Name: Flora Satzuki

Nickname: Flori, but no one's ever been close enough to call her that but her parents.

Gender: Female

Age: 15

Height: 5'1"

Weight: 95lbs

Personality: Flora is an naive plant nerd who is very introverted and has a touch of social anxiety. She couldn't be manipulative of she tried. Due to other kids in the orphanage messing with her because she was different, Flora doesn't trust people easily, but if you prove to her that you won't hurt her, this little plant girl will open up and be the sweetest, most loyal friend you could ask for.

History: Flora is the only child of minor pro heroes Mighty Oak and Flower Crown. The two heroes fell in love, and their favorite thing was fighting crime together. When Flora was born, Flower Crown stepped out of the limelight to raise her daughter, and Mighty Oak moved to a different city to prevent any danger from coming to his wife and newborn child, but visited when he could. When Flora was 3, her quirk manifested and Flower Crown called Mighty Oak to visited. That was the best day of Flora's life. She was surrounded by her parents who loved her and were delighted in her new quirk, a reverse hybrid of theirs.

That day, Mighty Oak told Flower Crown about a dangerous mission he had been recruited to. That night, Flower Crown listened to the radio anxiously waiting for news of the mission. When she heard about an explosion and city wide fire, she was horrified. Fire was both of the parents' worst enemy. Fire could easily and quickly destroy a plant-type hero and leave them helpless. Making an impossible choice between husband and child, Flower Crown left toddler Flora in the apartment and rushed to the scene. Unfortunately, neither hero lived. The next day, their singed bodies were found together, holding eachother close. Mighty Oak's colleagues rushed to Flower Crown's apartment and found Flora there, safe, although frightened and alone. They transported her to a Tokyo orphanage where she's been ever since. As Flora grew and learned of her parents' brutal deaths, she spent all her time alone in the attic, growing plants in the scattered beams of sunlight. She refused to talk to any potential adopters, and eventually the social workers gave up and left her to her own devices.

Flora, now 15, blames herself for her parents' deaths. If her quirk hadn't manifested, her mother wouldn'tve known of her father's dangerous mission and Flora would atleast still have a mom. If she hadn't been born at all, her parents' would still be fighting crime together happily, just like in the videos of them that Flora watches at night when she can't sleep. Flora has every video of them memorized, and she flies wildly between being suicidal and wanting to become the best hero she can be to avenge their deaths and right the wrongdoing of her being born and ruining everything. That's why she applied to U.A.

Role: Student

Quirk: Living Soil/Tele-tree-nesis
  • Flora can grow plants out of her body using the nutrients in her blood, and seeds that she must plant in skin (these are absorbed as the body recognizes them). Then they break through the skin and Flora can grow them at will, but they must be currently in her system for her to grow them (planted within the last 12 hours, and a limited number of seeds). It is extremely painful and growing more than a few small sprouts at a time can be agonizing. Flora had a very low pain threshold, which doesn't help this. If a plant is ripped out of her before she releases the roots, she could bleed out and die. Flora always carries styptic powder in her seed pouch for this reason, but that can only help minor wounds. Due to the plants using nutrients from her blood, Flora suffers from folate deficiency anemia. She's pale and often quite tired and feels weak. If she grows and excessive amount of plants or doesn't take proper suppliments, she can grow faint and confused. She also craves salad to the point that it scares people.

  • The easier part of Flora's quirk, Flora can control the roots of trees and bushes in a 50ft radius. Only plants with bark can be controlled, and it takes decent concentration. Flora's particular favorite move idea is to stab sharp tree roots out of the ground at her enemy. Because it's not connected to her, it doesn't wear her out, but if there's no trees in the area, she's without the strongest part of her quirk.

Costume: WIP, but something with bare or removable arms and legs and feet so that she can grow her plants easily. There is a pouch (currently a shoulder bag) full of common seeds she thinks would be useful in battle and styptic powder, as well as multivitamin supplements.

Han Min.png

CamScanner 05-15-2021 03.28.jpg
Image of alternate hair style, costume with coat on, and the extra shoulder armor with the spray gun

Name: Han Min

Nickname: N/A

Gender: male

Age: 16

Height: 188 cm

Weight: 91 kg

Personality:
Han is usually a lazy kid. He hardly bothers to put on any expression than the usual dull, staring-into-nothingness look. He prefers to do things the easy, simple way so that he doesn't have to put too much effort into it. He keeps an easy going, positive attitude. Nothing is too bad a situation, and everyone can cooperate given the right terms. He likes to believe there's good in many people(though there may be many cases beyond redemption). He hardly ever goes rough on people, ending with a sarcastic comment or something of a similar level at most.
Though he is a fan of an easy win, it does not mean he appreciates a challenge every now and then. If he finds something interesting enough to motivate himself, Han finally snaps out of his lazy attitude. He uses all the strength and brain power that he's saved with his usual attitude to do his best at the given situation. No matter how hard it is, how hopeless things are, he will do what he can to contribute to the cause. This can sometimes lead to reckless, selfless decisions that he may attempt with a hope for a Pyrrhic victory if not avoiding defeat.

History:
Han always looked up to heroes. They ran towards fire that everyone else ran away from, fighting dangers not many would dare stand against. Not to mention the attention they got compared to the traditional police forces and firefighters. They were like movie stars, except they weren't in action movies but rather making stories that'd inspire said movies. Ever since his quirk manifested, Han started practicing the usage of his quirk in secret. He studied ways to utilize it, not just in fights but in general. He looked up footage of ice heroes and how they'd use their powers.
His parents were against his wanting to be a professional hero. As much as it was a respected job, it had more risks than gains in the end. They preferred him to do something safer, something with less risk. Naturally, when his secret practice was busted due to a bad timing, Han expected trouble. But instead they encouraged him. Having noticed how much effort he's put in to preparing for his future, Han's parents decided to let him chase his dreams. Such passion was not worth snuffing out, they thought.
After his parents decided to support his path openly, Han was able to devote more of his time on training and strengthening his quirk. As he didn't know a gym to help train him professionally, he had to stick to personal research and exercises.

Role: Student

Quirk: Frosty Winter Man
Han's body is able to stand subzero temperatures-in fact, it becomes stronger, faster, better as body temperature drops. There is a limit, of course, and if temperature drops below that level his body can and will fail at sustaining. His body is also able to produce "coolant" fluid that he uses to cool down his body and freeze surroundings to his pleasing.
Han can control the temperature at which the coolant is produced at, from body temperature(36.5 degrees celcius) and lower. The colder it is, the less he can produce in total. As it is produced from his body(at a rather unscientific method), there is a limit to how much he can produce. The colder it is, the less he can conjure up in total. If his body is exhausted, he will require some time of rest before he can start cooling down again.
Han's average temperature for using his quirk allows him to boost his strength to a similar level to that of a bear. At limit he is about twice as capable as his average usage temperature.

Costume:
A skintight-like suit with built in "veins" of sort that catch some of the coolant Han produced and help circulate it around his body. It is made of insulated material to help keep the heat away. It also comes with a big, thick coat with extra insulation and protection. He has armored boots that also have built in coolant storage and can release it to his will from the foot portion.
There's also an additional shoulder armor that can fill canisters with his coolant, and a spray gun that combines the use of his coolant and water to easily freeze enemies.

Name: Oh Toshiro

Nickname: None, as of now.

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Height:180 cm (5' 11")

Weight: 71 kg (157 lbs)N7l6g2s.jpg

Personality: Toshiro seems to be always wearing a cheerful smile on his face, he acts carefree and good natured, but anyone who knows him that it’s mostly an act. He'll interject small jabs of character in otherwise pleasant conversation, making it hard to gauge his true intentions. This isn’t to say he’s heartless, he can become quite fond of people he considers equals or superiors. Toshiro has very harsh opinions on people, and believes that one’s worth is dictated by their potential and ability, he has no care for those he believes lower than him, but will stomach dealing with them and even helping them if it makes things easier. He has no handle on the value of money and will spend it freely until it runs out. While it's hard for him to warm up to people, he becomes very trusting of people he close with, to the point of showing some more true emotions at times. He appreciates all different types of strength. Toshiro’s biggest fear is losing people he’s grown fond off, as he believes those people are few and far between. He’d go as far as to risk his life for those personal connections.

History: Toshiro's growth was special, gaining a quirk from two quirkless parents, he was treated as special entity. He was constantly praised about his abilities and power. In truth, Because of this treatment, Toshiro grew to believe his worth was wholly dependent on his quirk. Consistently seeing heroes be praised for their strength and quirks, this belief only became deeper ingrained in him. He sees becoming a hero as only way to grow and develop his quirk, seeing it as a fun hobby to invest in rather than anything else.
He's found himself very dependent on his quirk and its power, but he's not the type of show off. On the contrary, he's very secretive about his quirk, and will consistently skew what it can actually do.

Role: Student

Quirk: Dark Dream Desires (3D)

Toshiro’s quirk allows him to manifest anything he thinks in his mind into the physical world, giving him the ability to use them to his advantage passively or physically. It is channeled by the eye that is placed on his left palm, that’s kept hidden by an illusion. This ability has some important qualities to note.
  1. Only 3 physical objects can exist in the world at the time before it has adverse effects on the user’s body, severe headaches at 4-6, permanent health effects at 7-9, leading to death around 10 or 11.
  2. The objects can only be based on things that the user has seen visually.
  3. The objects can only stay present until the user sleeps, in which they return back to the dream world.
  4. Effects that lack any physical influence, like visual or auditory effects have no limit and can stay constantly activated.
These manifestations can take any form or shape, even going as far as being conscious and acting independently, so long as the user has a living creature to base it off. However, these independent acting clones can only react with the data they have already, without proper data they will fade away. (Essentially, living objects cannot respond to any stimuli that Toshiro did not account for.)
Furthermore, the ability can also look at the dreams of others, a weaker mind reading ability, in a sense. The brain keeps a storage of the past 4 dreams you have had at a time, using this information he can toy with his opponents (and his allies), even more. This ability can only be used on a sleeping target.

There is a massive drawback to these abilities, however. It all stems from perception. 3D creates off Toshiro’s dreams and imagination, for that reason the things he creates are only as strong as he imagines them being. Dealing with something he considers a non-threat, these items are exceedingly powerful, but the vice versa is true. As such, in a fight where Toshiro believes that he’s outmatched, he’s already lost. Because of this, what causes damage to his abilities is not the actual power, but the belief of how strong it is.
Toshiro is a fairly haughty individual, but he’s a realest, meaning with the right approach anyone can trick his brain into thinking they did a large amount of damage.

Costume: (To be revealed later.)

Name: Rikako Fujimoto

Hero Name: Control Z

Gender: Female

Age: 31

Height: 5’1

Weight: 105 lbs

Personality: Control Z is a humble and gentle person, giving praise where it is deserved and not expecting gratitude in return. She always keeps her composure in a chaotic situation. Control Z sees talent where it's due and is willing to hand difficult tasks to those who she thinks can handle them.

Role: School Nurse
  • Rank: 187
Quirk: Restore - Control Z can restore anything back to its original state, regardless how badly destroyed the target is by just touching it. Overusing her Quirk exhausts her and makes the restoration process slower and decrease in effectiveness. She also cannot touch herself and restore anything of her body.

Costume: Just a lab coat. Whatever she’s wearing she’ll throw on a lab coat and say that’s her costume.

The Skull Man
Ebv40cYUEAApPaP2.jpg
Gender: Male

Age: ???

Height: 6'3"

Weight: 210

Personality: The Skull Man is a fairly business-minded individual, not particularly enjoying long conversations and often keeping his sentences short and to the point. That being said, he's not above some form of Pride, as he requires all the weaponry and support gear he sells to bear a skull insignia as some form of calling card. He's claimed that this is merely to help with marketing, and generally treats the assistance he provides to numerous criminals as a rather straightforward occupation.

This straightforward persona he bears often doesn't do justice to his intellect, as the support gear he develops is nothing if not intuitive. Though he often does his business through proxies, his mercantilism is still highly lauded.

History: Little to nothing is known about the Skull Man, other than he has an abundance of three things: Ingenuity, Free Time, and Money. How he obtains the vast amount of resources he does remains a mystery, but the result of them is unmistakable.

Hints of his influence began only half a year beforehand, when a low-level street gang suddenly began pulling large scale heists with Quirk enhancing support gear. When heroes dismantled the gang, the reason for their sudden push for larger scale crimes became clear. Someone had begun supplying them with information and gear bearing the mark of a skull. It wasn't even two weeks after the gang were taken down that a group of extremists managed to stage a daring kidnapping of a powerful political figure's child.

Pursuit of the kidnappers took far longer due to oddly specific countermeasures prepared for the responding heroes, with them only being stopped due to a daring push that hospitalized one of their pursuers. It was soon discovered that the countermeasures they had been armed with had been acquired from the same source bearing the mark of the Skull, and like that reports just started rolling in.

Minor criminals winding up with support gear, Villain organizations being supplied intel and weaponry, the Skull Man became a problem for society seemingly overnight. Despite all the weaponry and information he's been supplying, his anonymity has led to speculation as to his motive. To this day, the Skull Man's been fairly content with playing a supportive role in Villain society.

Role: Villain- Info Broker/Arms Dealer

Quirk: Human Calculator(?)- The Skull Man's claimed multiple times that he's able to perform extremely extensive calculations near instantly, but there's been doubt on whether that's really a Quirk or if he's just good at math.

Name: Tokage Ryu

Hero Name: Apex Hero: Orochi

Josuke: Spikes
Toshiro: Glasses
Yakta: Tails
Taric: Portals (Can be changed)
Sunao: Curls (Cause Tail is curled)
Han: Freezer
Flora: Roses
Hiromi: Robin (Costume looks like robin hood)
Zella: Hearts (Heart link)
Ganbatte: Straw
Yanagi: Wisps
Togoshi: Bolter
Hokkai: Sponge (Literally a perfect Tokage name before i came up with Tokage)
Miyaki: Hive
Emikio: Roots

Gender: Male

Age: 15

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Height: 6'4

Weight: 250lbs

Personality: Tokage is a teenager who doesn't really understand how to act like one. He has no sense of social awareness and generally invades people's privacy by either Pouncing on them, licking them much to their unenjoyment, Wrapping them up in his tail, and generally prowling around them. He carries himself with a Bestial nature, and walks around as if he was an apex predator on the hunt. However Tokage is smart, smarter than how he looks or acts, and he is generally very docile and friendly if not playful. While he doesn't understand how to act like a teenager he tries hard to be one, and although he looks and kinda acts like a beast he tries hard to change that perception of himself.

History: Not much is known about Tokage, even he doesn't know where he came from. What is known however is that when he was a little kid, he was abandoned on the streets and was forced to use his quirk to survive like a beast. For a while Tokage survived though there were various rumors and legends about him being some sort of demon. When a Hero found him, he discovered not a Villain but a small boy trying to survive. He was taken to an orphanage, and it was there that they discovered he was unfit due to his violent and animal like behavior. He often would steal other kid's food, get into scuffles that left other children hurt, and he claimed a whole portion of the orphanage for himself.

He was soon adopted by a Hero before he was sent to a foster home to terrorize. The Hero was Goro Ryu, otherwise known by his Hero name Dragon Lord, a man who is ranked #4 in the Hero charts. He looked exactly like a humanoid dragon. It was Tokage's Adopted father that taught him how to be a human, and eventually he was able to go to school and learn like a normal kid, though he still had issues with his beast-like nature he developed being alone for so long as he was when he was young. Over time he developed a fascination for being a Hero, not because his adopted father was one, but because he understood why he was saved and felt he was given a chance to extend that hand to other who were in similar predicaments. After middle school was over, he applied for U.A. like everyone else hoping to have the chance to be taught by the best.

Role: Student

Quirk:
Komodo Dragon- Tokage's Quirk reflects the nature of a Komodo Dragon and shares their abilities to an even greater degree of danger. His body is covered in two sets of scales (There is the surface scales, and Bonelike armor underneath) that are immune to bladed weaponry due to the chainmail like quality of them, Bullets tend to repulsed as well though the higher the caliber the more damage they can do to his scales. He is able to see up to about 900 meters naturally and can see twice that if he focused, and what he can't see he uses his tongue to detect which has the ability to taste the air and can sense things from 2-5 miles away. He boasts improved physical strength that can contend with more strength-based heroes though he will get outclassed in any strength based fight. His real weapons are his speed, claws, Tail, and his immense Bite. Due to the strength of his lizard-like legs he can jump relatively high and can run up to 30mph. His claws and Tail boast Razor Sharp edges that can pierce steel if given the right amount of pressure. His Bite is the Worst of his arsenal, as it is Both powerful, sharp, and Venomous. His toxin is secreted from two glands stored in the lower jaw and is distributed using his saliva.

His Venom comes with 3 different intensities. All Stages (when in contact) causes the victims blood pressure to lower causing dizziness, Blurred/fading vision, Fainting in some cases, Nausea, Fatigue, and or lack of Concentration, The higher the dosage the more severe the affects are as well as how many more are affecting the victim. The more lethal doses introduce another terrifying effect as the victim will then start bleeding profusely until they die of blood loss. The effects of the venom last only about an hour or two but with a lethal dose, that's enough time for death. However he can only produce so much venom in a day, he has enough Venom each day to make one Lethal Bite and diluting that he is allowed 3 shots with the lowest intensity he has.

The greatest Downside for Tokage is that his natural lizardlike appearance is cold blooded and requires that he sun bathe for 2 hours a day or be next to a heat source to stay warm especially during winter. During a fight with a cold specialized quirk puts him at a major disadvantage.

Costume: In addition to his normal Outfit, he carries quite a bit of hidden holsters storing weapons in case he needs a weapon if his scales can't compete or if he needs to fight at long range. He also carries antidotes on him for his own venom in case he get someone with a lethal dose.

Alonso Escribano
EBUStbuUEAACe3d.jpg
Nickname: The Juice

Gender: Male

Age: 38

Height: Variable (Often 7'7")

Weight: 277 lbs

Personality:
Alonso is stubborn perseverance personified. To him, there's no problem that can't be circumvented with enough intuition, inspiration, and raw determination. Though completely transfixed on how awesome his Quirk is, he's also just as eager to bring out the potential of others as well. After all, "How can we be as awesome as possible unless we're all at the top of our game?!?" Alonso is of the mind that proper teamwork is key to reaching one's full potential, and has made it a primary focus in his bid to showing off.

He's become highly efficient at coordination and strategizing as a result, and will often grow disgusted when presented with a weak link. But that's no biggie, even the most rusted, busted up link in the chain just needs to get put through some fire and brimstone then reformed into a metal to surpass all others. Though this is grand when used on those able to persevere through his often times intense methods, Alonso has also been known to break those of lesser wills.

History:
Alonso had always been larger than life, his ego was only matched in scale by his muscles. Given how powerful his Quirk could make him, it was a no brainer that he'd eventually enter the field of hero-work. So he applied to UA, where he was shown just how badly his Quirk could leave him exposed if he continued using it recklessly as he had been. For many such revelations would be a humbling experience, would show them just how fragile the house of cards they'd stacked under themselves was.

Alonso doubled down almost immediately.

So his totally awesome Quirk had a couple kinks in it, no biggie. All he really needed was to group up with other awesome Quirk users who could back him up when the going gets tough.

He proceeded to make a name for him self in not one, not two, but six different commercially beloved super hero teams and organizations. Initially believed to be an excuse to rake in ad revenue from multiple sources, Alonso soon put it on record that he was diversifying his compatibility with others by teaming up with as many different heroes as possible. Groups he'd left would often have superior strategies and cohesion by the time he was done, essentially giving him a reputation for being a team player.

Couple that with how self-determined and perseverant he is, Alonso was quick to gain media acclaim and just as quick to soak it up like a dry sponge. Many were convinced that he'd soar to the top given his abilities, but like most things history turned on something small. He worked with a hero one day who he was stunned had ever made it through UA, he was so dissapointed in the fact that they'd become a registered hero that he made it his mission to get a job there and beef up the Schooling process in ways he knew only he could.

While he did break into the top fifteen, his work at the UA did cause him to slow down considerably.

Role: Teacher
Rank: 12

Quirk: Super Adrenal- Alonso's adrenaline doesn't work the same way the average joe's does, it instead acts as a metamorphic steroid and healing agent all at once. On command, Alonso can flood this Adrenal throughout his entire body, growing himself into a hulking mass of muscles and physical prowess. In this state ripping through buildings and tossing cars like candy bars is child's play to him, but he's always at risk of overdoing it.

Though vastly different from the usual, his Quirk is still based on adrenaline. Even with the healing factor it provides to him, there's always a risk he'll end up burning himself out and rendering him vulnerable to retaliation. Because of this, he essentially has to engage in a balancing act if he doesn't want to end up rendering himself vulnerable. He's gotten fairly proficient at this balancing act over the years, but the constant threat of overusing his Quirk has made him more focused on teamplay than most.

Name: Giichi Takayama

Villain Name: Zero

Gender: Male

Age: 19

Height: 5'9"

Weight: 176 lbs

Personality: Zero is a very apathetic person. He doesn't care about pretty much anything and gets bored incredibly quickly. Zero will interact with people sometimes but he easily gets bored with the conversation or he just doesn't care about the subject. Any conversation he doesn't have is from people moving away from him out of fear. He doesn't care though. Zero has a chill demeanor. Usually not getting super worked up about anything. He's calm and nonchalant. Zero's Quirk has also affected him mentally. The coldness from his Quirk has affected him to the point where he is oftentimes unable to think clearly.

History: When Zero was a child, he was severely abused. His father was a drunk while his mother had mental issues. They divorced and Zero was forced to spend time with each parent every now and again. Even when separated, they still abused him. Possibly even worse.

They even abused him on a small scale in public. And nobody did anything. They either watched on scared or acted like they didn't see. Nobody helped. Not even the people he looked up to most... Heroes.

At six years old, Zero's Quirk manifested. He liked to mess around with it as it was one of the only things that brought him joy. Unfortunately, it upset his parents because it ended up making them and the house cold. One day, someone overheard yelling in a nearby house. In that house, Zero's parents were arguing.

Their verbal fight was going to take a violent turn until the cops showed up, knocking at the door. They got called for a disturbance. The cop asked what was going on and Zero's parents lied. They said they were playing a game and had to be loud. That's when the cop and Zero made eye contact.

Zero only displayed fear and helplessness. The cop would've easily been able to tell something was wrong. Instead he believed his parents and left. Zero watched as the only hope he had turned his back on him. He knew what was going to happen when the cop left.

He knew things weren't going to get better. He knew he was going to be harmed. He lost it. Using his Quirk, he froze the entire house including his parents. They turned into ice statues and shattered.

The cop didn't get to drive out the driveway before he saw their house become a huge ice block. The cop immediately ran back inside only to see Zero laying on the ice floor. He had collapsed and hit his head on the wall, then the floor. The cop grabbed Zero and took him to a hospital.

Time passed and it was learned Zero had received severe head trauma that would change the way he lived. It made him lack feeling, emotion, interest, and concern for just about everything. He also had gotten adopted by a new family. The family dealt with Zero for several years until he started acting different. They took him to a doctor and when being questioned, he gave some concerning answers. They took notice of his lack of mental stability and psychological wellbeing and sent him to a psychiatric hospital. That's where he's spent his time up until now.

Role:
Villain

Quirk: Deep Freeze

Zero's Quirk essentially allows him to generate coldness from his body. It is most effective when his body is touching something but his body still naturally emits coldness, it can spread and expand, changing the temperature around him. His Quirk's most basic application is freezing stuff. With enough coldness, he can freeze objects and drastically lower the temperature around him, even with an extended range. Zero is constantly affected by his own Quirk and not in positive ways. Touching him directly could prove fatal.

Costume:
A dark blue wool coat, over a black long sleeve thermal shirt. Along with it, grey sweatpants and black boots with literal steel bottoms. The left sleeve to his coat and shirt are ripped off to reveal an ice prosthetic. There are several warmers built into his costume as well.

Nurui

Nurui wasn't originally projected to be a hero at all. For most of his life, he'd been very small, even when he transformed. While he was developing, it was apparent that his transformation grew in tandem with his human body, and since he was so short and lightweight, his transformation could reach no bigger than six feet in length for the majority of his life. Despite having a seemingly poor quirk and build for being a hero, he still dedicated himself to doing what he was able to do to become the best he could. He always excelled in school, and was nice to everyone he met. But despite this, his stature made him an easy target to put down. In elementary school, his name wasn't Nurui — it was Fish Face. Some adults thought he was simply able to brush off insults, and found it admirable, but the reality was that Nurui just didn't understand the concept of trying to put someone down with words.

In middle school, it'd almost seemed that his size had peaked just under 5'0, and putting on weight was a challenge. While everyone else got a better handle on using their quirks and becoming stronger, Nurui could never manage to make himself anything more than a big fish with extra bells and whistles. Those with excellent quirks and a burning desire to become a hero set their sights on U.A.; as did Nurui, but he only ever wanted to go to U.A. just because it was the best school one could go to period. The odds were incredibly stacked against him, but he still

During his entrance exam, his absolutely blew the written exam out of the water, but very barely scraped by in the practical test, only being accepted because he decided to focus on saving people midway through the exam rather than struggle with fighting robots. The judges were largely impressed with the amount of effort and resourcefulness Nurui displayed, and granted him a large sum of rescue points.

In his first year at U.A., he was placed in Class 1-C, a support class that focused on rescuing civilians and cleaning up messes made by major fights in cities. Just before his second year at U.A., though, he experience a massive growth spurt that affected his quirk more than it did his body. While he's still no giant untransformed, he was a lot taller than he was in elementary and middle school, shooting from 4'11 to 5'8 and gaining a lot of weight. With his new massive growth, coupled with his outstanding grades, he was allowed to transfer to into a proper hero course under the condition that he'd be in a class full of first years.

---

Personality: Nurui is unfailingly polite, thanking people in situations where it's not warranted, or appropriate. If you were to throw a punch at him and miss, you'd likely be met with a "thank you." This behavior is largely only present in the way he speaks though; after he shows his gratitude for missing your swing, you'd certainly face retaliation right after. His naivety starts and ends with a bad handle on what it's like to be made fun of. In fact, his nickname Fish Face — a name he usually shortens to just "Fish" — is a product of being made fun of for poor control of his quirk while it was just starting to manifest. He's considered intelligent, but for the most part his smarts remain in the classroom more than anywhere else. Because of how limited the hand he was dealt is, he's pretty good at making as much as he can out of a little.

Quirk

  • Type: Transformation

  • Nurui's quirk is classified as a transformation, but it's really a bit of a mix between a mutation and a transformation, as his body functions completely differently than normal humans even when he's not transformed. The most notable function being how his body stores food and water, or rather the amount it can store. Nurui can easily consume gallons of water and at the most can consume around 350,000 calories (under the right conditions). Most of the water that he drinks turns into a mucus that coats the outside of his skin. This mucus is thick and waterproof, not allowing water in or out through his skin. It's slippery, and insulative as well. The mucus only replaces itself as needed, secreting through his pores as a response to feeling air touch his skin.
    - Note: Nurui's also capable of drinking salt water safely as well. If anything, he actually prefers it.
    - Nurui also partially has access to superhuman strength and durability while not transformed. However, it's falls short of the capabilities of quirks that increase durability (like hardening) or strength.
    - Nurui is also an excellent swimmer, though whether or not that's a product of his quirk is...surprisingly debatable.

  • Nurui's transformation sees him turning into something akin to a sea monster as long as a basketball court (~100 feet) at max size. Nurui can throttle the size of his transformation obtusely, his smallest being thirty feet long. He struggles to precisely adjust his size to anywhere in between his smallest and largest. As one would expect, Nurui's strength and durability see a drastic increase. Similar to his human appearance, his leviathan transformation's scales are also coated with mucus. At peak hydration, his scales are blue and vibrant, and he's able to spray water from his mouth with a force similar to multiple times that of firetruck's hose. Of course, between maintaining mucus on his body and spraying water, all of the water stored in Nurui's body can quickly run out. In addition to this, supporting a large body requires a lot of energy, meaning transforming burns high amounts of calories scaling to how big he is; thus, the longer and more extreme the transformation, the more rest and food Nurui needs afterwards.
    - Nurui is a lot more vulnerable when his body is dried out. His scales turn gray and almost translucent to signify this. He also loses his ability to spray water and create mucus as well.
    - While Nurui's scales are very hard, the underside of his body is pretty soft. Through conventional means, it's the best bet of doing any damage.
    - Nurui's thought processes become simplified after he completes a transformation. He's able to remember any goals he had prior to transforming, but any plans made to accomplish those goals are replaced with an occasionally detrimentally straightforward approach.
    - His full size is hard to manage in urban settings, as one would expect. It's hard for him to operate without causing collateral damage due to his size and apparent negligence. Generally, Nurui only turns into the only middle ground he can manage, which is about half of his full size (~45-50 feet in length.)

FISH

Misc
Nurui's costume is nothing but a pair a red and white floral swimming trunks. The fibers stretch to the point of being transparent.

Sunao Sonoda0f189aee982cd6029df35ef3e7b6e257-sample.jpg

Nickname:
So-so

Gender:
Male

Age:
16

Appearance:
cabe2db929f0b49c854444bda2d2700a.jpg
A short young man with brownish-grey skin. To compound to his odd appearance, his eyes have light grey sclera, with white pupils, has naturally neon-blue hair, and has a long, neon-blue prehensile tail. His ears are also rather elfin, and have blue tips. He has a tiny goatee that he refuses to shave off, as he claims that it makes him look all that more mature.

Height:
160 cm

Weight:
60 kg

Personality:
Sunao doesn't like confrontation. If an apology is enough to douse the flames, he will offer one post-haste. He's just the kind of guy that will try to push for understanding, and meeting halfway through. There's no deep meaning to it, he just doesn't like it when things escalate. If things do go from bad to worse, however, he is more likely to vanish from sight to get someone else more qualified to help, rather than sit around or, God forbid, join in the scuffle. Some may call him a coward, and it may be true. He has no special treatment towards villains either- he would more likely attempt to understand them than actually fight them, and then insist they lay down their arms. He's just that kind of guy.

However, let it not be said that Sunao has no pride as a man. He will pay his debts, but always in a way that his loaners will never see coming, or even happening. His retribution can come in multiple ways, whether it be something as small as their pens broken, with no explanation as to how, or public leaks of their online...tastes to their peers. While Sunao will bow his head and apologize, he will never grovel at the feet of his peers, no matter who they are. He has a certain pride of himself as a self-made young man. There are many who have suffered more than him, and there are those clearly born to stations above him, but neither are reasons to see him as anything less than their peers. He does not like to fight, as it would most likely result in his loss, but he will do just that to protect his own sense of pride. His stance on this, however, is only if 'absolutely necessary'.

He wouldn't call himself a gentleman, but he has a soft spot for girls, as a guy his age would be wont to do. Put a pretty face in front of him, and lace her words with honey, and he'd be more than willing to help. He can't help but try to curry favour with the girls. However, his cowardice makes him more helpful than flirty, and his attempts can more or less be brushed off as jokes. This nervousness compounded with his non-confrontational behaviour would probably just lead to him running away or giving up on the spot when given a female adversary. He would stand his ground (if absolutely necessary), but an opponent who can piece together his major weakness (a pout and the wounded gazelle act) would probably have an easier time than most.

History:
He could have chosen any line of work, pursued any kind of study. His skill with the mechanical was, for a lack of a better word, prodigal. He wasn't half-bad and churning out codes, and even made a fairly competent hacker. Why Sunao chose to try his luck at becoming a hero, rather than sit it out at the sidelines as support, no one, not even him, knew. The weakest excuse he could give was just that someone told him to give it a shot.

Sunao Shirogami was the son of Shuzo Shirogami and an unknown mother. Shuzo spoke little of his mother, and there were no pictures of her. Whispers claimed that she was just some lady of the night who dropped Sunao off as a child on Shuzo's doorstep, and Shuzo did not argue. Shuzo, himself, was a private man, who kept his business to himself, and seperate from his love for his son. He cared for the child alone, and only went out at night to do his work. Sunao reasoned that his father worked the night shift, and thought little of it.

Shuzo Shirogami was no simple man, however. In a world of heroes and villains, there are those who lived within the cracks between these giants. An assassin was what he was, and Sunao was born from an unlikely bond between him and a client who hired his services. However, due to her reputation amongst heroes, consorting with a shadow such as Shuzo was not wise to make public. Similarly, Sunao's relationship to his mother was to never make it into the light of day. Despite their love, they decided to go their separate ways. Shuzo continued his work of bloodstained hands.

As all secrets are prone to do, however, the Shirogami family's own were dug up when Sunao was 13. Fearing for his son's life, Shuzo moved Sunao to a small apartment, and, with the help of certain persons of interest, changed their family name to Sonoda. For a while, his father would come back occasionally to check on Sunao, who grew into living alone quite easily, much to his father's relief. However, as time went on, Shuzo's visits got rarer and rarer, until he stopped coming back altogether. Someone was still paying for the bills, though, so Shuzo was possibly still out there somewhere, Sunao reasoned. Without his father around, Sunao began to pick up various skills of his own out of boredom, and found some interest in some of these studies.

Just one year ago, someone told him something that would lead to him being here today. It was how all bad things tended to happen, people being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Sunao found himself confronting a villain. Why, he didn't know. He was only just making his way to buy some groceries for the night, and somehow managed to stumble into an altercation between some civilians and a villain intent on destroying the neighbourhood. He told himself he would just hide away and leave- a real hero would sort this problem out. It wasn't his issue after all. What was he going to do, bean the villain on the head with his yo-yo?

The joke was on him- he beaned the villain on the head with his yo-yo. Having distracted the villain, he led them on a chase, allowing the civilians to escape. Using both his ability to vanish out of sight and his agility, he made for a good chase. That was, until he tripped and fell. He was good, but he wasn't perfect, after all. Injured, and at the mercy of the villain, he didn't expect to crawl out of the alley alive. Thankfully, his fortune was with him. The hero he counted on arriving to help, did arrive to help, and with a swathe of blue flame, set the villain on fire. With a quick move, she dispatched the villain easily. Sunao didn't know who she was, and could only look on, dumbfounded at his saviour. He could only remember parts of her appearance, like that she had neon blue hair, just like him, long and curly, and she looked kind of like a dragon, with large, leathery wings upon her back, open, as if she was shielding him. She seemed to recognise him, when she paused before she pulled him up to his feet, and clapped him on the back, beaming down at him. It must have been his imagination.

'Nice work, champ. You should give this hero thing a shot, yeah?'

Those were the words she told him. For some reason or another, the words stuck with him, ringing in his head every time he had a moment of peace. Try as he might to distract himself with his usual hobbies, he couldn't find any escape from it. Maybe just prove that hero wrong, to shut her voice up in his head, he signed up as a potential hero. He would never be one.

...would he?

Role:
Student

Quirk:
Chameleon Physiology (Minor): Sunao has -some- of a chameleon's most notable traits. For one, he has a rather strong prehensile tail, made of mostly muscle, that is capable of allowing him to hang from different places. He also possesses the ability to change the colour of himself and his clothing to camouflage into a background. The camouflage effect is so effective that, even up close, it is extremely difficult to see him with the naked eye.

His Quirk has no strong strengths, which is, in and of itself, its biggest weakness. It lacks many other features, such as the ability to scale walls or the ability to extend its tongue, but Sunao makes up for it with skill and agility.

Costume:
fc739ec0faa02d14b95c5a4d89c2163a.jpg
An oversized white hoodie with black baggy pants, accompanied with a pair of goggles with low-light vision capabilities.

Other:
Having mostly lived on his own for a long time, Sunao has built up a wide array of skills. He's quite proficient at tinkering with technology, and knows his way around software enough to do some intermediate level hacking.

His goggles are his own invention.

He's quite skilled at manipulating a yo-yo, and has actually tricked out one such yo-yo for combat purposes, just in case he actually needs to use it.

Name: Jonathan Odd

Nickname: "Joe Stockton", a self given nickname without much thought.

Gender: male

Age:16

Height: 175 cm

Weight: 72 kg

Personality:
Jonathan talks to himself a lot, as there are four other alternate minds with slightly different points of view to compare opinions with. He tends to deeply submerge himself into the "self talk" many times in the day, be it a serious debate or a light talk about what he should eat for dinner. He tends to try to deal with problems by himself if possible. But as much as he is an army himself, he knows the importance of teamwork and is a rather open minded fellow when he talks to other people. He is quick to come to an agreement with other people, and prefers to cooperate than to compete.
He always takes something to eat with himself, as his quirk takes up a lot of energy and parts of it is drawn from the calories he has in his systems. Ask nicely, and he may share a bit.

History:
Jonathan spent most of his young age "alone".
Jonathan's quirk manifested at the age of four, when one day he had a dream where he was in a big room with a bunch of other kids. Through the most logical conversation the four year old's could come up with, they figured out that they were Jonathan Odd in some way, and that they had all ended up there in their dreams. Unfortunately, that was when the first dream ended.
Such happenings continued frequently, and the Jonathan Odds bonded over time-as countless version of themselves. Jonathan, or "Joe Stockton" as he named himself to differentiate himself, happened to be the center of this phenomenon. He could tap into a simulated "multiverse" and bring multiple versions of himself in his dream.
Something surprising happened the other day. He managed to summon one of his closest Jonathan. In fact, it turned out he could summon them to his will with enough energy. Multiple at once, if he could stand it. From that day, he practiced his quirk in secret.
His presence was made known when he was on a school trip at middle school. An unexpected heavy rain hit the region when they were travelling on bus. The weather almost lead to a disaster of students being lost in the flood, but Joe, Sio and two silhouettes helped secure the entire grade of students and a handful of locals with perfect coordination, along with the help of the local heroes.

Role:
  • Student, B class

Quirk: Joe Stockton and His Fifty Other Selves from Alternate Realities
Emitter.
Jonathan can summon a different version of himself from the many realities his quirk had simulated. They appear in his dreams too, and depending on how much he's bonded with them, they can be either summoned as their full selves or a shimmering silhouette. He currently has 4 different versions he can summon as a full self, and the rest of the 50 are just silhouettes.
The silhouettes appear either as a shadowy, wavy silhouette of Joe Stockton himself(or a part of the body, like just an arm or just a leg). It must emerge from a shadow or a relatively darker part of the vicinity, within 10 meters of Joe Stockton himself. The silhouettes have the physical capability of Joe himself, except that they are just shady figures instead of actual living breathing humans. They still can communicate with/through Joe.
The full selves can only emerge out of Joe himself as if he was splitting into two. He cannot summon a lot in this state due to the limit of choices, and that it uses up a great amount of his energy.
He can still communicate with the closer ones in his thoughts. This does not take up any energy, but hinders with his concentration.

Putting his max energy at 100, Joe has made an approximate calculation that:
-When summoning Silhouettes only, each silhouette(regardless of whether it is the full self or part of it emerging) takes 10 energy each.
-When summoning full selves only, each takes 50 energy each.
-When summoning both at a time, full self takes 60 each and Silhouette 20.
-Full selves have a maximum duration of 10 minutes of summon and at least 1 hour of cooldown before the person can be summoned again. Using their quirks more makes them disappear faster.
-Silhouette summons usually last up to a full hour with no cooldown per each, but they also disappear faster if they do more extreme physical activities.
-Energy requires a few hours of rest to recharge, usually recharged at the next day morning if fully exhausted at late afternoon.
Full summons are dressed in the same clothes that Joe is wearing, appropriately modified to their physical appearance.
Further training may increase his capabilities.
He could try summoning someone over his energy limit, but it will start physically effecting him greatly, literally burning parts of his body fat/muscles to keep up the energy.

-Elliot Odd: male, 182 cm tall, 82 kg heavy, quirkless.
An amateur internet streamer, he is a kind and joyful presence that acts as the heart of the gang. While he has no much to offer in the actual action, he can act as an assistant if the situation is dire.
-Gale Odd: female, 167 cm tall, 75 kg heavy, quirk: Punchwave
An aspiring hero course student with the ability to create a shockwave with a punch. She's not really smart at studying, but is a natural born fighter compared to the other Odds. Each shockwave, at max blast, can cause considerable damage to a 5 cm thick concrete wall. She usually controls the power to do less damage and more push away people.
-Sio Odd: male, 195 cm tall, 102 kg heavy, quirk: Crystalizer
A tall ordinary student that enjoys peaceful days rather than hero related activities. He can shoot rays of energy from his hands or eyes, that, upon contact, grow crystal-like substance that naturally degrade after a few hours. It can be used to hold a person in place or as an improvised glue to stick two surfaces together if aimed carefully.
-Fletcher Odd: male, 165 cm tall, 76 kg heavy, quirk: Vague
A short boy who spent more time on the wilderness. His quirk allows him to 'blend in' to his surroundings. His heat signatures become less distinguishable, the noise he makes is muffled, and his appearance becomes "hard to recognize", as if he isn't there at all.

Costume: N/A, though Gale requests that she get her own. Denied when the rest of the Odds agreed that Joe wasn't determined enough to keep her costume on himself all the time.

Appearance will be added soon.

Name: Hana Ashietta

Nickname:
Warper

Gender: Female

Age: 16

Height: 5'6

Weight: [Unknown]

Personality: Withdrawn, Quiet, and pretty hard to notice most of the time. Her Kind and Gentle Demeanor, and her unwillingness to cause any more harm than neccessary, as well as her inner struggles with self-worth, has truly put adetriment to just how much she could really do as an Hero. She can get awkward at times but genuinely has a very good heart, and has loads of potential to be an Great Hero if she has the ability to defeat these road blocks.

History: Her Mother & Father, were Pro-Heros, whose quirks that had to deal with both Space & Time. They were otherwise unknown by her since they died not too long after she was born, and thusly was taken care of by her mother. Her mother was the first to notice her quirk, and without question, was worried at how effective it actually would be. But, due to hearing how good her mother and father was at being heroes, she was very determined to be capable of doing something good for the world, even if she herself doesn't see herself as being that shining example just yet, like her parents were.

Role:
  • Rank: What is your character’s rank as a Hero if they are one.
Quirk: Psychic Fury
  • Main Quirk's Ability: Her Very insecurities is what she feeds one. Her powers are based on the intensity of her own self-hatred. She weaponizes this into an immensely powerful psionic force. She can use it for telekinetic. Her strength constantly grows at an exponential rate in response to her very unstable emotions. Over time, she won't tell the difference between friend and foe, and if she keeps it up, it will destroy herself, turn her mind into a husk where she'll be nothing but an out of control monster. This is why she will only somewhat tap into the power of this quirk due to it.
