Why hello there lovely person who's clicked on our thread, hope you're having a great day/night and you find what you're looking for with one of the Spirit System's members :)
~Sci-chan

I applaud your willingness to learn! A system is a group of individual people, called alters, who live in the same body. This is unfortunately the result of childhood trauma that caused the original consciousness to split because, essentially, it was too much for them to handle. It is an involuntary coping method. One is not supposed to know about any alters coexisting with them, however in our case we share enough memories to be aware of each other and function as a team. Alters are not personas, and systems are not delusional.
If you are concerned, please allow me to inform you we are receiving therapy. Any further questions about systems I'd be happy to answer in pms.

Please do;
  • Ask questions if you have them (this includes who's fronting!)
  • Feel free to send a check-in message if it's been a while since we've responded. We may have gotten sidetracked or forgotten
  • Set clear boundaries
  • Use tone indicators (ex. /j for joking) so we are better able to understand
  • Respond as you are able, and only prioritize our rp as much as you wish to
  • Take as much time as you need to focus on studies, work, self care, etc
  • Write as much or as little as you wish. Only have the motivation for a few lines? Its all good. Inspiration struck to write a detailed 20 paragraphs? Go for it! (Just maybe don't expect us to always be able to match that if you do)
  • Strike up a conversation ooc if you so desire!
Please don't;
  • Ignore or violate our boundaries
  • Message us more than once or twice a day for inactivity
  • Discuss heavily triggering topics, especially
    abuse and psychiatric detainment
  • Withhold questions for fear of being awkward, appearing to be prying, etc
  • Use heavy sarcasm without some form of indication it is, in fact, sarcasm
  • Suddenly ghost us. If you need a break or wish to pause/stop the rp, please say so.
  • Godmod, drastically alter the established setting, or control characters that aren't yours
  • Neglect your physical or emotional needs. For any reason. You deserve to feel well, or as close to it as you're able to be at the moment.

Fandoms!
>Preferences vary between alters so there will be no marked 'cravings'. Updated: from here on out cravings of a specific alter will be marked as such.
>Characters we'd like you to take on will be included.
>In many circumstances we are only able to MAIN ocs, but will play canon characters in addition (doubling).
>Fandoms we likely need a refresher in will be starred with *. Anime we have not yet finished watching with be italicized.

  • Yami, Kuro craving - Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc - Toko, Genocider Syo, Junko, Naegi, Togami, Monokuma. Happy to play against other canons with a little bit more convincing.
As it is a current fixation for a few of us, we're happy to rp outside of the canon timeline. This includes non despair aus, wherein the characters attend Hope's Peak in the days it ran as a normal school.

I will also include the option of a 'total despair au', which offers much more drama and action than the canon by ensuring from the start the victory of despair, or at least one student falling into despair.
  • Smile Precure - Cure Sunny, Cure Peace, Cure Happy
  • *Higurashi no naku koro ni/When they cry - Keiichi, Rena, Rika, Shion, Mion.
Due to the nature of a certain alter, Satoko Hojo may not be a major character, nor will any threat nor harm come to her character.
  • Mahou Shoujo Site/Magical girl site - Nijimi, Kosame, Aya, Sarina
  • *Mahou shoujo ikusei keikaku/Magical girl raising project - Nemurin, Hardgore Alice, Tama, Ruler
  • Puella Magi Madoka Magica - Sayaka, Mami, Kyoko.
This fandom is associated with overwhelming emotion to some alters, particularly the character Kyoko Sakura. We will do our best to navigate this issue without hindering rp.
  • No Game No Life - Sora, Shiro, Jibril, Stephanie Dola
  • *Cardcaptor Sakura (original series only) - Sakura, Tomoyo, Cerberus/Kero
  • Little Witch Academia - Akko, Diana, Amanda
  • *AICO Incarnation - Kaede
  • Pokemon (any generation) - Depending on generation, may be OC only. In their respective generations or those in which they appear; Clemont, Misty, James.
Originals - CLOSED
Inspiration: Deco*27's "Zombies", The Last Of Us (have not played, inspiration for 'zombie' behaviors and physical state only). An outbreak of parasitic infections from a giant fungus' sudden, massive release of spores begins to turn people into zombie-like hosts. Similarly to the Cordyceps fungus, which grows inside of an insect host and gains control of its muscular system to make it behave erratically and spread the infection, those infected will be alive and aware to some degree. Early stage infection shows flu-like symptoms, then nerve damage and muscle spasms as it progresses, followed by mental deterioration and the host's inevitable passing.
This story follows a young couple, one of whom becomes infected around Valentine's Day.

Inspiration: KIRA's "Rise Up Nation", Delirium series. In a dystopian future where strong emotions are seen as a mental disease, teenagers and young adults are feared for their tendency towards unstable or extreme emotional states. As such, attempts to discipline the youth have been made, though none were successful, and coexistence is barely possible. A group of rebellious youngsters then discover a government plot to void the entire population of the ability to love and experience passion, therefore nullifying any other emotional responses that stem from it, essentially removing individuality and free will altogether. Of course, they can't let that happen.

An experimental, bioengineered virus is able to form a symbiotic relationship with the infected, causing rapid bodily mutations that grant the infected superhuman abilities. All's well until an infected patient escapes quarantine. As if the possibility of an epidemic wasn't bad enough, the mutations caused by the virus are becoming more and more drastic, and increasingly malevolent, beginning to harm the infected rather than help. (For any SCP fans, this could be a containment breach likely leading to a broken masquerade or even XK-class world end scenario if not re-contained.)

With Earth on the brink of being wiped out from nuclear warfare, a group of survivors are sent to a distant planet recently discovered to be able to sustain life. By the time they arrive and wake from cryosleep, Earth is no more, and they must adapt to an alien landscape for the sake of preserving the human race. However, some strange, unseen entities latch onto the crew as soon as they emerge from the shuttle, and through this connection the fundamental elements of nature itself (earth, air, fire, water) begin to warp around them.

A bullied student with undiagnosed mental health issues finally loses it, leading to the terrifying yandere story of a lifetime.

That's all we've got for now! Feel free to pm with any questions or if something caught your eye! We'll respond as quickly as we can, though our schedule is way out of whack and we may be asleep at any given time
