"Sure, fine by me," Lucas smiled. Really, it didn't quite matter to him what they would do. Just getting to hang out with Olivia on one of those rare free days was nice enough. Something different than the endless fighting monsters and robots that came to Earth to kill them. Sure, things were mildly awkward after Sean asked his question before, but that's what you get with kids. Brutally honest kids. Lucas loved Sean, but this had put him in a weird situation. At least for now it seemed forgotten with the help of ice cream. He put the toddler in the backseat of his car, safely buckling him up. It wouldn't be a very long ride home if traffic cooperated... But the park was too far from Carter Lane for a toddler to walk.

Tidal chuckled as he kept watching his cat, even more so when Jane pulled the sock off the ground. "Wouldn't be the first time," he commented. Really, even if he kept a close watch on his cat so she wouldn't stroll into the main command center again, she still sometimes managed to sneak into open rooms and steal socks. Sally looked at the sock being thrown at her patted it with her paw and sniffed it, then pulling back and deciding it wasn't interesting. No, taking a sudden nap in the sun was much more interesting.

Just when Lucas opened the door to get into the car himself, The Captains message came thought. Like Olivia, Lucas quickly covered the morpher. Sean shouldn't hear this indeed. He nodded as Olivia silently told him they'd have to get going soon. Of course they did! If there was an attack, they'd have to be there and save the day, free day or not. On that note, damn you Armada! Just let them all enjoy free day! It was incredibly rare for some of them! "Let's go," he said quietly, hopping into the driver's seat. Usually when there was an attack, he'd race off. Now... now there was a toddler in the back who needed to be brought home in one piece.

"Attacking a daycare center does sound like a very Armada thing to do. Poor kids," Tidal said. Really, the idea of a monster turning people into children sounded ridiculous. Surely that didn't really exist! He jumped back to his feet as well, nodding as Jane said they could take her car. It would be quicker and more convenient right now, so sure, why not! He rushed with them to the garage, hopping into the car. Duty calls!

In the city Ragdoll continued having her twisted kind of fun, turning most she came across into children, and blasting some others when she grew bored. She also continued blasting st buildings and have the Dytrons wreak havoc. Soon enough the Power Rangers should be lured out. And then the real fun could begin.

Most would see it as a distraction to a nice day of just casual behavior. Not those who worked for City Defense. Olivia would love to go to the mall later on, but if there's an attack she has to help take care of it. Not a burden. She loves what she does, even if she has gotten a few bumps and bruises from duty. She glanced back at Sean as she hopped in the front of the car with Lucas. They could listen to Captain Scott once they dropped him off and had privacy. They just knew there was an attack, no details.
"Alright. Let's try and hurry," she said quietly to Lucas and buckled in. The drive shouldn't take too long, should it? The sooner they got him home and left, the better. And this made for a better distraction form the awkwardness earlier, just saying.

After a short amount of time had passed, Drew managed to run all the way to the coordinates sent by the Captain. He met up with Jane's car as it arrived as well, waiting the the others to get out. He was only slightly out of breath. The run from the hospital wasn't too bad. His endurance had improved since the beginning of scheduled training and exercises. Wasn't fun, but he wasn't wheezing and panting for breath after a run. Not really sweating, either! Wouldn't turn down a water of sports drink, however.
Watching the others leave the car, he joined them to head for the spot, just around the corner. By sounds he could hear, there was havoc, metallic clanging--Dytrons likely--and...children crying and cooing? "You guys know what's going on?" He asked the three and rounded the corner to find the cause of the mayhem ensuing in Inezia.
"What the..." he whispered, seeing not only robotic soldier, but giant...rag doll? That is the monster? No running civilians...not many, anyway. The majority, almost all of the humans here were just babies! What is going on? Should he help the small children, fight the enemies...
"Hey, rag doll," Drew called out...not at all knowing that was this things name. He literally just referenced her as such. "...someone forget to return you to the toy store in a black hole somewhere?" He asked, putting his arms up and watching the others about to morph. All these children around here, they can't have much banter...they have to protect them!

Minutes of driving like a maniac and shaking the guys around inside eventually got them where they needed to go. Jane wasn't a bad driver at all, but in an emergency she was a bit... 16-year-old who just got their permit. Best comparison there was in this case. Calvin held on for dear life as Jane drover through the city, clutching the seat belt a hoping the airbags didn't need to deploy at any point. And he thought driving his motorcycle was stressful...if it wasn't better for the air systems, he'd have taken his bike today. Why did he ever think riding with the tomboy of fury and zany actions was a good idea if he wanted to not throw up on the way somewhere? He didn't throw up, but if he'd had that extra serving of eggs this morning...well...
Jane hit the brake and pulled into a street parking spot just as Drew got there. "Good timing," she said and turned off the car. She hopped out of the vehicle. Calvin glanced at Tidal. "Next time...we take our bikes..." he said, shuddering to himself and getting out after her.

"No clue. My guess, the Armada turned people into kids. Or hit a daycare," Calvin said to Drew as he asked them his question. Boy how sort of right he was...only he didn't know it. Seriously, he called it!!! Didn't sound too far fetched, really. Life hadn't been the same since the Earth fell under attack. Running with the others and screeching their heels to a stop showed them the weirdest thing they'd seen this week. Not in their entire lives, just this week. Or today, considering a weird glitch in a game Jane encountered last night. Glitches, man. A giant toy attacking, and little kids all over the place?
Jane and Calvin couldn't believe their eyes. All of these kids just crying out and sort of spread out in the attack. "Did I really call this one?" He asked the others...did he? A monster turning people into kids? Or were these kids all from a daycare that got hit...
Just the sheer number of kids outweighing them made him want to help, however. Screw the attack, these poor kids!
"This doll doesn't need returning. It needs to be burned..." the tomboy told Drew and prepped for anything. hadn't even really seen this thing in action, but she knew it was bad news.

The drive home took only about ten, maybe fifteen minutes. Nothing too long, but enough to possibly be a nasty delay should whatever was attacking prove to be a serious problem. Once at the apartment building, Lucas parked his car and helped Sean getting out of the car. "Had a fun day, buddy?" he asked kindly. As long as he'd not seem too stressed and make some smalltalk Sean wouldn't realize there was any kind of trouble going on.
"Uhu!" The little boy nodded excitedly, holding Lucas' hand as they walked inside the building. He glanced between Lucas and Olivia again, still disappointed they were not really a couple but just close friends. Did that mean Eveline lied when she secretly told him the two of them were in love? She wouldn't do that, would she?
"Will you come play with us next time too?" he asked Olivia. He had liked to play with her too earlier. And then they all had ice cream! Best day ever!
---
Tidal didn't particularly like Jane driving the car as recklessly as he did. He may be blunt and a tough guy, but he very much liked to stay alive. And with Jane's driving, it was a miracle they arrivedbtobthe scene in one piece. And without throwing up. Je did feel a bit woozy though. Obviously he wasn't alone. Tidal nodded in agreement as Calvin said they'd take the bike a next time. "Much safer," he said before getting out of the car as well to behold... A giant... rag doll? What the...?

Ragdoll huffed as her name was seemingly used as an insult. "Did someone forget to teach you manners as a little kid?" she asked. That could certainly be changed...
"Whatever it is that's going on, it needs to be stopped," Tidal said. Really, not much time For banter with so many kids in danger. "I'm in favor of burning this horror B-movie prop."
Ragdoll huffed again, shaking her head which made the pigtails bounce. But... as she quickly counted, there were only four rangers. She was told there would be six! Boo. Ah well, then she might as well just have some fun with the four that were here already. "Dytrons~" she waved her scepter at the rangers, the robots responding by initiating the attack.
---
Lucas rang the doorbell of the apartment next to his own. A moment or so later the door was opened by a blonde woman who warmly greeted the three at the door. "Mommy!" Sean let go of Lucas' hand and hugged his mother tightly. He always did that, as if he hadn't seen her in days if not longer. Affectionate little fella.
"Hi there champ. Have you been a good boy today?" The mother returned her son's hug and lifted him up in her arms. She turned her attention to Lucas and Olivia. "Thanks for picking him up and spending time with him," she said, smiling at them both. "Do you want to stay for tea?"
"That's very kind, Anna, but we'll have to pass this time. We... uh.." Lucas glanced at Olivia for a moment. They couldn't exactly day they had to be off to save the city from whatever kind of attack. "... Have other plans." The pause was likely long enough Olivia may have filled it in herself. Either with the same, or something else. Either way it was reason enough for another somewhat awkward situation.

Olivia kept her cool the ride home. Not at all hinting something was wrong and they really had somewhere else to be. Honestly she probably could have gone off to help at the attack and leave Lucas to take the kid home, but she volunteered to come. Or she was volunteered. Oh well, the others were already on it. And of the six of them, those four were wildly amazing fighters, so they'd be fine until these two arrived! Everyone on the team is good, but if anyone can hold out they can. Getting out and walking into the apartment building she was quiet and reserved. She gave a small smile when Sean talked to her. "Maybe I will," she said to him. No promises, but she'd probably come to play again some day if she could. Why not? She liked kids, and she had enjoyed her time today with him and those other little ones at the park.
---
All for burning this rag doll. It seemed like Calvin did actually call it...from what he could tell anyway. What exactly was this things game? What's it playing at? "And didn't anyone teach you where the reject pile was in Build-A-Bear?" Drew called back at Ragdoll. He glanced at all of the kids around here...mostly toddlers and little tiny babies. Any adults near where scrambling to help them, not even paying attention to the Rangers and the upcoming fight. He put his arms up in alert as the robots came at them for the attack.
He gave the others a nod and a synced up arm raised. "Bio Morpher, Initiate," he said plainly and tapped the button on his morpher, quickly changing with everybody. And as the energies surrounded them, their individual weapons appeared, too. When morphed, Drew reached out and grabbed the red Bio Saber from in front of him. Time to cut down these bucket heads!
Motioning the others forward, he ran into the Dytrons and greeted them with heavy swings and slashes of his sword. He kicked one back in the robo gut, flipping off of it and swirling the blade around to stun and take down ones who got too close. This is nuts...and if anyone misses a swing or a shot, they may end up hitting a child! Have to be extra extra careful, here. Not like they ever have civilian casualties...at their own hands anyway.
---
So they finally got Sean home. Whew. Now they can go out to the car and finally listen to the message to see what's going on! She watched Sean reunite with his mother. A nice lady, Olivia swore she's probably seen her before. Maybe around town or something, who knows. Inezia is a big place, but not so big so that people forget faces entirely. Kind of a small town vibe kicks in when it's a post-apocalyptic world like this. At least the domes maintain steady society...
Invitation to tea was kind but not well timed. Lucas was coming up with some excuse, but then... "Um, we can't. We....have a date!" Olivia blurted to Anna. Did she...no...she didn't...
"Yeah, a date. Really big day, looking forward to it, love birds and all," Olivia spoke fast to Anna and locked elbows with Lucas. Hey an excuse is an excuse. A lie, totally, but it's working! So at least these 'other plans' were legit now...how can someone as smart as Olivia be so ditzy? She looked at Lucas and then at Sean's mother. Did it work? Would she close the door now and let them go free??

"Man we don't get paid enough for this," Calvin said quietly. A huge rag doll monster? This is insane beyond insane. Grand scheme of things it wasn't too odd but definitely one of many things to add to the strange list of life. And wow did it have an annoying voice! Eerily cute, but also evil. Weird. That's a word that gets tossed around a lot.
"Wait, you get paid for this? They just give me a cookie at the end of a day," Jane joked with him. Banter was just their thing. So was dealing with the horrific invasion of their planet. And Calvin thought mutated freaks in the wasteland was an issue...he smirked at Jane. And speaking of Jane, she just eyed this monster with a sense of playful and work-oriented tones. Probably should drop it, though, considering all of the small kids around. Might need to tone down swearing, too... Sure the kids are smol, but nobody wants to integrate language like that into fragile brains. Well, Jane may not give a shit....okay she does.

The two cut the chatter and nodded at Drew's leadership. "Bio Morpher Initiate," the tam uttered and transformed, energy around them and forming their suits. They reached for for materialized weaponry. Calvin gripped the ax tightly, and Jane readied the trigger. Quick pops of their necks and knuckles and off to work they went. "Just another day at the office," Jane called to the boys and raced for the bots ahead. She lunged forward and kicked into the crowd, dive-style kicking back a cluster of them into one another. Rapid fire blasts emitted from her weapon as well as side-swipe bashes from the sides of it. An elbow to ones face, punches and kicks, more shots, boom! She's having fun!
"Hope Toys R Us doesn't give us a rant..." Calvin said to himself. He dragged the ax on the ground and heavily plowed it forward to knock back incoming troops. Putting some of that training to good use, he made soldiers proud by incorporating brute force and military precision. Forcing the tip of the blunt side of the thing into ones gut, he flung a robot into the air like he was playing paddle ball. And then immediately followed by a swing at the ground causing a crack in the pavement.

Trying to hide mild shock had never been harder. Sure, at least the "other plans" seemed legit now, but couldn't she have thought of something else? This was a bit awkward. Again. Even more so when Olivia locked elbows with him. "Eh... yeah. Date," Lucas nodded.
"First date, I take it?" Anna asked with a smile. "I remember when David and I started dating. Must be.... ten years ago, almost."
"But you said you're not a couple!" Sean exclaimed, now seemingly confused. Damnit, the kid made a point there.
"Not yet," Lucas blurted out. Wait what? Ehm... well, that made for some more awkwardness. Anna simply laughed. "Well, have a very nice day then, you two." And with that, she closed the door and they could be off to where the attack was. Lucas liked Anna and David. They were some of the first people he met here, and they really helped him finding his way around when he just moved to Inezia. That, and they were only a few years older than himself. Little over five years, to be precise. Anyway, he hastily let go of Olivia. He didn't mind this, but... well... They weren't a couple, nor off on a date. So the situation was slightly awkward. And weird as far as that's not the same thing. "Let's go," he said, rushing back to his car. Couldn't keep the others waiting for too long.
---
"Agreed," Tidal said. Really, this was just getting too weird. Fighting an overgrown evil toy... That officially made the typewriter not the weirdest thing they fought. Not much room for the usual banter though. Considering the things they sometimes said... not safe for the ears of little ones. Best to just her in action and do their jobs. "Bio Morpher, Initiate!" Tidal called with the others, energy surrounding him. He gripped the Crescent Blade as it materialized and leaped into the Dytron horde. They would have to be careful. Miss an attack and they might hit a kid! Hell, kids might even be used as living shields or a trick to escape. Having so many kids around definitely was a bad thing under these circumstances... "I doubt they will if one of their rejects wreaks havoc in the city," he said to Calvin. He kicked a Dytron backwards, then swung his blade around to cut down an incoming group.
Ragdoll huffed again, twirling her scepter around and firing some blasts of the exploding kind at the rangers present. She would enjoy watching then scramble around and trying to keep the kids safe from the flames. And when their guard would be down....
---
Now that there was no kid present that needed to get somewhere safely, Lucas wouldn't have to hold back in getting to where the attack was as quickly as possible. "The hell...?" He uttered as he listened the message back. Well... this promised to be an interesting fight. But all those poor kids around! Part of Lucas also felt like saying something about what had just happened with Anna. But... well, he didn't really know what he should say. If there was something that should be said, he hoped Olivia would. She was the one to claim they had a date, after all. Then again, he was the one to say they weren't a couple yet. Really sounded like something had to be talked over once this battle was done. Until then, it felt like a rather awkward silence. And he had no idea how to break it without making things worse.

Awkward shuffling and throat clearing cue. Of all things that could have been said that had to be it.... Oh well. In moments of panic people say weird things. The excuse at least seemed highly believable at this point so Sean's mother would quickly let them get going. Olivia jumped as Sean caught onto them. At least Lucas saved their hides...but made it more awkward. She just smiled and nodded, going along with the awkwardness to ensue. As soon as they were clear she also let go of Lucas' arm. Putting a couple of steps of distance between them in the hallway. Pleasantries aside it was just the one part of the day she could have lived without. "Remind me to learn better methods of getting us out of a pinch," she whispered to him. With all of the professional duties this woman handles, one would assume she could figure out simple social matters...like telling white lies. She nodded as he led her out of the building and to the car down in the lot. At least they can put it behind them and go to work!
---
"At least it's an office party!" Drew called to the others. Sure, a day at their office involved lots of moving and acrobatic motions with weaponry--and a wide range of it--but this was a party! The rejected Toys R Us bit made him chuckled as he swiped his blade across a trio of bots, sparks coming up and the soldiers falling to the ground. He grabbed one of the Dytrons and used it as a shield from an incoming blow, slamming it into the attacker.
If only he'd held onto that robot shield... As this field commander attacked with a blast Drew flailed up into the air, spinning to keep his composure as he dropped on the ground. He dropped his weapon a few feet from his spot. The blast also took down Dytrons, so this toy did some of the work for them! He groaned and huffed on the ground, pushing himself up. "Who are you? What's your game?" He yelled to the monster.
Wasn't an abnormal day, believe it or not. Just watched next time they meet a field commander they say it's the weirdest so far. Never cease to beat themselves out.
---
Situation arising in town called for caution. When it was clear and they were in private Olivia couldn't quite believe it...kids all around? What sort of plan do those Rexian scumbags have up their sleeves this time? She rode in Lucas' passenger seat to the scene, hopefully about to arrive to their friends holding off the bad guys and protecting the children. If need be, she could call in a rescue team for the kids should it be a required asset to use. She cleared her throat as the silence laid in. Claiming to have a date and not yet be a couple meant a strange moment or two to follow. Olivia had attempted to break it, however. Or so she thought of it...nothing was said. Just enjoy the quiet...

Crying out for fun and joy among the clusters of robotic enemies near her was to be expected at this point in the line of duty. Jane sort of made combat into a game. For every hit she gets in she mentally earns 10 points, for every shot or slash of the baton/blaster she earns 20 and for every attack with any bigger better weapon she earns 30-50 points depending on how big a scale it is. Being the judge and making all of the rules in a mind game has perk-filled. So far Jane had reached 100 points! Woohoo! No where near the high score but she's getting there every day! One day she will surpass 4590 points....what a day that had been....
Calvin smirked as Jane let out joyful cries in battle. She definitely had fun doing this, even if there was a sense of danger and injury! Part of the thrill? He kept a more level head in military style. Applying all scenarios and strategies to battle with an ax. A good chop here, a heavy swipe there, he made short work of the foot soldiers. They put up a fight, nonetheless.

Both of them soared up into the air almost comically as this monster blasted at them. Shooting with big booms to follow was just a staple. Everything did it...everything.
Jane landed on her behind and rubbing the back of her leg, arching her back up off of the ground among a crowd of fallen bots. Calvin laid on his side, holding his stomach and eyeing up the rag doll-looking thing. Moans and groans from his lips emerged along with a breath of air. Jane sat up. "Lemme guess, some big dog lost his chew toy?" She called out once Drew asked the name and plan of this villain. Caring not for what these field commanders ever said, she just wanted to wail on it.

Silent and awkward ride was.. well... silent and awkward. It seemed neither really knew what to say about what had just happened. Which probably made sense, given the weirdness of the situation. Not as weird a Field Commander surrounded by children, that's for sure. But... a close second, maybe? Lucas quickly glanced at Olivia and mentally shook his head as they kept driving to the scene. Date... not yet a couple... Sean thinking they really should be... It just seemed so... unlikely. Yes, he knew he liked her, but it just didn't seem like something that would happen. Ever. "Sooo.... What do you think happened?" he asked, meaning the situation with the Field Commander and the children. Really... was Armada attacking little children now? Were they getting that desperate? Hopefully the others would manage to hold on for just a little while longer. They would be there soon... hopefully it would be soon enough. Was it very strange he was more concerned about all those kids than his friends potentially being in danger? Probably not, right? With all the constant explosions and robots and monsters.... Their friends knew how to handle themselves... but what if a kid would get attacked, or stuck near an explosion? Surely those little kids were not as good at landing after being send flying into the air than they were.... Really, those poor kids...
---
Tidal was flung up into the air by Ragdoll's blast. This really always happened, didn't it? He landed hard on his back, air being knocked out of him. Tidal rolled over and gasped for breath. "Either that, or a giant space baby," he replied to Jane's comment, coughing as he pushed himself up slightly. He popped his neck when he scrambled back to his feet. Felt like he landed in a bit of an odd way there.

Ragdoll huffed, having had just about enough of the constant insulting and poking fun at her. Oh, they were going to pay for his. They would pay so dearly. She giggled, twirling her scepter again and taking a few steps closer to the Rangers. "My name and game?" If the grin wasn't stuck on her face it would not grow even more menacing. "Well, you already guessed what my name is, even though you seem to think it's funny to use it as an insult... I'm Ragdoll. And my game..." she giggled again. "Allow me to demonstrate." The dark creepy smileyface turned around, revealing a big happy smileyface. Once again Ragdoll fired her blast. Specifically at the blue and black ranger since they, in her eyes, put in the most effort to insult her. Time to show her real power.

Tidal saw the blast coming at him, just a split second too late to roll away and dodge. He raised his arms in protection, feeling the blast hit him... but... it didn't hurt. The world around him seemed to change. Rather rapidly he forgot being a ranger, as well as other recent memories. His entire mindset changed to that of... a little kid. Just moments after being hit, in the exact same place where Tidal stood before, stood... Tidal.... but approximately two years old. He looked up at the big and scary puppet near him... and started crying.
---
On Armada's main ship, Actera watched the battle unfold. The traitor Shadow was now nothing but a weak, weeping little child. Oh, this was marvelous. Seeing Ragdoll's power demonstrated on not just any human, but on the Power Rangers? Absolutely wonderful!

As silence broke, Olivia stopped watching the road as Lucas drove and looked at him. She, however, misunderstood. "I don't know what happened. I guess in moments when you have to hurry the brain can just...oh...OH you meant what do I think happened in regards to the attack in the city!" Olivia realized. Clearing ones throat had never been so awkward. Nor had her cheeks flushed as much with a sensation of flashes on her arms. "I don't know what could have went on. Children all around? I don't like the sound of that... if the Emperor his targeting children now he's clearly trying to knock out the human race young," she tried to piece together. How was she supposed to know what was going on as of now? It only seemed logical to face the Armada trying to kill off kids. Maybe pick off people while they can't fight back...sick. "We should almost be there any minute, though," she told Lucas, seeing not too far off where the destination was.

Drew choked slightly. Not at the others, but at... Ragdoll. "Holy shit, you mean I guessed the name and got it right?" He blurted. hey, give him credit, he'd never have thought to guess a commanders name so quickly! Maybe he's seen too much at this point in his life. He didn't want any part in whatever game this reject of a toy was playing. Certainly not with such a creepy smiley face scepter thing-a-muh-jig....
He gasped and shot up as she fired at Tidal and Jane. "Guys, hold on!" He yelled to them, arm extended outward. Only...the blast didn't kill or strike them...it... Drew raised a brow and lowered his arm. "...Guys?" He asked. Right in front of his eyes, Tidal and Jane were turned into....children...tiny...children... What the hell? So all of these kids around here are....adults?!?!?!
---
Splica and Urthemial watched from above in space with the generals. "Hmm. See, my husband? Two rangers down already," Splica said to the Emperor. He spat and waved his hand back. Sure this was working so far, but he wouldn't give his beloved the satisfaction.

Jane and Calvin stared at Drew. He called the name spot on...yikes, that was weird. But since Ragdoll literally looked like a rag doll he used it as an insult right? Who know that was her name...this is a her right? Nobody asked this monster their preferred pronouns or anything. Let's assume it's a female. So 'she/her' would suffice! Since when does anyone care about monsters identities this much? Maybe Calvin has more sympathy for monsters after Spalek.... At least a little. Jane just chuckled at this gigantic toy.
They got themselves up off of the ground and faced this thing once more. Her scepter changed. Both braced themselves and put up their defensive stances as they were trained to do when blasts were shot at them. Better than just letting something hit the chest in a painful blaze of... well pain.

"What the hell?" Shouted the tomboy as Ragdoll blasted her, no pain. Nothing happened. It just went through her...she felt funny. Suddenly her mind spun and she sat down. "I don't fee so good...what's going on?" She asked and forgot who she was. Jane's body transformed from an 18 year old young woman with all of her knowledge and thoughts...to...a 5 month old baby girl. Now where she was before, Jane laid there as a baby, cooing and cah-ing up at the sky, oblivious to everything going on. She let out baby sounds and just stretched her arms and legs, rolling around like a baby would.
Calvin dropped his jaw. He watched his friends transform into babies! Tidal a toddler and Jane a little tiny baby! He frantically looked at everybody else in the area. Goodness, where they all done this way, too? "What....what did you do to them?" Calvin shouted angrily at Ragdoll. He demanded they be turned back!

Lucas chuckled slightly as Olivia misunderstood what he meant. It kinda made sense, but... c'mon, it was funny. For someone who's as smart as Olivia, she really could be surprisingly ditzy. Not that Lucas minded. Heck, it was one of the quirks he really liked about her. It was something to laugh about once in a while. But this did make thins a little awkward again. He quickly glanced beside him again. Seemed like he wasn't the only one feeling a bit awkward here, judging by the blushes. Honestly he felt a bit the same, he presumed. Hey, after being asked if you're a couple, having to talk yourself out of that, and then next claiming you're going on a date... And then misunderstanding this... yeah, that's bound to be a little awkward.

"Who would like the sound of children all around when it comes to evil aliens attacking?" Lucas lightly shook his head. "Either that or he's planning on raising an army of mindless servants," he scoffed. Both ideas sounded plausible, and equally horrible. Killing children to wipe out the planet, or raise an entire generation as mindless loyal servants... Very Armada-like. Well, thankfully there were five people in colorful outfits, and one in a not-so-colorful outfit to stand in their way, right? "Whatever it is, it's messed up. But we're gonna stop it, as per usual." They always did so in the end. It wouldn't be too long until they'd get there. Hopefully the others could hold on for just another moment.
---
Ragdoll laughed, watching the two now baby rangers. Just tiny humans easily swatted out of the way. Just look at how pathetic they were, crying on the street like that. "And this, dear rangers, is my game. Child's play, isn't it?" she laughed at her own pun there. Two out of the six rangers were useless, and two others had yet to show up. Tiny Tidal looked at the Dytrons and Ragdoll, still sobbing. He ran towards Drew as fast as his small legs could carry him, and hid behind him. "Scary!" he exclaimed, pointing at Ragdoll.

Ragdoll twirled her staff around again. They had seen her power now, but it wasn't enough just yet. The smileyface on her staff turned to the scary side again as she blasted the two remaining rangers again. And the moment they were on the ground, her staff turned to the happy smileyface again, blasting the two remaining rangers. This was too easy. "What I did to them?" Ragdoll giggled. "This!"
---
Lucas got the car to the scene moments before Ragdoll used her second blast. His eyes widened as he spotted the monster. "What the...?" he said, blinking slowly. The monster surrounded by kids looked like something that had walked out of Sean's bedroom. Speaking of monsters in the wardrobe! This thing definitely fit that image. Huh, that was kind od ironic, seeing as how Sean had proudly said how Lucas fought scary monsters under the bed and in the closet... "Didn't know the monsters in his closet were actually real..." Lucas muttered. Also... why did that toddler kind of look like Tidal? And why was there a baby between the guys? He got out of the car, tapping his morpher and insta-morphing. No time for rolecalls. There was kids everywhere, things were on fire, and it looked like their friends were in trouble. "Sorry fr the delay. We jus--..." And then Ragdoll fired that second blast. "Guys!" he called out, fearing the worst. To his surprise, his friends didn't seem hurt by the blast. But... they... did... change. Into little kids. Aah, well that explained why some of the children looked so much like... Holy shit this monster turned people into little kids! And the other four were all tiny children now. Well... that wasn't going as well as he'd hoped it would.

Sounds like them, alright. The Rexian Armada sure did seem like the type to go around and pick on children. "Pick on" being an extremely light-hearted term. The sooner they would arrive on scene the better. As horrible a distraction it was, Olivia felt more focused on this than she did the awkward moment from a few minutes ago.
---
Drew huffed and clenched his fists tightly. Oh he was so going to beat the crap out of this thing! She turned Jane and Tidal into kids! His legs wobbled as tiny Tidal hid behind him. Clearly he didn't know what was going on...because of course his mind is now that of an oblivious toddler. He reached down and gently kept him back. "Stay back, I'll protect you," he promised to Tidal while staring down Ragdoll. "You're so not gonna get away with this!" He yelled at her. Really, if this big toy thought she'd win, she was wrong! He was about to run after her for an attack when the staff was spun again. She was getting ready for another attack, and this time he and Calvin would be the victims! "Shit," he swore to himself, unsure of what to do. If he moved it may hit Tidal and revert him even younger than he is now... Drew inhaled and held his arms out protectively. This is gonna suck.

Just as the car pulled up, Olivia got a good look at the area. Lots of kids...Drew and Calvin, a kid that looked eerily like Tidal...and a little baby so close to them? "That's a lot of children..." she muttered, getting out with Lucas in defense of these poor kids! She intsamorphed as he did and rounded to the front of the car. Unfortunately they were too late.
She ran out with him, about to apologize for being late when... "Drew, Calvin!" Olivia called out.

Drew glanced back at them before he was blasted. "Get back!" He shouted and felt it hit. Suddenly he was demorphed and shrinking physically...his body becoming that of a one year old boy. And his mind changed with him, now sitting in front of Tidal, equally scared but not crying. At least Drew as a baby wasn't/isn't much of a crier. Olivia gasped when she watched her friends change into small babies. She huffed and instantly drew her blaster out.
"Hold it right there!" She yelled at Ragdoll and aimed for her. She was gonna pay for this! Especially now that she'd pieced together what this monsters power was. Turning people into kids...that's awful! What is she planning to do to them? Whatever it is she won't allow it!

Baby Jane lay on the ground, still kind of oblivious but aware enough to know loud noises weren't very pleasant. She flailed her chubby little arms around and kicked those legs. Sort of cute when you take away the threat of death lurking just twenty feet away. Calvin knelt down and looked at her, her little eyes just staring up at him all wide and curious. He would have picked her up but he can't risk being attacked and getting her hurt. She can't defend herself like this!
Poor little Tidal was scared. Oy...this was just not right at all. "I swear when I get my hands on you!" Calvin called out to Ragdoll. First off he couldn't believe he totally called it on her power. Like he just guessed back at HQ and he was right! So was Drew on the name! They need to have a drink later and celebrate that. After they've beaten this damn teddy bear to a pile of stuffing.

Calvin felt the color run from his face as Ragdoll fired her blast at them now. He put his arms up as if it would protect him. And just as help had arrived... He saw Lucas and Olivia pull up. The blast hit him before Drew and made him fall down on his back. It didn't hurt, just he felt weak all of a sudden. Also it kind of hurt...flesh reverting to such a small and young form. If Calvin could speak right now instead of going back a few birthdays, he'd be saying "okay ow."

He then transformed into a toddler, two years old like Tidal. But he was small for a two year old. Calvin lay next to Jane, rolling around and wanting his mom and dad. Hopefully the others knew that little baby with him was Jane...it'd be a shame if they took the others back after seeing them change and point out one looks like Tidal only to leave baby Jane behind. That would be so rude! Not much Calvin or Jane could do now...no fighting for them...instead...possibly peeing their pants. This would be a doozy to explain...and they can't just contact their families about it yet...

There were quite some thoughts running through Lucas' mind right now, and each and every one of them was a different curse. Physically he didn't say a word. Hey, they just watched their friends getting turned into toddlers! Drew may have told them to get back, but no way they'd just retreat and leave their friends with Ragdoll. Who knows what she's gonna do to them? Whatever it was, it couldn't be good. "You're gonna regret that!" Lucas called, also aiming his blaster at the strange monster turning people into children. This was bad. Their friends had turned into children, possibly because the two of them got there later. Dammit!

"Oh I don't think I will," Ragdoll giggled. "I'm having too much fun for that." And now, it seemed, the team was complete. The last two rangers had shown up to the scene. Just one or two blasts away from getting rid of the entire Power Rangers. This was too easy. But still fun! She aimed her scepter at Olivia and fired.
"Look out!" Lucas dropped his blaster and pulled Olivia out of the way. Right, so they were awkwardly close to each other now, but it seemed like a better alternative than knocking his friend into the concrete, having her turn into a toddler, or getting turned into a toddler himself. The blast hit a tree, and since trees are organic, the tree turned into a sprout. Lucas glanced at the tree and back at the monster. He gulped slightly. Looked like this might be troublesome. On the bright side: he did have experience with babysitting two year olds. Downside: they were his friends.

"I say we distract the freaky toy and get the others out of here before the Dyrons get any ideas and squash them," Lucas said quietly to Olivia, picking his blaster off the ground. Ragdoll let out a frustrated cry at her blast having missed. The smileyface turned to the side indicating exploding blasts. They ruined her fun, so they would feel pain. She readied to blast again.

Toddler Tidal now seemed curious at suddenly having a toddler in front of him. Just a moment ago there was a big man standing there. Tidal poked tiny Drew.
---
On Armadas main ship, After a laughed heartily. Four out of six rangers were drooling, crying, useless infants. And the only two still standing? Tsk. Those two were the least threatening of the entire team. Oh, this was just wonderful!

Slightly shaking her grip with aim, Olivia didn't move a muscle at Ragdoll. She'd just watched her friends be turned into toddlers...and that boy had to be Tidal! And when really looking at it, Olivia noticed the baby by Calvin...crap, that's Jane! She's so much younger!!! Olivia was gonna take this thing down and save her friends from this. This wasn't going to be easy dealing with a monster like this but no way in Hell that would stop her. She wouldn't just give up! She can't!
Her eyes opened wide when Ragdoll blasted at her. She was about move out of the way when Lucas grabbed her and instead a tree had been reverted to a form on infancy. Hmm. So organic material is what this works on. Interesting...what would affects be on something non-organic? Olivia made a mental note to test that question back in the lab. She noticed how close she and Lucas had been when he grabbed her out of the way. Slightly uncomfortable but it was far better then being turned into babies! She distanced herself from him when it was safe. "You can let go now..." she said to him in the process...boy he had a grip.

Looking at her friends all around, she sighed. This would be tricky. "Excellent idea. We should get all of the other children out of here too, not just our team," she replied in a whisper to Lucas. Good idea to keep Ragdoll busy and get the...kids out of here before something bad happened. It seemed like mostly toddlers with the exception of baby Jane were around. Maybe they could all be told to leave and Jane carried? Perhaps these little tikes can all walk...
"I'll keep Ragdoll busy, you call for an evac unit and get everybody out of here," she told Lucas. Better he get the kids out, he was better with them anyway. Olivia then ran off past the children. Before Ragdoll had any chance to fire, she shot first. "No ya don't," she muttered and quickly drew a shot at the scepter, blasting it from Ragdoll's hands and onto the ground. It wasn't damaged or anything, but at least it's out of her grasp! Olivia then fired a shot a her chest and hit, getting closer and closer. "You should leave while you can!"

Drew turned around and just poked Tidal...his little brain telling him 'hey he poked me', thus met with a poke. At least the little boys were distracted by confusion and not crying.

"Sorry..." Lucas quickly let go of Olivia and stepped aside as well, creating a few steps more distance. Why was everything going on between them today so awkward? Or started normally but somehow turned weird... He didn't like it. Thank goodness they were morphed. Saved him from being caught blushing and just obviously looking awkward about it. Would this be something that should be talked about later? Possibly... likely it would depend on how much weirder things got today. Not in a friends having turned into toddlers and a baby kind of way.
"Try not to get shot. Or turned into a baby," he said. Really? Evie was right to call him hopeless...

While Olivia kept Ragdoll distracted, Lucas gathered all the kids he could find. There were so many of them! They were going to need a pretty big evacuation team to get all those kids to safety. "Captain, we need an evacuation team here ASAP. The monster is turning people into children. She already got Drew, Jane, Calvin, and Tidal." And civilians. Many civilians. Lucas led the children away from the scene a bit further, ensuring they would be safe. He carried baby Jane in his arms, meaning he couldn't exactly rush back into the fight should any help be needed. But judging by the looks of it, Olivia was holding on just fine there.

Ragdoll wanted to blast Olivia, but the pink ranger was quicker, blasting the scepter from her hands. Ragdoll yelped as she lost her scepter, also when she was blasted in the chest. Why did those last two rangers have to ruin her fun? It was not fair! Well, at least four out of the six were taken down. Ragdoll huffed, not liking his close the pink ranger got. So she slammed her arm into Olivia's stomach, knocking her back. For a monster full of stuffing, she hit surprisingly hard. And with the distance creates, Ragdoll picked up her staff and beamed back up to the main ship. She'd be back. And then those last two rangers would be turned into children too. Or she'd kill them. Whatever. These two didn't look like they'd pose much of a threat.

Clearing of the throat aside, Olivia was semi happy to be distanced from Lucas. Something awkward floating in the air today between the two of them. Sean started it...then they both contributed... Hard to explain what was going on. At least it didn't distract them from their duties all that much. They were late but at least the two of them were here. She'd have to talk to Lucas, though... She smirked when he said not to get shot or turned. As with previous experience? No promises in not getting shot at all. Just something they all did every day it seemed.

In HQ, Captain Scott received the distress call. He'd seen visuals on his monitor from there but he didn't know what was going on in detail. He just knew the Rangers were children...he'd have warned the others but he also knew they had to go and rescue them along with all other children. "Understood. I'll send in an evacuation team for the children. You and Olivia bring the Rangers here, directly," he ordered Lucas to do. Best to separate Rangers from civilians. Dr Wilson couldn't believe his eyes... And he's a man of weird sciences. Really weird ones!
The Captain then knew the infant Rangers would need clothing that fit, seeing as how their suits and clothes not only were way too big now but may not be available. He told a worker to fetch some baby clothes, as well as food. Who knew how long they would remain young? Better prepare for the outcome...and hopefully not just two Rangers...

Olivia would have blasted again but the wind had been slammed from her stomach, rolling back onto her side. She looked at Ragdoll from the ground as she beamed back into space. "Well..at least she had no bright ideas for a continuation and retreated..." she said mostly to herself. Olivia then picked herself up off of the ground and held her stomach. That hurt a lot more than a big stuffing-filled fiend should! A shame there isn't a dump truck type of Zord...Olivia would have happily picked Ragdoll up in it like the trash she was!
She reunited with Lucas after Ragdoll left them alone with all of the children, making sure he and the kids were all alright. This would be an interesting day...
---
Some time had passed. The two Rangers returned to HQ, along with the evacuation squad sent to them. The civilian children were taken to a near by care facility where they would be safe until a solution was brought in. While one is formulated, best the other Rangers were in HQ. Clothing had been found, some donated clothes from around the city that were supposed to go to the shelters. But for now, the boys had clothes to wear. As for Jane...well no clothes would fit because she was so little. But Olivia did have a small dress from when she was a baby...so she dressed Jane in her hand-me-down. Frilly and overly cute...adult Jane would have attacked her for it. Better than being naked!
Play pins and cribs were set up in the command center to keep the kids occupied and out of the way. Drew had been put in a pin, sitting quietly like a good little boy.
Olivia tried her best explaining the situation to the Captain and Wilson. "She just...turned the into kids. We don't know how it works. Lucas, any ideas?" She asked him.
And just after that...in walked some help. Isaac, Max, Tanner and Eveline had been called by Olivia personally on their way to HQ. Who better to help care for the kids than...people who knew them?

"Um...Olivia?" asked the Captain. She shrugged. "Forgive me, but I thought calling some help may be good. Lucas and I can't always be here, and I didn't know if you and Wilson or the workers would be able to constantly...I didn't have the heart to contact Calvin's family, and Jane's family doesn't even know. But Isaac is all Drew as...and well Eveline knows Tidal. These are the only people I thought could help." She explained.
Isaac waved as he walked into the room for the second or third time in his life. HQ is...big! "Um...hello, sir," he said unsure to the Captain. He got a call saying he was needed...and that his big brother was now his little brother. Very little.

Five month old Jane just sort of cuddled up to the weird yellow man picking her up. And boy out of context that may sound a tad...racist. If ya think about it. Hey at least Tidal wasn't still an adult in suit...if the color of his suit had been uttered out of context, then reference by color is even worse!!! Why did that have to be a touchy thing...races and colors...goodness, this has certainly taken a turn it didn't need to. Baby Jane cared not for color, she loved everything! Because babies just do! Unless they don't nap. Then, run like Hell. Little Calvin went with Lucas, his tiny legs carrying him as fast as possible. Pink lady was fighting, and the monster went away. Yeah, beat 'em up!!!
---
Going with the colorful people back to HQ, Calvin said not a word. Because the only word he knew at this state of mind was 'yay'. And Jane? She wasn't even able to comprehend what was going on...just she probably needed a diaper change soon...and she's kind of hungry. And God, she's teething! Of course she'd been reverted to that age where she's teething! Poor baby!
Calvin had no trouble when he was getting dressed. Just he had to be allowed to put his little shirt on by himself. He got in backwards...but at least he's got it on. Other than that he's just sitting in a play pin, distracting himself with all of the pretty lights inside of the room. So many shiny things...all of those buttons that just had to be pressed...he wanted to push them, but the lights distracted him. He would have drooled! Jane was kicking in her crib set up. As Olivia put the cute dress on her, Jane even as a small little thing resisted! But she was rolled on her tummy just chewing on her hand.

Big people talking, blah blah, more big people showed up! Max and Tanner had gotten calls asking them to come in. Max thought the situation was insane but he knew why he was called. The Taylors are a nice family but if they found out the middle child was the baby again? Max knew they'd react poorly. He gladly came to help out with the little Rangers!
Tanner thought it was weird. He was supposed to be out shopping for a new blazer to wear to a banquet coming up, as well as a wedding rehearsal dinner for his brother and Jane's sister. Now he's been forced to come to City Defense Headquarters to...babysit? He walked in with the others, glaring at Jane the baby. "I only just figured out she's a Ranger, and now she's...teething," eh said, noting her chewing on her hand.
Max saluted upon entering to greet his superiors and greeted the other sitters as well. He'd never met Isaac or Tanner before, and he said a simple hello to Evie. So...babysitting, huh?

Thank goodness they were all safely back at HQ now. The civilians were taken to some sort of daycare until the problem would be solved, and the Rangers... safe inside HQ. But there was the tricky bit... explaining to the Captain and Dr Wilson what had happened. All they seemed to know was that Ragdoll turned people into kids. But how...? Lucas crossed his arms and thought for a moment. "The scepter, I'd say," Lucas said. "The blasts were coming from that thing... But so did the blasts that were just meant to shoot at people... not turn them into babies. Or a tree into a sapling." That was probably one of the weirdest things. Did it work on all organic things? He wasn't too eager to test that theory. He thought he'd noticed something in the battle, but it seemed almost too weird to be true. Yet still... if it was the only lead they had... "Not sure if I actually noticed it or if I was just imagining things but... when she fought... did that smiley face on the scepter chance?" It had been a brief moment, so it might as well have been his mind playing tricks. Man, this day was weird... and getting only weirder, it seemed.

Just a moment after the babysitters walked in, Lucas sniffed the air. Ewww... that was nasty. He definitely recognized that from Sean before he was potty trained...
"Okay, which one pooped themselves?" he asked. What the hell did they eat? Burritos? Might as well, seeing as how... well... they were adults until not too long ago.
"It wasn't me," Eveline joked, then catching the small too. "Oh god someone open a window!" Mentally Lucas smirked. He was so glad not to be the babysitter right now... Eveline looked at the rangers-now-babies in the cribs and play pins. "Whoa... you weren't kidding when you said you had a baby problem," she told Olivia. Whether Olivia in her ditziness had actually used those words or whether it was Evie being evil and purposely making things weirder... Both were very plausible. He knew his sister well enough to know she loved to put people in awkward and embarrassing situations, so he would trust Olivia's reaction to Evie putting things so bluntly more than anything else. He glanced at Olivia, amost apologetic for his sister's behavior. Almost.

Honestly it was really clever of Olivia to call in the help she did. Made sense she wouldn't want to tell Calvin's family "Sorry, a monster that loos like a toy turned him into a baby. We're working on a solution" and Jane's parents indeed had no idea she was a ranger. Receiving a call she had been turned into a baby was probably also not the best way to figure that out. Poor Tanner though... Lucas understood the point he made there.

Tidal sat in a play pin, looking at all the big people. And the pretty lights. He stood at the side of the pin, arms reaching out to push the pretty and big red button he spotted. Thankfully he was too small to reach it. Small Tidal huffed and sat down again. Ooh! A train! That was nice to play with!

Lucas once again looked at his friends. It was so weird and definitely wrong to see them as babies... But also adorable in some way. "Adult Jane would murder you for that," he smirked at Olivia, nodding at the overly cute and frilly dress.

Theories brewed in the minds of all behind this mystery. Ragdoll's scepter was in fact a smile face...did it change? Hmm. Dr Wilson rolled back some footage of the fight to examine the nature of her weapon. Maybe there's something about it? Worth looking more into. If anyone can do it, Garret Wilson can. One thing he couldn't fix...goodness, that smell. he hadn't smelled anything like that since Olivia herself was a baby. He did play a part in her upbringing, after all.
"I think we have out culprit," he pointed out while running a scan on the computer. He gestured to baby Jane. Olivia glanced her way and peaked inside her diaper to check. "Yup," she replied.

"Uh...not it?" Isaac said, hands up. Olivia playfully rolled her eyes and volunteered to changer Jane's diaper. Some girl time. Changing it took not but a few minutes, and she disposed of the used diaper in a nearby bin...that just so happened to be vacuum sealed. So no smell! Thank goodness for high-tech materials inside of the main building. Of course the command center was just in one of many buildings. There was also the Zord Bay as it's own building, living quarters in another, etc. All connected by hallways and tubes! Isaac wondered over to his...younger brother. He carefully picked him up out of the pin, "What did that thing do to you..." he whispered and shook his head. He hated seeing his brother like this...but he wasn't uncomfortable. At least now he's getting some quality brother time...just not at all like he'd imagined it. "Bet you never thought you'd be likely to wipe his butt," Isaac said to Max about Calvin, knowing they were friends in the army.
Olivia's cheeks went red as Evie spoke of a baby problem. "I said no such thing....did I? Gosh that can be taken terribly out of context..." she replied. Olivia shuddered.

Then she laughed softly at Lucas. "Jane may kill me, but I'd assume she would rather wear this than go around nak--...actually, knowing her it wouldn't surprise me," she stopped herself and thought.
"We appreciate you all coming in, regardless," the Captain said, greeting the sitters. He greeted Evie and Max normally, waving and nodding his head at Isaac and Tanner. "I know this is all new to you, Tanner. But I'm sure my daughter wouldn't have asked for help without reason...clearly she didn't."
Isaac gently put Drew back down, Drew having just looked around ad wondered if there was anything to eat..or play with...bored and hungry toddler. Wilson pulled up a visual. "Lucas, Olivia, is this it?" He asked them. Olivia walked with Lucas over to the computer

As Ragdoll returned to the ship, Splica welcomed her with a thunderous applause. "Ha! Ragdoll, you've done a fantastic feat. Two thirds of those troublesome Rangers and a whole group of Earthlings--infants! Toddlers, mere children unable to surpass out forces. Excellent work, my pet," she praised and stroke the head of Ragdoll.
The Empress turned her glance to the Emperor. Urthemial huffed. "She could have done more! Made more toddlers and less humans to deal with," he protested. Splica tsked. "Oh enough, you," she did a fine job," she defended.
Urthemial sighed. "I guess she did. Very well, Ragdoll. At least only that yellow and pink Rangers stand in our way now." He said. Really the four that were turned were a bigger threat. These last two are stronger, but only with the bulk of their team backing them.

Little tiny Jane kicked slightly as Olivia changed her. Man, whatever she ate this morning sure didn't agree with her five month old stomach. Her tummy puffed out as the new diaper was put on her, the dress keeping her nice and comfy. But she pulled at the frills....even as a little one she's still somewhat against cute stuff on her. Jane as a young adult didn't mind cute things just..not on her. As a young person? No power to even say otherwise.
Calvin goo-ed and gah-ed in his play pin. He kept himself busy by simply just rolling around and making himself giggle.

Max and Tanner both glanced around the command center. Max had of course been here several times on duty to file reports, check in or just speak with whomever was inside. Most of the time he was here speaking with Calvin behind the scenes about the troops and what they can do to improve their actions. Max chuckled at Isaac slightly. "Hey, when in the military you'd be surprised at what two people end up doing," he joked with him. True the military makes people close and stuff happens, but he honestly never thought he'd be wiping his bottom and changing a diaper...or feeding him...or possibly rocking him to sleep. Hopefully he'd just have to play with him and call it good enough. How one goes from sharing a drink at a bar on a Friday night to this is just the luck of a human being nowadays.
"I get it, Captain. Still....never thought I would be invited into this place just to look after my future sister in law," Tanner said. He was so glad Olivia had changed the tomboy...he really didn't want to do it. Not yet anyway. He wasn't a heartless person but he didn't know the first thing about caring for a kid. Let alone this kid. He'd try...only because he was the only person to be called. Ugh.

Volmour stroked his metallic chin when the rag doll creature returned. She certainly had a decent plan and well-performed actions. And only two Power Rangers remained? That red-headed man and the Captain's daughter. They'd disrupted plans before and proved strong enough enemies. But just the two of them would be easier to execute than all six of the Rangers at once.

"For the sake of dignity I won't repeat your exact words," Evie smirked. Out of context, it was indeed a pretty terrible thing... Although she did start by mentioning there was a monster involved... Still, Evie wouldn't be Evie if she didn't tease a bit. And it had worked just fine, it seemed. She then turned to smirk at her brother... Oh, the amount of comments she could make right now... Many involving the fact he was a babysitter for kids roughly the age most rangers had been turned into now. "Well, at least you didn't get turned into a child," she said with a shrug. "Though you alreasy are my baby brother."
Lucas rolled his eyes. Whenever there was a chance for her to rub in she was older.... She would seize it, obviously.
"Twenty minutes..." he jokingly sighed. This was really a bit of an ongoing joke between the twins.
"Still older," Evie smirked. Joking aside, she glanced at Isaac, showing the biy her nicer side.
"Must be weird for you..." she said to the boy. "Suddenly you're the one to look after your brother." It wouldn't be for long though, she was confident in it. Sure, there might only be two rangers left... But they were perfectly capable of saving the day.

Lucas laughed back at Olivia. Worst thing was if may just be true... Not that it was something they'd ever figure out. Or want to figure out. Tomboy fury was best released on Armada or not at all. Or just... Not on friends. He wandered over to the computer with Olivia as Dr Wilson called them. The screen showed footage of the battle. The blasts clearly shot out of the Scepter she carried. "There, look!" Lucas paused the footage and rewinded it a few seconds. "I'm not sure if it's just the lighting or whether it actually changed." He pointed at the scepter. The smileyface on top appearing darker when the blasts caused explosions than when it turned things and people to a state of infancy. And the footage just wasn't clear enough to make out precise details... Or maybe it really was because he's nearsighted.
"Whoa... Never thought the monsters under Seans bed were real..." Evie said as she glanced at the screen too. Freaky... But at least it didn't look like Annabelle or Chucky... Or Jigsaw. Still... This thing looked like it may as well be a distant cousin of the haunted horror doll squad.

Tidal looked over at the kids in other play pins. He noticed Calvin rolling around on his own and walked to the side of his own play pin. He held out the train he had been playing with, wanting to share his toy! Small Tidal definitely wasn't a broody kid.

Actera was impressed and amused at the display of Ragdolls power. Four of the six rangers were snivveling small humans who would be no threat whatsoever. And those last two? They may be stronger than they were in the beginning, but they were by a long shot the most laughable members of the team.

Ragdoll gladly took all the praise she received. It was a shame those two remaining rangers got away, but she'd get them next time, for sure! "Those other two won't get away next time," she said, twirling her scepter. At least it didn't get damaged when the pink ranger shot it. Those last two rangers wouldn't be too much of a problem, she presumed.
---
"I guess the question now is... What's next? We've got no clue on whether tha effects can be reversed or how we should do that, do we?" Lucas scratched his head. Ragdoll had probably gone back to the ship, so they couldn't just reach her until she'd return to the city. Hopefully there wasn't some kind of time limit on the attack... Would suck if they were late for that too and their friends would be stuck as babies forever... Or well... Actually they'd have to grow up all over again. Which would still be bad. So now what? Wander the city and hope Ragdoll would make her return? ... Yeah, probably that.

"A little weird I guess," Isaac replied to Evie. "I mean I've been sick pretty much my whole life. And after Mom and Dad died..." he let out a breath, "Drew's all I have. But even if this is a rare case...I'm gonna return the favor and to my best to care for him." Isaac loved his brother. Most of the time Drew had to care for him. But recently with his new job at the Corner and everything, Isaac's been able to return part of the favor. And when his brother is big he's providing emotional support...Drew occasionally has those moments of stress still. These brothers were hard to break apart.

Dr. Wilson and Olivia both scratched their heads. It did look like the scepter changed in the footage... "Possibly..." Olivia thought out loud. She played back the part where Ragdoll zapped the tree into a sprout again. "It looks like it only works on organic material. I wonder if the power comers from Ragdoll herself or the scepter...and if the destruction is the same. Maybe Ragdoll uses the scepter to channel the power? If this only works on organic matter...maybe something non organic like her weapons makes it easy to channel?" She theorized. Dr. Wilson shrugged.
"Could be possible. We would need to see her powers used on something non organic, though to really test it," he said. Understandably so. She nodded. "One thing is for certain, however. We need that scepter..." Wilson told the two.
---
"They had better not," said the Emperor. "I've tangled with the Rangers before. Pink and Yellow are tough, but they are no match for you alone," he assured Ragdoll. Really, if Red hadn't shot his eye out he could have finished the Rangers that day.
The Empress continued to pet and praise her field commander. Such a void to fill after Kentanon was destroyed. Next time those remaining two wouldn't be as lucky. And then, all of Inezia! Then, Earth!
---
"I supposed the best course of action is fr the two of you to patrol. The rest of us can watch over the others," Dr Wilson suggested. Olivia nodded. Not like they can go to the Armada's ship...again. Not gonna do that any time soon. Maybe they can lure her out. She did seem to want the Rangers specifically turned into kids. So if the last two are in the open?
Captain Scott nodded. "Yes. I think it's best if you two go. Better you at least be out in case she attacks again, that way you can respond," he told them. Olivia agreed. And who knew how this worked? If left too long they stay babies for now until they grow again, or something else. Maybe kill Ragdoll, save them, or destroy the weapon... Something like that. A similar formula! "Alright. We'll go out an patrol the city. I promise we'll find a way to stop her," Olivia said.
"Excellent. And remember, we need to investigate her weapon if possible. See how it affects non organic life/matter," Wilson reminded.

"Don't worry guys, we'll be fine here. Right?" Isaac asked the others...looking at them, then at the kids. Drew just looked up at him with big eyes. "Gah?" He asked inquisitively. Isaac grinned.
"Just hang on. We'll find a way to fix this," Olivia promised. She waited for Lucas to lead the way.
