As I've advised Redfloofy on PM, I'm still creating my characters. However, what I know for sure is that my first character is called Sloane, will be 16 and involved in the dance program. My second character will be 18, in the final grade, but details (including their name) remain undecided for now.

I'm looking forward to roleplaying with you guys!

Ok, so I've finally posted both of my characters.

I felt as though we needed a character in the Music program to add some variety, so Desmond, my second character, is going down this route.

Please feel free to share your ideas on how you think our characters can interact.

So far, I thought Leon ( Gr3ml1n ) and Sloane could be friends seeing as they're the same age and in the same program. I can imagine them being a well-known duo when it comes to duets, and they work well together when practicing choreography. Outside of dance, they could get along well seeing as they have similar humour? After studying alongside eachother since freshmen year, they could have grown emotionally close from this experience.

{I'm so tired right now, so it's lights out for me. I'll probably think about more ideas on how to connect Sloane and Desmond to all of your characters tomorrow, or the day after.}

also the fact they have 2 different dance styles jst makes it more interesting cuz they can “borrow” from the other person! My friends sister danced ballet at some point and I loved borrowing a few steps from her to add into my own dances

I've done everything I need to for today, so I'm about to make myself something to eat for dinner.

In terms of rp, did you have any ideas on how to deepen the dynamics between your character and others? I usually struggle when it comes to finding a connection for people in different grades, but as Redfloofy mentioned about a possible production show (please tell me I'm remembering correctly!), it acts as a nice buffer and gets all age groups involved.

So far, I think Sloane wouldn't mind Sutton if she came across her, but could find her 'too much' at times, given the sunshine-and-sparkles persona she exudes. 2 years isn't a big age gap, but I remember having very different interests as a 14-year-old vs a 16-year-old. Therefore, I don't believe they'll be close friends, but Sloane would make sure to say hi and give her a nod of acknowledgement. Desmond, on the other hand, would be more open to interactions with Sutton; however, again, given their age gap, I don't think he would be hanging out with her. If Sutton ever needed help, like music for a performance, he'd be more than happy to assist.

Whereas, Alexis ( Sleepy Sleuth ) is cheerful but given her efficiency, she would be someone that Sloane wants to connect with, even if she's in a different field and a whole other grade. Ironically, Alexis could view Sloane how Sloane views Sutton, not mature enough for her. Although if this is out of character for Alexis, please scrap this, Sleepy!
I think Desmond and Alexis would definitely cross paths as they're in the same grade, but I'm struggling with connecting the two further than this point.

Also, unrelated but: Sleepy and I joined this site around the same time, and we've been involved in 2 roleplays together besides this one. Since then, Sleepy's been active every single day so this is the first time I'm seeing them break their streak! I'm not worried, they're probably just busy, but for a split second I thought "WHERE'S MY POOKIE".

I like your idea for Alexis and Sloan. She's the sort of girl that wanted to grow up quickly, so she's a little put off by people who act "childish" in her estimation.
