Appearance
Perrin has a tall stature and an emaciated appearance. In regards to clothing, Perrin wears a long, loose fitting black cloak, black boots and gloves, a wide brimmed, black hat, and a birdlike mask which covers Perrin's entire face, mimicking the outfit worn by doctors treating the plague.
Short Bio
Perrin grew up in a country which contracted a terrible plague. Although fortunately the particular village Perrin was raised in was not one of the ones infected, Perrin heard horrific stories about those who suffered from the plague. Wanting to help, Perrin studied hard to learn everything there was to know about medicine, eventually becoming one of the plague doctors. After attempting to cure countless people to no avail, Perrin returned home. It was then that Perrin's family, and later the rest of the village became infected with the disease. The village blamed Perrin for infecting them with the sickness, despite Perrin's assurance that this could not possibly be the case, and forcibly infected Perrin with the plague. After months spent in brutal agony, Perrin died cursing the world for it's cruelty. When Perrin awoke again, it was at the feet of the headless horseman.
Personality
Perrin is a quiet sort, generally avoiding violent conflict. However, Perrin also harbors a deep grudge towards the world in general, and has been known to find subtle ways to cause a great deal of harm to others without any sort of provocation. Additionally, Perrin is crafty and not particularly trustworthy, showing loyalty only to the headless horseman and no one else. Even then, Perrin's motivations for showing loyalty to anyone at all are extremely dubious, as more often than not Perrin shows little concern for anyone or anything. In spite of this, Perrin claims to be a very kindhearted and noble being.
Powers
- Can infect others with a poisonous mist which gradually deteriorates their health. This ability is made more effective when the target is exerting themselves, but it slows considerably if the target remains still. Effects wear off after a day if infected person rests during that time frame.
- Can control unconscious bodies, but only until they resume consciousness. The ability doesn't work on corpses.
- Can control bugs, rats, and mice
- When Perrin's blood gets on someone, it infects and deteriorates their skin in a way which can leave permanent effects if untreated.
Abilities
- Skilled at making poisons (and antidotes, but generally opts for making poisons)
- Talking to bugs/rats/mice
- Good with knives and surgical tools

- Very physically fragile and does hold up well in a direct fight
- Not a lot of physical strength
