<span style="color:#ff0000;">Appearance</span> <span style="color:#ff0000;">Average height, slim figure, blonde hair and golden eyes, Nagoya has the look of your average well-groomed young adult in physically fit shape. For a uniform, he tends to wear his dark leather coat with the collar up. The look he garnishes while on the job and off is hardly different, as he believes he should always be ready to work. He is also known for having alluring eyes that attract people to them with mesmerizing gazes.</span> <span style="color:#ff0000;">Personality</span> <span style="color:#ff0000;">In terms of his personality, he is noted as being vigilant, brave, comical, carefree, kind-hearted, and the person who would spend his days using his powers to save a cat out of the tree for the sake of the little girl down the road. With his carefree attitude, he doesn't goof off on a sophomoric level, but rather tries to make things more colorful, but he can get serious in less than a few milliseconds. He hardly views himself as an actual hero, but simply a person doing what they feel is objectively right. This type of element about him is also related to his false dichotomy mindset of morality and justice. This tends to blind him of nuance. He also rarely underestimates his opponents. </span> <span style="color:#ff0000;">History</span> <span style="color:#ff0000;">The origin of 'Star' Nagoya is one shrouded in mystery. This is due to him keeping to himself most of the time. About five years prior, a giant of a beast appeared and had threatened the area. Heroes were not as big nor was there really an organization at the time. In response, Nagoya charged after the beast to fight it off. However, he was easily tossed back into a large city circuit, which electrocuted him for minuted before his heart finally stopped. Only after a good thirty minutes did his heart beat once more and his eyes shot open. With clothes almost seared off, he walked over to the monster with a face that bore the eyes of one who knew how it was going to end, and in his favor. With the new powers, yet unknowingly using them, he easily avoided the attacks and killed the monster, saving the many lives in small area. </span>

<span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#ff0000;"><span style="color:#ffffff;"><em>Contrary to what he believes, five years prior he believed he was trying to save his little block in the city from a monster, who ended up kicking him into a circuit box, which electrocuted him. In truth, he was a criminal, known as the Golden Killer, set to be executed. For unknown reasons, he only died for a short time only to regain consciousness and discover his powers. At first. He used them unknowingly, all in his subconscious. He also had no memory, and what he did recall was all fabricated by his brain. How he gained the powers from the electrical chair itself is unknown, but his body was dumped outside to rot, as no one knew he’d come back.</em></span></span></span>
<span style="color:#ff0000;"> He was discovered by the world famous, and most powerful hero of them all, the #1 Class A hero, Galactic Shield. He worked under him until the hero's eventual death by the hands of the invading Demon Lord, Kyon. This forced him to continue once more without his master and to do solo work. With his master gone, it was up to him to try and take his place as the worlds defender. </span> <span style="color:#ff0000;">Abilities and Powers</span> <span style="color:#ff0000;">Nagoya’s power derives from what can only be known as an electrocution caused by a monster that attacked. In truth, he was a criminal who had been sentenced to death and electrocuted. For some unknown reason, it changed him completely. Not just giving him power, but a new personality, as if the old one never existed. He has absolutely no memory of it. The power has allowed him to artificially create and channel electrical plasma through and outside his body. He can connect with external forces and even control them. With this, he uses the power to augment his entire physical attributes, including his brain and perception. </span> <span style="font-size:24px;"><span style="color:#ff0000;">Physical Abilities</span></span> <span style="color:#ff0000;"> </span><span style="color:#ff0000;"><strong>Enhanced Strength:</strong></span><span style="color:#ff0000;"> Through the power of electrical augmentation, the surge of electrical discharge, or plasma, can be used to stimulate his muscles and increase their uses, making him far stronger than he normally would be without it. The, combined with another use, allows him to master his physical capabilities enough to create blasts of concussive forces from the punches when he puts effort into it. </span><span style="color:#ff0000;"><strong>Enhanced Durability:</strong></span><span style="color:#ff0000;"> Nagoya is capable of withstanding immense pressure. Being able to withstand electricity coating his body or even standing in a bolt of lighting, the pressure his body can take from such intense forces and heat is evident of his tough resilience. This really applies to heat and how strong his body's cells are. His skin is able to be cut open if something poses the threat of being sharp enough. But blunt attacks are less effective against him. He is also not nearly as durable against opposing forces of heat; frost or anything like it. </span><span style="color:#ff0000;"><strong>Stellar Senses:</strong></span><span style="color:#ff0000;"> Relying on his power, Nagoya has the potential and skill of increases his brain's capability, which allows him to increases his senses, such as relaying information from his brain to his body and back at far faster speeds. This is limited to touch (including but not limited to vibrational waves and physical contact), hearing, taste, and his sight. The latter, however, is very weak compared to the other improvements. </span> <span style="font-size:24px;"><span style="color:#ff0000;">Fighting Styles</span></span> <span style="color:#ff0000;"> Without going into too much detail, Nagoya fights with a mix of generic fist fighting and martial arts, including, but not limited to, aikido-esque styles. An art that focuses on ending conflict without damage and using the opponent's momentum and energy against them. It requires little to no strength. </span>

Cquougvumja or better known as Captain Sweatband isn't what you'd exactly call a human, more like alien tourist. Usually you will find Captain Sweatband in his battle armor, which resembles that of hundreds of overlapping sweatbands surrounding the entirety of his body, out of his armor he dawns a very alien looking body. Very pale and bluish skin, k-9 like legs, four eyes, three fingers, and a handful of tentacles where his hair should be. The few situations he has been seen out of his armor was for diplomatic purposes or it was just being washed.

Out of his armor Captain Sweatband is a very quick and slimy foe that relies on speed to beat his enemy. In his armor Captain Sweatband has super strength, and I mean he's a strong mofo, and has high durability. Though his armor is not unbreakable bullets can't break through the soft exterior, and it'd take a tank or a very big gun to put a scratch on his real body. Out of his armor Captain Sweatband is only barely over human strength. Plus he's got shitloads of alien technology.


(He's got one HUGE weakness, gotta drink like 20 gallons of water a day to stay hydrated)

The crew of the Cou Vyugseh support their captain through and through. Though they do not have combat armor as advanced as their captain's they could do significant damage in full strength.


Personality


Captain Sweatband isn't necessarily your stereotypical alien. He doesn't go marching around talking about conquering the world or even treat humans like they're under him. Actually he has a very strong fascination for humans, in the good way, and tends to get carried away asking about their day to day life. Some even say they've seen him buy poor people groceries and children ice cream. Extreme fascination in the 50's era.


Backstory


On the planet of Krumog society was a broken record, on one side of the planet lived Jyuspc and on the other lived the Cquougoturyuom. While the Cquougoturyuom were a swamp loving species of bipedal amphibian omnivores, the Jyuspc were a desert living species of four legged two armed reptile carnivores seeking to take over the planet so they could populate in immense numbers and kill off any other intelligent life. For thousands of years the two fought until recently the Jyuspc have become an endangered species due to war. Cquougvumja was, like all other Cquougoturyuom, was born in a swamp along with a few hundred more of his brothers and sisters, he and a dozen of his siblings lived to become adults. Like all of his people Cquougvumja was given a specific job, high intelligence biology. After turning the prime age of 75 Cquougvumja was sent out to look for a planet that the Jyuspc could be transported to so that they could live in peace. While entering the orbit of planet-43781903-c a critical error occurred and the ship engine literally exploded mid-landing. None of the crew were killed in the explosion but hundreds of the ships animal and plant samples disappeared into thin air, one of those being a pregnant female Jyuspc. Soon after their initial crash Cquougvumja came into contact with a few c-class heroes who came to see what all the media ruckus was about. What these few confused and scared heroes found was several hundred pissed off aliens walking around collecting the wreckage of a huge grey ship. After several hours about three dozen more heroes and a handful of diplomats showed up to interact with the aliens. What the diplomats soon found out was that Cquougvumja and his crew weren't even supposed to land on this planet and that someone changed their ship maps. The human race was known of by the Cquougoturyuom and Cquougvumja in particular listened to the same music humans listened to, sixty years ago. Among the Cquougoturyuom Earth was to be off limits at all times, due to having highly intelligent life. In return for the humans helping repair and feed Cquougvumja's crew he has agreed to use his highly advanced technology to help protect humans. For his crew, finding the lost samples is of utmost importance, oh where could that pregnant Jyuspc be?

Crunch, or Earl, as he would prefer his original name, resembles a salwater crocodile, walking on two legs. He has beefed up arms, which franlky look fat. Short, stout, legs which are wide. His snout which is the most powerful part of his body, includes 24 set of razor sharp teeth, most growing out. He has a large tail, which serves as a weapon, his back is covered in bone plates, which kinda serve as spikes. His skin is the color of a evergreen swamp, his underbelly is the color of a tanned human. He usually wears a blue striped shorts, with a white tank top, and a brown vest.

Personality: Despite looking like a hungry man- eater, Earl is actually a laid back fellow. Always the type to joke around, in his southern accent. He doesn't take seriousness, except only basically when his precious items are involved. As a hero, most of the time, Earl lets his animal side take over, using his humane mind only to tell which is a enemy or not, or what the objective is.


Backstory:


Earl was born in the swamps, a small place outside of city 5. He was, what some would say a redneck. He lived off the swamp, being completely satisfied wuth his life. That was, until he stumbled on a spaceship that had crashed a not far from his swamp. He walked over to check it out, only to get kidnapped by the aliens themselves. The aliens themselves were animoids of some kinds. They used him as a experiment for a hybrid. They linked his mind to a crocodillian of some sorts. A few weeks, after Earl was capable enough to control his new body, he escaped, but at a cost. His original body was burned with the small ship that he escaped out of.


Earl was forced to live inside the city, having to hide away from the aliens, wanting revenge. He decided to do get a job, a suggestion was to become a hero, so that's how he became a hero.

Appearance: After his transformation, Sarutobi was left resembling a monkey almost as much as a human. From head to toe his body is covered in fur akin to a monkey and a monkey tail protrudes from his lower back. Despite this, his face and posture remains entirely human.


His everyday outfit is incredibly casual despite the rest of his body, consisting of a black hoodie, olive cargo shorts and black and white sneakers. When performing his hero duties he wears a forest-green jumpsuit with white stripes along the arms and legs and a white 'C' as a chest piece. He also wears crimson gloves and boots with a matching headband.


Personality: Despite his appearance, Sarutobi is a relatively normal man.Goofy, but normal. During his typical everyday life as a normal(ish) person, he is light-hearted, relaxed and cheeky. As a hero there is a stark shift in his behaviour and characteristics. He carries himself and his work with an air of seriousness, going so far as to comically spring to action as his hero alter-ego even when the situation does not warrant it. This is derived from a strong sense of belief in doing what is right and being all that a hero should be. Sarutobi has a strong code of justice and stubbornly refuses to stop following said code. Having become the 'Chimp-Man' he suffers from an identity crisis as even though his mind is human, his body is not entirely which makes him question his own humanity at times, thus his motivation for being a hero.


Enhanced Durability: After having his DNA altered, the only immediate change Sarutobi noticed was the structural change of his body. Immediately he acquired his impressive physique and physical denseness. While this might seem like a less-spectacular change, it is not what initially as simple as it seems. Not only did his muscle structure change, but his bone density and nerve sensitivity was altered also, allowing him to take 3x as much damage in combat than a regular person of his stature.


Zoolingualism: Being part-monkey, Sarutobi is able to converse monkeys and interpret what other animals are saying through sound and sight.


Important Note: While his array of abilities seems less impressive than others, it's important to note that since his transformation, his physical abilities have begun to steadily increase at an increasing rate over time which suggests Sarutobi has a huge pool of untapped potential yet to be realized.[/tab]

Before Sarutobi was ranting about justice under the name of the Chimp-Man he was doing so as 'Officer Amemori' of city-1. He had hopes of becoming the super-cool street cop who laid down the law in the name of justice just like his favourite comic book hero 'Super-kewl-legit-cop-of-justice'. It was a few months into the job - after being smacked over the head with a zimmer frame for apprehending a granny for cheating at bingo - he realized maybe the fight for justice wasn't as colourful as he anticipated. Eventually his passionate wide eyes began to narrow into the same mundane routine. He ended up wishing there was more grannies to fight. After all, it was the heroes who got to live the real adventure.

  • Force-Field Generation - Leo supercharges certain particles in the air and forms force fields, which has a variety of uses.
  • Nerve/Neural Impulse Manipulation - Leo uses shocks to his nerves to control his nerve system and neural impulses.
  • Partial EM Spectrum Manipulation - Leo has some amount of control over the EM Spectrum. For instance, he can control and generate radiation, but not to the level of a nuclear bomb.

Personality: Leo Kingston in his younger days, always kept a smile on his face. Even as he went through rough and uncomfortable moments that smile would always make a comeback. Thankfully this has continued on into adulthood with him, along with a seemingly limitless pool of energy. Whenever he feels confident about a fight, he'll remain in his mostly carefree attitude, but as soon as trouble starts he'll become much more serious about winning and saving anybody he can. Leo's especially supportive of his friends, and to make up for not having any when he was younger he always is quick to befriend the people he meets.


Backstory: Leo obtained his power when he was 8 and he fell into a power plant's generator. This gave him his base power of Electricity Manipulation. Leo was taught by a fellow friend/super powered individual that he met. After years of learning from him, just as he was about to ask his name he disappeared. However Leo honored the last thing his mentor asked of him and joined the Heroes Association.

Barney is a small child, unlike most children his age, he's well blue and has pink hair. He has a emerald green eye and around his face black crack like lines. He's usually shown wearing a bright blue jacket, red gloves, bright red scarf, newsboy cap, and dark blue pants.

Barney is very ignorant about the world, he knows nothing about it. He is however determined in whatever he does, he doesn't care to thrive but only survive in the harsh world he was born in. He's a light hearted child, always seeing the best before the worst. A problem with these traits is curiosity. If he doesn't know it, he'll find it leading him into awful situations. He's also a push over, leading people to walk over him a lot. Being a child he's gullible and easily persuaded.


Backstory: Even though Barney's an alien he was born on Earth. A man known as Scott Rogers was working on using the DNA of a alien race that had shown powers that if used right could make them unstoppable, this was to help make a god he could use in order to control the world. What was the outcome? Barney......He wasn't what was excepted. He was born on a planet which was peaceful compared to the original. The creatures from before had to deal with harsh environments which were the reasons they had the abilities in the first place. Still Scott kept him to see if he would become stronger with time. Once while Scott was out and left the door open, Barney ran off to a park close to the area to play with the children. They screamed and parents called the police, he ran off before they came and now is stuck, wandering the city and hoping to find something better to do with his life.


Other: Barney still has some abilities but at his age and the fact he wasn't exposed to harsh things they are pretty weak compared to his race. They can be sharpened but it would take time.

Abilities: Teleportation - A self-explanatory ability to reposition himself in another place near-instantly. It has an auditory tick. When Planeshifter teleports, the sound of a tree branch snapping can be heard. The range of this teleport is limited to what Planeshifter can currently see.


"Turn Ethereal" - A bizarre ability, owing to Planeshifter's condition. With it, Planeshifter can appear to vanish from the physical world and view it from a more ghostly body. From here, he can possess inanimate objects, phase through walls, attacks, and otherwise impassable terrain, like lava. However, even as an Ethereal form, Planeshifter is not entirely invulnerable. Attacks of an ethereal or otherwise magical nature will still harm him. If an object he is possessing is broken, Planeshifter will be ejected and forced into a physical form.

Personality: While off-duty, Siegfried tries to stay near people; and passes himself off as a "nice guy." as Planeshifter, its mostly the same, but with the Hero duty also comes a desire to lead and command. To enemies, Planeshifter has an affinity to snark. Almost an obsession. The one thing that can sufficiently anger Siegfried are acts of human predation, and self-servient Heroes...


Backstory: An affirmed believer in other worlds, Siegfried forsook an education higher than a low college degree in order to go ghost hunting. High Fantasy books, games, and paranormal television shows fueled his imaginative gallavants through the most haunting places he could find. His hunts for ghosts were absolutely fruitless, though he never gave up trying to find proof of an Afterlife.


Then one day as he was skulking through a populated slum, a Mysterious Being attacked. It seemed to fade in and out of the physical world.. Just as a Ghost would! Oblivious to the danger, Siegfried tried to get closer to the monster...


... and he was promptly killed for his trouble. Due to the sudden, violent nature of his death, his soul could not pass on. He found himself a spirit, outside of his mutilated body, watching helplessly as the monster continued to cause mayhem.. until a group of heroes arrived and managed to put the beast down. Their altruism moved Siegfried.. as he looked back on his life, he began to feel like his ghost hunting was a selfish endeavor.. as he was chasing fairy tales without doing anything productive. In a desperate gambit to redeem himself, his soul tried to unite back with his old physical body; which was covered in wounds.


To Siegfried's surprise, he managed to come back. His wounds were treated at the hospital.. and it was also here that Siegfried realized his newfound abilities. As strange as it sounded.. his own physical body lay astray between the real world and the Afterlife.. He had become the very thing he saught, a Ghost! This realization reminded him of the day he "died" and saw his own self dead.. the Heroes that saved him. Maybe... maybe he could try the Hero business himself! With zest in his step and determination in his heart, he set off for the Hero Foundation...


During the tests, Siegfried completely aced the writing portion, although he fell behind on the athletics tests. This resulted in him being a lowly C-class. Hardly though, was he daunted by this. Knowing his ability to fight and destroy were limited, the newly dubbed Planeshifter saught other ways to become useful.. such as strategy and creative use of his power.

Paper Creation:


Pamku has advanced his Paper Manipulation powers so much that he can now create pieces of paper from his own will. These papers are very resilient, being hard as diamond, but Pamku can only use a limited number of self-created papers.





Intelligence: Pamku has high IQ for his age, having an IQ of 180. He passed high school at the age of 10, and is now on his (presumed) last year of college.


Occupation: Paper Boy, but Hero whenever the situation calls for it.

Personality: Pamku is a very old-fashioned boy, being a fan of the classical era and classic music. He has a distaste of every modern piece of technology, except for bicycles, which he rides daily to deliver all the newspapers to the old people who want them. He has a distaste of regular people, opting to look down on them due to his considerable intelligence. He likes to bite his thumb at most normal people he meets, but they just don't get it.


Backstory: Pamku was born into a family of superheroes. His brother, A-Class Rank #12 hero, Toothpaste Man, was crushed into human paste by a demon-level threat when Pamku was 5, which went on to heavily damage City 5. His father, a telekinetic esper, was disgraced after he failed to block a meteor from crushing much of City 5, and retired. His mother was the only one who wasn't a superhero, however, she still possessed a superpower. a telekinetic based ability called "Intelligence Transfer". Her mother used this ability to gather up much scientific knowledge and then shared it by broadcast, to the City of 5, making them ever so slightly more intelligent than the other cities.


As Pamku was being born, his mother was dying. His father tried everything, including manipulating the life force inside her to make her survive. Yet she just wouldn't be able to survive. So she made a decision. Using the last of her life force, she used her "Intelligence Transfer" to jolt all the incredible knowledge she had gained straight into Pamku. This most likely would have killed him if he wasn't an esper. Instead, it made his esper ability incredibly fragile, yet somehow increased his growth.


Due to the fragileness of his esper abilities, Pamku could only telekinetically control pieces of paper, and other such light things. His father and brother laughed at him, saying he would never amount to much. But Pamku would prove them wrong. On the eve of his 6th Birthday, he controlled 500 separate pieces of paper to make a big pinata. His father, his only family member left at that time, signed him up as a Paper Boy. Using his abilities, he could hurl the newspapers all around the neighborhoods quite easily. This made him the most efficient paper boy in only 1 month.


One day, during his duties, he met a criminal robbing a girl. His only source of paper near him was his newspapers. Making up a plan on the spot, Pamku hurled a newspaper telekinetically so hard that it snapped the robber's neck on impact. On this day, he knew he had become powerful enough to follow in his brother and father's paths. Thus, he joined the Hero Association as a side-job, initially starting off as a C- Rank, but he quickly rose up with creative uses of his abilities to ascend him to B Rank's Number 1 Man. And thus was his life.

Abilities: Crash’s body has been improved with cybernetic enhancements, allowing his muscles to withstand more strain and preform on a higher scale than humanly possible. This includes increase of strength, speed, stamina, and resistance of force. Due to the implants in his skin, it has become tougher and capable of healing at a faster rate than normal.


Crash also has cybernetic implants in places such as his eyes, ears, lungs, and mind. He can see farther and equip himself with thermal or light vision; he can breathe for longer periods of time and with a slight resistant to harmful gases; and can hear from farther away and record it with his implanted tape recorder, as well as playback said recordings at various volumes; he can perceive things and react faster and save images with his implanted camera.


Crash’s right hand holds the secret to his true power. Upon activation, it covers him with a suit that is full of weapons, ammunition, and the sanctuary of better protection. The suit is also equipped with air blasters on the arms, legs, back, and around the hip for flight. A variety of bullets, knives, and grenades can be fired from the wrists, with settings of stream, burst, and spread.

Personality: Intelligent, short-tempered, verbally abusive, paranoid, imaginative, stubborn, kind, determined.


Backstory: Crash’s birth resulted in his mother’s death, which earned much verbal abuse and unfair treatment from his father at a young age. Because of this, Crash spent most of his time in the house with his crippled older sister, and soon Crash began staying home voluntarily in order to take care of her. When Crash grew older, he took it upon himself to take full responsibility for his sister, and the two rented an apartment to get away from their father.


Crash, unable to keep a job due to his short temper and impatience, saw that they soon wouldn’t be able to keep the apartment, which meant they’d have to soon live back with their father. Driving home one night, Crash’s road raging and aggressive driving caused him to become the victim of a car accident. He was taken to the hospital, where the doctors said that if he didn’t get advanced help, he’d die.


A mysterious man who called himself Garlock saved Crash, granting cybernetic implants. Crash had now owed the man, deeper in debt than he ever had been. He got back to his sister to learn that Jack, a friend of Crash’s had been helping Carly keep the apartment. Crash went back on his job searches regardless, using some of his free time to figure out his powers.


But little had changed, as he still couldn’t keep a job. When the time came to pay the first installment of his debt to Garlock, Crash found that he didn’t have the money, so Garlock sent Crash on an odd job which involved ruining the lives of innocent people. Crash, not wanting to ever do such things again, decided to use his cybernetic implants to help people. He joined the Hero’s association in a desperate attempt to earn more money.

Daniel is a man right on the edge between his prime and middle age. Strong and agile, he's been a professional hero for many a year, with the scars to prove it. Even though he is stronger than most people, this is not actually due any powers, but extreme training to hone his body and mind into a weapon. despite his lankiness, he is incredibly strong, being able to lift a city bus under the right conditions. This is also how he got his abilities.

Abilities: Daniel is able to ignore any and all pain for a limit of two minutes, but comes with the downside of him not knowing he's actually hurt until the ability wears off, or if someone tells him. He is also able to do many other feats often connected with monks, such as lying on a bed of nails without being harmed, and almost superhuman flexibility. His main ability, however, is known by the general populace as the "Spirit Pistol". This allows him to "shoot" a projectile made from spirit energy out of his hand, normally channeling it through his index finger in the form of a finger gun, which is where he derives his name, as "Dedo Pistolero" is Spanish for "Finger Gunman". Among a few of his friends, he is jokingly referred to as "The Fingerer", for obvious reasons.

Personality: Daniel is a kind, caring man, but can seem rather abrasive and sarcastic upon encountering him for the first time. He cares deeply for his little sister, Maria, and his daughter, Valeria. Even though he's officially a hero, he doesn't really care for the whole costume thing and just goes out in his normal street clothes. this tends to cause his opponents to underestimate him in the extreme, usually with them believing him to just be another civilian. It also has the negative side effect of other heroes thinking that as well, which tends to annoy him, especially when a C class hero attempts to protect him, which has happened on more than one occasion.


Backstory: Born in City 15 to a somewhat normal family, he spent most of his life idolizing the superheroes of the Heroes Association, and hoped to one day join their ranks, even without any powers. He trained every day, doing practical exercises as well as mystical, such as yoga, meditation, and more. It's unknown as to exactly when Daniel gained his abilities, but it is believed that within that week, he had joined the Heroes Association. He quickly rose through the ranks, using unorthodox methods to quickly lower the crime rate of City 15, by conscripting the help of his older brother, Marco, and his now reformed gang called The Purple Snakes, who have all also joined the Heroes Association. He is a rather popular hero among the middle and lower classes of the world, but is actually rather disliked, even despised, by many in the upper class due to his involvement in a take down of several dozen corrupt officials in City 15, which lead to several dozen arrests of major figures.
