Personality- Sadine is someone who is addicted, pragmatic, and deeply introverted. She dislikes being known, and would rather stay off of the spotlight, so she tends to mind her own business most of the time. However, she does have occasional outbursts, but only when her buttons are pushed. This also means she'd rather avoid being a target, not randomly attacking people without self-defense. However, she isn't antisocial, and she knows that she has to deal with other people to get what she wants. She does believe in having distance, though, and would rather not be towards people she'd know is powerful, with the potential for her death. In fact, she may seem kind of "chill" and "friendly" towards people, who don't show themselves as an immediate threat, but due to her addiction and withdrawal symptoms, she sometimes appears stressed and on edge.

(Known)History- She is relatively unknown, being a small time criminal. She's physically strong and has gotten into a few fights, though not without bruises or injuries. She's to addicted to cigarettes, but has tried some others beforehand, though it's unknown how a metallic, bronze woman can be affected by such material. She often tries to scavenge, and is currently focused on survival (and finding tobacco).

*Limits- She has the ability to turn herself, and to turn any part of her into metal at any will. She can also meld and transform her limbs to any shame she would want to, and hell, could even flatten herself down if she wished. However, she is limited by her sheer mass, she can't grow any bigger than she already is, and she can't shrink down. She can also "regenerate", as in if her arm is cut open, or perhaps broken, she can simply melt it down and rebuild it; she can't simply regrow an arm if one were to remove the part which her arm belonged to. As in, if one were able to cut her legs off, human or metal form, and throw them away where she can't reattach them, she'd have to be legless for potentially the rest of her life.


This, is actually sort of the reason she's still alive in the first place.

Personality-Queen Valkyrie is a very hot headed individual who more often than not is on the front lines in any confrontation. She doesn't shy away from conflict, in fact she seems to enjoy it. She is very protective over her territory and her "Children" and is willing to go to war for the sake of any one of hers. That said she is an honorable woman who doesn't believe in underhanded tactics, which may be her largest weakness to date.
(Known)History- Everyone in this prison knows who Queen Valkyrie is. She was once a hero on the outside who likely put several inmates in the dome. Yet she wound up walking a different path when her arch nemesis killed her daughter and husband, then he turned himself in. That wouldn't do for this woman. She assaulted the police station that was holding him, and killed him in his cell. After which she hunted down those who released her public information, Tracked down her enemies associates, and even went after the judge who ordered him into protective custody.
After she had completed her warpath she turned herself over hoping for a quick execution. Instead she was tossed into the dome. Since her arrival she has taken an important role in the dome, being one of the only safe Haven's for the female inmates, or those who consider themselves innocent. Within her society the good thrive and the wicked are exiled or killed.
*Powers-
Enhanced Physiology- Mira is enhanced beyond human levels in nearly all categories. She can lift up to 5 tons. Run at speeds in excess of 60mph. Her reflexes are more than 3x that of a normal human and all of her senses have been augmented, her body also produces no fatigue toxins.

Spirit of battle- Mira is also a naturally skilled warrior. Her body instinctively memorizes nearly any combat action she sees and she can draw upon these skills without having to think. Every Kung Fu movie she has ever seen is stored. Utilizing this she can overcome opponents with many more years of training than herself.

Requip- the last ability Mira has is that she can summon any weapon that has ever come into contact with her blood. her arsenal currently includes A sword forged of titanium, a spear with the same metal on it's spear head, a bow and arrows with molecularly sharpened Obsidian arrowheads, A grappling claw, A bolo, Her armor, and a shield made from the same alloy as the dome itself. If these weapons are broken they cannot be summoned again and in order to add new weapons to the list she must get at least a drop of her blood on them
*Extra- Though not all of Queen Valkyries people are warriors, those that are are usually very well trained to fight with swords, spears, and bow and arrows. A fact that unnerves alot of prisoners who don't want to be killed by such primitive means.

Le Médisant - Kypher has a whip sword that reaches 2m in length. He can detach the links between each blade piece to remotely control each one with his abilities.

(This weapon is currently locked away somewhere. Kypher will want to find it as it is precious to him.)

Abilities:
Atomisation - Kypher can break his body down into molecules that he can remotely control for a short period of time. He cannot remain completely in his molecule "cloud" form for longer than 10 seconds at once and he cannot travel particularly far with it at once either.
Kypher can also atomise and control matter that he touches, but this also only lasts 10 seconds from the moment he starts controlling it before he loses control over it. Kypher has to make the decision to atomise something, it will not happen passively.

Tactician's Assault - Kypher may atomise the links in his whip sword to control each blade-piece individually, thus splitting the sword into many small blades that he may manipulate freely.

Radiate - For 20 seconds, everything in a 10m radius of his body is drawn to him with a strong gravitational pull and everything that comes into contact with Kypher's body is instantly atomised into molecules and flung away from his body. Kypher is made completely imobile and incapable of doing anything else in the meantime. Using this ability will severely drain Kypher and he will have to rest before using it again.

Personality:
Often misunderstood for being unapproachable and cold, Kypher is simply indifferent to the company of others and accepts what comes his way as it is. Whether that be helpful gang partners or a life sentence in prison, Kypher always seems to make things work out. Ever the lightning-quick thinker and problem solver, he is most suited as the strategist of the gang for his careful analysis and imperviously cool head. His apparent lack of most emotions, including fear, has proven to be quite helpful in stressful and often morally problematic times, however he has been known to sport a dry sense of humour to make up for that. If one tries to befriend Kypher for long enough and with indefinite persistence, then he'll eventually learn to put up with you to the point of calling you an acquaintance.

Kypher strongly dislikes talking about himself and his past. Or anything that doesn't relate to whatever the task is at hand.

Kypher is a very skilled swordsman/whip user, however it is unlikely that he would defeat a master sword user of greater ability with just his skill and blade alone.

Kypher is a very gifted tactician and strategist and he will not hesitate to use the most efficient, quick and potentially ruthless method when tasked with something. He is talented at organising groups of people to work as a team, analysing people or situations to then give data on how to proceed as well as creating/developing plans to be used for specific scenarios.

Kypher is generally unknown in the criminal world, but a few may have heard of his alias, Kloud. However he is particularly adept at dispatching persons and destroying structures. His capability for killing poses as a very dangerous threat to the other inmates.

Personality- Billy is a man who knows what he wants , and what he wants is everything. He's calm most of the time but is sometimes prone to violent outbursts. During these outbursts he seems to have no remorse or restraint. He carries himself to a higher standing than most and the only person he will take any "BS" from is his cousin John Mongrel.
(Known)History- Billy was well known in the streets of Brooklyn for stepping up to take over the 27s gang when his cousin was sent to prison. Most know him as a violent and prideful man who went too far one day. Most of his charges didn't seem to stick as he had amassed enough money and power to fight almost any court battle but when he killed the Mayor of New York City and all the evidence put him there it was like a row of dominos as charge after charge was placed. He earned the death penalty and was sent to Omega Max where he promptly became his cousins Right hand.
*Powers- The Molten man.
*Limits- Billy is capable of turning his entire body, or just parts of it, into semi molten rock. This rock is nearly as hard as diamond and has a base temperature of around 1200°f. However he can increase the temperature up to 9600°f at the cost of becoming much softer and less durable. In his molten form he can make minor changes to his physical form, such as moving an organ to avoid damage, stretching his body out, increasing the size of a fist, or even regenerating lost parts. He is also capable of absorbing more molten materials to increase his size but this extra material falls away when he either shifts back or begins to loose focus. Lastly he is completely immune to heat no matter the temperature in both forms.
*Extra- Known as the Right hand of the Madiba, and one of the most dangerous prisoners in the Omega Max.

Personality- Lucky is always testing the limits of everyone and everything around him. He is considered everything from reckless to insane depending on who you ask. His cockiness is only outmatched by his love for himself. He is always talking but no one can ever tell if what he says about his past is true or false due to all the mystery behind it and no connection to the outside world. He saw the dome as a chance to shine and make a name for himself he always did like the idea of the royal lifestyle.

History- The only thing anyone knows about Luckys past is that he was in espionage and his last job didnt go quite as he expected. What everyone does know is that he is the leader of the Lucky 7's. Once he was stuck in the Lucky decided to make a name for himself the right way he gathered all the pharmaceuticals in town and began to make his own mecidines based off of his own formulas. within weeks he had all the meds and all the followers he needed to start his grand scheme "become king of the dome" he cotrols the majority of the southwest part of the city containing most of the farmland for his resources. its plain and simple if your sick shot dying or dead you come to this guys turf to get patched up... for a fee that is. The Lucky 7's are Always recruiting but only take the luckiest which they have a process of weeding out in there initiation tests. the Lucky 7's is a for the most part a casual and carefree styled gang but cross the line by any means and there is no second chances Lucky will exile you from his terratory and let you fend for yourself under the dome and everyone knows if your by yourself chances are you wont make it long. The Lucky 7's also have control over all drugs in the city the main drug is a blend of herbs similar to spice or synthetic marijuana and the other is a heroin like substance both of his own recipe and no one knows them but him(hes secrative like that).

Powers- Exceptional Luck: Lucky is one of the if not the most lucky man alive able to predict the probability of any scenario or instance with 99.99999% accuracy and able to pick the right choice everytime to every situation without fail some whove seen him in tight situation would almost call it magic
Geo Manipulation: Lucky can move the ground around him at will forming rock and stone as he desires he can make diamonds from what seems to be nothing(tho they are seemingly useless under the dome) he can create walls which he used to serperate his section of the dome off from hostile groups gangs people and everything in between

Limits- Luckys geo manipulation can only go up to 100k tons of weight and force(when pushing things into the ground with the earth itself)

Extra- The Lucky 7's territory is relatively small mostly a large castle made of stone and granet suiting his love for the royal lifestyle and fandoom of GoT before being thrown into the dome and a relatively nice sized farm which are both walled off by 12ft tall stone slab walls and a 10 foot crater around the front and back of the wall the only way in is through the front gate and bridge he created he cares for his people as long as they do right by him he only takes the luckiest people and is the drug/medicine king pin of the land if you think you your lucky enough there may be a spot open for you in the castle​

Personality- Ariel is known as more of an introvert, not a big fan of people. He is tough and doesn't like backing down to fights when challenged. He prefers to be alone but will do what is necessary to stay alive in dangerous situations. He is very careful about who he trusts and picks his "friends" wisely. He is also very cocky, aggressive and exceptionally stubborn.
(Known)History- Committed some gruesome murders involving people being brutally tortured and is known for his massive meth distribution services

Personality: Daiyu is usually soft spoken and keeps to herself, but that's just a ruse to make herself seem more innocent. It's one of her tactics to lower people's suspicion of her and fear, which usually costs them later. When people learn about her true side she shows it openly and often. She's sadistic and wild and has nearly zero morals or knowledge of right and wrong. Despite her nature she can be quite human in her actions and speech and enjoys cracking jokes and such. She's quite gullible sometimes and can be tricked into doing things for anything flashy or expensive that catches her eye.
History: Daiyu used to be just another citizen in the rural parts of Wuhan, China before everything hit the fan. She was born into a middle-class family as a single child and grew up comfortable. However, she was stricken with cancer when she turned 9 and was given a month or so to live. Her family went to all odds to try to cure her, even going to far to treat her with plants and concoctions from other countries. Daiyu's grandmother was somewhat crazy and dabbled in things that could've been considered witchcraft. She attempted helping the girl but she knew far too little of what she was getting into. Her grandmother was killed and Daiyu was turned into something unknown but dark and deadly. She couldn't die and was trapped in an unaging body as dark as the shadows. Her grandmother was turned into a shade of sorts - she was quite dead and didn't have any memories at all but followed to Daiyu and obeyed her commands. Daiyu left her home and had no destination in mind as she continued on. She was found by a notorious gang member who tried to rob her and kill her when she didn't have any money but the bullet popped out of her head and the wound closed up immediately. She was compliant enough to where he could manipulate her and she seemed desperate to have people who wanted her around. She got a grip on her abilities and soon was sent out on missions. It started off small - a hit there, smuggling drugs here, and so on. She got offers from people to commit worse crimes and had handsome rewards. She left the gang member and started looking at offers on the dark web and selling her abilities - 100% satisfaction guaranteed. She wanted attention - no - craved attention and soon scrawled her name on her victim's neck. Xiǎo èmó she wrote. It took a while for people to develop a way to capture her since her body could dissolve into shadows and soon she was lured in by a giant sum of money to kill a man who turned out to be a decoy and was promptly caught and hauled off to the prison.

In personality wise, Ezra is patient and calm but has no trouble getting serious when the time comes.
(Known)History- Ezra was a hero who was known for not caring whether he destroyed buildings or not. He loved helping people but as time grew, his view on the government started to change and he started conspiring with terrorist groups so that he could use it as a way to make himself famous. It was this that caused him to label as a harm to society and before he was caught, he committed pseudocide aka faked his own death. He continue to do this crimes whenever he could, until he was caught after committing Genocide on certain group of people who he won't tell anyone about. He controls a small turf on the East side of the dome, where he let's those who are innocent stay. He has been meaning to alliance himself with Queen Valkyrie but because of his pride he hasn't done it. The Freeman gang are able to do anything they but as long as it doesn't involve rape, betrayal or killing one another, he doesn't care what you do.

Limit- Ezra has used this power on himself too much that he is able to run as fast as a race car without needing it and is able to lift 10 tons but if he tries to increase this, he has a crash course that will send him to sleep for two days straight. If he wants to use it on others or some objects, he has to be able to touch them or else it doesn't work.
• Pressure strike
Limit- He Uses this power to strike for a distance but he is able to use it a Max of 10 times, if he uses it anymore he becomes exhausted and won't be able to move.

Known History- To those in Washington State, he is the Thief of Seattle. To those who know him personally, he's just a hyperactive kid. Everyone knows him to be crazy. Not 'I'm going to murder everyone' crazy. More 'I've eaten too much sugar' crazy. He has ADHD and isn't medicated for it which is probably the reason behind it but he doesn't like to mention it due to being picked on when he was younger for his hyperactive attitude. He hangs around with Madiba due to his intelligence and Maader due to his huge size. He'd probably be dead without them and he's surprised they haven't left him for dead either. He isn't the most quiet of people but I guess having someone who can stop a bullet killing you is pretty cool. He's also known for creating things that they wouldn't be able to have in the prison. For example his goggles were made out of his glasses and a bunch of plastic and metal he found. They came in handy when he needed them. His headphones that he treasures were also made by him, out of wiring and small speakers that he engineered himself. It is also noted that he wanted to be an engineer before he was arrested. The two cousins who he is seen with on a constant basis were two of the first few people he met when he was thrown into Omega Max with a life sentence.
Powers- Enhanced Speed
Limits- He cannot go up to the speed of light and without the pilot style goggles and red headphones he wouldn't be able to use his powers as well.

Name: Nizah Fore

gender: Female

Charged with:
Multiple cases of illegal drug distribution, thievery, forgery, first and second degree murder, and involuntary manslaughter.

Personality: Nizah tends to be rather manipulative and greedy; she enjoys making a profit from minimal effort. With this trait she tends to be able to manage her temper quite well, usually holding a smirk on her lips. She is quite sociable and usually quick to flirt for the sake of people warming up to trust her (they're more likely to help, that way). She does have a problem with establishing legitimate relationships, however, given that she focuses on self more than other, and knowing her own egocentric views has difficulty trusting others due to such knowledge. Nizah dislikes being dedicated to any particular person or item, especially if it can get in the way of her earning some cash.


(Known) History: Nizah was a major oral narcotics dealer, connected to thousands of Demerol users, though she avoided taking drugs as often as others for the sake of business. She used her ability often in her business and also when stealing goods and other objects from houses. Nizah often times had others do the "dirty work," but was the primary facilitator of murders that got in the way of her job, most being done with a small gun. With most of her activities, Nizah avoided getting involved with government officials. In an ironic twist resembling a scene from Infinite Jest, the main event effecting her capture was a case of involuntary manslaughter; someone with a cold was gagged when she was taking some of their goods, and the person ended up suffocating because they were unable to breathe through their nose during the ordeal. This person happened to be a major entrepreneur with many ties to the government, resulting in an increased search for Nizah.

Powers: Eye focus

Limit: Nizah can influence the focus of people's attention. That is, she can control if people's eyes can focus on her. If she does not want for people to focus on her, it becomes difficult to focus on her form. Nizah would appear only as something in the corner of one's eye; while she is present and the people under her power's influence can see her, they may not be able to describe her in any terms aside from maybe the colors of her clothing, etc. If someone is touching her at the time she uses her ability, then they, too, will be "hidden." Nizah can also control if people will look towards her; this is more of an "urge" feeling, however, and when controlling this aspect of people's attention, they will feel an urge to look in her direction. Nizah's power can work on electronic devices, meaning cameras, cybernetic devices, etc. can still sense her, but her form on the recordings will appear blurry and unfocused. Along with this, people who are touching her at the time she activates her power can still see her. Also, while the ability to have people not focus on her is strong, her ability to have others focus on her is weak and only works within about 20 feet.

Above all she dislikes being touched, and will react violently if someone forces the issue. She dislikes bullies, and yet has a kind of silent contempt for the meek. Though she avoids trouble in general, she can be reckless given her awareness of her own relative immortality.
History- Having arrived just a month ago, and given her penchant for privacy, little is known about Raelynn from actual conversation. When asked about her crimes, she usually responds with something innocuous like 'jaywalking,' and any attempt to determine details of her past is met with a dodge or a non-answer. Similar answers are provided when asked about the nature of her powers. Anyone who might have had access to a television might recognize her as 'young woman found wandering along interstate 5 (I have no idea how american highways work ...) covered in blood.' It was a small, quickly closed story about a mutant girl who'd killed her mother and father, claiming a long history of abuse of which doctors could find no evidence. Her sentencing took less than a month.
*Powers- Regeneration; Raelynn has the ability to heal from any harm or injury. The constant effects of this healing factor are that her body is constantly in peak condition, she has virtually stopped aging, and she has little need for sleep or rest.
*Limits- Though her powers make her essentially invincible, she's not invulnerable. Raelynn is as easy to trap, overpower, outpace, and harm as your average human, she just won't stay down. You could drop a building on her (conceivably), crush her into a fine pink goo, and while she would eventually heal (undergoing a significant amount of pain in the process), she would likely be trapped there indefinitely.

Though in theory she does have a cap on energy absorption which would be "all the energy in the world" which would disintegrate her body leaving nothing left
Her mind subconsciously has locked away a good amount of her potential powers leaving almost the basics of her powers so she's a lot weaker than the power lets on at the moment

Personality-(list of five or a paragraph) Is easy going but no fool but will sometimes play along if there's something for him to gain or he's enjoying himself, reasonable most times but if you become to much of a threat he'll fight and aim to kill you or he'll get some else to do it and reward them according, Wise and coldblooded to those he hates kind to those he holds dear and sometimes will lie cheat and and steal to protect them but this will take the person a long time to get him to do that for them.

He was betrayed by his employer after finishing killing a rival for him and tried to vanish into the night but was ambushed, drugged and had the crap beaten out of of him and even had several of the corrupt men try and kill him but some how he always beat the poison or drugs and even to this day. Most of the prison guards will either leave him alone or want to know he did it because it very rarely happens here.


*Powers-(Keep it on the low end for me see limitation examples up above in the first post.) Void aura within reason this allows him to weaken a person's powers or an area attack, void's gift this allows him to heal or regrow limbs.

Make void weapons or shields and such void jump he can jump medium distance with up to four other people but he can't breach the dome because it messes with his powers and hurts him at the same time. Void's protection this allows him to make himself stronger and faster his skin thicker for a limit of a day then he get a nasty backlash and gets numb or very weak or at worst coughs up blood and passes out till morning and takes another two days to fully recover.

Each of his powers has a certain level of backlash just not as bad as void's protection. He also has to wear a special collar so he can't escape or harm others when ever he please while this does work on him to a greater extent he can break it pushed too far.
