No need for the perception roll, Lianna sees all except for Lucien.

No need to roll to pick up the injured, they'll willingly go. Lianna can put two on her chocobo and help one move out quickly herself out of the battle per round.

Unless its Lowe your picking up then it's going to have to be a contest of speed. A major action to make an Animal handling intelligence roll adding your knowledge proficiency to urge the chocobo to get there before archer lady stabs him versus her combat roll. Whoever is highest, they do their action first.
