I mean there was nothing to really react to, no starting location or scenario for the group etc so was a little confusing what to post.

We decided we're starting by going into the Grand Line. That being said, we'd probably be on the ship going up Reverse Mountain or about to.

Ok so thats a start, anything about the ship, who the Captain was etc? Also are the others still here because not up for starting with only 2 active.

Think of the ship like a standard Carrack ship. Wickley is the Captain. And yeah, that's kinda why this died off. The others became quite inactive before the roleplay even started.
