"Come on, they needed a little kid to...--" Tidal was silenced as Drew poked him and shoved the baby food into his mouth despite the fact he had told them to keep it away from him. Cue a gag. And a death glare. "I said I don't like bananas. This was awful." This was just a weird day all in all, huh? Though they had spent most of it as little children. Thank goodness nobody would ever get to see it, right? It would be somethign they could all soon forget. ... Right?
"Too bad it was Gaeilghe and not Gàidhlig," Lucas chuckled at the weirdness going on between his friends. Jane was definitely right about there being much more colorful terms to use. If she ever found out some of the many more terms to say... God have mercy on whoever she decides to cuss out next then. He raised his hand to the others, bidding them goodbye before hurrying out of the room. "We could try to address it... but it's Evie we're talking about here. She's got no filters. You really don't want to know the things she's shouting across the room when she's frustrated..." he shook his head. He was still a little surprised Jane had cussed in Irish instead of Scottish... Not that he didn't understand Irish Gaelic. After all, he knew damn well what Jane said there without her translating it to English for everyone to have heard. "Well, at least it seems we can end today on a somewhat less weird note," he said as they got to his car, letting go of Olivia's hand to open the door for her. "Your father was quite right to call today eventful," he grinned. Really, who could've thought that a day that started out with babysitting and embarrassment would go to their friends turning into little children, and end with them actually being a couple? Next time he's taking Sean to the park the kid's gonna get an extra large ice cream. With sprinkles. "At least now we can speak privately... Until we get to my place and have to deal with my sis."
