STORY
This roleplay takes place in the Orwellian dystopia city of Acta. Acta is a place plagued with misery, injustice, and extreme violence. The majority of the blame falls to the tyrants that rule over Acta with an excessive amount of force: Section Leaders. With their authority unchallenged, the six Section Leaders have turned Acta into hell on Earth. The people who have been leading Acta to its destruction are murderers and thieves who have convinced themselves that they are worthy of power. The Section Leaders believe they are better than everyone else. The people of Acta aren't citizens... they're hostages. Acta's annual murder rate averages around three-thousand and the majority of those numbers come from Acta's police-like militia, the Peacekeepers. The citizens of Acta have already accepted that things will never change, especially after the only two rebel groups to successfully fight against Acta, Doomsgate and Orion's Arm were obliterated two years ago along with 173 innocent lives at the hands of the Section Leaders.
At the beginning of the roleplay, all the characters will be introduced to a masked man who calls himself Titan. Titan claims that he has the ability to destroy the Section Leaders and all those who loyally follow him but he needs the help of you, or rather your characters. With help, he believes he can make Acta a city where people don't have to worry if they will live to the age of twenty or if their children will become slaves. The goal of this mission is to free and save Acta.
As the roleplay continues, the characters will learn more about the man calling himself Titan and what his real motivations are. They will also learn about the Section Leaders, their past and the secrets they keep.
SETTING
Acta is the only city on planet Earth. Hundreds of years ago, the world was destroyed by weapons of mass nuclear destruction, leaving only a small percentage of the human race alive. Seven hundred years ago, a small colony of people banded together to create what we now know as Acta. Acta is surrounded by large metal walls reinforced with an electromagnetic shield. The walls are meant to keep the people in but also to protect the city from the threats of the Outer Zone. The Outer Zone is an empty wasteland filled with fog and (allegedly) monsters. People who have managed to leave never come back.
As for the actual city, it is filled with advanced technology and bright lights, which can make one almost forget about the potential danger of the Outer Zone. The majority of the city is plagued by poverty and violence. The small percentage of people who can actually afford to live in Acta comfortable are placed closer to the center of the city.

- Minimum post requirement is once a week. Semi-detailed - detailed roleplay.
- Character limit is 2. Minimum character age is 18.
- A lot of information in this roleplay will be up to the characters to find out. If you do plan on joining, you should be okay with finding out things as you go. I would also appreciate it if you leave room for your characters to develop.

also i would prefer OOC thread as Discord has never really worked out well for me, but if everyone decides Discord is best then im good with it!
