Ogura is an idealistic man, some people who have this trait is often shut down because, of how unrealistic ones ideas can be. He sees society as flawed and believes that it is his duty to improve it.
Ogura also sees the notion of superheroes as, a threat to keep the world balanced, and peaceful. Because with heroes floating around there will be someone to outshine a hero, and everything will go topsy-turby. He also thinks that the helpless people will always have to rely on them for their ridiculous problems instead of trying to handle them on their own. He refuses to assist anyone without a legitimate reason such as a life or death situation.
Finally, Ogura is quite stubborn and lazy as 90% of the time he's always at home watching the world slowly change from his own two eyes, while managing a social media website.
Biography:
Ogura Sanayo once lived in a noble family, no it wasn't his family the Sanayo family. The Sanayo family served his fathers family, The Takizaki. They're known as one of the richest families to exist in japan's history. Ogura's Family was lucky enough to share a bloodline connection with the Takizaki Family.
The Takizaki family has at its disposal some of the Federation's best mechanical engineers for producing top of the line Mobile Suits and Machinery that the military to aid the country and the Federation as a whole. Ogura's father served in the Federation military for quite sometime, piloting an RCT Loik-9. A Mobile Suit manufactured by a company that the Takizaki were sponsoring to research and develop better technology.
They had fought in several skirmishes against the OSL and the Four Horsemen. Over time, the Takizaki household began to fall apart as its leaders fell out of power one by one. They began to shrink in size, though they're still around until this very day. However the Sanayo family had been improving financially, increasing their socioeconomic status.
Every five years there would be a representative of the Sanayo family that would serve the Takizaki family, carrying out their ideas until the bitter end. However not everyone within the family will follows the code. Some are independent and do as they see fit. One example of such a member is Ogura. He doesn't follow the family code all the time,
but he always lives up to the name of both the Sanayo and Takizaki Famillies.
When Ogura was 14, he was enrolled into a military school, where he would be properly trained and additionally tutored in private lessons by one of the Takizaki family members for combat purposes. Ogura dreamed about being an expert machanic, since he liked to
fix and make things. At the age of 15, he made and managed his own social media website called XCL. It was basically like any other social media page, except it was tailored towards supporting mechanics and engineers who wanted to contact their parents if they're far apart from each other, as well as staying connected to friends, and associates.
By the time Ogura reached 17, he was well prepared for combat, but had yet to be placed in a mobile suit of any kind despite having little training inside one. He had experienced a moment that will never be forgotten. As a fellow Mobile Suit Pilot had turned on him and attempted to kill him on a mission to Venus. It was indeed one of his people that attacked him, but at the same time it could've been someone that stole one of his families mobile suits and used them against him. Either way, he felt betrayed by the Federation, and he now works alongside the OSL under the guise of Pestilence, one of the Four Horsemen. With his family's wealth at his disposal, he openly supports the Horsemen and their mission to eradicate the Federation with no one stopping him.
