Help Opacity (RESOLVED)

Is there a way to make a background image partially transparent? I want to make a faded scroll fit with the other background I have but I'm not quite sure if it's possible, and if so how to do it.

Not sure if you meant to have the background image opaque or the foreground image opaque. Above I've made the foreground opaque so it 'masks' the background in the foreground's texture. You can adjust the opacity of either of them by changing the number in "opacity:#.#" to anything between 0.0 and 1.0.
