    Personality: During school hours, Mei is a very quiet person, usually with her nose into a book or drawing Georgia O'keefe inspired artworks. She'd like to have friends, but she is unsure how to approach someone to properly talk to them. Love is a joke in her mind. She can take some jokes with hidden meanings quite seriously. Depending on the situation, she may also be easily flustered. Her mind turns to dark thoughts relatively quick.

    Hidden Personality: She'll eventually come out of her shell, though the things she say might have dark undertones to them.

    Background: Mei grew up knowing several men as "step-fathers." The only constant in her life has been her mother and her schooling. Her mother was the President of a Pharmaceutical Company, and currently married to man Number Five... Or was it Six? The first two, she was aware that they had passed away, and Mei had always thought her mother had a soft-spot for the weaker ones. Mei was too young to remember her birth father. After the first couple of step-fathers, Mei had stopped paying attention to them, thinking there was no point to get attached, just to have her heart ripped to shreds. She took to drowning her emotions to those besides when she was alone with an intense book. She discovered Edgar Allen Poe when she was in Elementary school, where he soon became her favorite author. Alongside that, she found American artist Georgia O'Keeffe whose art spoke to her, and even caused her to take up gardening in her spare time. The gardens outside her home are all taken care of by her, despite her mother trying to butt in and get them a landscaper.

    Her high school career was rather lackluster, much to her mother's dismay, as she wanted her daughter to take over the company eventually. Not that she has bad grades- she doesn't. Come her second term of her second year, her mother told her to join a club- something to garner experience with other people and something to show college's that she has ambitions. Upon her mother's request, she started the Breakfast Club, not expecting anyone to ever join. She had no interest in joining anything existing. The activities? Might need to ask her specifically. The start of school in April for the third years is when she put up a singular picture on a bulletin board to call for members, else her club gets disbanded at the start of the second term.

    Toshiko is a woman who's never quite left her own escapist tendencies. She's strong of heart, yet weak. While she rushes headfirst into trying to help others often her help leads to more problems than solutions. She's got a grandiose expectation of the world and doesn't get along well with those that cause problems for others often getting herself hurt by interactions with them. She does her best to be reliable in a way you could say she is. Often times the true struggle comes from her lack of experience and skills rather than any conscious choice she makes. Socially she's well-tolerated and has many friends, often getting to what someone needs to hear even if she words it terribly through the pure effort of how long she'll talk someone up.

    Background:
    Toshiko is the eldest granddaughter to a well-renowned set of Japanese diplomats. The Kogane's though not rich by any means, have always had their pride. While Toshiko's Father was always the apple of their Matriarch's eye, Toshiko not so much. As a child, Toshiko was always too rambunctious, too slow, didn't show a high enough wit. All in all she was less favored than her younger cousin, Eiji. Thanks to her grandmother's general demeanor towards Toshiko, her father reached out to his estranged Aunt. This led to Toshiko being closer to her second cousin, Shigeru, than most of her closer related family. Often times she tried to act as an older sister to her cousin only to find he had far surpassed her in most areas.

    Shigeru is a serious boy, at least that's what most think. While the boy is a prodigy he didn't get that way without putting in work. Coming from the "black sheep" line of the family Shigeru has always been out to prove himself. Often times this came through measurable achievements, causing him to heavily neglect any leisurely activities and to an extent even some valuable life skills. Yet when Shigeru is out of the magnifying glass that is adult supervision he lets himself loose a bit more. While he's always had a rather unhealthy relationship to work its not like he's never had hobbies. In fact while he has stark few friends he allows in he's always had his eldest cousin to be around to keep him sane.

    Background:
    Though his father is a heavy influence in this the pressure to be the model son and student has always come more from his own grandmother. Through his view of her hardships, he's let his heart bleed for her. Though family of choice has always meant more to Shigeru he couldn't help but do his best for her. He accepts a fair deal more stress on himself than an average kid should often trying to solve his family's problems for them. While his father drowned himself in his work Shigeru drowned himself in becoming "the man of the house" which led to more problems and conflicts than anything else.

    Personality: Most of the time they have either a carefree smile on their face or a mischievous smirk. Rejections are commonplace for them due to how many advances they make daily but they seem to be able to brush them off quite easily. Even when they bring forth the wrath of teachers and faculty upon themselves, they seem to simply just smile through the yelling, occasionally even cracking jokes. If someone attempts to bully them, they simply take it as a joke and make some witty remarks back.

    Background: All that’s really known about Izumi is that they are a third year who transferred into class 3-C at the beginning of the year. They don’t really talk about where they transferred from or why when asked, nor give much information about their family and background. They say they live with their grandparents but haven’t really allowed anyone over to confirm or deny that.

    Interests/Hobbies: It seems their primary interest is flirting with any man they lay their eyes on, even teachers. Aside from that, they’ve also been seen smoking with the delinquents during and after school as well as going in and out of bars and night clubs. It was hard to tell whether they were sober or not, as they appeared to be laughing and having a good time, but they seem to act the same during the day as well. Despite their delinquency they have also been seen to have more wholesome interests. They have attended various clubs after school, such as the home economics club, the cooking club, and the tech club. They have also attempted to start a dance club, although the status of that is currently unknown. Although they don't pay attention through most classes and most of their homework goes undone, they have participated eagerly when subjects they seemed to be interested in came up, and even managed to ace the assignments relating to them. Most unexpectedly though, people have mentioned them genuinely taking interest in their thoughts and lives when during conversation, as well as attempting to console and give advice to those who are going through difficult times.

    Personality: Jude tends to be a quiet and laid back kind of guy. Reflective on situations, he's one who prefers not to have the spotlight or attention thrown onto him; though, this isn't because he lacks confidence or that he's shy. He won't actively avoid conversations, as anyone who comes to speak to him will find, he'll willingly speak to them and lend an ear. When a man of few words has little to say in regards to a situation, he'll often resort to other means to express himself. Eye rolls and a myriad of facial expressions will easily tell someone what Jude's stance or opinion on a situation is, without having to squeeze a form of verbal response from him.

    Background: The one thing about Jude that is always noticeable, despite people saying it isn't, is this; he isn't Japanese. And the second thing they usually notice about Jude is that his parents aren't American, but Japanese. If people looked past the same old joke of, "Did your parents kidnap you from the US?!", they would come to know that his parents, some 13 years prior, had flown over to America and adopted him, after some personal complications with his real parents that led to him being placed in the custody of social services. When asked about his real parents, Jude always shrugs and claims he doesn't remember much. And anyway, the Matsudas, Yui and Hiroto, have raised him for the majority of his life in Japan. Should he worry about his apparent origins?

    Anyway, for those that didn't know, Matsuda Hiroto is a criminal defence lawyer who has been running his own firm with his brother, Tatsuo, for 15 years now, quite a big name. Matsuda Yui is a general psychiatrist whose office is based at home, where the walls (or Jude) have ears and have been victim to several patient concerns. Two very successful parents and a nice little American child to round it all off. Jude had little to complain in life, since he was fed, clothed, entertained, and wanted for nothing. Though, he was never quite an outgoing child, always quiet, but never shy. He spoke when he needed to, and otherwise gave his parents very little trouble. He owed it, after all, for them taking him out of an apparently shitty situation back home--or America. He could at least make them happy and be grateful for it, which is why he seems to be following in the footsteps of his father - Law seems to be the way to go.

    It seems to be the way to go even more so, since there are rumours running rampant over the failing health of his father. Soon enough, somebody's gonna have to look after the firm and take over it. Everybody's looking to Jude, but he's just a kid, hardly knows any better about law practices or anything. For now, it seems Tatsuo will be taking over the majority of the firm, even being a mentor to Jude in the meanwhile until he's old enough to take on more responsibilities in the firm. Jude seems to have taken to the idea quite well, letting his uncle handle things for now.

    Means he can try and be a kid for a little be longer.

    Appearance (Extra Notes):
    Jude stands at 6'2 and weighs around 174lbs, with an athletic physique.
    His style tends to lean towards ripped jeans, leather jackets, simple tees, you know the drill.

    Personality: Summer is a very energetic type of girl who enjoys being around other people. She has a tendency to pick on and tease those that she is friends with but it is mostly out of love. Summer will take on a very motherly personality towards those that are much younger than herself and tends to watch out for them. She has a habit of getting herself into odd bets, that she will try to win at all costs and has been known to have quite the gambling problem despite her young age, earning the nickname Gambling Feng.

    Background: Summer was born and raised in a small country village. There she had a pretty normal life until the age of 8 when she meets an older man who would then go on to become her teacher in the art of gambling any other skill that would involve around it. After that, she would come to realize her dream of wanting to become a world-famous gambler. Her parents never really supported this life discussion, trying there hardest to get her into new hobbies or to just focus on her studies in general. They recently had her transfer to the city in hopes of showing her this life isn't a wise one but despite what they think she's still able to pay the bills at the end of the month without a part-time job.

    Personality: Its a paradox to be distant yet social. Kazu speaks a lot but shares little. When he talks it can be brusque or it can be gentle, it can come off as a bit assholish or he can tone it down to being humble. Despite the distant air he's the wingman of your clubbing group, the guy who's got your back, and the man who favors loyalty above anything else. He cares little for manipulators, liars, and cheaters- even though he's done all those things and more- he dislikes those traits in personal relations.

    There's a line he keeps in check in duties. Business is always separate from personal. Business is school, keeping in check with what goes on back home, watching for schmucks to give him a reason; personal is hanging with friends, taking a smoke even though he's trying to quit, wondering when he gets to go back home.

    Short and simple: he's loyal. Devout. Isn't the greatest at hiding when he's hurting, and is a bit of an activist in more ways than one.

    Background

    Five years ago, the Eguchi name would hit the papers. The owners of a million dollar company would engage in a intense heated family debate. It was a large scene involving a custody battle that would be one of the most memorable life changing moments for Kazu. After that a financial battle with two of the very companies that had played roles in his life. The light that had saved him after his parents had abandoned him, the one who had comforted him through the months of verbal abuse from his uncle's family, the sister figure that had forced herself into his life, Masakazu would come to owe the changes in his life to the very leader of Eternal Embers.

    Kazu moved in at Hanako's demand after she took custody of him as her now adopted brother, and for a time, life was good.

    Till it wasn't when a incident struck at 17 involving him. An incident that could throw mud in the face of Hanako and her senior brother who had played roles in helping him escape the toxic web that he had fallen into. To help them save face, he was moved to Japan.

    Since there he's been living alone. Attending school for the past two years at a certain school, with certain people. Waiting for that call to return home. Hoping that he hasn't been abandoned a second time.


    Tattoos: Has the picture of two dragons that twirl around his arms, starting from his bicep, travelling down his shoulder and trapezius to the center of his lower back. The four dragons breathe flame upwards to the center of his back, a giant ball of fire in the middle.

    Interests/Skills

    - Electro Swing, Heavy Metal, High Rhythm Music: Its something he got into as a teen when he was working late shifts at night.

    - Dancing Heat: Masakazu has been a dancer since he was a kid. He gets it from his youth in The Spice, the former family casino. Used to play entertainment with the entertaining crew and dance for customers on stage. Was called: Rhythm Kid, because of how easily he could slip into the beat of a song. He's particularly skilled in breakdancing and hip hop.

    - Manga Reader & fanfic Writer: At fifteen, to help polish his English after getting back into school with the Eguchi's help. Masakazu began experimenting with his writing and started writing fanfiction. He still does to this day. He has multiple accounts on different websites under the username Flagrant_Wanderer. Some of the fan fiction he's written has done pretty well online and most focus on action, adventure, sci-fi and horror stories with elements of comedy, magic or romance sprinkled in. He's very proud of his works. Started doing commissions two years ago.

    He doesn't ever talk about the more saucy requests he's done for some commissions.

    - Rapper & Poet: While he's not the greatest poet, writing laments, particularly his feelings when he was younger to help express how he felt was something Kazu picked up from childhood. Growing up he developed a interest in rap, and he once in a while performs it if the mood fits, but doesn't do it often and doesn't take requests that much.

    - Sports: Basketball, and Volleyball: Not so much a fan of watching, but enjoys playing them more so.

    - Punk Style: Likes to wear clothes that tend to have a punk rock theme to it. Even wears nail polish. Particularly black or red. He really favors western style of punk rock attire.

    - Piercings: Has five piercings for both ears, a tongue and snake bite piercings. Since coming to Japan, he tends to wear only two earring piercings or will alternate. He usually is never seen without them, and tends to always wear his tongue piercing except it changing in color.

    Smoking: Vaping and Smoking are habits he dropped at around 15, after picking it up as a stress reliever. Since recently he has started it again but does it very very rarely. Something he has been scolded for due to the family friends of the Eguchi that check up on him in the area he stays in.

    -Combat EXP: Has a lot of real world experience and general practice dealing in fighting based scenarios. More revealed in the RP.

    - English Fluent: Based off his English studies and classes in China.



    Misc
    - Hashimoto: are well known in three regions of Japan but are particularly well known in Yokohama city. They are a Japanese family that deal in banking & vehicle manufacturing. There's rumors that some of them have sketchy connections but those rumors have never been fully confirmed by Japanese police. Its well known they are vocal political commentators also.

    - Igarashi: Are cousins to the Hashimoto family. They are well known for being upcoming stars in Broadcast TV shows with focuses in Asian Drama series. Masakazu's cousin Himari Igarashi (31) Is a model and former child actress, who is well known for having participated in Chinese and Korean dramas in her late teens and early 20s.

    - Morikawa: Cousins to the Hashimoto. Own the infamously nicknamed store 'Happy Tiger'. Its a well known store in Osaka. The Morikawa are known for providing products that support multiple restaurants in Japan. They are also known for being one of the few stores that allow do not refuse the Yakuza from entering their store.

    -Kikuchi: Owners of Heaven's Peak and Meadow of Peace. Cousins to the Hashimoto. The Kikuchi are well known in the Clothing industry and have varying levels of fame in the hotel industry. The two previous names are hotels that they own. Heaven's Peak is a famous love hotel, while Meadow of Peace is more well known for providing wonderful customer service.

    - Masakazu has met only members of the Morikawa and Igarashi family. He is aware of the Kikuchi being relatives but has no real knowledge on the type of business they run.

    - Masakazu is Trilingual: English (Proficient), Chinese (Native); Mandarin & Jin, Japanese (Average).

    Aoi is reserved, she has put up too many walls and would prefer it to stay that way. She hates people in general and she'd either avoid them or make them go away with a glare that seemed to be able to reduce someone to ashes. She isn't one for jokes, decisive and brilliant but she's also prone to mood swings, a mouth that she hardly outs a filter on, alone and just lost. She mostly comes off as intimidating for her attitude of harsh words, scowl, and angry stare which at this point is all-natural for her. While most people see a bright future for her, she can't. She's shackled by her parents' wishes still, and she doesn't even know what else she wanted to do apart from her parents' ideals. It was all she knew growing up after all.

    Background
    Aoi grew up the hard way. For a family where both parents came from wealth, you would think that she had quite an easy life but it was quite the opposite. Her parents were too busy with their respective careers, both being big names in the music industry, classical music. She was often left alone, from morning until the dead of night, only taken cared for by a babysitter that couldn't care any less than she already did.

    Of course, her two parents were just trying to keep their career at its peak and that meant less time with their daughter. Imagine the drastic change when they found out how naturally talented and genius Aoi was in music at such a young age. From then on, she was trained to be the next big thing. Strictly, and harshly, to the point that it has turned Aoi's world upside down. The expectations, the words that never fail to hurt her to her very bones, and the actions that left her with scars, the need to perfect every score, every stroke of the key.

    Being determined to be special had surely made her life rather lonely. She never got to enjoy her childhood as every normal kid did, and she began to have trust issues from being used and tricked by a few classmates. She figured it wasn't worth the effort to create friendship when every relationship with her crash and burns, just like with her parents.

    Aoi had decided to live in Japan with her father's mother after her parents' messy divorce. She wasn't going to let herself be a rope in their little tug-of-war. It was a good thing that she had already perfected her Japanese for years now when she decided to move to Japan and live with her grandmother. She's fairly new to Kita Ward, Tokyo, and has enrolled herself in Asuka Highschool whilst working part-time at her grandmother's Music Shop and Studio.

    Cold calculated person who has been suppressing his true emotions and opinions for the sake of others and due to being taught “that’s how to behave in society”

    Background: Kasai grew up in a strict upbringing. His parents always encouraged him to keep his feelings to himself in order to succeed in life and to put his anger away to a place no one cared to look. As he got older, he got more involved with kendo training but always took his losses and failures in silence. He joins the club as a means to observe others as a form of meditation.

    Personality: Aurora is best described as someone who's anxiety is barely contained within their skin. Due to the hardships put onto her by her abusive parents Aurora has developed a tendency to run from her problems. While she can escape to a fantasy land herself she is constantly worried about those close to her. In doing so it often spurs her into action while most of the time she tends to observe from a distance. When confronted she is more likely to freeze and close up like a clam, hoping that the person or thing confronting her decides shes not worth their time and moves on, in all senses of the word she is the type to play dead rather than fight a majority of the time as she is fearful, and easily spooked. Yet she maintains a desire to get back at those that had done harm onto others, a deep desire to see what was done onto her, done onto others. She embodies the concept of an Eye for an Eye puts the whole world into perspective.

    Background: Born and raised for a good portion of her life in Northern Germany Aurora had for the most part been kept under the radar, allowed to go to school and allowed to interact with others. Yet, beneath this façade was a horrible truth. Aurora had from a young age been abused and neglected by her parents, while keeping her just well off enough to keep others from thinking something was going on within the house hold. For some time this didn't bother her at all as she had been an only child, their malice and hate being directed only at her and it was a reality she had begun to accept. However, upon turning eleven a new variable was introduced into the sadistic equation.

    With the birth of her siblings Aurora began to make an attempt to take care of them the best that she could while shouldering the brunt of her parents abuse, shielding her younger siblings from their attacks. Having had to steal and lie at times to get the things necessary to upkeep the little bit of normality she had she in turn was beginning to develop a rather rash sense of right and wrong. Despite this, she kept her head down for the sake of her siblings. Things however began to change as she was forcibly picked up and relocated to Japan, a way for her father to make more money. When arriving things seemed to for a short time level out before the stress of the Japanese business ethic began to burden her father, and in turn her mother. This added stress made the abuse come back with a renewed vigor.

    Turning 16, Aurora had begun to open up slightly, yet due to her parents demands she was never able to dress or act the way she had wanted and whenever she attempted it was met with physical violence. In turn she developed a twisted sense of what was acceptable and what wasn't. Where she wanted to wear more comfortable clothes or go swimming she was disallowed, as her parents feared the scars would attract unwanted attention to them. With time passing Aurora began to resent them more and more, a burning sensation from within wanting to lash out and return the years of abuse, to force onto them what was done unto her.
