Personality
While Eric isn't anti-capitalism he doesn't exactly like or trust big businesses and if given the choice and the means will generally prefer to buy local. That said he won't deny that companies like Silph Co became big for a reason nor does he judge others for spending their money how they want to, at least not out loud. He stays in contact with his parents regularly but doesn't hide the fact he has no desire to go back to the Galar Region. Part of him finds his reason for not wanting to do so petty as most of the people living there had nothing to do with the Darkest Day and he hopes that going on a Pokémon journey will not only help him find out what he wants in live but also mature enough to at least be willing to visit his parents.

Biography
Eric's parents both worked for Macro Cosmos, although for different subsidiaries and for most of his life he wanted to follow in their footsteps. Eric was even planning to have an all Steel type team like Rose which led to him getting a Honedge for his 15th birthday, though he never really trained Excalibur. Instead taking up a parttime job to save money while looking for a sponsor. The Darkest Day changed all that though, while his parents believed Rose meant well they still quit their jobs due to all the damage caused. Eric on the other hand just condemned the whole thing entirely and wanted nothing more to do with Macro Cosmos. Seeing the appearance of Pokémon from all over world in Arkona as well as the newly established gym challenge as an excuse to leave the Galar Region he moved to Laminrinth City, taking Excalibur with him but having given up his plans for an all Steel-team.

Cassius possesses a sharp creative mindset. His most enduring trait is his steadfast belief in himself.

Cassius is witty, ironic, and a little bit sarcastic. Cassius tends to think of himself as a little bit strange and a lot smarter than everyone else. He is usually right, but not always. Personality
While not particularly headstrong Dusk is extremely curious by nature. Paired with his intelligence and passion for Pokémon he has a knack for sticking his head where he shouldn’t. At times he can be rather obtuse, not really understanding subtext and pushing subjects he shouldn’t until told outright. His main hobby and aspiring career is researching the connection between ancient and modern Pokémon.

Biography
With both of his parents being archeologists interested in the history of Arkona, Dusk was raised with a great amount of importance placed on the past. That being the case and having a passion for Pokémon Dusk’s path in life was set from a very early age, dedicating most of his time to studying. Having little trouble studying as he left school he applied to work as an Aide for Professor Olive, hoping for more hands on experience. While he values his work there it’s not often it pertains to his own studies and so it was during his time there he caught his first partner Pokémon to assist him in doing some self study for his Thesis. With the arrival of all sorts of new Pokémon and the opening of a Pokémon League he now hopes to explore the region and challenge the gyms. While he has no dreams of becoming the champion, he hopes to do well enough to be considered for a gym leader position considering Olive’s own clear lack of funding and his hopes to become a Professor.

Fia is kind hearted, but very sheltered and naive, nearly everything is new and exciting to her and she wants to see, do and ask about everything, seemingly all at once. She is used to being a little spoiled and treated with kid gloves, so Fia has very little idea of how difficult or expensive things are, she is sunny and optimistic in a way that isn't always helpful and that some people find annoying. All of this would seemingly point to someone easily discouraged, but Fia can be surprisingly determined in the face of setbacks, her sunny demeanour is not merely surface deep but a deep hopefulness that may just be able to carry her forwards to the heights she dreams of.

Biography
Fia's real name is Fiadora Cardinal, the daughter of the famous industrial titan Barton Cardinal. Barton founded Cardinal Shipping, a successul import export business specialising in transporting goods between different regions. Cardinal Shipping grew quickly but Barton's personal life was rocked by tragedy when his wife died giving birth to Fiadora. Barton reacted to the death by becoming extremely protective of his daughter, Fiadora was given everything she wanted, as long as it was completely safe and non threatening and she was rarely allowed to leave the house. Meanwhile her Father threw himself into work, leaving his daughter isolated and mostly interacting with servants and the like. Lonely as she was, Fiadora latched onto the idea of a pokemon and begged her Father for one, at first he refused out of concern it wouldn't be safe but Fia pleaded and nagged him for years until he finally caved, bringing home a vulpix from a business trip to Alola.

Fiadora instantly fell in love, becoming obsessed with her new partner and insisting on doing everything for herself. Ermine, as the pokemon was eventually named, was slower to warm up but Fiadora eventually won over the frosty pokemon. For a time everything was well, but the pair lit a fire in each other they had never considered before, they wanted to know what they could do together in battle. Fiadora engaged in a new nagging campaign against her Father and surprisingly he agreed, letting her go out into Castelia city to battle with youngsters and other trainers her age. Fiadora and Ermine, it turned out, had a knack for battling, they had fun together and never lost a match! That turned out to be because one of her Father's employees had been bribing her opponents to take things easy on her. When Fiadora realised what was going on she was humiliated and she also realised as long as she was at home she would never get to truly test herself, to see what she was made of she would need to escape. After months of planning Fiadora snuck onto a Cardinal Shipping freighter bound for Arkona and registered herself as a new trainer under a false name. Standing on her own two feet for the first time in her life, Fia and Ermine are finally ready to see what they can do together.

  Dulcie is a strange person, well, aloof is a more accurate term. The things she says and the things she does aren't what many people would expect. She does things her own way. Many people say she lives inside her own world, and in fact, it is true. While everyone lives a mundane boring life, Dulcie sees the world differently. She hears things differently. Dulcie is always in a daydream, waltzing around in life and just going with the flow.
  
  She likes a lot of things, to the point where it'd be easier to make a list of things she dislikes rather than things she likes. She dislikes alarm clocks. That's all. Her most notable trait is how blunt and forgetful she can be. She would often respond late when asked something, or just not respond at all. Her favourite thing is books. She's always in a cheery bright mood. Almost nothing can get her down or mad. It's a talent if anything.
  
  Biography
  Dulcie was born in Kalos, in Laverre City. As a young child, much to her parent's dismay, Dulcie would often get "lost" within the Kunoe Forest Path. When she wouldn't come home at dusk, her parents would often have to out searching for her, only for them to find the young child playing with various pokemon in the tall grass. Despite the various types of dangerous pokemon in the area, Dulcie would nought have a scrape or scratch. Sooner or later, Dulcie's parents would allow her to just stay there until she'd decide to wander home by herself. Dulcie was a relatively normal child, well, normal in some sense. Around people, she'd be quiet and gloomy, often only smiling with her parents, she'd avoid other people like the plague.
  
  When she was 6 years old, Dulcie went missing for several days, almost a week had passed and her parents had not found her. The rangers in the Kunoe Forest Path had no reports on her disappearance. Worried and defeated, her parents would go home. When they drearily arrived home, they would find their daughter waiting for them in the living room. Clean, cheery and smelling of flowers, she wasn't the same ever since then. She was cheery and bright, yet very forgetful and would often give late replies or just stare into nothing. On the other hand, she grew up happily, her parents didn't want to question Dulcie about the incident, because they were just glad that she was okay.
  
  Dulcie and her parents would then move to Arkona for a change of scenery. Up until now, though Dulcie had multiple pokemon "friends" back home in Kalos, she had never actually owned or captured a pokemon in a Pokeball. This sudden event that took over the region was Dulcie's opportunity to make an abundance of new pokemon friends, become independent and also learn to interact and make friends with other people. So with her parents' approval, Dulcie would set off and become a pokemon trainer.

  While not lazy per say, Raziel is extremely adverse to doing any more than his fair share of work, even if it can make him seem cold at times. After a few non-age appropriate years of slaving away in a corporate environment he has mastered the power of malicious compliance and would always find a way to fulfill someone's request with the least amount of effort, even if it's only on a technicality. But underneath all that he is eager to learn and actually see the world for once, because despite having met many people and Pokemon online he barely has any "real" friends or "real" Pokemon, and is usually being an endless fountain of useless trivia instead. His quick wits and sometimes cynical view causes him to get easily frustrated if others are acting dense or are just not getting what he is talking about, he tends to express it in passive aggressiveness and sarcasm. Sometimes he says very communist things, however it's mostly a joke to let out his frustrations of being overworked for so long.
  
  Biography
  Born in Castelia City, Raziel was always a bit of a shut-in city kid who never really braved the wilderness with Pokemon and the likes. Instead he hung out at the skyscraper known as the Battle Company, where his parents also worked. From an early age he displayed a prodigal talent when it comes to fiddling with technology, and despite his parents' and their coworkers' encouragement for him to start battling, he became the manager of the company's Pokemon Storage System instead.
  
  As his work continued, Raziel met many people and Pokemon, including experienced trainers and managers of other regions' PC systems, although it is over the net and he had barely stepped out of Castelia City before. One day while working, he found a strange corrupted file in the RAM of a global trading system. Out of curiosity, Raziel restored the file despite it taking him ages. It turns out that the corrupted file contained a porygon caught stuck in the system when a trade has gone wrong. This porygon became Raziel's primary partner Pokemon, as it didn't have the needs of physical Pokemon that he can't fulfill well.
  
  Eventually, Raziel was offered the job of being the Pokemon Storage System manager of a small region called Arkona. He gladly accepted as the region didn't have many trainers or even a Pokemon league, so he felt like it would be an idyllic job to sit back and relax in. That was until the league was created, and an avalanche of system congestion issues and server capacity overflow piled on his desk day after day. The region's government didn't inform the PC manager about the creation of a Pokemon league beforehand, or the decision was made so hastily there was no time to even account for infrastructure. After being overworked and underpaid for all his overtime day in and day out, Raziel finally had enough and decided to go on strike. His method of doing this is joining the trainers that came over to challenge the league, because he believes that if he became champion he would be able to actually convince the government to fund better PC servers.

Kyle is a layed back person that usually goes with the flow. He doesn't show much initiative or drive for things that don't interest him. The few things that do get him excited is training in martial arts, music he likes, and he thinks training pokemon but dosnt know for sure. Kyle hates wasting his time, anything having to do with archeology, and being underestimated.

Biography
Kyle was born and raised in Gallesia city. His mother is an archeologists that works for the college in the city and often goes off to explore ruins or spots of interest. His father owns a little odd ball shop that sits at the end of Booktown. It sells the basic books one would need for classes. The main thing it tries to sell is weird little trinkets that his mother finds on her explorations that don't hold much academic value. Honestly Kyle thinks most of it is junk. Kyle also has an older sister that's about five years older then him. While Kyle and his sister where young their mother would drag them out on her expeditions. Both siblings would absolutely be board out there minds on these outings as they grew to despise the stories their mother came up or found for the trinkets she found on these expeditions. While being dragged on one of these expeditions it took them close to Makuhita Pitchu temple. Kyle and his sister sneaked off to play and came across a group of fighting Type pokemon training and sparring with each other. The two siblings became enthralled with watching them. Then they started mimicking them and sparring with each other. After a few hours they made their way back. Got an ear full for worrying their mother but every day since they practiced martial arts. When they got back home they joined a proper class. As time went on Kyle discovered he focuses better and gets more amped up for things if he listens to music. So he is rarely seen without his headphones. When his sister turned 15 she set off to Hoeen to become a pokemon trainer. During her absence Kyle seemed to loss interest in going out and being around strangers. So he just barely kept up with his studies mainly because his mom kept after him. The rest of his time he just focused on martial arts or lazing around not doing much. A few years later his sister returned home taking a small break from the current league she's going through. During this time he really warmed up to her pokemon particularly her fighting types. It's the first time Kyle showed great interest outside of martial arts. Which speaking of he became an assistant to his mentor teaching classes. About a year later is when the announcement for the Arkona league was announced. After talking it over with his parents Kyle decided to give it a try. He told his sister who was super excited for him and sent him an egg that came from her infernape. This was a test from her to see if he could hatch it. If he could then he had her blessing and backing to take on the league challenge. It took him a few months but the egg hatched and that's how he met and attained Smolder the chimchar. He noticed smolder had a unique birth marks going across his face and chest and thought it was neat. After some preparations the duo set out on their adventure. (Sry if bio is long.)

Miscellaneous

Quirks: Kyle is addicted to energy drinks. Preferred brand T-Star its mascot is Tyranatar. If he dosnt have at least one a day he slowly goes through withdraws. Starting with moodiness, going to headaches, adventuly refusing to get out of bed.

Kyle has also grown attached to his headphones just from how long he's had them. If he dosnt have them he just feels off.
