Siegfried stands at a moderate 6'0, with short, wavy blonde hair and steely gray eyes, but his face is defined nicely and usually carries a soft expression. He is just shy of gaunt, fitting his form well, and his usual outift usually consists of a long, gray trench coat, a black scarf, a white button up shirt, black slacks, and gray dress shoes, with a light green piercing in his right ear.

PERSONALITY:
Siegfried is a confident yet curious man, traits many would argue fit well for a Champion. He is pretty straight forward, but always seems to have an air of calm around him. He likes to get the details on everything and sees life as a sort of puzzle. In battle, he is extremely focused and serious, almost like a complete flip of his personality, and he doesn't back down at all, fighting to the end even if it's a losing battle. His determination to win is perhaps his greatest asset.

HISTORY/BIO:
'Siegfried is the cousin of Cynthia' is how Siegfried usually was spoken about. He grew up in a small, humble family in Sandgem Town, where his parents were an electrician and a historian. He grew up as any normal child would, except for the homeschooling, and didn't venture out of Sandgem that much as a kid. On his thirteenth birthday, while taking a walk on the beach after yet another uneventful year of his life, he spotted a Machop laying down in the sand. Upon closer inspection, Siegfried saw that he was wounded and having trouble breathing. Siegfried rushed him to a Pokémon Center and had him healed up as quick as he could, and didn't leave until the Machop was escorted out from the back doors. Siegfried led it out to the forest near town and return it to the wild, but the Machop refused, standing behind him in a heroic pose with a determined look. Unsure of what to do, Siegfried brought him home, and his father explained that the Machop must've just taken a liking to him. He dug around one of the drawers in his house and gave Siegfried a Poké Ball, and explained to him that perhaps now was a good time for his son to take a journey with his first Pokémon.
After claiming the Machop and heading out from home with his parents blessing, Siegfried traveled for many years until he challenged the Sinnoh Leauge when he was twenty one. He and Cynthia had always been close cousins, and the battle that took place between them shook the very foundations of the Champions Room. In the end, Siegfried was victorious, and was crowned as the new Champion. Cynthia happily congratulated her cousin, and over the course of the next year, she helped Siegfried adjust to the responsibilities of being Champion before she left on a little journey of her own. Siegfried has been Champion for a little over three years now, and is on his way to the annual Champion meetup. He isn't sure what to expect; he only hopes for the best.

PERSONALITY: Isaac views most Humans as superficial and uncaring, although he'll gladly befriend anyone he sees as an exception. His Pokemon are his friends, and they see him the same way. Isaac hates bullies, and enjoys crushing them with his powerful Pokemon.

BIOGRAPHY: Isaac was not popular in his hometown. He was weird and everyone knew it. Professor Oak mailed him his starter Pokemon (a Ghastly) rather than have him show up. Nobody could really say what made them uncomfortable, Isaac just didn't act like other people. The bullying was the worst part, with his rival (Jared Neidermeyer) taking great joy in picking on him.
Isaac set out to become a Champion, having decided that it didn't matter what other people thought if he was successful. He was right. When you're the strongest Trainer in the Region people write off any strangeness as 'endearing quirks.' Isaac lost most of his faith in humanity then and focused on his Pokemon and career full-time. When he decided to take the final challenge The Elite Four fell before him like dominoes and he faced his rival for the last time. Jared took the loss extremely poorly, trying to punch Isaac. Isaac's Tyranitar tried to protect his Trainer, and ended up crushing Jared's legs.

  Personality: Nyx is a rather odd individual. She normally acts sweet and polite and doesn't really seem like an imposing figure. Once you battle here, though, things change. Her warm smile and bright attitude disappears. In their place is a cold, calculating Pokemon trainer that leaves you no room for comfort. It's almost like she becomes a different person when it comes to Pokemon battles.

  Bio: She was born into a rich family in Lilycove City. You know this story by now. A rich girl becomes bored with her life and then does something drastic that her family isn't particularly keen on. Nicholette didn't want to take over her family's business so -- as an act of pure defiance -- she went out, bought a bunch of PokeBalls, and caught herself an Absol.
  
  Her family was shocked and threatened to disown her unless she got rid of her newfound companion. Nyx essentially spat on their family's legacy and left. She went on her journey, defeated all eight gyms, became Champion, and she has never looked back ever since.

PERSONALITY:
James Ko is a bit of... an insufferable hotheaded egomaniac to say the least. He thinks incredibly highly of himself, often shows off in completely unnecessarily flashy and spectacular ways just for fun, and sees nearly everyone else as slightly lesser than him. He's almost always walking around with a smug smirk, acting like he's way cooler than everyone else around him. It's probably not a good idea to get him to start talking about something, because he has a very bad tendency to ramble on and go completely off track from the original topic very easily. Despite his personality he's actually a terrifyingly competent battler, with a counter strategy for nearly every possible strategy his opponent could even think to use against him and great skill when it comes to coming up with counter strategies to newly used tactics on the fly.

HISTORY/BIO:
Honestly James Ko really isn't all that special of a guy. He grew up in a family of trainers in Nuvema Town, none of which had really done anything all that special and important, and at the age of 15 he got his first Pokemon from Professor Sycamore and set out on his own, deciding that he would take on the Elite 4 and at least make an attempt to defeat them. He got his first four badges easily, but eventually he got roped up into Team Plasma, agreeing completely with their ideals and thinking that helping them out would help make the world a better place. He quickly became aware of the quite blatant dissonance between Team Plasma's actions and the ideals they claimed to uphold, leaving the group and continuing on his journey as a trainer from where he'd left of... after literally less than a single week as a member of team plasma.

After acquiring two more badges badges he kind of just took a five year break, travelling around the region and just sort of exploring for fun, looking for new Pokemon to join his team and for pretty much anything of interest. After the break he returned to his journey to acquire all the Unovan badges and defeat the Elite 4, steamrolling the last two the gym leaders and the first two elite 4 members with relative ease, and struggling somewhat against the last two and the champion themselves, but managing to come out with a win in the end. Since then he's been the champion for the Unova region, keeping the position for the past 2 years with hilarious ease since he's literally only had two challengers, the rest being obliterated by the Elite 4, and even then he absolutely demolished them. Not much else to say really.
