As you walked around the old yet lively town, you suddenly felt something snatch your coin pouch, and when you turned to look at the culprit, it was an orange tiefling nearly 7 feet tall, and he was not scrawny, not stealthy looking in the slightest! Must’ve been all muscle, but he was huge.

He looked at you blankly, blinking at you as he stood there frozen, not used to being caught.

When Max looked back at the culprit she seemed surprised and a little startled by the much taller and larger man. She went as far as clutching her necklace while she mouthed an apology she didn't deserve to give- not wanting to fight such a large man to get back her coin purse.

He kept staring blankly at her before quickly looking around for a way out and making a run for it, more afraid of her than she probably was of him, considering the enforcers were kinda looking for him.

She glanced around a little and scowled when she noticed no one was paying attention or watching. She still seemed quite frozen as she looked back at him, slowly going to grab a dagger from her upper leg, still scared and trying to figure something out without hurting her vocal cords.

He looked off to the side, a blank smile on his face. That expression quickly changed when he saw an enforcer who spotted him and started running over there.

“Well, uhm. Nice meeting you, thanks for this. See you…. Never again, sound good? Good.” He said, already moving far away from he before he actually began running off

She flinched when he ran off, realizing that she was just about to lose a lot if she didn't do anything. She quickly ran after him, not wanting to lose him even if she wasn't in proper clothing to be chasing someone.
She was quite fast considering their size difference, shouting a little and ignoring how much it burned her throat.

He looked back at her and groaned a bit. He knew the whole town by heart, so of course he was going to use that to his advantage to try and shake her off of his tail. He started taking twists and turns that few people payed any attention to, doing his best to keep her confused

She soon seemed to slow down a little because of how much he was running, though seeming like a resident since she could tell where he was heading. When she soon caught up to him she shouted again but when it burned her throat again she slowed down, clutching her throat a little.

Looking back at her again after she slowed down, he honestly started feeling a bit bad as he watched her clutch her throat, so he came to a stop, but held her coin purse over her head so that she couldn’t get it.

After a few moments, she swallowed and grabbed her dagger. As she started coming closer again, she just tried to ignore the pain, really wanting her coin purse back.

He watched her, blinking slowly. “You’re not going to use that.” He said bluntly. “It’s just for show I can tell.” He still kept her coin purse above her, hooking the strings onto one of his horns so that she couldn’t reach it without him knowing

She glared up at him, knowing it was a duller knife so it wouldn't hurt him too bad. After a few moments of hesitation she quickly lunged forward, getting him in the side in hopes he would bend over a little.

He winced a little, cursing. “That thing is dull as all hell when was the last time you sharpened it? Don’t you wanna stay safe?” He said, trying to bring some light to the moment even though she did just hurt him.

He coughed a bit and held his stomach, his upper half leaning down as he groaned. “Damn that hurt-“ he mumbled

He rubbed his face. “I deserved that… sorry miss.” He said weakly, feeling bad, yes, but also wanting money because he’s got none

She huffed at him, glaring as she clutched her purse. She glanced around a little before she scowled, letting her purse go before she raised her hands. 'You should know better than to steal from a defenseless woman.' she signed with her hands before she grabbed one of his horns to keep him there, mad.

He frowned as he managed to understand what she was signing to him, “I’m sorry! I’m broke!” He complained

He was complaining a little, “wait wait wait wait! No!! Those guys are rude! The Enforcers are like mindless selves to a tyrant!” He whined

She perked up before she gasped at him a little, pulling him down more. 'You're just giving them more reasons to lock you up!' she signed after letting him go and letting him see her hands.

He watched reluctantly, sighing. “They areeee! I’m just some guy whose life has gone to hell….” He said, frowning

“I was raised this way.” He said simply, a little pouty and sad. A sweet little puppy in a big scary intimidating body, that’s all he was really
