Alrighty, so I'm just asking this for a roleplaying buddy, but is there a way to essentially add a whitelist for a thread, so only specific people could view the thread?

Hmmm. I don’t think so. The only thing I can think of is tagging those on here that the thread is intended for. Maybe put in the into post it is only for specific people. Good luck. I will try to tag a staff member or the owner.

You can add more than one person to a PM. It's not a thread but it kind of has the same purpose.

Yes, you can use PM instead of threads if you want your roleplay to be private.
You can add several people in PM for group rp if you wish, as it was previously stated. Currently there isn't a way to restrict access to threads.
