"there are times for arguments, there are times for conversations. you are mixing these two up in a horrible way. you are aware of this- yes?"

let's cover the basics first. shall we?

Anarchy is a young female (20 y/o) of a smaller build. They have confirmed to have an ambiguous gender identity, pronouns varying from "they" and "she." Born in the US, their native language consists of a mix between American Sign Language and English. Due to conflicts with a group of citizens in her family, she was transported to Japan, where quirks and the population of heroes are steadily growing.

what about their appearance?

As mentioned before, Anarchy is a notably small, feminine-presenting individual. Height being of about 5'0, weighing around 110-120 pounds, she falls below the average height in many demographics.
They may be recognizable by many different features. Their hair is pitch black, overgrown tight curls creating a form of framing around her face. Their eyes are a soft, light indigo, with hints of golden-y brown. Their skin is a light tan, explosions of freckles decorating her face, and lips full with a soft reddish tint.
However, the most notable feature of hers are the various scars covering a good majority of her visible skin. Slashes and burns cover her arms and legs, fading away near her neck and face- leaving only a few prominent scars on her neck, and one slash running from her jawline to eyebrow.
Majority of the time, all scars are hidden by their clothing and various masks.

they're missing something. give me their personality.

Anarchy tends to be distrustful and secretive, timid around nearly all and refusing to show any hint of vulnerability. Despite this, their personality can be easily cracked to reveal who they really are.
Caring, clingy, sensitive, and overprotective, she'll refuse to cry in a genuine situation, but will break down in the arms of anyone who knows of her past trauma. She often refuses to pick sides in wars, claiming that all she wants is for those she loves to survive. This causes indecision to be a major character flaw, making her out to be easy to manipulate.
Despite her caring side, in the wake of a tragedy, she suffers from extreme impulsivity- causing violent, irrational behavior.

too... shallow? time for a backstory.
Anarchy's quirk wasn't acquired by normal means. It was not acquired from birth parents, not from someone who held the power, wanting their legacy to pass onto another hero, villain, or citizen.

Anarchy's birth was expertly planned by her biological mother. Quirkless, as was her husband, her mother wanted to give her firstborn- and perhaps only- child some form of power. This wasn't out of the concern of safety, of good, or even to align the child to a villain organization. It was a cruelly entertaining experiment.

Illegal scientists discovered how quirks are formed within the genes of the children who inherit them. More importantly, they cracked the code- the code to design a quirk, to mold a person's personality and abilities.

And there, she was born. An entirely new quirk was introduced to the world, but the owner was barely human anymore. As she grew up, she became less sociable, less trusting, and more confident in her abilities to fight back against the people who trapped her.

Her creators had made a fatal mistake. They had made her almost indestructible, with an amazingly useful quirk, yet, molded her into being pessimistic, painfully empathetic, and thus implanted the belief that she was useless into her memory forever. They'd forgotten to take away one thing, her own free will. Her ability to grow, even if the odds were severely against her. She was aware.

Now, while Anarchy's being essentially blocked any use of her quirk beneficial to
her, it was certainly powerful. The ability to almost reshape reality entirely was granted to her. She could manipulate any sense into perceiving what she wanted, and with enough strength- could even physically change her own surroundings.

But there was a cost. The use of her quirk chipped away at her mentality, little by little, until this helpless personality was created. A little further brought her to violent impulses, and strong emotional breaks that would prove to be dangerous for anyone in the way.
