Forewarning: This thread isn't being made out of a need to search for new partners, but just to keep current partners and any potential interested updated on my current preferences in terms of roleplay. For this reason, I am unlikely to be willing to negotiate any of the terms presented by the interest check. I have also, as no doubt you'll notice pretty quickly, taken the liberty to be more experimental with the interest check this time around, especially when it comes to the formatting (both coding-wise and non-coding wise).

    OHAYO SEKAI GOOD MORNING WORLD!

    Instructions

Hey everyone, it's your local weirdo, Idea here! (Golden star if you caught the reference by the by). Hope's all's well with y'all and before I begin, I'd just like to briefly go over some instructions on how the thread itself.

    1. Individual ideas with be labeled with (☆☆☆☆☆☆☆). This represents my ranking on a scale of 1-7. Emtpy stars (☆) count as zero, so rating is based on the number of full stars (★). This time I'm having the star ratings be based on past, present and future craving for the idea. My current hype for an idea will be rated between one and three stars, a plot's abilitiy to keep me interested until now in it will be rated between none and two stars, and the same goes for my expectations on whether or not I will remain very interested in the idea in the future. I may add or remove one star from the rating I get from that depending on what I find most appropriate.

Note: Ratings are based on individual sections moreso than in general. Higher rated plots mean higher rated among the plots for instance, so having a higher rating in one section does not necessarily mean a higher rating in general.

(★☆☆☆☆☆☆) : The idea is mostly just a whim, or something that lingered. It's not hopeless, but it's going to take a lot of chemistry between me and my partner to make it work.

(★★☆☆☆☆☆) : Either an idea that I've not as much interest in as I used to, or something more experimental.

(★★★☆☆☆☆) : My interest in the idea tends to come and go a lot. In theory I think I will enjoy it, but my interest may fade once I actually start working on it.

(★★★★☆☆☆) : I am quite interested in the idea, and it should be able to stay stable in my interests, though my craving of it is likely to be milder. Alternatively, it's an idea I'm currently pretty interested in, but not super confident will stay that way.

(★★★★★☆☆) : I REALLY want to try this idea, but there's still a degree of uncertainty.

(★★★★★★☆) : I love this idea so much, but I still feel as though there is a layer above it that needs to be aknowledged.

(★★★★★★★) : I've loved this idea or it's type for quite a while, and love the idea now even more, and it's almost certain to feature in future interest checks.

    2. Ideas labelled (Taken) mean that, while they be coming back, at the moment I am either not feeling them enough to roleplay or already have enough partners for those. Ideas labelled (COMING SOON!) are COMING SOON!

    3. In this thread, (M) means "My character", (Y) means "Your character", (T) means "A Third character" (may or not be played by a third player for 1x2), and (M2) means "My second character. (Y2), (M3) and stuff as such may also show up, but I think from this you can tell what they mean.

    4. When an idea is labelled (Maybe) that means it will take some convincing to get me to do it, and possibly something close to a dream partner.

5.For certain plots, you will find an ( * ) next to the plot's genres, or some of them. If you see that symbol next to a genre this means that a degree of knowledge of that genre, mainly by being a fan of it or at least consuming several of it, is a requirement for us to play that plot, as the point of it is likely based on tropes or aspects of that genre that I don't think can be properly realized by someone who's not into it. You may also find that symbol, but without the "()", indicating that there is a note about it you should read, and (?) indicates something which depends on what your preferences are for it's presence or absence.

6.If you're not picking a plot I made, then please bring a plot suggestion of your own! It may not be the case that we end up playing that suggestion, but if you contact me with say, just a pairing or a fandom and without any plot, then I will have to turn you down on the spot.

7.If you want writing samples or anything of that sort, all of my roleplays are done on threads, so they are open for your viewing.[/div][nobr]

Nobody was harmed In the production of this gif

Now that you know what you need to about me, and it hasn't turned you off yet, I shall tell you what I want out of you. For this purpose there are two categories. The first, requirements, is things I will absolutely not bend on. You can either provide those things for me or we're better off not working together. Bonuses, on the other hand, are things which make extra happy to work with you. They aren't mandatory by any means, but I would love to have partners with those traits.

    Requirements

    1. Please have RP common sense. Things like not metagaming, not controlling other people's characters, not making OP stuff unless that's agreed upon, trying to cooperate and in general not beng a prick.
    2. Please respect my writing style.
    3. Please have passion, a sense of humor, and innitiative and be friendly and cooperative. In other words, please be genuinely invested in our RP and one who can be not only a partner, but a friend as well. Neither of our enjoyments should come at the detriment of the other's.
    4. Provide me with posts containing at least 16 full PC lines or 700 words (which, again, is a minimum). I will not, however, impose a timing for this. I want juicy, long, quality posts. If it takes you a month or two to get that done, I am perfectly willing to wait.
    5. However, nomatter how long your IC posts take, I do need you to be present OOC. Just a hi every once in a while or hanging out for a bit with me every week, that sort of thing.
    6. If you're going to ask for something- a plot, a fandom, a pairing etc... - be sure that you are a fan of the genres in which it focuses. You don't need to be super knowledgeable on most of them, but I don't want to waste, say, a magical girl plot playing with someone who isn't a fan of magical girls and thus won't be able to fully appreciate it nor bring out the most of it.
    7. I need my partners to be able to juggle multiple NPCs on their own.

    Bonuses

Being really into anime/manga: a consistent pattern I've seen is that people who are also big fans of anime and manga tend to be my best partners. Not in every case, I did have one excellent partner that really wasn't that into anime, but being able to talk and joke about it, make references and all that stuff, and approaching things from a closer mindset is prety nice.

Having a cute anime girl as a profile pic: When one looks at a post, one of the things that stands out, especially when it's just test, is the profile pic. It grabs the eye, just naturally, so I'll end up looking at it a lot. So having something I like to look at as your profile pic is a nice touch.

Being an Artist: Being someone who can bring our characters or even our RP to life, or maybe just make your own original stuff just for your character in our RP, just the potential for it can make me extra excited. <3

Being a planner / more willing to plan: As I said, I am a planner by nature, so it makes me happier when my partners are also more into planning things out.

Showing interest in the world etc... outside the bounds of the story: I love to answer questions about myself and my work. I guess it speaks a bit of my ego there. Still, it is undeniably something I enjoy and so if you're invested enough in our RP to also be interested in how things are beyond it, that gets me hyped up.[/div][nobr]

Even though he has a lot of money, they won't even let them hire a servant. That is, until one day, a girl in a maid uniform (M) shows up at their house with one of their parent's postcards.

"Happy 18th birthday (Y)! We wanted to give you something special since you're an adult now, so we decided you could have that servant you always wanted! We beat this monster and made put that service collar on her just for you! Wink! Enjoy!"

Once more sober, they realize they should probably at least check the place. They go there, and it turns out to be pretty fine if a bit dusty, and they even start to enjoy themselves with it. They hold a small party there with some friends, and are having the time of their lifves when a girl in her pajamas rubbing her eyes and carrying a pillow walks down the stairs and complains about the ruckus.

This single machine would come to cause the upheavel of all scientific knowledge, being able to not only reverse entropy and even create matter and energy from nothing, thus entirely breaking the up until then thought to be 'laws' of physics. The changes to society where more than can be counted. Humanity quickly saved the planet and even stabilized the sun through regularly reversing it's self-consumption, it colonized the most distant stars, there was more than food for everyon to spare, and the scientists focused on solving the other frontiers, on how to stop the universe's expansion more than required, and how to travel to other universes or dimensions. But, for the general public, one problem remained. With everything solved for them, workers were barely needed, and people fell into immense boredom.

Then it came, the new age's greatest entertainment, the "World Dive"! This device would allow any human being to create and design entire worlds at their leisure, and actually bring them to life. Vampire X Donut is the best pairing.
Alright, let's pair up! But, first, a little clarification on pairings:

1: Pairings are thought of for my own intent. So if a pairing has "vampire" it will always be on my version of a vampire, for instance. Of course you add your own vision to your part of the pairing, but I will not agree to play a pairing where one of the sides deviates entirely from what I was proposing with it.

2: I will not play pairings by themselves. Think of them more like prompts than content to actually start an RP- if you choose to pick a pairing, I expect some idea that will be proposed alongside it, a plot. If I don't like your immediate idea this does not mean we can't roleplay the pairing of course, but will still need to develop one if that's the case.

Look I'm so shi- awww... :(

Hello and welcome to fandoms! I know some of you will try skipping to this part, but I do urge that you read the first few first, as if we're not compatible I wouldn't do that fandom anyway.

Now, hold up! This bit has not just fandoms, but also fandom plots (specific plot ideas I would like to do for a given fandom) and rip-off ideas (a reproduction of some elements of the original fandom's story or characters). I can do rip-offs of more than just the fandoms listed as rip-offs, as any fandom I would do normally, for the most part, I would do as a rip-off if you prefer it.

    So, without further ado...

    1.The Chronicler (★★★★★★☆)
    Relative Power Level:
    10/10

A supposed "chosen one" from an extremely advanced magitech cilization that collapsed, leaving her with the mantle of the chronicler to record civilizations and destroy them before they can destroy themselves.

    Link:
    Idea's (New) Army

    Other Details/Requirements:
As a fairly varied fighter of considerable power, the chronicler is a good match for other combat-oriented OCs, particularly those employing advanced technology or supernatural abiilities, to face off against (or just uber curious OCs who get to ramble about the mysterious magitech from Henia's universe). Furthermore, your characters may just find themselves fighting in home ground, as Henia herself is the one who travels between planets, and her mission is more than enough reason to fight just about anyone who'd get in her way.[/div]

    Other Details/Requirements:
A character that serves more for more grounded fights with just a splash of supernatural elements. This way character's don't exactly need to be superman to have a decent fight, but with Sukerono's colored chains ability, the fight can nonetheless stay diverse and strategic.[/div]

    Other Details/Requirements:
Doo you have a character with a lot to show off? Feellike a more straightfoward brawl? Heriond may be the right opponent for you. His need to absorb and duplicate his opponent is time-consuming, so you have plenty of time to really go off with your character as you approach the climax.[/div]

    fantasy modern
    dystopia (coming soon)

    Other Details/Requirements:
I am willing to do regular roleplays or even GM for someone to explore this D&D style with or without dice.
Tribes fighting to survive in a world full of monsters that forces them into isolation. Kingdoms rising and forming out of the new status quo born from controllable forms of magic. Battles for survivals beyond the old monstrous empires and the new human kingdoms, wars between the old magic of elites and the magical artifacts of the new generation, titanic beings from another world summoned to put an end to the fighting and ending up stuck in the world, driving it's future development. A wild west of cultural design, hunting down on the few monsters left, a modern society employing the people's magic for sustenaince, a battle for wish-granting devices.

Originally created as a world for me to shove a bunch of loose ideas into a cohesive whole, Euphorium has quickly evolved into one of my most beloved settings. It is a world rich in history and fantasy, at any point of which you can jump in to roleplay in.

    Kaisei (★★★★★☆☆)
    Genres:
    Fantasy
    Isekai

    Time Periods:
    Pseudo-medieval

    Other Details/Requirements:
See "other ideas" for the original idea associated with this world
Kaisei is pretty much your standard Isekai world in many respects, it's a typical rpg-esque fantasy setting with adventurers, monsters, kingdoms etc... Thing is though, it gets an abnormally high rate of people from other worlds coming into it. The world itself isn't too developed yet, but it did originate for my double GMing idea, so a lot of the info pertains to that sort of idea.

The otherworlders may come via two ways: Reincarnation or summoning. Both give the otherworlder a skill that lets them gain XP faster and thus level up faster. Reincarnation involves the person dying and returning to life in a new body in the new world. Summoning involves pretty much teleporting the person into the fantasy world from the real world, with their real body. Because of this, the summoned don't necesssarily start at level 1, but may have instead of a special talent a huge level boost right away. On the other hand though, they have no choice but to be of the human race. Still summoned may have immediate assistance from the one that summoned them, in any number of forms from information to items.

Reincarnation though, is a little trickier. Reincarnation usually involves one returning as a newborn and having to grow up again, though in some special cases one may return as a fully fledged adult. They start at level 1, but gain a special unique ability they have to figure out by themselves. While they all have a skill that lets them retain most of their memories from their past life, they may not be able to access them at all times without leveling up that skill. Furthermore, reincarnated may be reincarnated into any creature in the world that possesses mana. It can be a humanoid, an inhuman or a monster.

    Who?
Humans and virtually human races like elves and dwarves.

    Upsides
*They get more skill points upon leveling up.
*They do not evolve, but can use any existing class they meet the requirements for, including inhuman tribal classes.
*They come with prebuilt understanding of all spoken languages by humanoids.
*Humanoids have vast societies that will lend their support.
*Equipment will magically be fitted to them once looted.

    Downsides
    *Humanoids have a level cap
*Humanoids have a hard time acquiring regenerative abilities for their HP
    Who?
Creatures that are neither fully human nor fully monster. Rejected from both worlds, these creatures can often be told apart form monster by their relative low variation from their monster counterparts.

    Upsides
*Can use both classes and evolutions, however their evolutions are only minor upgrades compared to regular monster evolutions, and they cannot access humanoid advanced classes nor tribal classes of other inhuman species.
    *Medium Acquiring of stats
*Gain XP much faster than humanoids or monsters.
*Unlimited evolutions, but only one per three days.
*Inherent understanding of their race's language only.
*Advanced inhumans sometimes evolve into full monsters.

    Downsides
*Can only use items that don't need fitting or happen to be fit to them
*Human level cap, but thanks to not having a limit on evolutions, they can "shed" levels.
*Only a few lucky, strong inhumans get to live in their small tribes. Any inhuman not lucky enough to be considered a "stronger generation" or to have even been born in the tribe to begin with usually ends up an outcast or a slave with no one to call for aid.
*Advanced inhumans may start to manifest "prime weaknesses" like monsters.
    Who?
From beastial undead abominations to mighty dragons, monsters are the natural powerhouses of the world, and hunted by humans as if in a war of nature versus nature for control of the world. The most varied group there is among the three.

    Upsides
*Gain MASSIVE amounts of stats upon leveling up.
*Can Use Energy and Mana Interchangeably.
*Upon reaching their final evolution, they have no level cap
    *Easily Acquire Regenerative Abilities
*Quickly gain skills to adapt to their environment in early levels.

    Downsides
    *Can Only Evolve
*Generally Unable to Properly Communicate even with other monsters at early levels
*Born in a world of survival of the fittest where they have to fight to survive right away.
*Reincarnated monsters always start out as newborns
*Can only Rarely use specifically designed items for them
*Advanced monsters develop "prime weaknesses" which increase damage dealt to them and allow it to bypass any defenses they may have or render the monster powerless.

Skills: Abilities one acquires by acquiring certain classes or performing certain actions. For example, surviving a poisoned meal maygrant one the skill [poison resistance rank 1]. A skill's rank may be upgraded by paying the appropriate amount of skill points, acquired every level up. One points have been put into a skill, even if insufficient to upgrade it, they can't be take back.

Titles: Designations earned by accomplishing feats or doing noteoworthy actions. Sometimes carry passive benefits or malefits, but often do nothing.

Classes: Also known as jobs, classes give one particular skills pertaining to the class. Examples of base classes include mage, warrior and paladin. Advanced classes can only be attained if certain requirements are met. Tribal classes are classes created by certain specific races and often used by their leader. CLasses are designated with prefixes like base, advanced, specialized, legendary, extra, tribal and low. It'd be a bit much to explain all of it here- so I'll leave that much for the interested.

Evolution: Every few levels, a new evolution is unlokced (mandatory for monsters, optional for inhumans), allowing the user to loose up to twice the level at which they acquired the evolution (always spends the most possible) to upgrade their body into a form with more potential. For example, a spider might evolve into a spider with poison or into a form that is stronger and more agile. One always will have more than one evolution option. On occasion, at most one of the evolution options will lead to a "final evolution", which is relatively stronger than the other potential evolutions, but itself cannot further evolve.

Mana and Energy: The two resources used when using skills. Usually specific skills ask of one or the other. When trying to use a skill without the necessary resource, one's HP is paid instead, threefold from the original cost.[/div]

    Setting-Types

    1.Game World
Details: This setting IS a game, as in, in-universe it is an actual game. It may be a "stuck inside a game" scenario or a "the game has come to life" scenario, but the characters are inhabiting the game world and are fully subject to full range of the game's mechanics and design.

    2.Isekai World
Details: The typical world found in isekai-genre anime and manga, while the plot not necessarily being isekai. It's a fantasy world with various RPG-ish elements, such as fantasy races, skills, levels, classes, dungeons....also optional is there being a demon lord and hero involved (though with me it's most likely just an evil lord instead of demon lord).

    3.Magical Girl's Society
Details: A setting where magical girls are a known and accepted phenomenon that is integrated into society, be it in reverence, as a sort of job, or even as public enemies.

Shall we go on an adventure?

If what I showed you so far didn't quite grab you, or if you maybe wanted to try a adding something a little different to the roleplay, I do have some other ideas to add. You could join my quest roleplay (for those that don't know, a quest roleplay is a roleplay written like a "choose your own adventure" book, where the player running the roleplay writes entries and creates options and the other members vote for what option they want for the story to progress in), or we could modify the structure of our roleplay a bit.

    Quest(s)

    [div class=plot2]
    Rewind
This story centers around Ace Pavlov, an inhabitant of an isolated town with superpowered people soon to be trapped in a 3 month time loop. As luck would have it though, he has the ability to recall all of the previous loops. The quest, naturally, is therefore to solve the mystery of the time loop and the town itself, and find the means to escape it.

You will find the link to the interest check here: Quest - Rewind

And to the quest itself here: Quest - Rewind [/div][/div][nobr]

    Other Ideas

    1. Episodic Roleplay
Best fit for slice of life style roleplays, this would be a roleplay with an episodic structure, this is, composed of mini-arcs or "episodes" with more defined objectives for the mini-arc and more separated from one another. Doing this one would require especially hard planning though, as I would want it to be pretty much entirely planned.

Can be added on to an existing plot.

    2. Letter Roleplay
A roleplay with this structure would be composed entirely of two characters sending letters to each other. Each post would be a letter to the other character or a third party, relating the events of the post.

    3. GMed Roleplay
A roleplay where one player acts as the GM- controlling plot, world and NPCs, but not a character of their own- and another player controls exclusively their character.

    4. The Other's Character
We make each other's character and play the character created by the other person (the character we actually play is still the one fitting with the assigned roles by the plot though).

Can be added onto an existing plot.[/div]
