the Code of the Juggernaut and Code of the Earthshaker paths, once activated, Saint charges his body with Arc energy, allowing him to ram enemies and slam the ground to devastating effect. With Terminal Velocity, the ground slam attack leaves a damage-dealing field in its wake and deals more damage the longer it's in the air. Trample increases the duration of Fists of Havoc with each kill.
    • Thundercrash: Hurl through the air like a missile and crash into enemies. The Super of the Code of the Missile path, Saint supercharges his Light with Arc energy and launches himself into the air like a missile. Upon impact, it causes a massive explosion of Arc energy, and leaves a damaging field in its wake
    • Seismic Strike: Saint charges shoulder-first into enemies, creating a large Arc explosion upon impact. Aftershocks recharges grenade energy upon kills.
    • Ballistic Slam: After sprinting a short distance, Saint leaps into the air and slams into the ground, creating an Arc explosion upon impact. Impact Conversion allows Saint to gain Super energy with kills.
    • Lift: Allows Saint to fly a short distance after jumping. Useful for crossing wide gaps or ascending to high places.

Weapons/Equipment:
  • Perfect Paradox: A tale that's different from the rest: the thread unfurls against the clocks. The one the Speaker loved the best must have a perfect paradox. Saint's signature weapon. It is a kinetic shotgun forged from spare parts, Light, and sheer will by a Guardian from the future who rescued a young Saint and gifted him this weapon. Its Intrinsic Perks Rapid-Fire Frame allows Saint to slam-fire his weapon, and Rampage causes a damage boost with each kill, up to three times.
  • Steelfeather Repeater: Kinetic Auto Rifle. Fire full auto. Rapid-Fire Frame allows for deeper ammo reserves and reloads faster empty. Surrounded allows the weapon to gain bonus damage when three or more enemies are in close proximity.
  • Gallant Charge: Fusion Rifle. Does Solar damage. High-Impact Frame means it is more accurate when stationary and aiming down sights. Lead from Gold grants ammo when picking up Heavy ammo.
  • Patron of Lost Causes: Scout Rifle. Does kinetic damage. Lightweight Frame allows for faster movement when this weapon is equipped. Opening Shot allows for improved accuracy and range on the opening shot of attack.
  • Line in the Sand: Linear Fusion Rifle. Does Arc damage. Heavy weapon. Fires a long-range precision energy bolt. Equipped with Rampage.
  • Martyr's Retribution: Grenade Launcher. Does Solar damage. Single-shot. Wave Frame has projectiles release a wave of energy when they contact the ground. Increased stats based on the currently equipped subclass.
  • Breachlight: Sidearm. Does kinetic damage. Aggressive Burst allows for hard-hitting two-burst fire.
  • Gjallarhorn: Exotic Rocket Launcher. Its Intrinsic Perk Wolfpack Rounds allows it to fire a missile that tracks targets, where it will then split into multiple cluster rockets that also track targets after the detonation of the main warhead.
  • Falling Guillotine: Sword. Does Void damage. Vortex Frame allows for a heavy spin attack, while Whirlwind Blade increases damage for a short duration with rapid sword strikes.
  • Helm of Saint-14: Exotic helmet. Its Intrinsic Perk Starless Night has enemies that enter Ward of Dawn are blinded, while allies that pass through gain an overshield. Guarding with Sentinel Shield blinds nearby enemies.
  • Geppetto: Saint's Ghost. Ghosts hold their Guardian's Light, and when they are destroyed, their Guardian can no longer use any abilities. Ghosts are also responsible for resurrecting their Guardians after their deaths, and can be done so for an unlimited number of times as long as they do not die in a Darkness Zone. For the sake of balance Saint can be resurrected only once per match.
  • The Ram: "Ride head first into the fray. They'll never know what hit them." Saint's personal Sparrow.
  • Gray Pigeon: "The name? Pigeons are the only birds left in the City sky. One of the many 'last things' we fight for. If you have a problem with that, we could step into the Crucible." Saint's personal jumpship.

Name: Bardock

Universe From: Dragonball Z

Other Names:N/A
Gender: Male
Race: Saiyan

Affiliation: Saiyans

Home Base: N/A

Personality:
Bardock, at a first glance looks like a typical low-class Saiyan born on planet Vegeta. Like every other Saiyan, he displays traces of coldness, hatred and anger and the love of battle. However there are some traits that make this Saiyan man stand out from the typical.

He displays intelligence not displayed in a lot of other Saiyans even though he brushes it off as he is really good at fighting. Bardock also has the ability of precognition, the ability to see the future of himself and what is about to happen next (in short bursts).

This can both be a blessing and curse for the Saiyan.

However, this doesn’t stop Bardock from being fearless and running right into danger when he goes to fight Frieza on his own with nobody else from his race to help him.

This goes to play a part in Bardock’s own weakness which is part of his body. His tail.

A Saiyan has the ability to change into a ware-monkey at the sight of a full moon and if the tail is chopped off, the Saiyan loses his or her ability to change into this form.

But when Bardock is shown in the past, he tries to reject the help from Barry, showing a softer side that can warm up He grows to like the kid after a while, showing a softer side that can warm up to people, if given time.

Inside, however Bardock shows a tender side for his crew and their deaths. He is extremely loyal to them and vice versa.

History: *Bardock is a Saiyan in the age 737, where King Vegeta and the Saiyans work under the rule of Lord Frieza as planet brokers and kill inhabitants and clean the planets off to sell them to another species.

*Frieza decides the Saiyans are becoming too much of a threat to him, so he decides to kill off the Saiyans before a Super Saiyan could be born to stand a threat to him.

*Bardock hears of this and tries to stop this. As he almost gets killed, he is pulled into a wormhole by another person named Towa.

*Bardock wakes up in the past, on Planet Vegeta only it’s named Planet Plant and ruled by peaceful beings who take part in healing Bardock when he wakes up in the past.

*Lord Chilled, *a possible descendant of Lord Frieza, is sent to the planet when strange aliens come by and decided to attack the same village that saved Bardock.

The kid of the healer helps to heal Bardock and gives him food, only to be thrown aside by Lord Chilled.

*Bardock becomes pissed because this Lord Chilled is the same one who reminds him of Frieza and the death of his team.

*Bardock becomes so strong, he is able to access Super Saiyan for the first time and beats up Chilled for a long time.

*He saves the village and he is regarded as a legend.

Powers/Abilities:Flight – The ability to fly with the use of ki.
  • Ki Blast – The most basic form of energy wave.
  • Scouter - Like most members of the Saiyan Army, Bardock uses a Scouter to read and detect power levels as well as a communication device. Bardock wears a green lens scouter similar to his eldest son Raditz, though his model is older early model scouter than the one used by his son. The model he uses is called Old Model Scouter (Green) in the Xenoverse series and is the same model used by his teammate Fasha. Bardock's scouter was destroyed after he was hit by Dodoria's Mouth Energy Wave on Planet Meat. However, in Xenoverse 2 he is shown to have gained a replacement presumably in Conton City.
  • Power Ball – A ball of Blutz ray, which simulates the effects of a full moon to allow a Saiyan with a tail to become a Great Ape. Vegeta claims that Bardock was the inventor of this technique, however this line was Ocean Group dub only. In Xenoverse it is confirmed that he cannot use the technique though through his ability to see the future he knows Prince Vegeta can and asks him to create one so he can transform to fight Dark Broly and destroys the Power Ball after transforming to prevent Dark Broly from transforming as well, indicating he understands how the technique works despite bring unable to perform it himself.
  • Divination – A psychic ability granted to Bardock by a Kanassan as a form of retribution for the misdeeds of he and the Saiyan race in general. This ability gives Bardock the gift of foresight, but he has limited control over what visions he receives and when they occur. In Dragon Ball Minus, Bardock though he lacks the ability to see the future as he does in the anime special, he does have a premonition of his death at the hands of Frieza, which causes him to send his youngest son, Kakarrot to Earth to keep him safe, should his premonition come true. In Xenoverse, this ability allows him to know about future events and drives him to prevent Broly from reaching his son when both end up on Dying Namek in Age 762.
  • Final Revenger – A rush attack used to defeat Dodoria's elites on Planet Meat. It is one of Bardock's Blast 2 attacks in the Budokai Tenkaichi series. Bardock knocks the opponent up into the air with powerful attacks and finally knocks them down to the ground.

  • Full Power Energy Wave – Basically a fully-powered Energy Wave shot from the palm. Bardock uses it to finish off Toolo, and later to kill the last two remaining members of Dodoria's Elite. This is one of Bardock's basic Energy Wave Blast 2attacks in the Budokai Tenkaichi series.
  • Backstep Ki Blast - Bardock's signature attack in the Raging Blast series.
    • Flip Shoot – Bardock flips backwards, avoiding enemy attacks, and fires a Full Power Energy Wave. Used to destroy the remaining members of Dodoria's Elite, and named in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z.
  • Flash Spirit – It is an elbow, followed by a kick, and then an energy wave. This attack is used when Bardock fights the horde of soldiers on his way to attack Frieza. Named in the Raging Blast games.
  • I'll Never Forgive You! – Bardock rams into the opponents and hits them. He uses this technique against Frieza's soldiers when they try to stop him from attacking Frieza. Named in the Raging Blast games. In Dragon Ball Xenoverse, it appears under the name Rebellion Spear.
  • Super Energy Wave Volley – Used in the first Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi game.
  • Final Spirit Cannon (Riot Javelin) – A whitish-blue energy sphere attack. Bardock uses this in an attempt to kill Frieza, and later to defeat Chilled. Named Full Power Energy Ball as Bardock's ultimate in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi.
  • Rebellion Trigger – An Energy Wave attack used by Bardock in his Super Saiyan form. He uses this to struggle against Chilled's final attack in Episode of Bardock.
  • Heat Phalanx – A heated Ki punch technique which appears in the Budokai video game series, Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit, and Dragon Ball Heroes.
  • Vortex Crusher – Bardock rolls in a rapid motion and lands a hard elbow on the opponent's head. Used as a Super Saiyan against Chilled, and named in Battle of Z.
  • Spirit of Saiyans – A combination technique of Ki-powered punches used by Bardock in the video games Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3, Infinite World, Shin Budokai - Another Road, Burst Limit and Xenoverse.
    • Brave Heat – A more powerful version of Spirit of Saiyans. It appears in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Unlike Spirit of Saiyans it can be utilized by non-Saiyans.
      • DUAL Brave Heat - A team attack version of Brave Heat that appears as Bardock's Dual Ultimate Skill in Xenoverse 2 after the 1.09.00 Update. He teaches it to the Future Warrior after they reach maximum friendship with him. According to Bardock, he and his Saiyan teammates use to perform this technique together in battle just for fun and guesses to would be okay to try it out with the Warrior. It is automatically available to be equipped to his custom skillset even before the Warrior learns it.[17]
  • Saiyan Soul – One of Bardock's Blast 1 in the Budokai Tenkaichi series.

Tohru Adachi

  • adachifullbody.png
Don’t… think we’re the same, you little brat. You think the whole world hates you just because someone didn’t treat you right? You’re nothing but a little kid throwing a tantrum. You know, I seriously hate this world… don’t put me in the same shoes as a half-ass brat like you… please? Haha…
    -Tohru Adachi, to Sho Minazuki

    Name:
    Tohru Adachi

    Universe From:
Persona 4 Golden (True Ending, post Persona 4 Arena)

    Other Names:
    The Egocentric Police Dick

    Gender:
    Male

    Race:
    Human

    Affiliation:
    N/A

    Home Base:
    A Yasoinaba prison cell.

    Personality:
    Tohru Adachi.

For the better part of a year, known to the small country town of Yasoinaba and its citizens as the textbook lousy detective that you just couldn’t help but take a shine to. On top of being the assigned partner of respected local detective Ryotaro Dojima, his innocent, bumbling demeanour, his harmless, rookie mistakes and the terrible, unfunny jokes he would crack that nobody but himself would laugh at all caused him, for the most part, to totally fly under the radar. Like someone else’s puppy, people would smile when they saw him and then promptly forget their encounter.

After all, someone like Adachi was naturally forgettable. A perfect wallflower, loitering around Junes department store by himself, slacking off from his police duties until detective Dojima would catch him and haul his ass back to work. He wasn’t someone to pay much mind to; he wasn’t particularly useful, but a guy like him couldn’t hurt a fly.

All until the mask came off.

Underneath Adachi’s fabricated personality lies a sadistic, egocentric misanthrope who revels in the misfortune and manipulation of others for his own amusement. For a time, Adachi’s only drive in life was to satiate his own boredom - and, being bored senseless after being demoted and transferred to “nowheresville” Inaba for a genuinely insignificant slip-up, he found an outlet for his frustration and wicked entertainment by masterminding a killing spree spanning the course of a year through the use of his otherworldly power.

Since being caught, Adachi has had time to reflect on his past mistakes and selfish outlook on the world. Though he remains cold and disdainful towards society as a whole, carrying himself with an aura of aloofness and sharp-tongued sarcasm and remaining chaotic in the way he quenches his boredom, Adachi has matured, realising that the “shallow bonds and friendships” he loathed humanity for believing in may have a purpose after all.

Adachi does hold within him a great deal of regret for his actions, realising his mistake only at the conclusion of his battle with the Investigation Team. As his own way of “setting things right for himself”, he took responsibility for his own conviction, and lives by a promise to “follow the rules of this world” - to avoid the destruction of the world he once tried to achieve, and to ensure that the Inaba serial murder case remains closed at all costs.

Having grown over the past few years, Adachi no longer totally despises humanity. While still having the utmost contempt for the entitled, the ignorant and the other aspects of society that drove him into committing the savage murders he became notorious for, Adachi does still look upon some memories - and, indeed, even some people - with fondness. While still disliking the idea of relying on bonds with people, he accepts them as a necessity of life.

    History:
The world can be a cruel place - and cruel, it was, to ex-police officer Tohru Adachi. Despite excelling in his early life, boasting very impressive grades and a plethora of personal achievements, he was never rewarded for his hard work by his seniors or peers. No matter what, he would always be overshadowed by those simply more talented or more sociable than him. Passed over for every promotion, every award, every bit of praise, he soon began to hold a deep grudge towards society's firmly-rooted bias towards the naturally gifted all through his teenage years, a grudge which eventually bloomed into hatred by his adulthood.

Being chewed out, demoted, and transferred to “nowheresville” Yasoinaba after a genuinely insignificant slip-up only intensified his resentment. With his slashed salary leading to him relying on boiled cabbage for sustenance and cheap alcohol for comfort, Adachi bitterly saw it as another kick in the nuts by the world that he had no choice other than to just to deal with, and that he'd just have to knuckle down and allow his anger to fester within himself.

That was, until the discovery of the Midnight Channel.

If you stare into a turned-off TV at midnight when it’s raining, you’ll see your soulmate”. That was the tale of the Midnight Channel. While total nonsense to the everyman, Adachi soon discovered the truth behind the Channel. What appeared on the Midnight Channel was not your soulmate - rather, it was a mirror of another world inside TVs, formed by the collective subconscious of Inaba’s residents, and home to the manifestation of humanity’s deepest, darkest thoughts and desires - violent entities called “Shadows”. To enter the Midnight Channel without a way of prompt escape was to invite a certain, grisly death at the hands of these Shadows - when a foggy day arrives in the real world, the fog lifts in the Midnight Channel, causing the Shadows to go berserk and slaughter anyone inside.

A horrific, abominable world to most. To Adachi, it was a great opportunity to bring some excitement into his dreary life.

Discovering his ability to enter this realm unharmed and at will, due to his twisted ego and ability to utilise Persona, Adachi orchestrated a serial murder spree, throwing his victims into the Midnight Channel and leaving the Shadows to take care of the rest. He killed two people this way, his victims being spat back out by the Channel into the real world upon their deaths, hung upside down on structures such as telephone poles and TV satellites. He then manipulated one Taro Namatame into kidnapping more victims and throwing them into the Midnight Channel to ensure his game continued, and nobody was any the wiser. It was the perfect crime, given their supernatural cause of death. Adachi walked free, unable to be put to justice.

Until the Investigation Team, led by one Yu Narukami, came for him.

These were people with the ability to face and accept their own Shadows, and their deepest, darkest, most closely held secrets, thoughts and desires. They would gain the magnificent power of a facade used to face life’s hardships, materialised from the very fibre of their being - a Persona. Putting their abilities to use, they sought to enter the Midnight Channel themselves and rescue Adachi’s victims upon their disappearance.

Despite their rescue, time and time again, they still lacked any leads as to who the one responsible was. The truth may have been forever lost if it had not been for a combination of Narukami and the Investigation Team’s deductions and Adachi’s own careless mistakes. Having been exposed, Adachi sought refuge in the Midnight Channel, the very realm he had used to murder two people, to have a final standoff with his pursuers. Seeing no need to conceal his true personality any longer, he spilt his plan for the world to the Team; the Midnight Channel would merge with the real world, which would eventually turn Inaba’s residents into Shadows; seeing it as a preferable, painless alternate reality to being oppressed under society’s unfair standards.

Adachi and the Investigation Team battled long and hard, but Adachi was eventually defeated.

Upon the battle’s conclusion, Adachi realised his mistake. He and Yu Narukami had the same power, but they had both ended up so differently. He recognised that, had he been more like Narukami and his friends, things wouldn’t have ended up the way they did. He was even more conflicted upon hearing that the Team never intended to kill him - rather, to apprehend him and finally bring him to justice. Conflicted, he accepted his fall, promising to “abide by the rules of the world” and accept the punishment he deserved. Indeed, it would have been surprisingly easy to escape conviction even at this stage, due to the lack of evidence; he became a model prisoner, essentially responsible for his own conviction, making a full confession and trying his absolute hardest to prove to the police that he was responsible. Even so, he still could not be properly convicted for over a year, due to the otherworldly nature of the case.

It wasn’t long before he found himself back in trouble, though. Adachi soon begrudgingly found himself back in the thick of more paranormal mayhem, now taking centre stage in another man's plot for world destruction. Sho Minazuki, a Persona-user with split personalities, planned to take revenge on the world for its supposed wronging of him by summoning the avatar of death, Hi-no-Kagutsuchi, to destroy humanity. Sho, believing Adachi to be just like him, gave the ex-cop the opportunity to enact vengeance upon the Investigation Team before the summoning of Hi-no-Kagutsuchi. Sho had, however, severely misjudged Adachi. He tolerated none of Sho’s comparisons to him, biding his time until the perfect time to betray him came, then fusing the powers of both his own Persona and Narukami's to cast out the death god.

In a twisted sort of way, Adachi earned the fulfilling life he had always desired. Though still a sadistic, impulsive misanthrope, he has changed since his days as a cold-blooded, sociopathic killer, and is willing to defend the rules of the world from anything that may threaten them, believing it to be his way of paying the Investigation Team back after they helped him see the error in his ways.

Council wanted a skilled and young commander in control of the XCOM initiative so that they didn't die of a heart attack while not throwing forces into the meat grinder. That's me. I held off the aliens for a little while. Then the underground base was stormed and the aliens nabbed me. I got put in a stasis tank for 20 years with my mind used as a weapon for tactical simulations."
"Bradford freed me, bless his heart. Woke up to a XCOM on the run from an ADVENT puppet government and alien control and got training from allegedly the first psionic soldier-Geist, right?-in the way of the Templar so I don't get nabbed again. Morro
8a339434f3544d786f7de8b80e5cfef0.png

Name: Morro

Universe From: Ninjago

Other Names: NA

Gender: Male

Race: Was human, now Ghost

Affiliation: None

Home Base: None

Personality:
In his past, he was free-spirited and was shown to be rather patient up until Master Wu tested him. He is also seen to be jealous as well, as noted by his behavior while dueling Lloyd in the Museum, and his disgust and rage in confronting the one who attained his spurned, youthful dream of becoming the Green Ninja.

He also was very narrow-minded, focused, and determined. However, despite his gifts in strategy, his narrow-mindedness and inability to let go of anything was likely his greatest personal flaw. He was determined to prove destiny wrong after he was discovered to not be the Green Ninja. With his aggrandized sense of identity taken, Morro had taken out his disappointment in a state of denial and rage.

In his youth, he had a very close teacher-student relationship with Master Wu, which, while rather healthy and positive for them in the beginning, quickly took a nosedive after the revelation that Morro was not destined to be the Green Ninja, which caused Morro to become bitter and resentful, and caused him to abandon Wu and the Monastery. This also showcased Morro's determined and ambitious side, as well as his inability to cope with disappointment. Likewise, this seemingly caused him to later attempt to emulate Lloyd, the true Green Ninja, by frequently using his Elemental Dragon, appointing Weapon Masters that filled identical roles to the four ninja, and dressing in green clothing.

Morro's corrupted side.

He was also shown to be somewhat unstable in his inability to face failure. His failed dreams in his past life and attempts to live them out as a ghost show that his determination was limitless, although it had clearly driven him hopelessly insane. Likewise, Morro's massive insecurities and inner fears had left him incapable of abandoning his pursuit to be the Green Ninja and thus had prevented him from summoning his own Elemental Dragon as a result.

He was also shown to be manipulative, trying to buy time by telling Lloyd that his father still lives on in the Cursed Realm and that destroying the Realm Crystal would cost him his chance of saving his father. However, Morro used this information merely to stall the ninja until the Preeminent could drag Lloyd into the Cursed Realm herself. Morro was also pathologically incapable of letting go of a grudge. This is seen in his constant mocking of Lloyd and his references to his shattered dreams of becoming the Green Ninja. He blamed Wu and fate for this, and this attitude ultimately was what led him to his demise in the Caves of Despair.

Morro did show his regret for his actions at the end of "Curseworld, Part II." When Master Wu tried to save him from being pulled into the water, he refused, giving the Realm Crystal to Master Wu, parting with the words, "You can only save those who want to be saved . . . goodbye, Sensei."

The users are able to release bolts, waves, spirals, pulses, blasts, spheres and/or bursts of wind and use them to damage and push people; this ability is able to send wind through any form of matter, creating ruptures and pulses that can spread through anything. Also, it can be used possibly underwater and to move objects from a distance.

Of course.... on occasion he sleeps inside his ship, says “it’s far more safer on the sea due to me having a far larger escape route than on something limited such as ‘land’”

Personality:
Being a Pirate Legend, one would think of him as a brave and ruthless Pirate known for charging headfirst against the odds and yet, still managing to successfully get away to sail for another day with his foes now sitting in Davy Jones’s Locker.... and for the most part, this Pirate seems like he fits mostly that role. Except the charging headfirst and ruthless part... for this Pirate is a calculating thief who isn’t afraid of enacting his plans but knows when to retreat when the going gets tough... a thinker more of a fighter, and would only do what is necessary to win a battle. After all, why must a Pirate follow the rules of the art of war when ones life is on the very line... but moving on, Ja-

“Sorry there lad... but I’ll be taking over for the moment....”

a gunshot can be heard in the background, as a large thud could be heard, footsteps replacing the sudden silence as a figure hummed to himself. Eventually, the sound of a sort of cushion having pressure upon it could be heard, before a small grunt can be heard as a loud and booming voice called out.

“Excuse me for my sudden entrance.... just needed to make sure that no ‘important’ and ‘sensitive’ information reaches anyone else’s ears... but as compensation, I will be continuing on from where the ‘Narrator’ had started. Now...”

The shuffling of paper could be heard before a group, a cough echoing throughout the room as the figure continued with.

“Now let’s see where the ole Nar had left up. Ah, it appears he was only just starting on my ‘Personality’.... well, I have nothing to hide from here, but I’ll be saying it in my words instead... a autobiography from now on. Ahem... while yes, I may seem like an untrustworthy and cheating type, which is still true, but still at looking mostly upon the more notable things I have done throughout my years of being a Pirate Legend and have such experience with how the world truly works as well. Now, a little life lesson to remember.... there is nothing such as ‘black’ or ‘white’ in the world in fact, that’s the thing that people mistake ever taking a part of. Take it as two sides of the same coin for example, there may be two different sides, each one facing a different direction than the other, and may show different things like beliefs for example... but in the end, it’s still the same coin, no matter how you look at it, and you can’t get a gold coin with only one side, considering that is nothing but a tall-tale... so in order to get that gold coin, you must take both sides as well.... even if the other has something you hate.”

“And that there is the problem.... people keep thinking that one side can vanquish the other with much change... and for a short period, that may be true, but later on, either short or long, the other side will come back, making all that progress of erasing one side entirely pointless. Why would I just go and ‘vanquish’ evil if it’s bound to eventually return to restore balance to the world and make all that hard progress destroying it for nothing.... so, I rather not take any side for the matter, I care not if a Skeleton Lord that returns every millennium is about to take over the world with his Ghost armies... our future bloodline are bound to do the same thing over and over again in an infinite cycle with no permanent end result and expect something different to happen. As long as it doesn’t interfere with my work, I won’t even spend a single bullet aimed their way. But don’t think of this as me having no hope for anyone either and only out for myself... I still do my own thing, which is to steal treasure, and also, surprisingly for some others, aid others with their voyages, especially me own crewmates and new Pirates. They.... reminded me of what I used to be, a poor and out of luck deckhand who with nothing to lose, decided to turn to the only thing that he can do... and that was to gain a new life as a Pirate.”

“I have went through many changes in thy life and became a different person as of a result... and if there were an alignment to describe me... I would say Chaotic Neutral... doing my own things the way I want to, without any fear of anyone opposing me. I’m not afraid of challenging anyone’s ideals... and even morals, because that’s what I want to see, the clash of how different minds interact with one another, of how one’s experience affect how the other responds right back at it... of how one tries to blame the other for being what they are and the sins they committed, while the other provides truth to their claims, but also tells them of how far they have gone, of the hardships they went through... of how they were forced to be what they are today. Ah, excuse me... didn’t know I was dragging it on more than I have to... but nonetheless, seeing how others would react to my words as well as seeing what others had gone through will only make things far more interesting.”

“Still, I’m not the swashbuckling hacking and slashing murderer as most others point me to being... for while there is some truth to those claims, they merely look upon the external view of the sins I have done instead of the reasoning for them.... I’m just human, and I’m doing what it takes for me to survive in a place known as ‘reality’... now, moving on to the next part since we don’t have all day.”

History:
“Next up is history.... this is something I rather avoid and I will erase most of and only tell you what you need to hear.... just note from earlier, I used to be another unnamed crewmate of a pirate ship, and was treated as but a mere nobody.... until I had set off on my own to create a name for myself, yadda yadda yadda... I became a Pirate legend... no, THE Pirate Legend known for defeating many captains, alive and dead, as well as took the lives of many monstrous beasts that tower over the common man, such as the Megalodon and the Kraken... I face my challenges head on without fear, and looked where that had gotten me... still standing with nothing but the stolen wealth of my foes that I merely added to my collection. I have done many sins in my life... I had taken many lives, and for what, material wealth that will no longer have value once I am gone. Still, it is rather important now... and will continue to be so until I’m truly dead. Anyway... that is all that I wanna share with you for now.... considering they’re the only things I’m willing to show.”

Powers/Abilities:
“Aha! Here comes the juicy stuff... and rather important as well, considering it, along with my equipment are pretty much the most important things in order for a Pirate to fight... ahem.... the first of abilities have is:

Enhanced physical strength/speed/endurance:

This one right ‘ere is a no-brainer... you can’t fight in close quarters combat with ye fists and cutlass cutting through the enemy offense when you have little or no strength to spare instead. Compared to a super freak... I seem like more of a simple human to them, but against another human, I’m far more stronger and faster, and more capable than them, it’s like putting up a trained fighter against a beginner. Of course, I still have a few non-human traits, such as being endure point blank shots without any worry or change to my fighting style, be launched out of cannons without any worry of broken limbs or a head, and been cut up and punched far more times that I can remember in a lifetime. Once I start moving, nothing can stop me!”

Large ‘pockets’”

“A strange one... but it’s pretty much true, when related to items and tools, while limited, I can hold many items and gear without any effect on my combat efficiency. It’s like carrying a single feather in a pocket, weighs as much as that.... very useful if I need to carry that much stuff around. But where it’s at is my coin storage... it’s basically limitlesss! Right now, I currently have 1,462,737 Gold coins lying right in my pockets right now... and it doesn’t even make me any slower one bit. And I can bring it everywhere I go.... just who doesn’t love a storage system like this?!?”

“Master gunnery and sword skills”

“The most important kit within a Pirate’s tool set, one must know how to use every weapon available to them as if it was their own limb... it’s basically a no-brainer. Why be a coward and let your minions do all the work when you can inspire your men by leading the charge and show them why you deserve that spot of being a Pirate Legend. That’s why I’m the top of my game... and sure, there are others who could far more than I can ever done in a lifetime.... but I don’t give a single cannon volley’s worth of what they preaching about... they don’t concern me in the slightest when they focus on more important things such as ‘far more villainous folk’...”

Weapons/Equipment:
“Weaponry and equipment.... another’s important thing to a Pirate’s success... well, might as well tell thy of the items I have available, but I won’t be including the quantity of the items, only their names and purpose.”

“Cutlass”
12E9510A-6B7C-4574-9EF2-81B6D5A5E0BB.jpeg

“The most commonly used weapon of my kit, it is a cutlass made of hardened steel...
And is my only melee weapon when in close quarters combat. It has been with me for years, and even then, it is still useful even now.... and allows me to perform many combat skills when needed in a fight, but that doesn’t mean I will be harmless without my cutlass in close range, for a Pirate has to know when to fight with every tool and trick in their kit.”

“Blunderbuss”
2F4B6193-E6A1-48B1-A199-2900D66F82CA.jpeg

“ah... the smell of molten hot lead being fired out of a mobile cannon at close range. This tool right ‘ere is not just for show, it is a deadly close range ‘shotgun’ (strange name) like weapon that is devestating in close range, especially point blank, as it fires custom bullets that sets a foe on fire... makes it so satisfying once a hit lands.”

“Flintlock Pistol”
A5D1B8C5-B347-456F-8020-9C57389DAAA7.jpeg

“One of my newer tools in my kit, this flintlock pistol is one of legends, once wielded by a Legendary Pirate Lord before me, to which I happily took after killing the Skeletized version of the Pirate... but still, it is my most used weapon of all, and it seems to be... well, cursed with good luck. For its shots seem to curve and move at will, allowing me to aim its end point and hit far distances no normal bullets should be able to hit.”

“Eye of Reach”
9142DD38-54DB-4161-B2C7-916427538D03.jpeg

“A long ranged option, it uses a specialized ammo type that seems to be even more devastating than any normal cannon ball, for its five special shots that require an singular hour to recharge can pierce through even the strongest of armor and cover as if it was mere butter to it... even I don’t know where it ends up considering I only see the mere end result of this weapon. Still, a good sniper rifle if I can say so myself.”

“The Call of the Undead”
83C8AF42-C68E-439A-AB90-6E03EC906850.jpeg

“A special artifact I have found during my travels.... this book is magical and nature, but what makes it so unique is that I’m able to create loyal skeleton minions of any type, to fight for me and me alone. They are permanent or at least from what I can see... but there can only be a limit of 10 skeletons summoned at a time, and the more stronger the skeleton, the longer the casting time is required to summon it into the realm. Still, it is rather useful for creating allies to fight for me in battle.”

“Anything else below this does not require any explanation.... what it says is what it means... don’t think of this being ‘lazy’, I simply don’t need to explain those two when they are basically the same with most other examples.”

“This right here is my favorite animal... and pet, his name is ‘Sir Zhani, terrifying beast of the seven seas and mascot of the Legends of the sea...’ but in reality, he is just a happy and cute little pup, can’t even hurt a fly. Nothing else to say about my loyal buddy.”

“This is what my ship looks like, and that’s what I wanted to say.... what, you expect me to tell you everything my ship has and the supplies it carries so you can exploit me for it and know it’s exact weakness....

“Now that it’s all over... guess it’s time for me to leave, I have overstayed my welcome, I’ll be seeing you all soon. I can only wish those luck for those who enter the Sea of Thieves.... goodbye.”

As a figure now got off the cushion, footsteps slowly disappearing, before a door closing was heard, the room now shrouded in nothing but silence once more.

"The god's chosen beverage. Tremble before the horror of Diet Coke!”

Name: Perseus Jackson

Universe From: Percy Jackson and the Olympians

Other Names: Percy Jackson

Gender: Male

Race: Demigod

Affiliation: None

Home Base: None

Personality:
According to Kronos, Percy inherited Poseidon's "too changeable, unpredictable" nature. Percy is a brave-spirited, natural leader. Many people tell him he is brave, such as friends, family, strangers, and even gods. He has the same "brooding" look as his father, which always had him branded as a rebel; his mother has a rebellious streak just like him. Percy is characterized by his sarcastic, smart sense of humor, and laid-back demeanor. His girlfriend Annabeth mentions that he is actually quite smart, but seems to act dumb.

Percy is somewhat short-tempered and thus has trouble controlling his anger, such as when he sees bullying. He can be derisively sarcastic and moody, especially when someone tries to manipulate him or forces him to obey. Like many heroes, Percy is very reckless and tends to do or blurt out things before thinking, causing him to get into a lot of trouble. He feels responsible for everyone and anything which goes wrong.

According to Annabeth, Percy is obtuse, meaning he doesn't always see the obvious even when it is right in front of him, such as people's feelings and what they are trying to say indirectly. He has romantic feelings for Annabeth over the course of the series, but he finally confirms them in The Last Olympian. Despite this he is perceptive when he needs to be, Percy could tell that Gaea wanted to keep him alive and gambled his life knowing that he was too valuable to Gaea for him to die at that time.

Although he has many friends in Camp Half-Blood, Percy is considered a troublemaker in school with a track record of expulsions, like most demigods. His dyslexia makes learning and reading difficult and his ADHD makes it hard for him to be attentive or to sit still in class. He has never been one of the "cool" kids in class because he hangs out with supposedly "un-cool" people, such as his best friend Grover Underwood or his half-brother Tyson. Possibly because of his bad history in school, Percy feels a strong level of affection and attachment to Camp Half-Blood. In The House of Hades, Hazel states that Percy was a child of Poseidon's better nature: powerful, but gentle and helpful, a person that would guide ships safely to the shore rather than destroy them.

After getting his memories taken by Hera, living on the streets and fighting monsters, Percy has developed a "wolf stare" that says "No matter how bad you think you are, I'm worse," which enables him to scare off people like gangsters. He is not afraid of anything in the mortal world anymore, including gangs. He notes that it is probably Lupa's influence on him, as he stayed with her pack for weeks. Despite being very confident in his own abilities, Hazel Levesque can sense there is a quiet sadness in Percy like he saw his destiny and knew that one day he would face a monster he couldn't beat.

While in Tartarus in The House of Hades, Percy is starting to show a darker and more dangerous side of himself in his personality. He begins to question himself about his morality, and if he's really a good hero or not. He wonders about the people he had previously treated with apathy: Bob, Calypso, and Nico di Angelo. After his return, he tries to make up for his tattered relationship with Nico by thanking him for visiting Iapetus. While battling Akhlys, Percy taps into his rage and controls poison to overwhelm Akhlys—to the point where even Annabeth is terrified of him. He was shown to be more prone to aggression when he vows to destroy Gaea and avenge Bob and Damasen, something which doesn't seem to disappear towards the end of the book.

After the events of The Blood of Olympus, Percy seems to be less impulsive. He has grown a bit tired of the constant dangers of a demigod and looks forward to living a normal peaceful life as much as possible. The cunning sorcerer, Setne tried to manipulate Percy, but it backfired on him as Percy succeeded in capturing him. Percy gives more priority to his family and even turns down Apollo's offer to go on a dangerous quest to help the latter regain his godhood. However, he does small favours to others as it is his principle to aid demigods as much as possible, such as escorting Apollo and Meg to Camp Half-Blood at for Meg’s sake and training Magnus Chase for a voyage across the sea at Annabeth’s request.

History: Percy Jackson

Powers/Abilities:
  • Hydrokinesis: Percy can control great volumes of water to a very high degree, lifting 10,000 gallons of water in The Demigod Files. He can dry himself and items (such as a lighter) underwater as long as he holds onto it, extract water from petrified seashells, create oxygen bubbles underwater for people who cannot breathe underwater, propel himself through water, summon waves that can easily sink ships, as well as control water in order to make it explode or use it to grab something. Percy's skill allowed him to temporary contend with Ares. The River Styxis the only river he cannot control.
    • Water Solidification: Percy can harden water into an almost solid shape by increasing the surface tension of the water. He can use this power to walk on water and create a strong water shield, and on two instances in The Son of Neptune, he hardened the water into giant hands that followed and imitated the movements of his own hands.
    • Hydrogenesis: Percy can create water from his own power by summoning the "force of the ocean" inside of him as long as he concentrates hard enough, though it takes much of his energy for him to do so. He learned this ability from a Naiad. At Mount Saint Helens, he created water to cause a volcanic eruption, which was powerful enough to cause half a million people to evacuate and cause ash to fall as far as Lake Tahoe and Vancouver. He later used this skill while creating his own personal hurricanes in the Battle of Manhattan. While traveling on the Argo II during The Mark of Athena, he presumably used this ability while combining his powers with Jason's to create powerful storms.
    • Water Empowerment: When in contact with or in the presence of water, Percy gains a disproportionate amount of superhuman clarity, strength, speed, agility, and endurance. While in this state, he was strong enough to snap Clarisse's electric spear "like a twig", effortlessly defeated four children of Ares (including Clarisse) in rapid succession with ease, and shear off a portion of Luke's shield. However, this only lasts for a limited amount of time unless he is completely submerged in water.
    • Water Immunity: If he falls from great heights into water, Percy will be unaffected by any amount of water pressure. He doesn't get wet if submerged in water unless he wants to. Additionally, Percy can breathe underwater for unlimited amounts of time and see in the darkness underwater. He is only unable to breathe in the River Styx.
  • Toxikinesis (limited): Percy can control and manipulate poisons. This allowed him to deflect Polybotes' poison that was thrown at him in The Son of Neptune and temporarily beat Akhlys in The House of Hades. This is limited, though, as poison is only part water. In The Blood of Olympus, he tried to divert the poison Polybotes attacked him with, but didn't due to his fear of this power. The full extent of this power is unknown although he is able to control it well enough, when angry, to the point of terrifying Annabeth who even asks him to stop.
  • Cryokinesis (limited): Percy can use cryokinesis to a small degree. He can manipulate frozen or icy water around him, as shown during his interrupted fight with Thalia in The Titan's Curse. He is able to use the ice and snow around him to make an icy hurricane, as seen during the battle in Alaska in The Son of Neptune.
  • Vitakinesis (limited): Percy can heal most wounds and cure most poisons when in contact with water, the amount of water and time needed for the healing being proportionate to the severity of the wound.
  • Heat Immunity (limited): Percy has a far higher than normal resistance to heat and burns, similar to that of a Cyclops. In The Lightning Thief, he managed not to drop his sword when Alecto wrapped her fiery whip around his wrist. In The Battle of the Labyrinth, he was able to survive being engulfed by lava thrown by the telekhines (though it began to get more painful the longer he was in contact with it) and not being killed by the super-heated steam from the Mount Saint Helens' eruption.
  • Watercraft Manipulation: Percy possesses an intimate awareness of any ship he is on (sailing ships, canoes, motorboats, possibly submarines) and can telekinetically operate one.
    • Perfect Bearings: Percy always know his exact nautical coordinates wherever he is, which allow him to easily navigate his way at sea.
  • Atmokinesis (limited): Percy has limited control over weather. He can summon storms, such as miniature hurricanes. With his Curse of Achilles, his hurricanes were powerful enough to extinguish the fires on Hyperion's body and leave the powerful Titan vulnerable to attack. However, Percy's control is limited and his power drains him over time. By the events of The Son of Neptunehe is able to sustain the storm to knock a giant crocodile off its footing with less effort than his first use of the skill, although it still drains him over time.
    • Aerokinesis (limited): Percy has limited control over the wind. He can summon strong winds, which allow him to create miniature hurricanes.
    • Electrokinesis (limited): Percy used this skill unintentionally on one occasion while creating his own miniature hurricane. Sparks of lightning appeared as his storm increased in power. His control of this ability, however, is far less than that of a child of Zeus.
  • Geokinesis: Percy has limited control over the earth. He can generate earthquakes and consequently cause volcanic eruptions, but his control of this technique is less than that of a child of Hades.
  • Communication: Percy has divine authority over his father's subjects. He can talk (normally and telepathically) to equines and sea creatures who mainly treat him with deference and lordly respect. He can also speak to other children of Poseidon underwater (seen in The Sea of Monsters, in a conversation with Tyson).
    • Zoolingualism (limited): Percy can understand and talk to marine animals, equines and similar creatures, who mainly treat him with deference and lordly respect.

“What do we fight for? Peace!? Peace is a false hope! It is a lie told by leaders who have lost the will to fight. But the time of reckoning has come! We will cleanse Heathmoor from the liars and the wicked. We will start a new era for the truest heroes of this world! Peace is poison! We are war!”

Other Names:
The Warmonger, Chosen warrior of Horkos, Syntribos, the champion of Astera

Gender:
Female

Race:
Human

Age:
29

Affiliation:
The Order of Horkos:
Rejecting the peace offered by the leaders, the cult known as the Order of Horkos has risen as a secret society in Heathmoor. It was created by a group of mysterious warriors who rallied the former Blackstones to their cause. With spies and covert allies across all factions, it has gained more and more influence over the past years. Its members believe they have been chosen by a deity, named Horkos, to weed out all impostors and hypocrites. Drawing some of their powers from alchemy and the corrupting mineral Draconite, they are determined to become the leaders of a new world.

Home Base:
None, for the armies of Horkos are constantly moving, changing from place to place....

Personality:
Sakura may have been a ruthless champion of Horkos, but she was a philosopher of sorts. She views the social order that makes up society as a fragile illusion, seeing as rule by the strong to be the true order of the world. This philosophy was likely born from her learning of the history of the world.... it being displaced by war and violence. In every case, society crumbled and only the strong survived. As such, she values strength above all else. It is not even the strength of the individual that she seeks but the strength of their spirit, respecting even defeated warriors if they show the resolve to continue fighting. Many of the chosen soldiers under her command of the Armies of Horkos were recruited not from prisoners who swore fidelity but from opponents who insisted to continue fighting even in defeat.

She did not hold herself above her own beliefs either. She will compliment her opponent throughout their battle, especially if it’s a duel between two individuals, a battle between wolves.... letting out their ‘monsters’ and fighting to the last breath. Her desire to trigger war does not come from a love of war and violence, but the disgust of the stagnation that was resulting from the peace.

Her admiration of strength can be seen in her views of other individuals around her. Sakura is also very knowledgeable, familiar with the religions, language, and customs of all three factions. While others hold the other two factions with varying degrees of disgust, looks upon them with respect.

History:
(Gonna be completed soon)

Powers/Abilities:
Enhanced physical body:
Sakura, like the many others of her universe, are much stronger warriors than the regular soldiers of their respected faction, and that is what allows them to fight against each other toe to toe against each other. Sakura’s respected feats is being able to slice with strong enough force to cut through both plate and chain mail armor easily with her sword, but also carry far taller and heavier people into the air and over her shoulder, almost as heavy as an medium sized car. While her speed isn’t much, and is rather slow, but she is still strong in her own right.

UnBlockable Status:
A certain status only given to three attacks in her move set, one of which is her counter. Her first one, Beast of Prey is a side dodge strike that envelopes both her sword and her arm in a glowing orange glow, and giving her the UnBlockable status, which means that merely blocking the attack won’t stop it in its place, for it cannot be blocked in the first place. It is as fast as her regular heavy strikes, and while it cannot be blocked, it can still be parried with good timing, which can put Sakura in a stunned state for a few seconds as she realigns herself. Her second one is Preying Claw, which is a nine damaging move, in which she sends forth a clawed strike that stuns her foe for a couple of seconds, and she can also hold in the charge to make it have greater effect but more easier to dodge. Once done, she can stab forward with a guaranteed light attack from her sword while her opponent is still stunned, or, if she wants to be rather risky, she can send forth a heavy strike, but usually, an uncharged stun strike is enough to block the heavy sword strike in time, and she can also feint it like the first one. Her final one, is a counter after completing a parry, which is Vicious impale, which impales her opponent by the stomach and pushes them forward as she charges forth, moving some feet away from the starting point. If she doesn’t pin her opponent onto a wall, she then pushes them off her blade, but if they hit a wall, she then performs a clawed strike with her left arm before moving the sword away, applying a small bleed that deals damage over time for a couple of seconds. The first two attacks require a lot more stamina that usually to perform and feint.

Fast reaction speeds / parry:
While it isn’t impressive to people who are far much faster than normal sword based combat, Sakura has been trained to fight against many melee weapons back in her world, and can react properly to attacks she sees coming to her. She can also parry attacks instead of blocking them, pushing the enemy weapon of her blade and leaving them open if they try to do a heavy attack, and it has a much longer stun state for the opponent if they send out a light attack. Of course, attacks that are much faster than the human eye are difficult to react to, and have no defenses against that of ranged weapons or spells.

“Feats”:
Sakura has eight feats she is able to use in battle, some passive, and some requiring to be activated to work, and those are:

Corruption Blade:
Active | By infusing her blade with corrupted deacon ire, her sword would become a sickly green glow.... and the next attack inflicts Corruption, a power dealing damage to a target and their allies only if they stay close together. Requires activation before use, and covers the blade in a sickly green glow. Once it hits an opponent, they would be covered in a dark green fog, showing that they are corrupted, which will wear off after 12 seconds, or 2 posts. Has a cooldown of 4 posts

Elixir of Corruption:
Passive | Gain Health from damage dealt to Corrupted foes.

Power of Corruption:
Passive | Damage dealt to Corrupted foes is increased.

Corruption blast:
Active | Instead of using her blade to transfer the corruption to her foes, she instead slams her fists into the ground and let’s forth an large dark green cloud 10 feet around her, allowing her to get much more infected with corruption, and lasts for far longer, of up to 30 seconds... or 3 posts. Has a cooldown of 6 posts

Arrow Storm:
Active | Call a volley of arrows from the skies above, dealing moderate damage over multiple areas. It cannot be used within buildings. Has a cooldown of 5 Posts

Rush:
Active | When activated, Sakura is capable of running at far faster speeds, capable of catching up to even the fastest of warriors back on her world, and lasts for 2 posts, with a cool down of 2 posts

Auto-Revive:
Passive | A one-time use special ability... once Sakura meets her demise, instead of permanently dying, she instead, fights against fate itself and and clutches onto life, defying death and getting back up to fight once again with half health. Due to its one time use, it must be used at the right moment... and it is extremely crucial to not awaken once again in a deadly situation... but still, something that very few warriors back in her world are capable of achieving, a sort of ‘pseudo-immortality’.

Tough as Nails:
Passive | A passive feat that increases the amount of health she has permanently, and doesn’t have much other use than the specific purpose.

Execution:
Passive | When finishing off an foe with a heavy attack, she is capable of activating an execution, which is a designated cinematic finishing moves in For Honor that has a certain purpose.
A successful Execution will remove the executed enemy's ability to be revived. It will also replenish the Executioner's health in co-ordination with the length of the time it takes to remove the enemies ability to be revived, along with fully restoring their Stamina.

However, during the animation, the Executioner is left vulnerable, so the executioner must be strategic, either choosing a quick execution if they wish to prevent revive, a longer execution if they wish to heal, or alternatively not executing at all.

Climax
Executions are interruptible, only becoming successful when they reach their "climax," displayed through a distinct sound effect, along with other visible factors, such as when the executed individual has lost their arm or head or when they've been gruesomely stabbed or slashed during the execution. As long as this climax is not reached, a individual can still be saved from being executed, falling to the ground instead, ready to be aided and brought back to health.

Health & Stamina
Although Stamina regain is momentarily stopped while performing an Execution, a successful Execution will fully restore the Executioner's stamina.

Successful Executions will also heal the Executioner.

Revenge:
The most strongest tool in her Arsenal, it requires a while for it to charge up to its full bar, and can only do so when against stronger opponents or facing off against more than one opponent. Once it reaches its limit, Sakura can activate it and become encased in a Golden aura that covers her entire body, and any enemies who try attacking her in her activation state are immediately sent straight onto their backs. Within this state, she had infinite stamina, a sort of shield of aura on her body that acts as a second bar of health, which protects her from all harm, unless too much damage is received, in which it will permanently break. She can also throw opponents into the ground without having to make them be out of stamina yet, and becomes much more troublesome to deal with. This state lasts for 20 seconds.

Corrupted Draconite Scythe:

the Horkos warriors who have learnt to use the corrupted Draconite to its greater extents. The weapon's main strength is its ability to remove the Corrupted Armor from the Horkos warriors, together with granting Uninterruptible stance, unlimited Stamina and and the ability to dodge a far distance. However, the wielder will be unable to access their original kit and be unable to defend themselves. This weapon however.... was corrupted and now is currently being used by Sakura, capable of summoning the weapon from the ground itself and into its wielder grasp. This is the third and final version of the weapon:
  • Third Stage: The Third Stage of the Draconite Weapon grants access to two Feats: Draconite Aura and Draconite Blast. Draconite creates an aura for 10 seconds that grant Damage Reduction and Uninterruptible to nearby allies. Draconite Blast is a special grenade that causes shards of Pure Draconite to rain in the area, dealing minor damage but paralyzing all but the most corrupted. Otherwise, there is no change to health as the Second Stage offered when compared to the First Stage. Physically, the Draconite Weapon has been fully refined in looks, becoming entirely regal in design. Only the blade of the scythe head features the Pure Draconite, and even it has been trimmed down to only the most necessary amount.

Weapons/Equipment:
Draconite infused Plate and chain armor:
A combination of both plate and chainmail armor, it had been infused with a mineral known as corrupted Draconite to perform much needed actions. And while the effects of the mineral varies on how corrupted it is, for this one, it helps spread the corruption into foes when using ‘Feats’ in battle, as well as provide some protection from magical attacks. The Armor is also tough to punch through, due to its combination of two armors, and weak spots such as the small gap underneath the helmet are hard to strike, but a great amount of blunt force or elemental based attacks such as fire have a higher chance of breaking through the armor.

Flamberge Sword:
A two-handed sword with an elegant blade. Its name comes from how the blade itself is wavy like a flame. Although slightly longer than the Warden's Longsword, the Warmongers wield this hefty weapon in one hand with ease.

Wanda Maximoff
340

"I used to think of myself one way. But, after this... I am something else. And still me, I think. But that's not what everyone else sees."

Name: Wanda Maximoff

Universe From: MCU

Other Names: Scarlet Witch

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Affiliation: None

Home Base: None

Personality:
Due to childhood trauma from seeing her parents killed right in front of her, and the constant war-like state of her home, Wanda Maximoff had developed a very aggressive personality. From being involved in protests to volunteering for Wolfgang von Strucker's experiments, and joining the Avengers, Maximoff has shown that she prefers to fight directly for what she believes in. Her passionate nature and willingness to engage in violence to achieve her goals led her to mistakenly side with Ultron, which deeply influenced much of her future actions.

Her passion was partly fueled by her hatred of the United States of America and Tony Stark and was strong enough to have her side with a clearly murderous robot for what she believed to be the greater good. She was therefore unfazed when Ultron killed von Strucker and was willing to send Hulk on a rampage in Johannesburg, costing the lives of both soldiers and civilians. Fortunately, she was not blinded by passion and was capable of reason, clearly being appalled by the level of destruction Ultron was trying to achieve, and promptly sided with the Avengers to make amends. After getting to know the Avengers, she has since let go of any grudge or hatred she previously held against the team as well as the United States.

Due to her past affiliation with Ultron and her role in the destruction of Sokovia, Maximoff carried a deep fear of making mistakes and was frequently wracked with guilt and remorse. Her self-doubt and guilt over the mistakes she has made have at times led her to inaction, even though she is generally action-oriented. Despite this, Hawkeye was able to talk her into action, affirming her desire to fight for what she feels is right, despite what others may think of her.

In contrast with her brother, Scarlet Witch displays a more serious attitude and direct anger, not only against Tony Stark but against anyone that she perceives as her enemy, such as Klaue and Thanos. Her anger leads her to be vengeful, as demonstrated when she volunteered for experiments to become a weapon against the United States and Tony Stark, seeking out Ultron's primary body in order to destroy him after he caused the death of her brother, and angrily telling Thanos that he could not understand her pain after she was forced to kill Vision in the attempt to stop him. In the past, she had no qualms about manipulating others mentally in order to achieve what she wanted, though she later regretted doing this.

Maximoff became considerably more mellow after joining the team, as she is seen to be more compassionate, level-headed, and less inclined to use the manipulative aspects of her abilities, such as fear projection and mind control. Driven by a desire to fight in the front lines rather than as passive support, Maximoff honed her powers to become more combat-oriented, focusing on energy blasts, throws, and barrier projection, relying less on her telepathic abilities. Having become less aggressive and more reluctant to do harm, she has not been seen using her mental manipulation powers since joining the Avengers. Additionally, she rarely uses her powers to deal out lethal force unless completely necessary, using her powers more often to incapacitate her opponents. However, she also is less inclined to hold back in a fight, even against fellow Avengers, as shown when she hurled Black Widow several feet when she attempted to overpower Hawkeye. She has shown a willingness to kill her enemies in extreme circumstances, as shown when she telekinetically threw a carving knife at a perceived assailant before realizing it was Hawkeye, and when she purposefully lifted Proxima Midnight into a Thresher and shredded her to stop the latter from killing Black Widow.

Maximoff grew to care for Vision during their time together. She was, however, disappointed that he was more loyal to Stark and the people of Earth than to her. However, in the aftermath of Avengers Civil War, she has put the grudge aside and developed strong romantic feelings for him to the point that, after she escaped from the Raft, she went off the grid with him to Europe and was in the beginning stages of starting a new life with him. Her feelings grew strong to the point that she tried her best to protect him from Thanos and the Black Order despite being at a great disadvantage, and refused to kill him until there was no alternative, resisting even when he himself agreed that his death was for the greater good of the universe. When forced to kill him, Maximoff openly wept as she was killing the being she loved more than anything else. Maximoff was horrified when Vision was briefly resurrected and emotionally devastated when he was killed a second time by Thanos, sitting at his side in mourning minutes before her death.

While initially hostile during the conflict with Ultron, Maximoff grew to have a strong bond with Hawkeye, who serves as a brotherly figure in her life, especially after losing Pietro. Hawkeye was responsible for encouraging her to act in two separate situations where she is overcome by her guilt, that being the attack on Sokovia and his attempt to extract her from the Avengers' Compound. In the aftermath of the Battle of Earth, where Hawkeye was in need of comfort after losing Black Widow, Maximoff was there, by his side, to quiet his worries.

Upon coming back to life and returning to Earth to fight against Thanos and his armies, Maximoff displayed an overwhelming vehemence towards the alien warlord, tempered by a subtle confidence. Her presence and movements were more deliberate and forceful, unlike the relative apprehension she displayed in her earlier appearances. This was most evident when Thanos was trying to break through her protections, Maximoff gave him an almost mocking smirk before forcefully swatting away his weapon with relative ease.

History: Scarlet Witch

Powers/Abilities: Superpowers, all that.

  • Psionics: As a result of exposure to the cosmic energies from the Scepter, which contained the Mind Stone, Wanda Maximoff gained an array of psionic powers. These powers manifest as a luminescent vapor or mist of red hue emanating from her hands and body, resembling the natural chaos magic she was born with. When using her telepathic abilities, Maximoff's irises glow a dark red color. When using her telekinetic abilities, her irises glow a bright red color. Her power signature is similar to that of the Mind Stone, as she gained her powers from it. Maximoff's powers are reliant on movement and focus, which means her enemies or opponents can stop her from using her powers by disrupting her concentration or restricting her movement. War Machine was able to incapacitate her momentarily using a sonic cannon and her powers were restricted with a strait-jacket during her time on the Raft. During the Battle of Wakanda, Proxima Midnight was able to ambush Maximoff by striking her on the head with the hilt of her sword, which disrupted Maximoff's focus and stopped her from using her powers momentarily. During the Battle of Earth, Wanda's powers had grown so strong that she was able to single-handedly defeat Thanos, a feat that Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America via Mjølnir failed to accomplish. These enhanced powers are magical in nature, although she has never received formal training, making them unrefined, especially when compared to Doctor Strange.[20]
    • Psionic Energy Manipulation:
      Scarlet Witch controlling energy
Maximoff can project energy blasts, streams, waves and bolts of her own psionic and telekinetic energy, allowing her to hit, push/pull or blow away her targets, potentially exerting enough force to destroy them. This energy manifests in any shape or form, outlining her telekinetic spheres of influence, as the energy is visible in a reddish color. When her energy hits a target, she can use her telekinesis to inflict further damage. Sometimes, Maximoff will lose control of her powers due to emotional turmoil, such as when she unleashed a wave of red psionic force that tore apart and disintegrated surrounding Ultron sentries when she sensed her brother Pietro Maximoff's death, letting out a scream of anguish. Maximoff proved herself capable of destroying the Mind Stone, due to her powers having a similar energy signature. She could also use her psionic energy streams to enhance the powers behind her attacks, such as when she first used her telekinesis to bring Vision to his knees and then use a dense stream of energy to force him through several floors and several feet into the ground. During the attack on Vision, Maximoff utilized this power to knock back Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive using a bolt of psionic energy, and later used another blast to throw Corvus Glaive through the wall of a bell tower. She also showed the capability of multitasking while using her abilities, as she simultaneously held back Thanos with a stream from one hand while destroying the Mind Stone with a stream of energy from her other hand. She was also able to use her telekinesis with one hand to stop Thanos' sword in midair while also using a powerful energy blast with her other hand to cleave it into two pieces. In her second encounter with Thanos, Maximoff's energy blasts were powerful enough to force the Mad Titan to go on the defensive against her and were enough to knock him back and make him stumble backwards even when he blocked them with his sword. Maximoff also able to push Monica Rambeau out of her reality with a powerful energy blast that sent her through several walls, including the barrier that divides Westviewfrom the outside world; while leaving Rambeau completely physically unharmed. She can also utilize her psionic energy in a neurological way to manipulate the thoughts and memories of others, akin to telepathy.
      • Telekinesis: Maximoff has the ability to move, levitate and otherwise manipulate objects using her psionic energy in a remote manner without the need for her energy to first be projected from her hands. Maximoff uses this energy to affect and control molecules and particles, allowing her to fully control matter and energy. Maximoff started training this power by moving wooden blocks around while imprisoned in Wolfgang von Strucker's secret facility. Maximoff pulled them apart with her power, and suspended them in the air. Maximoff used this power to stop an off-rail train in Seoul, tear apart Ultron sentries and rip out the central processor of Ultron's primary body, which was made of vibranium. Maximoff's telekinesis can control a soldier's gunfire and throw him away, lift Captain America into the air to enter a building, hurl aside Black Widow and Black Panther, hurl cars at Iron Man and Spider-Man, extract and dissipate an enormous amount of gas, and even hold up a collapsed watchtower for several minutes to allow Captain America and Bucky to escape. Maximoff was also capable of using her energy to slow the chemical reaction within Crossbone's explosive vest by reducing the particles' kinetic energy on a molecular level, although it caused her great strain due to the massive energy the reaction induced once it had started. She was even able to bring the immensely powerful Vision to his knees and blast him vertically down through a building's many floors. Her telekinesis is powerful enough to bend vibranium, as she managed to rip open the chest of Ultron's damaged primary body to summon his central processor to her hand, and was even strong enough to shatter the Mind Stone. She was also able to stop a massive line of Threshers and redirect them at Thanos' Outriders, as well as hold back a Chitauri Leviathan. During her second fight with Thanos, she lifted and flung large portions of debris at him. She then was able to use her telekinesis to hold back Thanos' sword even with the Titan using both of his arms in an attempt to overpower her, and was able to weaken its structural integrity, causing cracks to appear in it, before finally using an energy blast to cleave it in two. She then incapacitated him by lifting him into the air and began to crush his body, snapping off significant portions of his armor. She displayed great degrees of precision with her telekinesis, such as when she used it to heal Vision by telekinetically repairing his body on a molecular level. Maximoff was also precise enough to use her energy to remove a copious volume of poisonous gas by spreading her energy throughout every molecule of gas and making it dissipate into the atmosphere. Maximoff was able to use her telekinesis at such a precise level that she was able to rebuild part of her house after having expelled Monica Rambeau, and was able to lift Rambeau into the air to get her out of her house before dropping her to the ground.
        • Disintegration: Maximoff is capable of using her energy in such an acute telekinetic way that she is able to completely disintegrate objects on a molecular level, as she did with several Ultron Sentries after sensing her brother's death.

      • Scarlet Witch creates a psionic force-field
Force Field Generation: Maximoff is able to create a highly durable barrier of energy that she can shape and conform as needed. She used it to grab and break apart targets, protect others from enemy fire, contain a target or to cover and deflect attacks from enemies, such as Ultron's sentries. Like any physical barriers, the barrier could be broken with extreme brute force, as the Sentries were able to eventually break it. During her time as an Avenger, Maximoff learned to project her energy around herself, constructing a close-to-the-body psionic armor to protect herself from extreme impacts, such as falls from great heights or blows from superhumanly strong combatants, increasing her durability to a significant degree. This allowed her to land safely whenever she crash lands, as well as defending her against the might of superhuman combatants, such as Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive who sent her and Vision crashing through a glass roof after being shot down by Proxima Midnight's spear.
      • Flight: Maximoff is able to use this power to move through the air and simulate flight, in order to hover and safely float back to the ground. The use of this power manifests as a blast of psionic energy expelled from her hands onto the ground to propel herself up in the air, with a second blast used to slow her momentum as she approaches ground allowing her to land safely. It operates more like an enhanced leap similarly to Hulk, thanks to the force of gravity pushing her down. Maximoff's power grew over time to the point where she could project herself, along with Vision, far higher into the air and for much longer than before. After her resurrection and empowerment, she was able to effortlessly levitate several feet into the air while simultaneously lifting two massive pieces of rubble, no longer needing to actively project energy from her hands to levitate herself, and later flew through the air to intercept a Leviathan before it could attack Valkyrie. During her discussion with Vision, Maximoff was able to float without being propelled by her psionic energy.

      • Scarlet Witch manipulates Black Widow
Mental Manipulation: Maximoff was able to deploy a form of mental manipulation, often as a type of illusory hypnosis, using the same neuro-electric interface that is the basis of her telepathic powers. This power can be hypnotic in nature as shown when she used it against the Avengers in South Africa, placing them in a sort of trance while she viewed the Avengers' memories. When using her power, her irises sometimes glow a dark reddish color, especially when she concentrates it on specific targets. She was able to use this ability to cripple the Avengers, forcing them each to recall the darker events of their pasts and placing them inside daydream-like visions that rendered them nearly helpless. When this ability is in use, Maximoff's reddish energy takes a more mist-like form, floating into the head of the victim in the form of neurons. The effects also distort the victim's iris coloration, causing them to shine a dark reddish color. This also allows her to control other people's actions, as she did with a considerable number of civilians in Sokovia to aid in their evacuation, causing them to experience a form of sleepwalking and making them all get up and leave the city. Maximoff's mental power is even strong enough to reverse the effects of the Mind Stone, one of the most powerful objects in existence, as shown when she freed Helen Cho from the stone's control. She can also manipulate the memory, thoughts, actions, emotions, and senses of others at will, as well as to induce sleep or pain and create illusions without any difficulty. After her change of allegiance, she is no longer shown using this area of her powers. Maximoff could use her telepathy to affect the Mind Stone, such as when she forced used her power to make Vision phase through Hawkeye to release him. Maximoff can also use her psionic energy to read the Mind Stone and state that she felt Vision's consciousness. Maximoff was able to use this power to cause several S.W.O.R.D.agents to point their guns at Tyler Hayward.
      • Emotional Manipulation: With her mental powers, Maximoff often used it in order to elicit fear or emotional pain in a person in the form of nightmarish hallucinations that could stun and weaken even an individual as powerful as Thor. These visions can depict things that a person fears, regrets, or general disturbances, though the nature of it is not up to Maximoff. She does seem to be able to know what her victim is seeing and be inside the vision with them without them being aware of her presence.
    • Telepathy: Maximoff can read minds, communicate telepathically, and experience the memories and thoughts of others. She also used this ability to temporarily merge her consciousness with Ultron's, and it was thanks to this that she was able to discover his genocidal intentions and rebel against him. Maximoff can also sense the minds and emotions of those around her as she could see Stark's fear in their first encounter and sensed Quicksilver's death, knowing exactly what happened to him as if she had been there in person.
  • (Im not giving her the Reality bending powers she has, cause then that goes into OP Territory
