Pin down your ideas and try to come up with what you think if the best one. Like which one is the most suitable for a role-play.
1.) Do you have faith in the idea? Do you think it can succeed. If you go in with no love for it then you'll eventually lose interest, so your players will too.
2.) How will it involve other players? While it's all well and good to want your own characters to be super important you'll have to find work arounds to incorporate the other players.
3.) Is it interesting? Sure, you might like the idea but will other people be invested in it?
The third one can usually be answered by an interest check if you're not sure.
